The staff at Pets a Go Go LLC treat each pup as their own. There is never any question about my dog’s safety in daycare and I know that he’s in good hands whenever I’m out of town. My dog has been going there for many years and loves it!
A++++ I have had nothing but exceptional experiences since using Pets a Go Go for the past 5 years. This includes using their training program when my dog (a large breed) was a puppy (he’s more well trained as a consequence than other dogs a fraction of his size). Only wonderful experiences with their staff who dote on the clientele. I find their entire process (getting my dog in and out of boarding) to be incredibly convenient and efficient. On the rare occasions I have had an emergent need for boarding they have been able to accommodate me (though I wouldn’t fault them if they could not). Of course you have to have a temperament check to make sure your dog is suitable to board with others, make sure your dog up to date on medical exams, vaccines and fecal tests- but that is to be expected from a facility that takes the health of their clients seriously. They do tend to run 6+ months behind on their invoices/billing but they tell you that upfront and I find their billing process to be streamlined and easy for me. If you expect to get a daily update while you’re on vacation then maybe this wouldn’t be the right fit for you. If you want to go on vacation and have no headaches or doubts while you are away that he/she will be well cared for then this is the place for you. Thank you Pets a Go Go for your amazing services you have open 365 days a week, your clients appreciate and love you!
Zoey loves going to Pets a Go Go for boarding! I always know she is safe when I need to leave her. The owner, Nicole, is always very responsive when this neurotic dog mom checks in. Highly recommend boarding your dogs here if you ant to know they are safe and having a great time 🐶
Our mini poodle has been to Pets a Go Go in Briarcliff quite a few times for both daycare and boarding. I love the ease of the drop off and pick up whenever for daycare. My little guy is anxious so we were nervous about the overnights but they were responsive to my emails and even sent pictures of him. He got the attention he needed since he is a nervous fellow and I am confident and comfortable leaving him in their competent hands!
The best place for boarding, grooming and making sure your furbaby is happy and returned to you healthy and having had a blast! My pups are always excited to spend their day at Camp Pets a Gogo!
Boarded our dog last summer and dropped him off for daycare once. Not only was the process difficult (had to send in my pets vaccines records several times after weeks of poor/delayed response from the owner) but the owner was rude. Our dog was not well and had diarrhea when he came back although we provided his regular food. We were also of the belief that they charged on the spot for service (which would have been fine) except they waited 10 MONTHS to charge us and then did so all at once. Had us give debit information and told us the total when we picked him up so we assumed we were charged at the time of service. Never had a place charge us the following year.
I can’t say enough good things about Pets A GoGo! My sweet Haven has completed training, doggy daycare and overnight “slumber parties!” My husband and I just got back from our Honeymoon and we felt confident leaving our girl in such good hands. The owner Nicole even called us the day we were bringing her and gave us really good advice! Her reassurance and guidance put our minds at ease. When we were missing Haven and just had to see a photo, I emailed the paw squad and photos were sent via text within minutes! Also, we absolutely love Emily. She is so friendly, patient and always answers all of our questions at pick up and drop off. Haven adores her which means everything to us! Thanks again to Nicole and the staff!
Find another place for your pet. We boarded our dog and the poor communication in getting that done should have been a red flag. They do not answer phones or emails and if they do you will get a curt and uninformed reply of everything is fine. We picked our dog up and she had two injuries (a gash on her bottom lip and a bloody front paw). I emailed them immediately and heard nothing. I followed up again two days later, nothing. I called and the owner, Nicole, offered no apology or explanation or even a little sympathy, she just pretended that she didnt get my email and then she told me to text her pictures of the injuries and she would show them to her consulting vet. Not sure how that helps me or solves the problem of my pet getting injured twice at the facility and they either didnt see it or didnt care. She then said the vet said it was just a nail scratch from playing. Ok, but what about the fact that my dog was bleeding from her face and from her paw and no one noticed?? Stay away from this place.
My dog loved it! She was groomed today and was so happy and comfortable 💕. She looks terrific and she is so happy and calm. We would love her to try daycare for some quality playtime. The environment is very clean, positive, friendly and organized. The dogs there are very content! Thank you for giving Lucy a great spa day!
No stars! Nicole, the owner in Briarcliff was hostile and unfriendly from the beginning. I tried to execute all the requirements in order to board my dog but was met with no help and more demands. I am very glad they have requirements as no one wants their dog sick, however I tried my best so did our Vet and She accused us of being antagonistic and refused to board our dog at the last minute. It was for the best as I would not want my dog placed in such a hostile environment.
Ive been taking my dog to Pets A Go Go for several months now, and I am so happy to have them in my life! They are so caring for the animals (fur-babies) and my dog leaps for joy when we arrive. She cant wait to get back there and play! I love that there is indoor and outdoor space, and that if I cant do a day of daycare, there is a walker who will come to my house to take my dog out for some exercise. The crate-free environment is wonderful, and lets the pack sleep however is most comfortable to them. The grounds are clean and their Instagram account lets you check in on whats going on too!The customer service is amazing as well -- they always return emails promptly, and always know whats on the schedule. They really want you to be pleased and at ease when your dog is in their care. And if you need to change something, they can usually accommodate you. Ive been so impressed by Pets A Go Go. Its a huge relief to have them to watch my pup when I cant.Thank you Pets A Go Go!!
We cannot say enough good things about Pets a Go Go! We’re first-time dog owners and have always felt assured that our pup is in great hands. Nicole has thought of literally everything with the services she offers and is quick to respond to whatever questions we have. Plus, the staff is beyond kind. We just love it here and can’t thank them enough!
I wouldnt leave my dog anyplace else overnight or for extended stays. Nicole and her staff have had my back more than a few times when I needed an emergency leash walk or a needed my dog taxid home because I wasnt going to make it to pick him before closing time. I appreciate that she is so careful with vaccination records and temperament testing to ensure that the environment is always as safe as possible for the many dogs in their care. It is also the cleanest facility I have ever seen.
Both my submissive and relaxed senior lab and my energetic alpha 4yo German Shepherd Dog love Pets a Go Go! The staff knows both of my dogs so well and makes sure they happy during daycare and overnights. My dogs cant wait to get inside when we arrive, and are exhausted when they leave (which is a real feat since it is almost impossible to tire out my GSD!) Carol (trainer) is wonderful and all the groomers are terrific with furminating which greatly reduces shedding. We appreciate Nicoles (owner) fair rules which keep our dogs healthy, safe and excited to return.
I don’t know what we’d do without Sit Stay Play! Whenever we travel, we know that our dog is in the best possible care, AND he’s having a blast! We love seeing photos of him playing on Instagram. And most importantly, it wouldn’t be the awesome place it is without Carol! She, Nicole and the whole staff have always been there to help us and our beloved dog through emergencies, long trips, and even Hurricane Sandy when they cared for him like their own while we had no place to shelter him! The grooming is top notch too! We have moved twice and will always be grateful clients!
I have been using Pets a Go Go for over nine years for both their dog walking services and daycare. My experiences have been very positive and I have highly recommended this business to many other dog owners. Nicole, the owner, is extremely responsive and I trust my dogs care to her and her wonderful team!
Pets A Go Go/Sit Stay Play is the ONLY place to bring your pup. My Duke is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot and he is always so happy (and so tired!) when I pick him up to go home. The staff have always been nothing but friendly and they very clearly love my dog and every other dog that walks in that building.
I just saw this crazy review on Nicoles phone. Not only do I value the work that Pets a Go Go does but I would much prefer to be billed later even much later than to have an absentee owner or a no-show dog walker whos only interested in the check I leave on Friday for them. Ive had those.Ive known Nicole personally for about 5 years and my dog has been cared for by Pets a Go Go for the last 2 years. Shes involved in everything. There is nothing more important to her than the care and treatment of my dog and cat. If its a matter of covering a sick walker, shell do it; if its a matter of cleaning up the poop in the play yard when theyre busy, shell do it. She came and got my dog when I went into labor in the middle of the night! No questions asked, it just happened. So what if she doesnt bill on a timely basis? Heres an idea, you know how much youve spent, drop off a check at the daycare. Ill take late billing over another companys services any day.
Seriously the best doggie daycare anywhere! We havent found anyone else that compares. Its like doggie camp and kindergarten! Our Maggie loved spending the day there, usually once per week. She would get so excited when we pulled up! The staff is amazing and plays with the dogs, they get a lot of indoor and outdoor play time with fun toys, including a little wading pool in the summer! Lots of open space to roam so the dogs are never cooped up. Their overnight care is top notch too. The staff truly cares for each dog and wants to make them comfortable and happy. The hardest part of moving away was knowing that our Maggie wouldnt be able to go there for doggie daycare anyway, but she is always welcomed back when we visit family in the local area!!
Excellent facility! My grandmother (who isn’t internet savvy) boarded her senior dog overnight and we were very pleased with his care. Looking forward to using for boarding and other services going forward. Their regard for safety and care is our baby is their top priority and we are thankful to have such high quality care.
Yikes! The owner was SUPER defensive from the jump before we even brought our dog in. That tells me the business has been criticized a lot and she’s tense about it. Not the kind of atmosphere you want for your dog. Hostile and dangerous. Plenty of other options to choose from.
We have used Pets a Go Go dog walking and dog sitting for over 10 years. The quality of care and overall reliability is unmatched. They have helped out in several pet care emergencies, and I truly credit the fun and exercise our senior dog got with them for her exceptional 18-year longevity.
Nicole and her team are amazing. Jake has been going there since he was a puppy and now he is 8 years old. He is greeted as if he was Norm from Cheers. Everyone knows his name and takes incredible care of him. I know when he is there that he is well cared for and always has a special spot on the couch at Pets A Go Go. I highly recommend Pets A Go Go.
If I allowed Joey to drive the car he would be at Sit, Stay , Play (Pets a GoGo) every day, 12 hours a day. We pull into the parking lot, he starts calling to his friends.. and to the staff to come grab him because its time to play. He pounds on the car window begging to go inside. We have been going for over 7 years, staff has been pleasant and helpful. Joey goes in excited and comes out tired and happy. Place is very clean, with indoor and outdoor play areas, a good size staff to watch over the pups and they have a great grooming service. Joey is my little shadow, he travels with me whenever possible, so it gives me great peace of mind to know that when I drop him off he is in good hands and will be well taken care of. Ive use other places in the past in the area, this place has Joeys 5 paw stamp of approval.
Weve started using Pets a Go Go for our new puppy. They have been great and very flexible with our work schedule. Our dog walker is a local firefighter. She leaves a note for us every day. This service is a god send for new puppy owners and busy moms!
Pets A Go Go is wonderful - my dog had been boarded there over 6 times in the past year and goes there for day care at least once a week and is always cared for and happy and healthy! We feel so lucky that we can always rely on the pets agogo team!! Baxter the labradoodle loves his time there and usually does not want to go Leave!
We use Pets a Go Go for daily dog sitting and for overnight stays when we go away. We also use them for grooming services. The staff is amazing and so are the owners. The dogs have plenty of room to run around and play. I highly recommend them!
We came home after being away for two nights to find one of our cats locked in a bathroom. He had pooped and peed all over that bathroom because he could not get out to go in his litter box. Also, it looked like the cats had not been given new food in two days. The food that was on their plates was dry. When we spoke with the owner of Pets a Go Go she did not charge us which was fine. Unfortunately, our animals were neglected. I would not recommend them.
Nicole and her team have been caring for our two dogs, both in their facility and walking them, for many years. They are amazing-professional, caring, and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! They are THE BEST!
This is a great place and my dog loves going here. They are very friendly, reliable and understand that pets are part of the family. My dog gets excited when they pick her up for a day of play. Boarding is good too.
They do a great job responding quickly and on short notice. Our pets are both pretty skittish, so it was great to have several preliminary meetings to get comfortable. When we’re away, the sitter always provides regular updates and makes us feel at ease.
We have used Nicole and her team for 4 years. They are trustworthy, caring and a perfect place to sit, play, stay for our 2 beloved dogs. We are so grateful to have this place and recommend it highly to anyone.
Our 14 month old puppy has a blast at Pets-a-go-go! She is always happy at drop- off, and totally exhausted at pick- up. That’s a perfect combination for us. Very much recommended!🐾🐾🐾
I have been using Pets a Go Go for over a year to take care of my cat, Spicey, when I am away on vacation or traveling for work. They were recommended by my vet. I have been very pleased with the service. One time I came home last summer from a trip and found that the air conditioner froze. Kelly found the remote for a fan I had in the apartment and turned it on so my cat, Spicey, had air circulation. I received a message from Nicole making sure I got home and letting me know what happened. Kelly and the other staff write notes about what they did every time they come to feed/play with Spicey. I feel comfortable leaving my precious girl in their hands.
Rest Easy, your pets will always get the best care at Pets A GoGo! I love that they have cage free kenneling. Its like sending your dog to camp! Also, very responsible and caring staff.
Weve been using Pets a Go Go for more than four years mostly for in home visits. Carol, Patrick and Ashley have been wonderful sitters and Nicole and the office have never been anything but accommodating. I give them five woofs.
My family went on vacation for 2 days. My dog stayed here. I like the updates of Facebook and instagram even though my dog wasn’t in the pictures. So, my family and I went to pick her. It was $200! For 2 nights! And we had picked her up New Year’s Eve mid day and they charged us $10 extra! Normally we’d drop her off somewhere else but this was convenient. It’s normally $33-45 a night at somewhere else. So this was shocking that it costed almost $200. And also at the other places she’d get a free bath and her nails clipped. My dog was really dehydrated and she smelt awful. And yesterday I found out she has a cut on her paw and she moans in pain when she runs. And she’s young so she likes to run. Very disappointed. Yet, the people there are really nice. I will not bring my dog here again.
My baby Madison always looks beautiful when she comes home after grooming service at PAGG. They are very creative and do things such as paint her paws, bows, sweaters, clip in feathers, jewels and use the best accessories. They treat Madison like shes part of the family. Great establishment and I highly recommend their services.
We use PAGG routinely for trips away of afternoons or 1-14 days and for occasional day care just so our dog has social time with other dogs. We have found Nicole to be incredibly responsive to questions and requests despite the size of the business. She has even helped out us out when we (stupidly) forgot to make arrangements for our dog and needed help over a big holiday. We have tried other kennels and boarding at a vets before we found PAGG. We love their broad time availability for pick-ups and drop-offs at the beginning and ends of our trips so that we ultimately have less time away from our dog - at the vet we routinely would have to wait for a business day pick-up even if we returned on a Saturday.. Our dog always seems excited to arrive and happy but exhausted (from playing) when we pick her up! Jennifer (Chappaqua)
Let me start by saying that I am not the type of person to write a negative review online, send my food back at a resturant or complain to management about poor service. It takes quite a bit for me to get to that point and as a matter of fact, this is the FIRST time I have ever written a negative review.Pets A Go-Go is a completely unprofessional establishment from the owner, right on down to her managers. RUDE, INCOMPETENT and COMPLETELY LACKING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. The owner Nicole acts like a spoiled child whenever you even nicely try to speak with her about any issues. If youre anything like my wife and I, we consider our dogs like members of our family. When they are in someone elses care, we worry about them like theyre our children. Pets A Go-Go never answers their phones, even when your dogs are in their care. When you leave a message, they may or may not return your call in a timely fashion. My last and final experience with them, I called twice in a 4 hour period and never recieved a call back. I was calling to let them know I could pick them up earlier and to see if they were ready as we requested they get a bath. When I finally decided to just drive over there to see if they were ready, they had been done and waiting for an hour and were sitting in crates. When I asked her manager Tom why no one called me back, he told me oh, that phone rings all the time, I never answer it. He was completely rude and has no business dealing with customers. When I asked Nicole why I didnt recieve a call back, she said, It was my 9 year old daughters birthday party and I was busy.I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. She spoke to me as if she were doing ME a favor by taking care of my dogs, even though weve been going there for two years and spent thousands of dollars.I will never use their service again and I would advise anyone to save yourself a great deal of aggrivation and avoid this place at all costs.
My dog came back happy and clean. From his demeanor, you can tell he felt safe and enjoyed himself.
My dog cricket became ill while at briarcliff petsagogo while I was away and unable to return home. They arranged transport to the emergency hospital where she received the care she needed to return. Nicole kept in touch with me by phone with reassuring frequent updates and even took cricket to her home to recover before going back to petsagogo . Everyone there is awesome and they even made arrangements for cricket to have a less stressful stay in future stays.there is even an old couch for crick to nap on since at 12 yrs old napping is her favorite activity after eating
Great facility with wonderful staff. Our dog has been going to the Briarcliff location since we adopted him from the shelter. He was very anxious, but the staff was so patient and helped him to come out of his shell. It is his favorite spot to go!!
This has to do with a specific incident during a winter emergency storm where there was 2 inches of ice and 8 inches of snow, where a relative of mine who worked there was unable to be driven for obvious reasons. Not only did they put pressure on her to get there in a hurry without any concern for the road conditions or her safety and well-being but then decided to fire her immediately after being given the fact that road crews have not been out to salt and clear the roads. Pets a Go Go They didnt even have the simple courtesy to mail her the last paycheck when requested. Having never received the pay they were sure enough to send a W-2/ 1099 so that income taxes were levied on the unpaid amount.I sure hope whoever was in charge there has more compassion for the dogs than the compassion this manager showed toward a decent hardworking human being. The incident which occurred well over a year ago sticks in my mind as one of the most callous actions of self-serving indifference.(edited to accommodate response from owner) I speak because I was the driver. Your former employee previously never missed a scheduled work appointment and was often called to fill in at short notice including overnights which she did graciously.I appreciate your clarification of no-show policy which excludes any compassion toward employee in situations where they may be seriously ill or as in this case in risk of attempting travel during a dire winter storm. And we were talking about iced roads with heavy snow above, not a few snowflakes. And of course firing them under these conditions makes dubious sense too in relation to furbaby safety because that just insures you have one less person available who was really good with dog handling. As far as the rest of it not making much sense in regards to the federal withholding statement sent her, it would have been a moot point if you had actually mailed her her last paycheck. Denial aint just a river in Egypt. I wont nor have reason to respond further. I made my point earlier. Peace and goodbye.
I have to say the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in a long time. I inquired day care for my dog. No response despite several emails and phone messages. If you have no room that is perfectly fine just let potential clients know. I wish I can leave a zero star, but I cant.
Excellent job! Described what we wanted done... and it was done to puurfection! Very friendly... Found a new groomer for Luna and Tucker
The only thing worse than the services provided by Pets A Go Go is the attitude of the owner Nicole. Shes is an awful, confrontational person who is as quick to scream at the dog owners as she is to scream at the dogs (which she does at the top of her lungs). Needless to say, I will not be bringing my dogs back to this establishment.
Our dog loves spending time there and sleeps like a baby when she comes home after a day of supervised activity. More importantly, we feel that she is safe with the staff and with their dog screening process.
We have used Pets a Go Go for over ten years - thats three cats and four dogs. Nicole and her team have been there for us in good times and bad, through heatwaves and blizzards, for home care, doggie daycare and sleepovers, and hound hikes. Every member of her team during that period of time has absolutely loved animals, and Nicole has been generous with her advice for care and tips. They get to know your furbabies as individuals. And they know how much your furbabies mean to you. Thank you, Nicole and your team. Heres to your continuing success! From Adrienne, Doug, Katya 🐾 and Penny🐕.
Will never return. The owner is awful to her customers. The emails customers get are awful. I can’t believe a business owner thinks it’s ok to write emails like this. On every topic she makes the customer second. Can’t go back anymore Dogs are treated fine but she makes it seem like a favor you pay her over priced service.
Very poor communication. They do not answer the phone or email. Tried to get an update while we were away with zero response. Would be impossible in an emergency to get in contact with them. Tried to call and email to let them know when we would pick him up. No answer. We showed up to a very rude receptionist who gave us one word answers about how my dogs stay was and if he was bathed. Will not be back.
Our dogs love it at PAGG and they don’t want to leave when we come pick them up! They just love playing with the other dogs and I am relieved knowing every dog there is temperament tested and up to date on their shots.
Lexi loves playing with other dogs so this kind of boarding is perfect for her. Great staff. Grooming service is excellent too.
I couldn’t have a dog if it weren’t for Pets a Go Go. From leash walks and hikes to 24/7 day care and overnight and extended boarding to grooming and training, they do it all. And they do it reliably, consistently.
Outstanding pet sitting. I always leave my puppies there when I travel and sometimes use their daycare services. Theyll take good care of your 🐕
Great facility - my pups love going. very professional. They actually caught some things that the vet missed while caring for my dog.
Bailey absolutely loves it at Pets a Go Go. She can be asleep on the bed, and I ask wanna go to daycare and off she goes!
They are very picky about what they want to do so don’t bother. After I posted this review the owner kept calling, texting, emailing me and even went and found me on Facebook to threaten me. So be warned. Not a good service and the owner might be a bit loco.So I just had to file a police report about this crazy person harassing me and posting my details online. Not worth the businessObviously can’t handle criticism
I would be hard pressed to leave a pet here.If you have so little respect for people, how are you treating animals? After missing an appointment for a minimum wage position here, I text an apology concerning an emergency I had.I got a nasty response and a youve been blockedmessage. If thats how you treat people, what of the animals?
There is no worse place to go. The owner is very nasty and has no sense of customer service. I have never been somewhere the customer comes last. It’s a shame that the dogs did well there but I can’t give my money to this business.
Very professional, clean, safe and great staff! Our dog, Molly, drags us in to play here. We couldnt be happier!
Staff is very caring , my pup really enjoyed being there for day care and grooming. Will continue to use the services.
Excellent professional service. Great, clean and safe facility with lots of indoor and outdoor play space and supervision. Easy reservation system, pickup and drop off service, and convenient billing system. Highly recommend.
You can pretty much tell by the way these people reply to negative reviews that there is some super duper passive aggression going on here. It’s probably that same snark and arrogance that leads to many of the negative client-staff interactions.
Beyond pleased with this service. Its great to be able to drop our girl off and know that she will have a blast. Employees have been super nice.
The place looks cute when you walk in but I personally did not like the unprofessional atmosphere. I have also have known someone who claims they hit dogs here. I would not recommend this place.
Always excellent care for our puppies!! We highly recommend Pets a Go Go and have used them for many years!
OUR DOG IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO GO TO PET A GO GO AND THE STAFF IS HELPFUL FOR US. WE HAVE DISABILITY ISSUES AND THEY HELP GET DOG INTO AND OUT OF CAR.
Great care and grooming for our mutts!
Phenomenal place!!!!! Responsive, Responsible, Caring, All-Around Bestest place to bring our little girl!!! THANK YOU Pets-a-Go-Go!!!
Great place to have your dog groom and train. Doggie day care services and so much more 🐾✂🐾❤.
Terrific place! clean and well run- lots of dogs - everyone having a good time- laymen came home happy and exhausted-
They are so patient and really care for the animals. My dog is so happy to stay here.
It’s taken my a year to give an honest review about this place because of the trauma. They were able to board my dog last year, very last minute. So they get 1 star for that. They were rude but I was in a bind so I had to look beyond that. When I picked up my dog a week later, she was filthy, nicked everywhere, shaking and in horrible shape. I will never take her there again. They did not return the special shampoo I dropped off (it was Rx) and were unapologetic about it. Board your dog somewhere else.
It’s great to have a company like a Pets a Go Go I can count on to take care of my pups!
Pets a Go Go is our dog Winstons second family and a fantastic resource! Nicole, Carol and the rest of the staff love Winston just as much as we do, and he is always so thrilled to go there. As soon as we pull up to the facility, he can barely contain his excitement and practically drags me to get into the building. We have peace of mind leaving Winston for overnights because we know he is getting excellent care. And the grooming services are top-notch, too. We would be lost without Pets a Go Go. I highly recommend it!
Always friendly and caring staff, we love this place and so does our 🐶
I would not have survived puppyhood without Pets a Go Go. My very active lab needed to be out during the day and not in a crate while I was at work. 2-3 days a week made everyone happy! Now three years later we still use them regularly when we have long days away from the house or visitors who are fearful of dogs and vacations. When we were moving and in between houses, Nicole and her team helped us with very short notice. They love the dogs like their own- and are very observant- even getting them toThe vet if need be. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!
My dogs have been there a handful of times and seemingly like it.I struggle with the experience from a customer perspective. I appreciate the strict rules to protect dog health and safety. But the style in which you treat paying customers to achieve your rule compliance is consistently off-putting and unpleasant. The choice of words and tone has caused me to choose boarding my dogs elsewhere.
My dog didnt want to come home!! The people are very professional and have a genuine love of pets. It makes me feel safe leaving my dog in their hands.
My dog stayed at the facility for approximately two and a half weeks. I left my credit card on file for anyemergencies. I received three separate invoices during that time that were all charged to my credit card and stamped paid. Approximately three months later, I was recharged for the last invoice. This time the owner had increased the bill! I had to find the previous invoice and prove to American Express that I paid it. Real hassle. Also, I was lucky that I still had the invoice. The owner is not very competent and also rude. This place is nothing special and certainly does not warrant the hefty charges.2/23/15 I would differently look some place else to board my dog. Also, notice how many people have written complaints about this business. The owner address them each time and takes no responsibly for her actions. She really needs to look in the mirror.2/12/015 Follow up: American Express ruled in her favor after she sent documentation that was created after the fact. Do you really think they would have let me take my dog without paying the final bill? And shouldnt a business be happy to have a long stay? Crazy!!! Also, I have reopened the case with American Express and sent them the documentation showing the paid invoice for the services she has double billed me for.Read all of the complaints and her responses very carefully.I am happy to say that American Express has ruled in my favor.
We could not be happier with the services at Pets a go go. As a busy family with an active dog, they are so accommodating to our ever-changing schedules. Our dog runs into the place when we take him there and always exhausted after being there or going for a walk with one of his walkers.
Took terrific care of a our puppy Sadie Is a Carol is terrific
Great place. My dogs love this place.
Really helpful staff. Great place for our dog to play.
Cricket stays here whenever we have to go away.
Great dog day care ❤
Horrible treatment of animals and staff.
Professional. Courteous. With it.
Amazing all around!
Thank God for this place!
Terrific pet care.
Love this place!
