BUYER BEWARE - FAKE BUSINESS NAME FAKE ADDRESSI purchased an 8 week old white frenchie from Sean in May. The dog is DEAF. Officially diagnosed with bilateral deafness. We reached out to Sean within the 14 days as quoted in the contract and all he offered was $500 towards a puppy that he charged us $5,000 for. He also offered a new puppy AFTER we told him our 8 year old daughter has completely bonded and we werent interested in returning.The costs of training a deaf dog absolutely exceed $500 but again, after numerous attempts on our end to negotiate, $500 was his offer irregardless of what he lists in his contract. He has now completely ghosted us. Refusing to answer any calls or texts.I posted on his Facebook page after he stopped responding, but all he did was delete my comment and block me.Sean, you have left us no choice to move forward to small claims court even though we still remain willing to negotiate in good faith.We reached out to the Cortland and Yorktown Town Assessors offices and were informed that the address he lists on his contract and website does not exist. We were also informed by Cortland Town Assessor that there is no such business. I then searched the Better Business Bureau and again, no legitimate business. I also reached out to the veterinarian he claims he uses and again, false.After contacting two veterinarians, two separate breeders and a litigation attorney, we were advised that it is the breeders responsibility to screen these dogs prior to mating for any possible congenital defects and that both parents have to carry the gene for the pup to be deaf. Apparently, it is well known in the breeding community that white dogs are prone to deafness.Sean, instead of posting a rebuttal to my comment on Google REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY! Stand by your legal contract and honor it!We will be filing paperwork in Brookfield CT to start the process because that is where we have learned he actually resides, not 150 Croton Ave in NY as he claims.BUYER BEWARE

The most professional dog breeder around. Not only did he sell us an amazing dog. He was right there every step of the way, for a first time dog owner that was very comforting.

We recently purchased our 2nd dog from Sean in the last 3 years. Once again, we were very pleased with his whole operation. From the moment we expressed our interest in acquiring the new pups, Sean was informative, helpful, and patient throughout the whole selection process. We were determined to find the perfect dogs for our family including our 2 children. We were fortunate to find the perfect breeder who delivered the most adorable, energetic, intelligent, healthy, and social pups we could have hoped for. Our first purchase, 3 years ago and our second purchase in January, have been equally satisfying. Our dogs play very well together and they have brought so much joy to our family. In both instances, Sean followed up weeks after, to ensure everything was going well. We have shared our experience with family and friends, and we will continue to recommend his services.

I love how quick they respond. They are very reliable and will communicate quickly. They’ll tell you everything you need to know and answer all of your questions. Once the transaction is done and over with they are still very attentive to past customers and will still communicate and help you with whatever it is you may want to know ! I love my French bulldog I got for my nephews bday and so does he! I definitely recommend being it’s hard to find frenchies In the Westchester area !!!!
