Weve boarded our boy, Enzo here for the first time a while back. He loved it! Charlotte took great care of him. She texted us a few pictures of him throughout the week. It was great to see him enjoying himself while we were out of the country enjoying ourselves! Were so glad we tried out Stay & Play - theyve got themselves a forever customer.

We are very happy with how Our dog Daisy was taking care of. She was the same dog we left. She very happy, well fed, clean, with plenty of exercise and hugs, and in good health. Thank You 😊

Doesnt this picture (taken by Charlotte) say it all? We have been leaving our Grace at Stay & Play for day visits for a couple of months, to give her the chance to play with other dogs, and she has loved it. We were completely comfortable leaving her for an extended stay - we knew she would be taken well care of by people who love her- and that she would have a blast! She came home clean (I recommend the spa treatment too), tired, and so happy. Thank you, Charlotte!EDIT: November 2022 - Grace just had her second extended stay; she has also had a couple of overnights and we try to get her to daycare twice a week. Her tail starts wagging as soon as she realizes where were going and its still going strong when we pick her up. She loves the people and the other dogs - and so do we! 5 stars x infinity!!!EDIT: September 2023 - Grace could have traveled with us and stayed in strange places with strange people....or she could have a ten-day play date with her best friends (dog and human!), running around outside in perfect weather and soaking up love and attention. Its a no-brainer! She came home happy, sparkling clean, and tired. So much more than a place to board - Stay and Play is truly our girls home away from home.

We love Stay & Play! They are absolutely amazing and when we’re on vacation it’s comforting to know that our girl is in good hands. Willow always comes back tired and happy 😊 We think of it as a vacation for her as well with all the playing/socializing she gets to do!

I have been boarding my dogs to Stay and Play for a few years now and I can truly say that Charlotte welcomes them with open arms and my dogs look forward to staying over. They come home happy and well cared for. Food and medicines are properly administered and I always get great feedback from Charlotte about my dogs well-being. Ive never had any worries while my dogs stay over. The grounds and facilities are immaculate and the setting is quiet, rural, and cheery. I absolutely recommend Stay and Play!

They did a wonderful job with my six month old puppy who had never been kenneled before. My puppy was happy and healthy when I picked her up from her one week stay at Stay and Play.

Dogs are NEGLECTED! Please do not leave your beloved furry family member here, it is not a risk worth taking. I left my 2 furry loved ones at Stay & Play and when I picked them up, one looked as if she had been stranded in the woods alone all week. Her fur was in such a horrible scary state. I asked if she had been brushed all week, she said no. I asked why not, she is in her shedding season and needs to be brushed, as I had told her when I dropped them off, that I brush them every day, or 2 at the most. When I asked why they were not brushed upon pick up, she said that was extra. First, caring for a dog should include brushing as needed, where in this case it was and second, if there was a fee, she should have said, we can brush her but it is extra. She never said that or called me saying that she really needed to be brushed. My poor little dog suffered terribly all week with itching and no care, as a result her skin is flaking. I am crying as I look at her. That is not only neglectful but I feel it is abuse, my dog was needlessly forced to suffer because she could not properly care for her. She told me my dog was like that when I dropped her off, this is a complete lie and I encourage her to pull a still picture from her video camera, as that will prove this is false. Her website says she will take excellent care of your dog, that is deceptive advertising . It also appears she left their harnesses on all week as her hair and skin issues stop at the harness. I have pictures of this severe neglect that if anyone picked up their beloved pet in this condition could only cry and be so angry. If this CLEAR neglect is happening, I only dare to think of the possible other neglect and possible abuse that is occurring. I am filing a complaint with the animal authority overseeing boarding kennels to have this investigated so that no other dog has to suffer the clear and horrible neglect that my poor beloved dog did for a week, it is animal cruelty and should not be allowed to continue. STAY AWAY from here if you love your pet! If I am unable to upload pictures, please feel free to contact me and I can show you as I am sure the owner will respond saying it is untrue.

Charlotte is amazing. If you leave your dog with her multiple times she really gets to know them and for us, Bruce practically runs out the door if he thinks he is going to Stay & Play. Added bonus, he is always exhausted when he comes home. He clearly has a lot of fun and tires himself out.

OMG!!!! Our babies love Stay and Play, we sometimes think they love Charlotte more than they do us. We trust her and her staff with our dogs, we know when we drop them off they will be well taken care of.

My 2 dogs were cared for for 9 days, over the holidays. Charlotte and her staff were fantastic! We were able to take a tour prior to their stay and felt very confident in leaving town. Everything is very organized, extremely clean, and the staff is very loving. My dogs appeared happy, stress free, and clean smelling when we returned.

Our family highly recommends Stay and Play! Charlotte and the whole staff take amazing care of our pup. We don’t feel like we are leaving her behind while we go have fun, instead we are treating her to doggy summer camp where she plays and enjoys new dog and people friends! When we pick her up, we can tell the people there have enjoyed being with her too! Charlotte’s kindness and patience is always very appreciated - as anyone knows, the beginning and ending of a family trip are certainly stressful enough! We feel so lucky to have found this place and it’s well worth the 30 minute drive from our house to bring her there!!

I was incredibly nervous to board our pup for a week because of a previous boarding nightmare around the area. After speaking with staff before drop off and during drop off, every ounce of worry I held onto was put at ease. Our pup had an AMAZING time. She was 100% her crazy, goofy self when we picked her up and you could just TELL she had so much fun. I will scream it from the roof tops, Stay n Play is amazing and I wont ever take my stinker anywhere else. You guys do amazing work, and just knowing my baby was loved on like she was their own is such a great feeling after being so disappointed elsewhere. Thank you for all you do, and for doing it so darn well 💞

Charlotte, Christina and the entire staff take excellent care of our pups when we board. They come back happy, well fed, but tired out from all the fun! Charlotte stays in contact via text, is attentive to the dogs and their overall health, and clearly loves what she does. Highly recommend!

We’ve had great experience with boarding our 2 girls, Carli and Maddie, at Stay & Play over the last few years. They were excited to get there the other day when I dropped them off. Charlotte and her people take great care of them for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Always well cared for! 💜

Cannot say enough good things about Stay & Play. I was incredibly nervous before boarding my pup for the first time because he is reactive at home and can be difficult to manage. Charlotte took the time to listen to my concerns and evaluate my pup to ensure everyone would make a happy fit. My dog has stayed 3 times now and I know he is incredibly well cared for while he is there. Charlotte has also taken the time to provide additional training resources and recommendations and support above and beyond boarding. Highly recommend for anyone considering boarding.

I was terrified to board Kali my bulldog for a one night stay but Charlotte helped me feel comfortable about leaving Kali in her care. She reassured me that Kali was going to be in good hands and she would take the extra precautions that bulldogs need! I felt good about leaving Kali for the night and when I picked her up, I could tell she enjoyed being there. Kali kept running back to Charlotte as we were leaving and that told me that she ENJOYED Charlotte and her stay at Stay and Play! I will definitely be taking Kali back for future stays. Its nice to have a Safe, Fun, Caring place to take your Fur-baby when you need a place for them to stay. Thanks Charlotte!

Stay and Play provided a safe, clean and nurturing kennel experience for our three dogs this week. Charlotte knows each of our dogs and accommodates for their needs. Love taking our dogs to Stay and Play and I highly recommend it!

We boarded our dog Marshmallow here while we were gone for nine days. They took the absolute best care of her and we could tell she had a blast while she was there. 100% recommend and will be boarding with them again in the future.

I have an 11 year old Boarder collie/ Lab mix that we have never left with anyone else other than my in laws. However in April we have a family wedding that we will all be attending so we need to kennel Sophie. I asked a vet friend of mine who he recommended and he suggested Charlotte at Stay and Play. I called her talked to her about my anxiety about leaving Sophie for the first time ever and also the fact that Sophie hasnt really been around other dogs either. She was awesome and totally understandable. We set up an appointment to meet in person so that my husband and I could both see the facilities and scheduled a time for Sophie to have a daycare day for a trial run. Well today was the day and it went great. I am thrilled. Im still a little nervous for our weekend away but Sophie is scheduled for a couple more trial days before the big weekend. Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful.

Charlotte & her team at Stay & Play are wonderful. My husband and I shopped around quite a bit before deciding where to board our dog last month when we had to travel out of state for a wedding. Two different people recommended Stay & Play to us, so we decided to check them out. We adopted our dog, Payson, from a rescue organization a little over a year ago. She can be extremely skittish around new people and doesnt like to leave our sides (ever!), so we worried about leaving her somewhere unfamiliar. Charlotte and the staff we met were extremely professional and immediately kind, warm and gentle toward Payson. Charlotte seemed knowledgable and experienced, and I quickly felt like Payson would be in good hands. The property was also clean and well maintained. It was still a little difficult leaving her, but we got a good report when we picked her up and it seemed like all went well. The next time we dropped Payson off, she was wagging her tail and seemed excited to be back. It was great to see. I definitely recommend Stay & Play for boarding.

This is, hands-down, the best kennel Ive ever used. Its apparent Charlotte and her staff care about the dogs they care for as if they were their own pets. The next time I need to have my dogs boarded I know who Ill be calling.EDIT: I picked up my dogs yesterday after their second stay with Charlotte and her staff and, as before, I couldnt be happier with the care they received.Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs. :)

We were nervous to leave our dogs because they had never been boarded before and our one dog can get very anxious and depressed when left for an extended period of time. Both of our dogs had the BEST time and we were so relieved to have found someone to take such great care of our fur babies while we were away. Charlotte is so kind and sweet and we will definitely be taking our dogs back to her for both day care and boarding!

Most amazing, caring place to take care of your fur babies when you travel! Charlotte is so quick to respond if you contact her to check in and loves all animals as if they were her own. Highly recommend!

My Golden Retriever has had many happy vacations at Stay & Play. Charlotte, the owner, is wonderful with all the dogs and you can tell that she is a true dog lover. My dog is kind of a nut and she really gets him and loves him. Staff has been friendly and kind to my dog. He returns home tired and happy because he gets to have play time with other dogs who Charlotte chooses he will be compatible with. I have only had good experiences with Stay & Play over the last many years.

Was looking for a place to care for our dog when we went away. She is 10 months old so leaving her has been hard. We tried an in home house sitting with pet care that didnt work out. Stay and Play was highly recommended by several people we knew. Called for information and Charlotte was very responsive. I like her right from our first conversation. Took Sophie up for a quick visit and was made to feel very welcome. Dropped her off for a day of daycare so she could get used to it there. She came home happy and tired from playing all day. Left her for the weekend with no worries. She had wonderful care and lots of fun while we were gone. Will be using Stay and Play from now on when we go away. Highly recommended! Love it there!Update 12/12/22: We continue to love Charlotte and our pup, Sophie still loves it at Stay and Play. We drop her off whenever we travel if we are not taking her with us. The past few months we have had to travel more than usual and I have felt guilty with how many times we have had to leave her recently. But no matter how often she has had to stay at Stay and Play, she gets excited when we get there and is always happy and tired when we pick her up. I never worry and know she is well cared for and loved while we are away. Thank you Charlotte and staff! We love you! ❤️🐾🐕

We love taking our two chocolate labs to Stay & Play! Charlotte and her team provide excellent care and treat our boys like their own. We can relax while away knowing they are in the best hands. We recommend Stay & Play to every dog parent!

Charlotte is amazing! This is the first time I’ve had to leave my dog at a kennel, so I was very nervous about it. This is the absolute ONLY place I’d leave my dog at. She has such a nice and clean set up and is great with dogs. My dog loves to go there and play with the other dogs. I just got back from an 8 day vacation, and he stayed there. She sent me pictures and updates, which I loved. When I picked him up, I could tell he wanted to stay longer and adored Charlotte. This made me feel so much better about going away. I am so thankful for all of this.

This is my favorite local boarding place. Ive tried other places but keep coming back to Stay & Play. Charlotte cares for your pets like they are her own, and shes so good with animals. We have had a few anxious/crazy rescue dogs and she has always been amazing. We love it here.

Charlotte is super sweet and took great care of our puppies while we were on vacation. We know they were in the best care while we were away and found comfort in the care she gives to all the animals she boards.

My “babies” love it here! Charlotte accommodated us on very short notice when one of our doggies got car sick and We knew there was no way we were going to be able to take them on the long trip south - thank you Charlotte! They got excellent care. We also appreciated the pictures she sent to us while we were away😀.

Our little Murphy LOVES stay and play! Charlotte and the rest of the staff are so accommodating and friendly and they often send us pictures of our little guy when we are gone. It definitely makes leaving home a lot easier knowing that our pup is on a little vacation of his own. He comes home tired and happy every time. 5+ stars!

Charlotte is the best! We know our dog is well taken care of at Stay and Play. She gets to go outside and play with other dogs every day and Charlotte will even send you a picture of them playing! We have no worries knowing shes at Stay and Play with Charlotte! Thanks so much!

We left our new puppy with Charlotte for 9 days while on vacation. She was very reassuring and despite it being hard to leave him, we fully trusted Emmett in her care. There’s no doubt that Charlotte loves dogs, and her job! Emmett had a fabulous time playing with the other dogs! Will definitely use Stay and Play again!

We love Charlotte and her helpers. Our dog went to other kennels in her early years but always came home stressed. If we left her for a week, it would take three weeks for her to relax and settle down. Now we take her to Stay & Play and she comes home healthy and happy every time. We wouldn’t take our doggy-daughter anywhere else!

Charlotte is amazing with our boy! She truly cares about all the dogs and he loves going to “day care”. He also had a great stay for a week long vacation recently and I think he really debated coming home with me or staying and playing with his friends.

Charlotte and her staff go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of the friends that are lucky enough to stay with them. My chi, Remus, just loves his vacations there. I know that he is well cared for and given so much love while he is there. Charlotte really gets to know the animals in her care and truly treats them like one of her own. Stay & Play is the only place that I will bring Remus to.

My dogs have enjoyed this special doggy hotel for years. Charlotte is caring and careful with all pets. Pets have large accommodations which allow them to move around comfortably, sleep up off the floor, and enjoy heat or air conditioning as needed. Great place! The only place we will leave our dogs!

Charlotte is fantastic with the dogs! My Emma is a big girl, & hasnt been socialized in a while due to leg surgeries. I was very concerned about her being aggressive w/other dogs.Before I left the office, Charlotte had her playing with another. 😊Also, Emma is always happy when we pull in, which says a LOT.I highly recommend Stay & Play! 🖒

Charlotte and her staff are truly wonderful. They care a lot about the animals that stay with them. Our two dogs went to Stay and Play for the first time for a 4 night-stay and came back to us obviously happy and well cared for. I didnt doubt for a second they got everything they needed during their time there.

I was so pleased with my experience at stay and play pet care. I can’t recommend Charlotte enough. She was wonderful with my cat. I felt completely comfortable leaving my fur baby with her for 12 days and never worried once while I was on vacation.

Boarded my 6 year old rescue dog for 11 days. Excellent care! Wonderful owner and staff! Fantastic facilities! I have had my dog for a year and this was the first time boarding him. Very positive experience for him and myself. He looked great when I picked him up and he loved Charlotte!

Charlotte is the BEST!! My dog doesn’t want to leave when I come to get her! I have a 1 1/2yr old pit bull & Charlotte treats her like it’s her own!So comforting to know the person caring for my dog will treat her as well as or better than we do at home.

Our dog Daizy loves staying with Charlotte and Turbo at Stay & Play! At the last kennel we used she would plant herself at the door and not want to go in. At Stay & Play she runs in the door wagging her tail and we feel confident that she is happy and shown lots of attention while she is there. Charlotte is wonderful and has always gone out of her way to accommodate us and make Daizy feel special.

Our dog LOVES staying here and we love taking her there! It is awesome to know that our dog will be well cared for while we are away. Lovely outdoor facilities for dogs to play in and wonderful staff that walk and play with the dogs daily. Our dog comes home happy and well fed and never looks stressed...she actually LEAPS out of the car when we get there to drop her off, which is the BEST recommendation a pet place can get!

We have taken our puppy to another facility in the past and were referred by many friends to try Stay and Play. I have nothing but positive to say about this facility. The owner seems to LOVE her job, the place was clean and Copper (our dog) seemed so happy!!! Weve already reserved her next stay. Thanks so much, Stay and Play!!!

Charlotte and her staff are excellent with our little boy Nigel. This being our 2nd extended stay (15 days) Nigel was so very well taken care of with on going updates and pictures. Nigel looks forward to his next vacation at Stay & Play Pet Care!

We had never boarded our dog before and Stay-&-play came highly recommended. We were very nervous because he is a bully breed and has not been away from home before. I was beyond satisfied with the experience we had. And upon picking him up the staff was so welcoming and had nothing but great things to say! Also the facility is wonderful not to mention the rate was so reasonable!!! Will never take him anywhere else.

I can always feel great peace of mind leaving my goldies with Charlotte. They are safe and seem to have a good time, so we feel less guilty leaving the behind. I give the highest rating I can!

It is such a comfort knowing that while we are away our fur baby is being well cared for. He loves going there for the interactions with the owner and her staff not to mention Turbo :)We are very thankful for all they do!!

A wonderful place to board your dog! I’m a medical resident and have a work schedule that’s “all over the place”, they worked with me to find a time to drop off and pick up my dog. I’ll be sure to board my pup here again in the future!

Lark comes back clean, happy, and tired. I know part of the tired is from the comings and goings in the kennel disrupting her usual afternoon nap time, but thats fine. While she recovers the next day, I can unpack and do my laundry!

My two boys come home happy and exhausted every time. I can go on vacation worry free because of the care and love they receive at Stay and Play. Highly recommend them.

My dog jumps out of the car and runs to the office. That is the best recommendation! I have also found the owner to be extremely easy to work with. This is a place I totally trust.

Our dog was well cared for and enjoyed her 10 day stay at Stay and Play Pet Care in Windsor, NY. Besides the owner of this Pet Care business telling us that our dog did well and enjoyed herself, we heard it from our dog as we started out of the driveway, she cried because she wanted to still be there which was her positive affirmation of what a good time she had.

I picked up my dog yesterday after a 10 day stay here while we were on vacation. This was his 2nd stay and we could not be happier. He always appears to be well cared for by everyone at Stay & Play and I am more than happy to recommend their services to anyone who is looking.

I have Blue Heelers which means they can be quite particular and anxious, Charlotte emailed me and kept me updated which calmed my anxiety about them being boarded for the first time! I have a Saint Bernard, he’s pretty massive 😅 they absolutely love him and treat him with the absolute best care ever! They are my go to people when I need someone to babysit my baby moose 💜 prices are reasonable and I know he is treated like a king every time I take him! 🥰

Redford seemed to be happy and content when I picked him up. Charlotte and Christine were great and answered all my concerns. They love all their furry visitors and it shows. Just a great place for your best friend to stay and play if you cant take them along.
