Pooch parlor is the best! Romeo hated going to the groomers before because he can be dog reactive, and he was there for at least several hours surrounded by barking dogs. With Pooch Parlor, he is the only dog in the van, and he’s done in an hour! He also looks fabulous and adores his groomer! I can’t recommend Pooch Parlor highly enough!

Pooch Parlor has been grooming our little boy Max for over two years now. They are always reliable, On time and keep to schedule! Nicole the owner is great to work with and does a great job grooming as well. Jen who works on our Max is very sweet and does a wonderful job with Max. i would highly recommend them to any in the Westchester area !

This was my first experience with mobile grooming and the process from start to finish far exceeded my expectations.Connor arrived on time, he was super friendly and approachable! He listened to me and what we wanted for our dogs haircut. The entire process was about 1.5 hours and we are thrilled!!! Our dog looks and smells fantastic!! The attention to detail on the cut is incredible!! Cannot recommend this company enough!! Was planning to do this as a one time thing and we are so happy with results that we will be scheduling again in the future.

We have been using Pooch Parlor for over 3 years now and Nicole and her entire staff are wonderful! They really take their time in understanding what you would like for your dog and even make suggestions that will better suit the dog, time of year, etc. Between the salon which is beautiful and the convenience of the mobile trucks which they come right to your house, Pooch Parlor is everything you can ask for. They are also super flexible when it comes to scheduling & rescheduling. We have our dog Monty on a recurring 6 week appointment which makes it so convenient. Go with Pooch Parlor and you wont be disappointed.

Wonderful groomer. We have an older Pomeranian with a slew of orthopedic issues, hence are nervous about leaving him at a groomer and or getting him groomed in the first place. The women at Pooch Parlor took wonderful care of him. They took time to get to know his issues, to both hold my wifes hand around the whole process and to also do a superb job with the actual grooming. We would not hesitate to recommend Pooch Parlor to everyone. Wonderful, experienced staff in a welcoming environment.

We had such a positive experience with Pooch Parlor!! Due to some scheduling issues on our end our puppy hadn’t been professionally groomed until she was 11 months old. As this was going to be her first experience, and later in her development than we had hoped, I wanted it to go well so that she would have a positive association with being groomed. We were so happy with our entire interaction with Pooch Parlor! Nicole was super responsive about scheduling and was able to accommodate our need to use a medicated shampoo. The location was easy to get to, and the salon itself was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and able to answer any questions. Nicole kept in touch with us during the appointment to let us know how our puppy was doing, and was honest about her being a bit hesitant about the blow dryer. When we picked her up, she looked (and smelled!) great. While her being well groomed was awesome, what was more important was that she was happy, relaxed, and in good spirits. Our puppy can be anxious at times, so it makes us as her caretakers feel so much more comfortable knowing she had a good experience. I would highly recommend Pooch Parlor and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. We’re excited to try their mobile option!

I use Pooch Parlor’s mobile grooming service for my wiggly mini bernedoodle puppy. Jen does the best job with Pippa! She is always on time and Pippa looks wonderful. Cannot beat the convenience of having a skilled groomer come to your doorstep! I highly recommend Jen and Pooch Parlor!

My dog, The sweetest boy ever but can get a bit nervous with stuff like this. But he was treated with so much care and understanding. They took the time to calm him down and made sure he felt comfortable. The grooming was top-notch, and my dog came out looking and feeling fantastic. Scheduled the mobile grooming service for our three dogs. Josh and his assistant arrived promptly and were extremely professional. Great communication during scheduling and on day of appointment. Extra care was taken with our senior dog. Our dogs look fantastic and the mobile van option was very convenient for our busy family.

We love Pooch Parlor! We have been regular customers of theirs for almost two years and could not be more pleased with their grooming, service and convenience. My pups ever-growing Maltese hair combined with his tightly wound poodle curls have been tricky for some groomers to manage, but not Pooch Parlor. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is worth every penny. They were on time they were professional and my dog, who is 16, with back issues and has intense anxiety when going to pet groomers, that service within store fronts, came out of the van not only happy but looking great. All within an hour. Highly recommend. The groomers were friendly and truly took great care of my little buddy.

Dominique was absolutely amazing with our 2 year old Portuguese water dog. We used their mobile groom for the first time. He is not an easy groom and she did an amazing job, with such patience. Loki was very happy at the end. So happy to have found them!

Cassidy has been an absolute rockstar and has made my pup LOVE her baths (trust me, Ive tried to give my Shepherd Mix baths several times and Im the one that ends up taking the bath). Pooch Parlor is clean, efficient, prompt, friendly, loves our dogs as much as we do and they have an excellent staff! Mobile Grooming is worth every penny! Weve been using Pooch Parlor mobile grooming exclusively since 2020 after trying a number of other groomers. Our almost blind, nervous, older rescue dog needs extra TLC and efficient, experienced groomers. With Pooch Parlor, thats what she gets all without leaving the driveway! Cassidy and all the groomers have been fabulous.

The best and only groomer I’d let around my pup ! We had so much trouble with my lil pups anxiety at other places, but when we started with pooch parlor she calmed down and now she even loves them- especially Cassidy! They give her lots of love and fantastic grooming- she always looks fabulous !!

This is the third time I have used Pooch Parlor for Balto, my Siberian Husky, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Not only do they make it so convenient by coming right to your home, booking an appointment is also easy. I cant say enough about the groomer Cassidy. She lets you know when shes on her way and when she arrives. She is so patient and compassionate with your pet which is especially important when you have an anxious 14 year old who wants no part of the experience! Cassidy didnt even mind getting her vacuum clogged from all the Husky fur! I definitely want her too take care of Balto on her next spa day!

I just tried this mobile dog grooming service after my regular groomer closed, and I have to say I’m really disappointed. My dog has always done well with grooming, but this time was a completely different story. After about 1.5 hours, the groomer texted me saying he couldn’t finish the grooming because my dog was agitated and even tried to bite during brushing and nail trimming, which has never happened before.Instead of completing the grooming, he just gave my dog a bath (which wasn’t even needed since I had just bathed him two days earlier) and did a partial brush. For this incomplete service, they charged me $140 plus tax!I understand that dogs might react differently in a new environment, especially in the claustrophobic space of a grooming van, but I’ve seen other groomers successfully calm anxious dogs. To make matters worse, the groomer suggested that next time, someone should give my dog a sedative before the grooming!I won’t be using their services again.

Our Goldendoodle is a regular customer of pooch parlor and we are always thrilled with his cuts and grooming. All the staff and friendly and professional and I always know he is in fabulous hands when they groom him. They are easy to work with and always on time.

I have been using the owner to groom my West Highland Terriers for years, so glad that she has now invested in her truck. Nicole loves the dogs and treats them like they are her own. I would recommend Pooch Parlor to all. Give her a try! You wont regret it!

We’ve been using the mobile service for a few years now. Just visited the new salon for the first time and had a great experience. Our dog tried the pup-sized jacuzzi tub which apparently helps deshed. No crates at all. Lots of Dutch doors and stalls if needed. Nicole cares and it shows!

My 5 month old poodle puppy had had a bad grooming experience before Pooch Parlor and Dannie. She was phenomenal with him. She was patient and caring with him and worked with him at his own speed. After the second grooming, he was better and with this last grooming, he was great. She really helped him overcome his fear of being groomed and they now have a sweet relationship. She is also great with me as his pet parent.

The new salon is fabulous! It’s like a slice of doggy heaven. My Golden and Pug walked in and immediately received lots of love from the Pooch Parlor ladies, they made us feel so welcome! I live in Danbury and have FOUR DOGS, which means a lot of dogs to groom! I am so thrilled with their services. They communicated quickly and were so responsive as we planned the visit. When Connor the groomer arrived, his attention and affection for each of my four dogs was so reassuring. One of my pups is very shy and difficult with past groomers and Connor was able to calm him down and win his heart. I was very impressed :) ! I look forward to having them return for another round of grooming for my four fur babies. I cannot recommend them enough- they were fantastic!

Pooch Parlor provides professional, convenient, and safe grooming for my three dogs. I have a large German Shepard, a Rottweiler, and a Pitt Bull. Josh pulls up to the house and greets all the dogs. My German Shedder goes into the van for an hour with Josh and emerges with a gorgeous coat. Josh has a friendly professional demeanor with all the dogs. If i could give zero stars I would. My shin tzu had a grooming and he was barely cut at all. When we got him back and said we want him shorter she said to text the owner because she had another appointment to get to. After texting the owner we received one text back and then nothing. I paid a lot of money for a service that wasn’t completed and not even 2 weeks later i had to bring him to another place to get a haircut. They were extremely unprofessional and don’t care about customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I don’t know where to begin! Dominique takes such good care of my pup, and he always ends up so much happier after he comes out the van! She’s such a soft hand and he’s a senior dog who doesn’t like bathing too much. He loves her so much!! Thank you Dominique and Pooch Parlor!!
