Gods sent!What a wonderful job Joe did with my dog. He was a nightmare in the crate, we had to medicate him 2h prior leaving the house. We felt terrible and couldn’t do anything without a 2hr plan. Micco broke several teeth biting the crate, nails and so forth.Now he sleeps in the crate, stays there when we aren’t home without medication and without freaking out and hurting himself 🙏🏽Thank you Joe!!

My husband and I really can’t say enough positive things about Joe and the Logic Drive Canine team. Our boy, Maddox, is almost 2 years old and struggled with reactivity and resource guarding and we were at a loss about what to do. Upon our first meeting with Joe, I just knew he was going to help our boy and then help us continue the work.Maddox spent 4 weeks in a Board and Train program with Joe and he’s a happier, better behaved boy! We’re seeing so much transfer of what he’s learned and we’re gaining confidence as well. He’s learned some commands, walks calmly on the leash right next to us, and we’re able to enjoy our outings with him now. Our teenager even feels comfortable taking him for a walk now. Logic Driven K-9 did an amazing job training my dog! I rescued a 90 pound Anatolian shepherd mix and he was a handful. He was very destructive in the house, and difficult to walk on the leash. He also resource guarded items and would snap if you tried to take them from him. He board and trained for 4 weeks in the summer and Joe worked so hard with him. Benji is a totally different dog. Our walks are so enjoyable that I look forward to them. He no longer does any damage in the house. If he does take an item and put it in his mouth, I just have to say the word “out”and he lets it go immediately. Joe is very dedicated to each dog he trains. It was the best money I could have spent on Benji.

Joe and his team are the best! My 3-year-old terrier mix, Harper, did a 4-week off-leash training program with LDC and it changed our lives. Harper had no major behavioral issues but was occasionally reactive on-leash (especially living in a busy area of NYC with many triggers) and would often pull toward anything she was interested in. It made our walks stressful and unpredictable. When I met and spoke with Joe for our consultation, he answered all my questions with transparency and immediately put us at ease. I loved his practical approach to training, and it was apparent that his love for dogs guides everything he does. He checked in with me throughout the 4-week program and posted photos and videos frequently, and it was great to see how much Harper was learning and enjoying her time. When Harper came home, Joe stayed with us for over 3 hours to walk me through every detail of her training (including how to maintain what she’s learned). The difference in her behavior and our ability to communicate is like night and day. I can now take Harper anywhere without issue and enjoy continuing to teach/reinforce what she’s learned in new environments. Highly grateful to Joe and the LDC team and can’t recommend them enough!

Logic Driven Canine was recommended to us by our trusted boarder when we started having behavioral issues with our 2-year old pup Cooper. We are so glad we sent Cooper to Logics 4-week train and board with Joe where he was taught some much needed manners and critical skills including heel and place and to overall chill out and relax. Joe is a training wizard! We appreciated that Joe took his time with the meet & greet to really get to know Cooper and the issues we were having with him. After training was over, he dropped Cooper off in Brooklyn where he spent 3 hours with us going over everything Cooper learned and going through our day to day routine in our home and at the park. That time was PRICELESS because training is pointless if the owner doesn’t enforce it. The board and train had made our lives so much easier and our relationship with Cooper so much better. My dog Eddie did a 4 week board and train program with Joe and I could not be happier with the results! Eddie no longer pulls on the leash, sit and lays down on command, walks off leash, comes on call and is able to remain laid down with distractions. With at home consistency, Eddie has maintained all the training he learned while with Joe. I am so happy and satisfied and would recommend Logic Drive Canine training to anyone!

We brought our 8 month old puppy to Joe to help correct a lot of bad behavior - constant barking, pulling on the leash, chewing on furniture, inability to listen to commands, etc. Joe completely transformed him in every way. Hes a completely different dog now and a pleasure to be with. Most importantly, Joe is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took many hours to teach us how to be better dog owners and help our dog transition back into our home. Highly, highly recommended!

Sending 2 of our male littermate pit bulls to Logic Driven Canine was the best gift we could have ever given them! I had almost given up hope of keeping the both of them. I have always had pit bulls but one at a time and they were always rescues so they had came trained. We got these guys at 8 weeks old and had no clue how to train them. They started to fight as they got bigger and stronger . My house was becoming chaotic and unmanageable. When they were 6months old we sent them to the wrong trainer for 9 weeks that was a complete waste and made it even harder for them to be trained properly later on. It got to the point that it was dangerous for me to even walk them on leash because they they would pull or dart if they saw anything distracting and was almost impossible to walk one at a time because they had separation anxiety and would were extremely jealous when they would be out of the crate individually. Finally with many recommendations I contacted Joe. He was absolutely amazing all across the board. He spent a lot of time with me at our consultation setting realistic goals. He got to know me and my dogs and could see how desperate I was to get started in the right direction. Joe is a professional who really knows what he is doing. He suggested a 4 week program with one coming for a week, then the other one joining overlapping for 3 weeks. I was able to spend time with both of them separately and the transition was smoothe. When Joe brought them back both times he spent a lot of time with me showing me exactly what I needed to do to keep what he had done going. Without Joe training me this could have easily been undone. Joe even did a session with my dog walker showing her how they have to be walked because that was one of the biggest problems I had with them. Now they walk like soldiers right along my side. I am so grateful for Joe and his team because they changed our lives! I now have 2 amazing dogs t that are well mannered 🙏🏻

Sending our 3 year-old black lab mix to Joe and Logic Driven Canine was the best decision weve made since adopting our Niko! We highly recommend Joe and his team!Niko was having issues on the leash - always pulling us in the direction he wanted to go in, laying down when he would see another dog approaching us and simply not listening. He was very reactive when the door bell would ring and it would be impossible to hold him back and calm him down. All those issues were fixed after Nikos 4 week boarding training with Joe! Joe and his team are very professional, personable and trustworthy. Joe exposed Niko to multiple settings and situations that we would have never been able to put him in before. We can now take Niko everywhere with us and not have to worry about him being reactive in public and with strangers all thanks to Joe!

We first discovered Logic Driven Canine through an instagram friend whose dogs had all trained with Joe, and immediately contacted him after seeing how well trained they were. At the time our first dog was about 6 months old and while she didnt have any major behavior issues, her leash walking and confidence both needed a lot of work (pulling on the leash to the point of almost passing out, fear of leaving our property). We waited until she was about 8 months old to do the off leash program with LDC and it changed our lives! We were not only able to go on longer walks, but she could also enjoy off leash freedom which we both love!When we got our second dog a year and a half later, we knew we would want to make the same investment in his training. He had similar challenges with the leash, but less issues with pulling and more challenges with confidence/fear (crying/refusing to leave our property for walks). We decided to do a 2 week puppy program and while he went in with a decent foundation of some basic commands, he came back much more confident and engaged, with the ability to go for walks and heel even with some distractions. We are definitely planning to do the off-leash program when hes old enough so that he can enjoy the same freedom as his sister!Were so grateful for Joe and the LDC team and highly recommend checking them out!

Jasper is a shar-pei with a headstrong personality. He is a loyal family dog but not a social butterfly. We engaged Logic Driven Canine to help control his flip outs when he sees other dogs, his pulling on the leash, not staying by our side when walking, excessive barking that we couldnt snap him out of and the jumping at the TV when other animals are on it. He is never going to be happy go lucky, but just the ability to walk with him and not have him pull you, to watch TV without him moving! Being able to correct him quickly enough so he doesnt get to wored up. I would recommend their services! Remember you/we/I have to continue what they have taught him over these past weeks! He is not perfect but he is so much more less stressed than before.

Joe trained my dog Ernie in the Fall of 2023. Ernie went to training due to issues with resource guarding (trash, treats, etc.) and pulling/doing whatever he wanted on walks. We live in NYC, so this caused an extreme stress on day to day life.After the training, Ernie now walks right by my side, and hardly even looks at trash on the street, never trying to pick it up like he would before. I feel much more comfortable leaving him with friends/family/dog sitters/walkers and Im able to bring him with me to restaurants, on errands, etc with little to no worry about his behavior.I thought the training might negatively impact my relationship with Ernie, but its been quite the opposite. He is more cuddly, and loving than ever. Im so thankful to Joe and how he impacted mine and Ernies relationship and my general day to day life! Cant recommend his training enough.

After a few conversations with Joe, I had full confidence that our husky mix would be in good hands. He went in for an off leash program; He is now a very happy pup and can walk off leash ! A dream come true, really ! Joe is very hard working and very communicative. Can’t recommend him enough.

I sent my 7 month old energetic GoldenDoodle Thor for both boarding and training. The facility is extremely clean and all dogs have to have a clean fecal test before starting any program or boarding. That is huge! Joe and Isaac are the guru of dogs. They take their time to really get to know your dog and then create a plan on how to best train them. After a month of training Thor is a different pup, he listens and our walks are truly walks (he’s no longer walking me) good bye pulling and easy distractions along our walks. Joe and Issac love what they do and it shows by the results but also the happiness and willingness of the dogs to learn.Definitely a great investment.Thor looks forward to seeing you again for our reminder sessions and future boarding and training needs.

Joe is a great dog trainer and a great human coach. He has worked with my giant schnauzer puppy and I , via private lessons, taking us through paces, helping correct my human bad habits, making me aware of communication between me and my dog. We did a one month board and train for our huge bernadoodle puppy because we have two young children and didnt have the time (or experience) to dedicate to proper training. If you want a calm, well behaved fur member of your family go to logic Driven Canine. Joe and Isaac are passionate about what they do and take it seriously. Their dedication and expertise has changed our pup and our lives. Now we can eat dinner, have visitors over, and really enjoy our Daisy girl. She left us a wild (but very friendly!) pup and came back to us well behaved (and even friendlier!). Joe and Isaac focus on each and every dog and care for them as their own. Do not hesitate to send your dog!! We cannot recommend enough!

Our dog Freja participated in the 4 week board and train program, and we couldnt be happier with the results! We were at our wits end with her before she entered the program. She constantly jumped on us, uncontrollable on leash walks, and had zero recall. After completing the program, shes a brand new dog! Shes a pleasure on leash. She walks right beside me. She doesnt drag the leash. She doesnt stop constantly or bark at cars or other pedestrians passing by. She doesnt jump on us anymore, and her recall is wonderful! At the completion of the program, Joe spent two and a half hours with us in our home, acquainting us with all of her accomplishments and teaching us how to maintain her training. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and we feel lucky to have connected with him. The training program was an investment to be sure, but it was worth every penny! We highly recommend Joe and his team!

We have had three sessions with Joe and our new puppy and we absolutely love his training methods. We learned so much in such a short time and cannot wait to have a well behaved dog! Joe is AMAZING. We did a few one on one trainings and then did the 2 weeks puppy program for our Cane Corso. WOW!! We went from a puppy who didn’t listen and was wild to a puppy who listens on command. He’s a puppy so our expectations are realistic, but man he is like a totally different dog since being with Joe. Anyone who is thinking about using Joe to help train there dog I 10,000% recommend him. You won’t regret it.

Not only does he train your dog, but he teaches you how to implement and continue the training that they need. Both of my dogs, who came with a long list of behavioral issues, have been trained by Joe. Im so pleased to say that both of my dogs can now walk beautifully on leash, and can hold commands with duration. My 16 week old Rottweiler puppy just came home from a board & train with Joe, and I was shocked at how well-mannered she had become during her time with him. I cannot even begin to express what a truly life-changing experience we had with Joe at Logic Driven Canine. He came highly recommended from our dog walker. We purchased our labradoodle, Gus, from a breeder who was not as honest as we had anticipated. Our puppy grew to double the size he was supposed to be and became difficult to walk or handle in the house because we did not have any experience and we were not prepared for a dog this size. We sent Gus to Joe for a 2 week board & train. The results were incredible! I can honestly say that my family and I truly enjoy our dog now. This was not the case prior to the board and train. Joe is hands down the best trainer in the area. We first worked with him when we brought our pandemic puppy home and he was able to pinpoint behaviors and personality traits immediately. His ability to understand your dog and their needs is truly remarkable. He will always make sure your dog feels comfortable, safe and most importantly, trusted by him. Most recently, we left our pup with Joe for board and train for several weeks and couldnt be happier with the results. We came home to a dog who happily listens to commands. I cant say enough good things about Joe and Logic Driven Canine Training.Sadie, our blue heeler, came to us as an anxious and fearful rescue. She was easily triggered by anything with wheels, other dogs, and most humans. Despite many group and private lessons, her reactivity only intensified throughout the years, making living in NYC a stressful experience for all of us. She has broken skin, leaving bruises on me all the time when she freaks out. We turned to Joe when we felt like we had exhausted all our options.After a 4-week board and train program with Joe, Sadie came home visibly relaxed and happy. She gained confidence thanks to the right tools and techniques she learned during her boarding. She used to bark at every dog in sight, but now she walks down the street without pulling, passing by other dogs without reacting, even when they invade her space. At home, she defaults to staying on two dog mats because she learned to place at Joes and has found it helps her relax! I used to avoid people, dogs, and bikes while walking her, but now I look forward to taking her to bars, restaurants, and enjoying more activities together. Our lives will never be the same thanks to Joe!

I found Joe online after doing a lot of research. I was a bit hesitant sending Willow to training for a month, largely because I was worried that shed come back a different dog. Willow has always been sweet and well-mannered, but like many other dogs, she pulled on the leash, tried to get food off the table and would often ignore commands. I sent her to Joe for a month and her obedience has improved dramatically. She now walks by my side (no pulling), holds downs for long durations, places onto objects and stays there etc. Most importantly, shes still the friendliest dog and hasnt lost a touch of her personality. Going on walks and hikes is now so much easier and less stressful. Also, Joe is a really nice guy and is extremely communicative. I would highly recommend Joe and his services.

Joe has really changed our relationship with our pup Moose for the better. When we first brought Moose home, he had some resource guarding issues, was very mouthy, and was terrible on a leash, among other things. Needless to say, we were a little overwhelmed with our new furry friend and were looking for all the help we could get. Joe came to our home and helped us figure out the causes for Mooses behaviors (usually us) and how we can better interact with him to foster a fun and rewarding relationship. Joe has been really helpful throughout our training process, answering any and all questions that we have had and making sure we feel confident in what we are working on every step of the way. Martha was a wonderful golden retriever pet but not very well trained at all. It was our fault, as we never put the necessary time in. At two years old, she was so strong and we could barely walk her.Enter the dog whisperer Joe. He came so highly recommended that we just took the leap and she went to 14 days of boarding and intensive training. We simply did not have the time. Well, Martha returned home today a happy and much better dog. She was so proud of herself and now we just have to maintain it and be consistent. It is exactly what we wanted. If I could give him 10 stars I would Joe is the best dog trainer I have ever met. Rex was our 3rd dog so weve worked with a few different trainers. He was the hardest to handle, he was scared of everything, he couldnt even enjoy his walks when walking outside on a basic walk. After 2 sessions with Joe and me following my homework assignment that he gave me, I notice for the first time Rex started smelling things around him. This may sound so little to most people but if you had met Rex before this training you would know how much of a big deal this was for us. After a few sessions I ended up getting into the academy so for me training was impossible I couldnt put in the work. So I sent him with Joe for 2 weeks and I was shocked on how much he learned! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!

The program we did with logic driven canine was life changing. We have a two year old whoodle who dealt with severe aggression and unfortunately was on the route to being euthanized. This program was our last hope of keeping our doing which we desperately wanted to do but could not cope with the biting any longer. Joe came to our house on multiple occasions and trained us how to deal with these situations and understand our dog on a level we did not before. We worked on getting my dog in a cage, muzzle training, basic commands, possession and separation anxiety. I know feel comfortable with my dog in the home without being nervous at any time he might act out. 5 stars for anyone who is considering contacting them this is your sign to do so!

Joe did wonders for my dog and me. I felt like I was never going to get my dog to have leash manners, or listen at all, and even after the first session it was like having a new dog! I get so many compliments on how well behaved my boy is, and having the one-on-one sessions really helped to tease out the things I was doing to enable his bad behavior, too. It also really helped to strengthen our bond, especially since my dog was a rescue - it can be hard when you don’t know what’s happened to them in the past. I only wish I had called him sooner! I’ve already recommended his services to several people without reservation!

We can’t recommend Joe and his work highly enough. Our Aussie—stubborn, independent, sometimes too smart—spent four weeks at Logic Driven Canine as a board-and-train, and the results are like night and day. She is now a pleasure to walk, is clearly attuned to us when we are out and about, responds to commands instantly and with a smile (yes, I swear she smiles) and has lost none of her happy, bouncy self in the process. It’s been like hitting reset on our whole relationship to guidance and training. Joe’s communication was excellent throughout her stay, as were his suggestions upon her return. Joe was referred to us by our Vet and after one failed attempt with a previous dog trainer we were very happy to have him help us with our pup Rubble. We were not first time dog owners but it was our first time with a dog that was so very skittish. Joe was patient, understanding of our family dynamic and he was great with our children often having them join in the sessions. Our dog is much calmer, able to go for long walks in parks and although our sessions are over and we still have a long road ahead of us he gave us the right tools to help us succeed while offering his continued support and services should we need them, which I am sure we will. Our dog Kiki had major biting issues when we brought her home from the shelter. After many failed attempts at training and obedience classes, we contacted Logic Driven Canine. Got totally ghosted after rescheduling. My dog was on pain meds so I asked to reschedule a week. That was accepted and then no response after a number of attempts to contact afterwards. Don’t be surprised if you don’t get responses. 2 stars because I’m pretty sure he’s a great trainer; friends use him so I’m sad to give this review.

I wouldnt suggest any other trainer. Joe is incredibly dedicated to training dogs of all ages, temperaments etc. and really cares about the well being of our puppy-friends. Hes also very responsive over text so he can help keep the training going after Joes with them.Joe did some foundational training with our family dog, Ted, who ~3 yrs old and very energetic and mis-behaved, especially when walking on a leash and greeting people. After only a few hours Joe had completely turned Teds behavior around and weve been able to keep up a simple regiment to hold his training in place.I also took my young puppy, Jon, to Joe when he was a puppy for foundational training and couldnt be happier. Ive suggested Logic Driven Canine to many friends and definitely suggest bringing your dog their if youre serious about having a well-trained and happy dog!

We can’t say enough about the service we received from Joe at Logic Driven Canine. Hiring him was truly life changing and we would highly recommend him. Our puppy Ruby was rescued during the Covid 19 lockdown and due to our lack of experience and the inability to socialize Ruby properly, she started to exhibit aggressive behavior and became very difficult to manage. Joe is an exceptional dog trainer. He truly understands dogs behavior and will teach the owner how to interact with the dog. He is very responsive and wants people to succeed. He also will not just take your money. If you want a trained dog then I would definitely send them to Logic Driven Canine.

Joe and his team are the best! We sent our very energetic and rebellious catahpula mix to Joe for a month, and we were hopeful that our dog, Apple Pie, would improve from the program. To say she improved is a vast understatement. She’s still our energetic Apple, but so much better in every way. When Apple came home, Joe spent hours with us discussing our planned approach and how to set Apple up for success and our life with Apple is 100% better thanks to all of his great work and support. She is calm, behaved, and simply a joy. The stressors we used to have with her around other dogs, people, and cars are gone.
