Superior GroomerPeople are always commenting on my Lhasa Apso’s grooming. I have been to large pet spas, large commercial shops. Fluff and Dry Grooming Salon has it all over these establishments. Debby, the owner is not only a superior groomer, She also promote’s animal wellness, enjoys her career and LOVES animals. Great cozy hometown shop. I highly recommend Fluff and Dry
No signs of any kind, it is a home, normally not a problem but not knowing where the shop entrance is can cause problems. Tried to call to make sure I was at the right place and went right to voice-mail. Did not leave a message because why would you if you were there for your appointment and need to speak to someone. Knocked on the door heard many dogs barking and waited but no one ever came to the door.. When the ownwe/manager responded to a message my wife sent, instead of apologizing for her business failures, she blamed me for not making appointment.Bad business practices:1. No signage at all for customers to know they are at the right ace or correct door.2. No communication with customers that it is a home and there is a different shop entrance.3. Not answering the business phone when customers call?4. Blaming customers for your business failures.I do not reccomend this establishment for any type of business.
