I absolutely love this place! I’ve boarded my cat there twice now, and he’s clearly been so well cared for. I love the themed rooms and the daily updates and photos! Thank you for taking care of Baci during the holidays this year! ☺️

I was very nervous about boarding my 5 month old kitten. We usually had a sitter that would come to our apartment but that wasn’t an option for us this time around. We left our Coco for 3 days at Happy Cat Hotel and I can confidently say they did an amazing job. Everyone that works there is super sweet and extremely accommodating. We also opted for a camera in the room, which was great because we could always check on her. My biggest fear was that she would feel lonely but Happy Cat Hotel went above and beyond to keep her entertained and loved.

Beyond happy with the Happy Cat Hotel! My expectations were more than met, and I couldn’t be happier with their exceptional service. They helped me with last minute rescheduling, and were great with giving medicine and helping my cat adjust. With wonderful updates and loving pictures, I knew Leo was happy and in great hands. I would definitely love to book another stay! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, and their grooming service is amazing too! Loved the webcam feature and how sweet and thoughtful the updates were. Thank you soooo much!!!!

My cat is treated like the king he is! No cage for my boy. He gets his own room and is pampered and loved on to the point he doesnt want to come home. Im grateful that I can enjoy my time away without having to worry about my Gandalfs care.

If I could give 10 stars I would for this Special, Relaxing Haven for Cats!!!! Our Boo is groomed by Abbey of the Hartsdale Happy Cat Hotel! Abbey did an excellent job bathing, deshedding, nail cutting, ear and eye cleaning and most of all Loving our Boo the entire time. Boo is so mellow when we pick her up and knows how pretty she looks not to mention how good she feels to start Autumn off! The entire staff is so attentive to all the cats that stay and are groomed. Very clean and calm environment and beautiful themed rooms for boarding.

I wish I could give Happy Cat Westchester infinite stars! My sweet baby Waffle stayed at the hotel for 2 1/2 weeks over the holidays and it was truly the best experience for both of us. I was nervous as I had never boarded her before and wasnt sure how shed adjust but knew she was in the best hands. She took a handful of days to settle in but the staff was so kind and caring, encouraging her to eat and come out of her hiding spot. They put my cat mom worries/guilt immediately at ease by staying in constant communication and reassuring me that she was okay and it was normal for cats to take some time to adjust.I added on the webcam package which was great because I could check in on her whenever I wanted but the best part was when Id receive the daily messages/pictures from the incredible staff members (included in the base cost of each cats stay!). All the messages were detailed, happy, adorable, and very much appreciated! I truly looked forward to them every day.The overall cost of the hotel is on the higher side but in my opinion it is well worth it and then some. The individualized attention, care, and love these cats get is simply unmatched. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the themes are so cute. Youre allowed to bring any toys, beds, blankets, etc. you want but the rooms are already equipped with lots of fantastic items for the cats to enjoy. The check in process was easy yet the staff takes their time to review all details with you about your cats feeding preferences/schedules, medication (if applicable), things to be mindful of, etc. You can also spend as much time with your kitty as you want upon taking them into their room. Such a nice touch!Waffle is older and doesnt play too much with toys but she is OBSESSED with this one pair of brushing gloves. Being mindful of all the cats they had to take care of, I had requested the staff try to use them at least a few times during her stay - they ended up using them almost every day on her and she was in absolute heaven! Its this kind of love, care, and extra effort that sets Happy Cat apart from other businesses.Thank you so much to Christina, Erica, Abby, Kiera, Robyn, Alexa, and the entire wonderful staff! They truly go the extra mile for each and every kitty that stays with them. Waffle is already looking forward to her next stay with her friends at Happy Cat!

The Happy Cat Hotel Westchester is a fantastic staycation for your precious pets! Our cats had a fantastic experience there and felt right at home in their private room. We received several photo updates per day and sweet personalized messages from the staff about our kitties. Lots of play time and cuddles. One of our cats has medical needs and he was treated with care.Your cats are in GREAT hands here. You can enjoy your time away guilt free. :)

We have had cats for almost 20 years and like so many cat owners, have always used a cat sitter when we went away. This summer, we had family trips that were planned for many months and then our little Sweet Pea had an eye injury and needed meds 3x a day. This is how I found Happy Cat Hotel. They saved my precious family vacations because I could have never left her in a traditional boarding situation.We first called for a tour of the Happy Cat Hotel and were very happy with what we saw. The facility is immaculately clean, quiet and the whole place is cat centered. The people working there were so helpful, patiently answering all my questions over several days. The theme rooms are great, have plenty of places for the cats to get cozy, play and climb.But we needed to leave Sweet Pea twice in 3 weeks! I was so anxious about this.It turned out to be a great experience both times. It was so reassuring to know she was in good hands and being looked after and receiving her medicine as prescribed. She had a visit with the vet in between both visits and the vet said how well she was doing, which I attribute to them following her medication routine as prescribed and how caring they were. The daily updates and pictures were so cute and appreciated. We also opted for webcam where we could check in on her whenever we wanted. What a relief, we could see her whenever we were missing her and also see how well cared for she was. We saw her resting comfortably, playing, interacting with staff and also the cats in the rooms next to her.😊 She was relaxed and completely being herself.The staff that I met were all wonderful and cat owners/lovers themselves, which put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. I am so grateful there is a Happy Cat Hotel and it is all they say it is. Thank you Happy Cat Hotel❤️

The team at Happy Cat took very good care of our kitties while we were away for the Thanksgiving week. I loved getting daily updates on what the guys were up to. When we returned to pick them up, it was clear that the staff were very capable and loving, even with our extremely shy cat, allowed himself to be picked up and cuddled! Amazing!!

So much care and love! It was unbelievable how the entire staff were so caring and loving towars the babies. We had 3 babies with them for 5 nights and they were adored. Happy Cat took fantastic care, updated us everyday and sent us photos. There was no other place better than this for my cats. They are clean, observing and know whats right for cats. The price is on the higher side but its worth it for the service and moreover for the amazing care they give.

We were so worried to drop off our three month old as it was her first time away from us. But the employees at Happy Cat Hotel were so understanding and warm. They let us take our time saying goodbye, and they went through everything with us to make sure they knew Rooneys routine and needs. The check-in process was so thorough! Its clear the employees care a great deal about keeping your cat happy. (After all, it is in the name!) They sent us photos of her every day along with updates about how she was doing. They also made she sure had tons of enrichment and she even made a friend! She was so sad to leave! 10/10 recommend, and well definitely be back.

Abby gave my cat Brady a plush cut and got out practically all the mats. She made him look very handsome. I used her a second time for Bradys nails and she did a great job. I would love to use her again.

I cant say enough about our experience at this cat hotel - it was truly amazing! From the moment we left our three cats in their care, we knew they were in safe and loving hands. We received daily update emails complete with adorable pictures that reassured us.The cleanliness of the hotel and its pleasant aroma were immediately noticeable, and its clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a top-notch facility. But what truly sets this place apart is the caring and compassionate staff. They treated our furry babies as if they were their own, and that meant the world to us.Overall, our stay at this cat hotel was a wonderful experience, and were so grateful for the exceptional care our cats received. We wouldnt hesitate to choose this place again in the future!

My husband and I booked an 8 day stay for our cat Sassy in July. Sassy has extreme anxiety so we thought that giving her a different experience while we were away would be better than boarding her at the vet like we usually do.We liked that she would be able to have her very own beautifully themed space and thought that might make her more comfortable. We opted to get web cam privileges to see how she was doing.Her first few days were rough but the staff were absolutely amazing even going to the lengths of feeding her out of their hand when she was too afraid to come out of her carrier.Day by day our little anxious introvert became a social butterfly. She enjoyed her daily playtime and started looking for the other cats and became fast friends with Abby.Halfway through the week when we saw how well Sassy was doing we immediately booked her next stay.The greatest hope of a parent is that others will give your child the same care and concern that you do.We received that and so much more.I cannot say enough good about this place.

We recently adopted a kitten, and I was nervous about traveling with a new baby at home. However, Happy Cat has completely alleviated my worries about leaving our little Cookie in their care. The gentle and generous team has earned my full trust. I want to thank them for keeping her busy, entertained, and loved. Happy Cat will always be our top choice for our cat’s care.

The services and people working at the Happy Cat Hotel in Westchester are the BEST I have experienced! Everyone is warm and welcoming and truly have the best interest of our cats in mind. Theyve taken great care of our two kitties while weve been away, providing regular updates to us, so we didnt have to worry. As well, Scarlett and Ruby are excellent groomers and do an amazing job with our long haired Siberian. Highly recommend giving them a try if you havent yet.

I am very happy with the Happy cat hotel! Their service was exceptional. I got pictures every day and lovely updates about my cats. I could relax because I knew my cats were in good hands. Happy Cat Hotel was a fantastic experience for me, my fiancé and our four fur babies!Every element was thoughtful, caring, compassionate and professional. The rooms are themed with a cat’s behaviors and preferences in mind. The added feature of a camera allowed us to see our kitties on demand, alleviating any worries we had while on travel. The thoughtful questions and considerations when educating the team about each cat’s behaviors from personality to feeding preferences and any medical needs is extremely helpful in a guarantee they’ll have the best of knowledgeable care during their stay. The staff provides frequent updates, accommodates for each cat’s needs, nuances, preferences and personality differences.We’ll certainly be working with Happy Cat Hotel each time we travel and need cat-lovers to take care of our babies!

This was a first time boarding experience for both kitty and parents. We selected Westchester Happy Cat Hotel after researching different facilities; and we’re pleased to state Happy Cat Hotel exceeded expectations.The owners and staff provided exemplary service and care for our little darling. She was anxious, and afraid having never been apart from us, and I was equally anxious ☺️. We opted for the video feed option which let us see her during the stay. The owners and staff were expeditious in responding to any queries we might have posed; in addition to spending quality time petting, feeding and assuring Miss Kitty 🐈‍⬛ during her entire stay.The accommodations are clean and spacious. We loved the various themed rooms. We gladly recommend Westchester Happy Cat Hotel for the best kitty vacation experience.

This place is awesome! Its hard to find a cat specific facility, this is it... One of my cats was hit by a skunk, the big white fluffy one, not a fun day. Happy Cat got me in asap, the staff were super friendly, the facility was immaculate, its really well run (clearly a great proprietor), and most important the cleaning was impeccable. I toured the spaces for all the cats while there too (they live better than I do there at Happy Cat), cant speak enough volumes about this place. A+++

Happy Cat Scarsdale is truly an amazing facility with loving and caring staff! I brought my cat for a stay when away on vacation. I received daily updates and cute photos of my cat. I was also able to check up on him with video cam. He was very well and happy when I returned :). Highly recommend.

Christina, the owner of the Happy Cat Hotel and Spa and her team are wonderful people. I booked the room Catspen for 5 nights for my cat Biscotti. His room had a window to the outside and interior windows so he could look at the rooms on either side of him and the cats there. The door to the room is also glass so he could watch all the activity going on. I attended the open house in early June and got to view all of the rooms. The hotel is spotless. Each room is spacious and decorated with a unique adorably cat friendly theme.My cat was not feeling well in the days leading up to his stay as he had a reaction to his annual vaccination. I had to rush him back to the vet right around the same time I was supposed to drop him off at the hotel. Christina could not have been kinder when I called to say I would be late. She made it clear she would be there whenever I got there and not to rush. When I finally arrived, I was so flustered and upset. Christina and her team put me completely at ease and I knew they would take care of Biscotti as if he was their own. They let me settle him into his room and gave me all the time I needed. Everyone who works there are proud, caring cat parents. They took amazing care of my fur baby and I got an update and picture of him the same night I dropped him off and everyday he was there. It made me feel so much better and was the highlight of each day of my vacation! You can also get a live video feed of the room for a fee and it was nice to be able to see him whenever I missed him which was a lot!I consider myself very lucky that the Happy Cat Hotel opened near me. Finally I have a place where I know my cat will be completely taken care of, played with and has enough space to climb, explore and be a cat when I’m away. I can fully relax now when I’m on vacation. I would never leave my cat in one those loud boarding facilities that puts them in a tiny little cage. If you’re a true cat lover, you know what I’m talking about! I highly recommend the Happy Cat Hotel and Spa and so does Biscotti!

Had to book a last minute overnight stay for our 2 kitties. Christina was very accommodating. Her explanation of the available rooms and the entire process was very clear. The facility is so cute, clean, very functional and appealing to cats. Staff is wonderful and give updates and pics during the stay. I recommend Happy Cat Hotel and will have my cats stay there again.

My son’s cats Twister and Scrabble stayed in the Catalonia room for a week last summer (2023) and had such a great experience that we booked them this year for a week while my son was in France. They were well cared for, they received pets, play time and attention from the lovely staff, visited the spa to have nails trimmed and enjoyed their week away. The groomer must be unusually good in order to trim Scrabble’s nails as many vet’s offices have been unable to get the job done due to his feisty personality. The daily emails and photos from the hotel staff are a highlight and I’ve saved them all. Twister and Scrabble look forward to returning for another stay at Happy Cat Hotel. My son can go away without guilt knowing his beloved cats are safe and happy.

So this is now the third time I have had Happy Cat Hotel take care of my little guy while I was away and everything went great. Also, its not just that they take good care of him. They also take good care of me. They send me pictures each morning. That matters.... a lot. I look forward to them. I provide them with a brush he likes and I can see them brushing him and I know that look on his face. He enjoys it.Plus, they worked with me during the busy Thanksgiving Holiday week to accommodate me. When I was trying to register later than I should have (what was I thinking, I should have booked far far earlier!) they put my mind at ease and placed me on a waiting list and said not to worry, that they would reconfirm some reservations and that some people cancel. Sure enough, thats exactly what happened. But if it did not, they had already started to work out some arrangements to accommodate him using a few different rooms. When I had to change dates (added an extra day at the beginning of my pets stay), it was simple with no fuss.Boarding your pet during the holidays can be stressful. But not for Biscotti, my cat. I take him to the Happy Cat Hotel because I KNOW he will be taken care of and that reduces my stress.Love that team there. Truly I do. Thank you Erica, Ines, Isabelle, Yahaira, Adrian and the rest of the team that took such good care of my Biscotti!

We LOVE the Happy Cat Hotel for many reasons!!Everyone there is always warm and professional, the eclectic cat rooms are lovely and clean, and they are very thorough with instructions pertaining to each cats needs!We have brought our Maggie and Mittens here many times, and will continue to do so because they offer a GREAT service to people with kitty fur babies!! :))

You can tell the staff truly enjoys cats and keeps the facility super clean. It is nice that the hotel is strictly for cats because each cat I saw at drop-off and pick-up seemed relaxed. They include a standard 15-minute playtime with all the cats, which not many places do. You get updates, daily pictures, and, for a small fee, webcam access! The prices are fair for the service they provide. It was the best boarding experience Ive had.

Best place for a cats grooming. The excellent care of cats from the employees and the time they take with each cat is a testimony of their dedication. They have been a real staple in my cats life for boarding and hair cuts!

Its very rare that I ever write reviews, so you know this one matters to me. We took in two strays and got them spayed and vaccinated ... and then decided to keep Dorothy and Buster because they were too cute. Despite assurances from our vet the girls were flea-free, I took them here for a grooming session so that my family could have some peace of mind. Abby was their groomer and took time to sit with them and to talk to us before their shampoo. She very obviously has some Cat Whispering Magic. :) I was worried, but knew I didnt have to worry about my kitties freaking out. Abby sent photos and assured me, though stressed, the girls were just fine. Nothing a little Churu couldnt fix. If I know anyone who needs a cat groomer, I will tell the about the Happy Cat Hotel and Spa.

Pleasantly Purrfect! We entrusted our 2 glorious fur babies at the care of the feline-lovin crew at Happy Cat Hotel for 3 weeks. This was the longest time away from us, but Happy Cat Hotel provided daily text updates & photos which kept us at ease. They are organized & have a spotless facility. The themed room choices provide a nice atmosphere for all to see & cats to enjoy. Looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend for your fur babies!

Happy Cat Scarsdale took perfect care of our 17 yr old persian, administering food, medicines and keeping him company. The daily reports and pictures are hilarious! A+ for creative writing and I highly recommend them to care for your cat while you are away. You can feel comfortable your pet is in very loving hands.

Abby did a fantastic job grooming our cat, Optimus. It was his first time getting washed and he came back shiny, soft and the least bit stressed. He did have to get rescheduled due to a staff emergency but they were very communicative. I will definitely schedule another grooming session in the future.

The Happy Cat Hotel & Spa is one of the most amazing places to bring your Cat if you ever need your Fur Baby to be on vacation when you are. The Staff are absolutely dedicated to making sure your Cat has the best stay and accommodations available outside of their own homes. They are well trained and dedicated to assuring your Cats experience is Purrr-fect in every way. My favorite is the ME time (my acronym) for Massage Enrichment where the staff spend quality time with them making sure they each feel as loved and wanted at the Spa as they would at home. This, to me, is what really makes this place stand out heads and tails above the others. Great experience! Our cats had a wonderful time at Happy Cat Hotel. The staff are very passionate about their work and provided the kitties a lot of attention and love while we were away. The rooms are so creative and comfortable for cats of all types (different surfaces, beds, caves, heights).The cats had a pretty strict medication, subcutaneous fluid injection, and feeding routine and it was all handled seamlessly.You could text the staff at any point and opt in to 24/7 video streaming so you can tune into what your furry friends are doing at any point. It was quite entertaining.I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who wants customized care and great communication while their cat is boarded. Happy Cat Hotel also works with local cat shelters to help with housing and adoption which speaks to the passion and character of the staff and owners.Thanks Happy Cat Hotel!

The experience was extraordinary. We needed to travel out of the country for over 2 weeks and our cat had never been left alone overnight since adoption. During the reservation process the team asked questions that showed they were paying close attention to what we were saying and understood the specific needs of our cat. The tour impressed us. The facilities are first rate and everyone we met seemed to really care about each cat. While we were away there were daily emails with photos that enabled us to fully enjoy our trip. Again, the personalized messages showed that the team understood what we specifically needed to know about how our cat was doing. Thanks to the care and affection that our cat received from each team member, he had a fun, stress-free separation from us.

I brought my cat here for nail trims. She no longer lets me do this at home... screams and goes wild when I try. But her nail trim took 5 minutes here, and best of all, no drama. Happy experience for all.

Happy Cat Hotel is an incredible place. The staff members are all completely sweet and treated my cat like a member of the family! I was able to view my cat on the web cam and watch her as often as I could. The stay was less stressful on her and the attention they gave her made her feel like she never left home. The folks at Happy Cat Hotel make your cat’s well being their top priority. My cat has stayed there twice so far and they handle everything nicely. My cat takes a good 1-2 days to adjust - they communicate very well to keep me apprised of her eating, behavior, and litter box activity. Updates with pictures daily is an added bonus. We will be back.

This is an amazing place for your kittens. We left Maple and Jimmy for 12 days while we were on summer vacation. They got a nice room and all the attention they needed. We came back and they were very well and happy. As the name suggests

Happy Cat Hotel is amazing! The place itself is VERY nice and comfortable for cats. The staff is BEYOND fantastic, they fit in my cat Floafie after he was lost for 2 months and I desperately needed him cleaned up. The grooming services Ive used many times and love when I pick my kitty up all groomed. I made the mistake of leaving my cat while we were on vacation with a relative and he went lost. I HIGHLY recommend leaving your cat here. They are attentive, responsible and so loving.

Excellent experience, we boarded our two cats here for one week while away on vacation. I truly felt that the two cats were on vacation, too! I loved that we were able to pay a small additional fee to have 24/7 webcam access to check in o see how they were doing. They seemed always content, and several times we were able to randomly log in to see staff emptying litter box and petting our kitties. They also sent us photos of our cats each day we were on vacation. We honestly felt much more comfortable and confident boarding our kitties here, knowing 1. Staff really love cats and are concerned about their welfare 2. Cats know that they are given attention (however much they pretend they are self sufficient and do not need it,) and 3. What great, roomy digs they get! Regardless of what you opt for, the rooms are expansive, interesting, interactive, and thematic to the owners interest (because your cats probably don’t care too much about that aspect). Most important is is that at happy cats you can feel confident that your fur babies are comforted and well cared for while you are away. And I love that you can check in at any time, with the web cam feature. Five stars, board your beloved (s) here if you can.

What a wonderful place to bring our cats!I had never seen hotel rooms for cats that were set up perfectly for a cat. They truly get the essence of CAT. Our cats loved their room with the large window and windows through which they could watch other cats. All the women who took care of our cats were so caring and sent texts with pics daily. One of our cats is diabetic and they gave insulin, managing it very well. Our other cat requires oral meds which they also took care of. I am so happy to have found Happy Cat! I now feel comfortable going on vacation and leaving them. Thank you so much to all the staff!!

Due to a home renovation our 3 cats spent several weeks here. It was great having a place where they would be comfortable and well cared for. The daily emails with pics were fantastic. And we could always check in via the webcam.Our one cat seemed to be stressed out by the construction and was licking much of her hair off. After a few weeks at the hotel, her hair had grown back. The stress was gone!

I love bringing my kitten Oreo here for her grooming. They are so nice understanding and patient with her. Love it.

This is an exceptionally good cat hotel and spa. Everything about it was perfect. The rooms are very cute and provide everything your cat will need, including loungers and places to hide. They allow you to take your cat to the room and get them settled and they also let you gather your cat when you come to pick them up. This is perfect for my high stress cat. I especially liked how they send an update and a picture every day. The rooms also have an optional camera service you can use to check in on your cat. The next time we travel we will definitely be boarding here again.

Professional service! I was in a bind and needed my cat boarded immediately while traveling to my destination. The owner described the luxury room and service with details. Have used the groomer twice (Abby) and she does a great job. The facility for both boarding and spa treatments is spotless. Highly recommend Abby and great to have a place strictly for cats in Westchester.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Happy Cat Hotel. The check in & check out process was very easy. We left our 3 month old rag doll kitten for 6 nights at the hotel. Christina & her crew (Erica, Kiera, Abby, Robyn) are so caring and professional, I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. The room we chose was Antarcticat and was equipped with all the necessities our fur baby needed, she felt right at home! We got daily updates with pictures and also checked in on her via their webcam feature. We added a grooming session and received a nice, detailed report from the groomer with recommendations. We will definitely be returning!

So thankful for Happy Cat Hotel Westchester, they were wonderful in helping out to look after my cat while I was away. I ran into some travel issues and they were amazing to accomodate my challenges. My cat was happy her whole stay & she will definitely be back to stay, no question.

Happy Cat Hotel & Spa is absolutely an amazing place to board ones cats....I have been a cat owner for over 30 years and the majority of cat boarding places are very poorly managed, often unclean and not conducive to a pets well being. Happy Cat is exact opposite...perfectly clean, perfectly staffed...and above all extremely caring...there are several staff members who perform specific tasks ensuring a perfect stay for ones pet. The choice of rooms ( or should I say suites) is great and the interior of each room provides a clean, safe and fun environment for a pet... I had zero concerns from the moment I met front desk staff and all the others who work there...KUDOS to them!THANKS HAPPY CAT... we look forward to our next stay...oh.. and by the way...the daily pictures and daily updates by text messaging provide the owner with great peace of mind about their pets situation and the responses to any question one might have are very very quick... most pet kennels dont even answer their phones....so again. HAPPY CAT is the only way to go...Thanks Happy Cat!

We boarded our 18+ year-old cat who has a number of health issues, and also eats like a truck driver around the clock! We could not be more impressed and pleased with the quality of care and communications we received about our princess. AWESOME!

I’ve taken my Ragdoll cat to be groomed twice and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. They are so good with him and are incredibly diligent about asking me questions to make sure he has the best experience possible. I am so glad they are here both for grooming and because I intend to board all three of my cats there when I need to do house renovations.

Happy Cat was super attentive to my fur baby during a recent 2 day stay. I got regular updates and the staff actually responded to all my texts inquiring about how he was doing and adjusting. Highly recommend!

They were good to my little guys. My cats usually are ticked off at me when I come back from vacation, but they seemed pretty well-adjusted after staying with Happy Cat. Also, I loved the webcam. Totally worth the extra $5/day.

Been taking my two long haired cats here for about a year and a half. One required a de-matting (first time), and since, both have had plush grooms, as well as trims & summer shaves. it has made a huge difference in their coats. The staff are really wonderful, and the groomers do great work- very patient, and gentle with the kitties. I highly reccomend their services!

This place is the best. The owner Matthew was a delight. They take such good care of our fur babies, it almost makes me want to go there myself! They were so nice to work with, and it made our experience so much better. The place was clean and organized. We felt so good leaving there. And we will surely come back again! Happy Cats is an amazing and safe place for your furry friend. Its a spa hotel. You really have to see it to believe it. I just wish there was a place like this for dogs.

Brought my new Persian kitten in for a full groom but before his appointment he had a litter box accident and needed a bath ASAP i called happy cat to move up his appt date but they accommodated so nicely by offering a complimentary bath and sanitary groom early.. I was so pleased with there service and friendly staff and i cant wait to go back again for my kittys next groom!

This is the PURRFECT place to have your kitties stay! Staff is wonderful, facility is well-run and clean. Our cats had it better than if they were home :-)

Nobody really wants to deal with cats as much as dogs but they’re all about cats! Our cat just needed a grooming and they did so well with him. They offer a ton of other services too

Two of my cats get along well the third one does not. The staff managed to make them all comfortable and as happy as they could be out of our own house. The care was wonderful and I was very happy with the results of their stay.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We had our older cat stay here for a week while on vacation. The staff took great care of him as he is diabetic and needs medicine and special food. No ask was too much. Communication was fantastic and we are all very happy with our decision to use the Happy cat hotel!
