Upstate Pet BnB- Your Pets B&B

We have been bringing our 3 high-energy dogs to Upstate PetBnB since Spring 2024 for both doggy daycare and boarding, and we couldn’t be happier! Caroline and her team provide A+ care and offer the schedule flexibility that is difficult to find elsewhere. Our dogs always come home tired and happy! I know these pups are in the best hands whenever we need to go out of town or just need daycare. After poor experiences with a few other places, we are SO happy we found this one!! Highly recommend!

My pup has been going to Caroline since I adopted him. He absolutely LOVES her and her facility!! Her knowledge and training has been instrumental in his growth process. My pup gets so excited every time I bring her to daycare! She has so much fun with the other pups and she is in the best hands! Grooming is also fabulous here and a great price! Pics are before and after grooming!

Great experience! Caroline is amazing, she seems very aware of all of the dog’s behaviors and will put the effort into making them as comfortable as possible. My girl is very anxious but I felt at ease with her in Caroline’s care and felt even more comfortable being able to see how she was with her and the other dogs there through the live cameras. This was my first time using a dog daycare/boarding so I can’t compare, but it’s a very clean place and the staff is very quick to clean up any messes!

Rocco absolutely loves staying at Pet B&B. It’s been a life saver for me when I need to travel. The camera system takes all the anxiety of leaving my dog away. The grooming service that they offer is just so convenient. I highly recommend you to bring your puppy here. Thank you so much

I trust no boarder or daycare the way I trust Pets BnB. Caroline is truly passionate about dogs. Her time and commitment to the happiness, health, and care of my dog is unparalleled. The facilities are clean, you can purchase treats and toys, there are themed weeks/days with fun activities, and you can customize your dog’s experience. My dog gets so incredibly excited to come here and darts right to her door. If that’s not a sign about her comfort and happiness here, I don’t know what possibly could be! The pictures of my dog are of her at daycare during special themed weeks.

A great place for your pet! My dog enjoyed his stay here. The people are incredibly friendly and responsible and took a great care of my dog. They give access to ring, so that you can see what your dog is doing through a live camera. The deluxe suite was very comfortable and made my dog feel like home.

I couldn’t recommend Upstate PetBNB enough! We recently got our first puppy and we treat him like he is truly our child. When looking for a doggy daycare, we were so particular. Caroline has so much passion for what she does and runs the daycare so well. There are always tons of activities for the pups throughout the month that you can choose to participate in (bubble parties, arts and crafts, etc). Another amazing perk is being able to access the cameras to check in throughout the day and watch the dogs! It is so nice having peace of mind that my dog Hudson is being taken care of while I am at work. He absolutely loves Caroline and all of the employees that work there. My favorite part of the day is dropping Hudson off and seeing how excited he is to run in and play with his friends!

My dogs had a great time playing at daycare here during a recent trip to the area. Caroline and her team took excellent care of them. Being able to watch the dogs play on live feed cameras gave me peace of mind that my girls were safe and happy. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Upstate Pet BnB is amazing! We have 3 dogs and they love when they get to go for the day or even overnight. Caroline is AMAZING with our dogs and we immediately felt at home with her and so did our dogs. This is the first boarding experience weve had where our dogs actually ran back to the play room to stay longer. ❤️

Love Caroline and her staff! They’re amazing! I’ve moved from Louisiana and today was my dog second visit I was a lil nervous at first because he NEVER been around any other dogs and his first day he was scared to go inside kept running back to the car. and today let’s just say he couldn’t wait to go inside to the point soon as I put the car in park he jumped from the back seat into the front and walked in with no care in the world he just knew he was in great hands. And they did an AWESOME job with his grooming!

Caroline has always gone above & beyond for my pup, Coco. She’s been going to Upstate Pet BnB since she was 8 weeks old for daycare and boarding for a week vacation each year and she’s now 4 years old. I never have to question if she’s being taken care of or fed or loved on. Caroline treats every dog there like her own. Highly recommend sending your dog for daycare every week to create a bond with the other dogs there & feel comfortable to leave your pup with them for vacation. My girl gets SO excited when I ask her if she’s ready to go see Caroline.

The only daycare I trust with my dog! Caroline is just wonderful. Everything she does is for the good of the dogs and it shows! My dog gets structured socialization and play time with other dogs in a safe environment. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Caroline is an amazing trainer who has helped our rescue dog come out of her shell and be calm and confident. The daycare is the best weve been to, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax in a homey environment. 100% recommended!!

I brought my dog cricket here when I needed to go out of town on a trip. The process could not have been any smoother. Caroline and her team were friendly and very good with Cricket, who is a nervous little dog. They groomed him during his stay and he looked wonderful! He was happy and energetic when I picked him up… I could go on and on about Upstate Pet B&B. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

What a great place! I have a big dog (70lbs) and small dog (8lbs) They had the TIME OF THIER lives here. Both are happy healthy after our week of vacation. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the owner Caroline is knowledgeable and really cares. Leave your pets with confidence that they will have a great time.

I absolutely adore Upstate Pet BnB!!! My dog absolutely loves going there, and I couldnt be happier with the care he receives. Caroline, the owner, is incredibly hands-on, and her background as a Vet Tech gives me peace of mind knowing my furry friend is in good hands. Highly recommend!!!

My little dog Mahi started going here about 2/3 months ago. He was so nervous around dogs I wasn’t sure this was going to be for him. Fast forward to now and he is so much better around dogs of all size and he’s learned how to let other dogs know when enough is enough. The owner offers free weekend training classes for her daycare and boarding pups. Everything from recall to leash and everything in between. I highly recommend her crate free daycare and boarding. Prices are beyond reasonable and you can add on private time for your dog and even grooming options. Her location is perfect and easy to find. She offers a complimentary meet and greet to makes sure it the perfect fit for everyone. I’m so thankful to have a place where we feel comfortable leaving our little pup, whether it be a day or a week!

We boarded our dog for a few days over the weekend. Everyone at PetBNB is super accommodating and clearly cares a lot about the happiness and safety of the pups that are staying with them. I’ll be back for daycare/boarding in the future!

Caroline is one of the most genuine caring loving and amazing humans ever. Her love for the pups is indescribable. I watch her work so hard everyday with a huge smile on her face🩷 she treat every doggie like they’re hers.

Our Kobe has been coming for over 2 years and absolutely loves his daycare days. The staff is amazing, the dogs are always active and playing, its the best way to keep our golden active. Highly recommend.

I never review places but just HAD to because they are so great. I trust this place with my dog more than my own family! They have all sorts of fun activities, a camera to watch your dog and make sure to give each and every dog special attention. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

Our dogs Maci and Zeus absolutely love coming to daycare here. The staff is always friendly and are passionate about the dogs. They are always doing fun activities! Best daycare ever :)

Upstate Pet BnB did a wonderful job caring for our dog when my family and I were away. Caroline was communicative and flexible -- very open to specific feeding needs and mealtimes. It was very obvious that our dog not only got plenty of exercise and fun, but lots of love and attention as well. We will absolutely be repeat customers!

One of the best pet care businesses in the capital region. Place is clean but extremely homey. All customers are happy and employees are very welcoming, it’s a great community of people. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and use to work with a veterinarian I know who still talks about her work ethic. This owner has created the ideal place for not only dogs but owners too, give them a visit!

Caroline and her staff are great with my puppy, who I treat as my child. I want to make sure that if I ever have to go out of town, or when it comes time for my puppy socialization classes, we take him to the best place around. I want to make sure to find the best place for my little guy. Picking the right place to leave your pet can be stressful. If youre like me, you want the best for your animal without going overboard with extreme options. To put it simply, I dont need to FaceTime with my dog, but I want to know that hes surrounded by professionals with his absolute best interests in mind. Caroline and her staff are those professionals. They truly make you and your fur babies feeling like family, not just clients. Everyone is part of the family at Upstate pet bnb!
