Grooming at Orchard Grove

I was happy to have found Amy after my long time groomer moved out of town. Amy groomed my dog three times over the past year or so and each time did a very good job. However, now over the past 2 months has canceled three times at the very last minute. Thats it. Three strikes youre out as the fourth time Im afraid the excuse is going to be something like the dog ate my homework.

Amy cancelled my appointment last minute three weeks ago Then it took her awhile to get back with a new appointment several weeks later. Then I show up for my appointment and she’s not there. Another lady same thing. I text her and she says the shop is closed because it’s snowing. Well the vet in the same building is open and busy so I don’t know why she needed to close but she at the very least should have called or messaged us so we didn’t waste our time and stand out in the cold. Now my dog is way over due and I need a new groomer. First time I have ever left a review!

My two dogs, Higgins and Thomas, were groomed here and it was an all around great experience. The previous groomer they went to sent them home with bloody ears, so I was very careful in finding a new groomer and found the best! Kerry was so kind and personable, and I could tell immediately that she would be gentle with our two boys. Not only did they come back looking awesome, but they were happy too! So thankful to have found this place!

My dogs love going to Orchard Grove for Grooming. I have a Pyrenees & a Border Collie mix, They come out fresh & clean & Happy!!My Pyrenees sheds like crazy!! & they really get out his undercoat. Highly recommend Grooming at the Grove

Here is my honest reviewWhen you arrive you ring a bell. You are not allowed inside, and you pay outside as well. There is no reception desk, and your pet is taken into a room you never get to see. I have been there three times and never seen the inside. Picked up and dropped off like a bad drug deal..very unprofessionalWhen I picked my dogs up their nails were not done and the cuts were very uneven. I had to trim them when I got home. She seem to be only able to do one type of cut not breed specific so your dogs ears are going to be cut straight across regardless. I find Kerry to be unfriendly and uninterested. She doesnt even know my dogs name. I would look past all these things if the haircut was good but its not. Very disappointed and I wont be returning

Kerry took one look at the picture of a dog needing emergency grooming from Warwick Valley Humane Society and immediately made arrangements to help her. The dog needed a complete shave down and a second visit to address her ears under sedation. Although Kerry couldnt put her personal touch on the now naked dog, I have seen her personal touch numerous times over the years and she is phenomenal! Thank you Kerry and Orchard Grove Animal Hospital for helping us help this neglected little dog❣

I’m really excited that this groomer has opened at my vet. They were extraordinarily friendly and gave my pup a great bath. Also, a quick turn around with their timing estimate spot-on, which I think is a huge plus for groomers, as I’ve had ones who over-book and then two hours turns into four and your dog is in a crate. Definitely going to be a regular here!

This has always been my favorite place to bring my pack of dogs for a groom. The space is pristine, the groomers are so super efficient, but highest on my personal list, they adore the dogs! My dogs never seem stressed after their grooms. I can’t speak highly enough about these wonderful groomers and people.

Where do I begin? Kerry has been the best groomer Ive had for my lhasa apso! My dog has always been a handful but Kerry was always patient with him and she never judged me for his behavior. So grateful that Kerry is back!

Daisy is a very old and difficult Shih Tzu Yorker. Kerry did a FABULOUS grooming job with Daisy!! Kerry is the only groomer that is able to handle Daisy, and at the same time do a perfect grooming job. She is , also, very loving toward Daisy. I am SUPER pleased with every aspect of Kerry’s professional grooming!

Our first grooming appointment for our baby “Avey” at Orchard Grove and she was a smelly mess. She had many encounters with everything that stinks in our property.She came back looking like the super model that she thinks she is.We have another appointment next week because she smells again!! Obviously we will be repeat clients! 😂

Kerry and her team are so amazing with my dogs. You can tell by their wagging tails when I pick them up that not only do they look good, but feel good too! Best groomers in the area!

Brought my shepard mix in for his first grooming experience today. Prices were very reasonable and he looks & smells great. Highly recommend :)

We loved the way our Airedale’s smelled and looked after a groom at Orchard Grove. We have had them for 7 years and this is the best groom they have ever had!

Amy does an excellent job. My pet comes back looking like a showdog each time I bring her. Never fails! Just awesome!
