Five stars for this wonderful family operated business! Id give more if I could! They are honest about the dogs they work with and set reasonable expectations for their grooms through great communication. Reasonable prices, quick service, and experienced care for your pup! They do a great job from bath and blowouts for big shedding pups all the way to complex poodle grooms. You will not be disappointed here!

I forgot how soft my dog could be! This place is great. Staff is very friendly. They took excellent care of my pup and got her looking her best for the holiday season.

The place is very clean and the people were very friendly. They were also very fast. I was told 90 minutes when I dropped off my miniature schnauzer, and she was done in 60 minutes. She looks great, and the prices were reasonable.I will definitely go back again.

Nikki always does a fantastic job of making our Tess (Golden Retriever) look her best. We love being able drop off Tess for an appointment- just like people - and pick her up when she’s ready and looking beautiful. And the themed collars/bandanas are a really nice touch - this month’s orange Halloween collar even gave off a hint of pumpkin spice!

Excellent experience! I have a 10 month old GSD mix who has only been to PetSmart and I dont think he had the best experience. He walked into Groomingtales a little hesitant and shy. Bella and Nikki doted over him and in just a few a minutes he was more comfortable. They let him sniff around and get acclimated before even attempting to put him on the grooming table. Bella was so patient and gentle yet clearly was experienced enough to get the job done with minimal struggle. Both ladies were accepting to me hovering around for the first few minutes to make sure Ruger would be ok. When he was comfortable (ok, maybe when I was...lol) I went out and sat in my truck for the remainder of his session and they sent me a text when he was ready. He was fluffy, clean and happy! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience...we cant wait to come back! 5 Stars all the way!

Owner is incredibly rude and unwelcoming !!! Ridiculed me for being 10 minute late , even after apologizing and rushing to get there !!! Plenty of times I had to wait for her and I never once complained !!!! Awful !!! Will not be going back !!!!

Love the atmosphere, t hed quiet country surroundings and Nikki is the best!

Have been using grooming tails for our fur babies since the shop opened. We wont take our dogs anywhere else... They treat every animal like their own and are great with them... Our fur babies actually look forward and love to go see the girls at the shop for their baths and nail trims...I always highly recommend them for all grooming needs..

Wife loves the service and friendly staff. Our little Corgi is always excited to go, even if she hates the blow-dryer.
