Petco Grooming

The young lady was very through with everything. All the questions needed for a new client. She was very pleasant and had my dog Bruce going into the area to get taken care of. When I picked him up, he looked wonderful. I will be recommending Petco to my friends.

The worst ever, scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago, was told 9:30 am for appt at that time I scheduled, called the grooming line day of appointment to confirm time, left a message, no one called back, got to appointment time at 9:15 am and they could not take my dog, because I was 15 minutes late, but thinking my appointment is at 9:30, drive 1 hour, and they will not take her. PETCO you are terrible and I will not ever use you for anything, I was looking to get some supplies from you, spend money, we’ll never again!

Always a good experience. Grooming staff is attentive and knowledgeable. My dog always looks amazing after her grooming session. I would definitely recommend Petco for grooming!!!

Jazzmann was awesome! She handled are dog so well and was so nice to us! Our dog looked wonderful when we picked him up!

The staff was not friendly, Very unprofessional and not helpful. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their services, I would highly recommend looking into a different pet service for grooming. Don’t waste your time.

They groomed my dog! My dog will NOT sit still for anyone. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!! Very reasonable pricing too!

I have 2 older dogs with their own idiosyncrasies. Each one received very loving attention and they were well groomed. The staff was very friendly to me and caring toward my pets. I am a first time customer and they helped me through the process well. My dogs were ready to go home, but only because they are always ready to go home when I leave them someplace. They seemed very comfortable with their groomers.

Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up on time (10 minutes early). Groomer refused to see my dog because they close in an hour. I had an appointment. Why make an appointment if you cant make it. She then said I should call to make an appointment. However, no one ever answers the phone when you call.Very poor service

I have never had any problems. Jessie the groomer has been doing my dogs for 9 years would not trust anybody else. She understands they are part of our family. She takes great care of the dogs. We can leave them there knowing they will be fine

We have a 5 yr. Old German Shepherd and we previously cut his nails. Suddenly he would no longer allow us. We spoke to Angela before we brought him in....she has 17 yrs of experience & assured us she was familiar with Shepherds personalities. They both did great!! I couldnt ask for a better person to take our dog and complete the task requested! A customer ahead of me also gave Angela high praises!!

I made the appointment for my two German Shepherd Dogs and was given a time within 4 days instead of 4 weeks out which was very good. We had a snafu with not having the rabies certificates with us and I was at work when my husband dropped them off. He calls in a panic to tell me he forgot the certificates so the store staff said I could fax them in which I did and then they were able to complete both dogs in under 3 hours. I am very pleased and will definitely be going back! Kudos to the groomers at Canandaigua PetCo.

Love the services we get. Weve been lucky to get the same groomer who takes her time and goes above and beyond for our senior dog.

I have a St Bernard. It was a big job to groom him. He came out looking wonderful! The grooming staff all seemed to really love the dogs they were grooming. Thats so important.

Our groomer Jessie always does an amazing job with our 3 musketeers. We are always confident she will take care of them like her own. Thank you so much Jessie!!

Our Ridge does NOT like getting his nails trimmed. We have the same groomer do his nails every time. Ridge still doesnt like it but he is getting better. The groomer is patient with him and does a great job. I forgot the groomers name, I think its Don. He is always polite and answers any questions I might have. So far we are happy and Ridges nails always look great! :)

Lisa looked very nice when she was done. Her hair was short enough for me. When I checked her nails, they looked great! And she smelled good.

Jessie is the best. My dog knows her and trusts her. The service provided is excellent and reasonably priced. We will always come to PetCo for grooming.

My coonhound had high anxiety getting her nails trimmed in the beginning but the girls were patient and worked with her and after a few visits my dogs anxiety is very little. Awesome staff!!!

Efficient service setting up appt. On time appt., good communication with groomet. Very pleased with how Devon handled my dog Lilly. Will return in the future.

Pleasant staff, great grooming job. Could improve the check-in process. Waiting with a nervous barking dog is not a good thing. The dog could be taken to holding cages until the staff is ready to process paperwork.

I love Jessica shes the best groomer in the area always has my schnauzer looking medal worthy. I wouldnt take him anywhere or to anyone else!

Rosie was a little anxious about getting her nails done and the team was great and it was about 10 minutes or less to do. She was VERY happy and so were we. Thank You.

This will be the second time I have taken Rory to Devin. I love the way he grooms her. Also she is so calm around him. I switched from a private groomer to Petco!

Jessie did a wonderful job removing mats from our (not so cooperative) cats back! She is knowledgeable and always pleasant.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were very gentle with our cat and she didnt seem scared at all. First time there will go back again.

Everyone is friendly and gives pets to my doggie. He loves the attention. Hes not particularly fond of grooming but the groomer does a fantastic job with him.

The service is excellent, Angela is a fine person who cares for our Lucy, and I am happy with all aspects of the grooming process.

Angela is, and always has been, an excellent groomer, who is not only extremely competent, but also very caring with my pet.

Everyine is always so nice to us ! They really show that they care about animals. They seem to be gentle with them and talk to them to calm them when they are anxious.

They are always so friendly and excited to see my cat again for his nail trimming. They are fast and efficient.

Every one at that Canandaigua location is professional, curtious and friendly. They are also very good at their job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I like being able to make the reservation on line. I also needed to change my appt and it appeared there were none available, but when I called whoever answered the phone found me a cancellation!!

Angela knows my Bulldog Annie and takes real good care of her. All the other people are good to Annie too.
