Westhampton Dog Grooming

The only groomer I have ever taken my dogs to. I am a loyal customer since 2000. Gary and his staff are wonderful and take such good care of my Yorkies and Wheaten Terrier. They loved spa days!

Wonderful job all around - I have a siberian husky and a pit/lab mix and they both are treated so well here! My mix (who is generally scared of everything) LOVES everyone there.My husky always comes out beautiful, soft, and smells amazing! And when I have her shaved down she looks great and the job is done so carefully that she is always happy when she leaves :)Highly recommend!

For 21 years I lived next door to this dog groomer and the owner couldnt be sweeter. I recently adopted a smaller dog that had a lot of hair and needed grooming. He had never been to a groomer and his first experience was a little traumatic to the say the least. It was Halloween so I made them homemade candies while I waited for PD to be done. When I got there he was shaken up and so were the groomers. Told me I needed to continue to bring him in so he gets used to it and wont need a muzzle eventually. I thanked them and promised I would bring him to them the next time I get PD groomed. Unfortunately, the second time I went in to book an appointment the groomers were extremely rude, made me feel bad for wanting their service, and gave me an attitude when I told them that I can just go somewhere else. This whole time Ive lived next door I spoke so highly of them. Now I am happy to be moving.... guess they will be too.

I WISH I had known about this fantastic groomer when I had my other furrry babies. They do a great job. MY LITTLE GIRL COMES OUT HAPPY and smelling and looking much prettier than when she went in. When she is happy, so am I. THANK YOU ALL, for doing such a terrific job.☺🤗😙 Nancy L.

Second time using Westhampton Pet Grooming, I gave them a second chance, was disappointed first time but I figured maybe it was an off day for them, well I was wrong, it appears every day is an off day just had my Yorkie groomed Haircut was sloppy and hacked up again. Hair was irregular all over some long some short and at a cost of $75.00 I would of expected more attention to detail than what was received. My recommendation is find another groomer besides this one. A Very Dissatisfied Customer. I gave Westhampton Pet Grooming one Star in that people working there were very courteous, but whoever cut my Yorkies hair should be trained on how to cut hair.

I went back and had a great experience this time. Groomers listened to my requests and did a great job on my golden doodle. They took great care of my dog. I will definitely go back again.

Very nice but did not give a good haircut. It was very uneven. My dogs coat was brushed down so I didnt realize it until I got home. Very disappointing. Good for bath only.

Terrible experience. My dogs cut was completely butchered. Was there for over 6 hours! To top that off he wasnt even taken out for a potty break. Please dont waste your time here.

Took my dog to get groomed while visiting family in New York, she was in their care for almost 5 hours and when we went to pick up my 8lb shorkie, at first I didnt notice anything because she was so happy to see us, but once we were in the car we noticed that Abbie couldnt open her right eye, I was beside myself and couldnt believe what I was seeing, we take Abbie back inside and questioned the owner on what happened and who groomed her, she told us she groomed Abbie but doesnt know what happened to her, she said it may just be a hair in her eye and she advised us to just let her put some drops of saline in her eye, I was hoping thats all it was but when she put a drop in her eye my heart broke at the sound of Abbie in so much pain, I told her not to put anything else in her eye and again Im asking her what did you do to my dog, she never would admit to doing anything to Abbie, she agreed she wasnt like this when we dropped her off but she doesnt know what happened, we took her to the vet and was advised that she had a cut across her eye, the vet spoke with the groomer and told her what she found, this groomer did pay the vet bill, but thats all she did, I called the groomer as soon as we got home from the vet.. and wanted to know why she wasnt honest with us from the start and she stuck to her story that she didnt know what happened and she was sorry she got hurt in her place of business, so to anyone reading this beware, this groomer is dishonest and will lie straight to your face... you never know what happens once you walk out the door and leave your pet in the care of someone you should be able to trust..
