We can’t say enough good things about The Willow Pet Hotel in Deer Park, NY! They’ve taken care of our four Australian Budgerigars on multiple occasions, even during some of our more extensive trips, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic.From the moment we drop off our little feathered friends, we know they’re in the best hands. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring our budgies are well-fed, comfortable, and happy throughout their stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after, and that gives us immense peace of mind when we’re away.The facilities are top-notch, and the team’s dedication to providing a clean and safe environment is evident. Our budgies always come back to us healthy and chirping away, which speaks volumes about the care they receive.We’re beyond happy with the service and will definitely keep coming back to The Willow Pet Hotel. There is a huge trump merch stand with a massive trunk flag flying on the flagpole set up in front of this building. I guess this is what this business represents or is willing to let slide as to not have any issues with the property owner who is allowing this to slide. Eirher way dont support this place. Its 1000ft from a high school with all races of kids and they allow tht kind of stuff to slide. Pathetic

Christina is the absolute best i go to her for grooming and I highly recommend. She’s sweet and patient and spooky loves her!

We have been taking our basset hound mix Hattie here for daycare once or twice a week for nine years. We have also boarded her there several times. They are great with the dogs and she is always excited to be there. Would highly recommend for boarding, day care and grooming.

We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most).They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted.We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls.One fixed issue we had the first time: our dog came back with kennel cough, we called them solely so they could inform the other pet owners...they surprised us with an email apologizing and asking for a copy of the vet bill(they paid for the whole thing!)Kennel cough is a normal thing (as per our vet), so dont get overly upset if this happens... we get colds on airplanes, yet we still fly!I do suggest bringing their own bowls (food and water) and making sure everything you bring is marked with their name.

I bring my cat here 4 times a year to have her nails done. Very professional and friendly place!!!

Luv the Staff here, took great care of my lil Leo on two different hotel stays 5 days each...play w him, feed him his special food n gav his meds...very clean place..I felt safe leaving my lil guy here after a preview tour, I booked right away...our first time away from each other...he even got a bath before I picked him up...so soft n fluffy...Thank yu All@Willow Pet Hotel🐕❤🐶

Love the place and the people that took care of my dog! They were very kind and played with her. The only thing I dont appreciate is that my dog came home sick with kennel cough even though she was vaccinated. I understand its hard but maybe a good scrub down with disinfectant would work.

My husband and I travel a lot & we were thinking we would have to stop when our 2 year old dog went blind & became afraid of other dogs. We had to take him out of his previous daycare/boarding because of this. Then we found out that Willow pet hotel offered private play away from other dogs. Despite being blind, when we pull up to WPH & he realizes where he is he goes absolutely crazy until he gets inside & greets the staff with jumps and tail wags. He doesn’t even look back when he leaves us. We are able to go away knowing our dog loves where he stays and we can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for this!

Im not sure how to rate this. I was so super happy to have found a place to board our puppy when we go away. It seemed to have gone well. She was happy and clean when we picked her up. She smelled like vanilla..very happy with the clean up they gave her. Two days after we were home she ended up with kennel cough...Im not sure if this is common to happen after boarding. Its upsetting she got sick there..in the future I guess we will have to find someone to watch her at home :(

We have been leaving our maltipoo Riley at Willow Pet Hotel for years. She always returns home happy, clean and healthy! Everyone at the front desk knows her by name and greets her with lots for love when we drop her off for a stay. They also do a great job with her grooming! It is so great to have a place we trust with our fur baby

We trust Willow with our pets grooming and boarding needs.Their boarding service is easily the best we have ever used. When we picked our dogs up, it was obvious that they had been very well cared for and had received a lot of attention.Their grooming service is exceptional. Their groomer is friendly and does a terrific job with our larger dogs.

They did a great job with my dog. They even shared pictures so it made me feel more comfortable. The only problem is that my dog had caught a cough.Other then that it’s a great place.

I dropped my dogs off for grooming and I am very unhappy. They were rude and they hurt my dogs.I waited for over 20 minutes to drop my dogs off, while the receptionist and two workers talked about paperwork and ignored me, with the exception of telling me they would be with me shortly. When I picked the dogs up, I waited another 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. The receptionist was on the phone for some of time, rudely speaking to the person on the other line, before sharing the situation with a coworker. The coworker then picked up the phone to deal with the caller and lied, saying she didnt know what the call was about and manipulating the caller, all right in front of me.When they finally brought me my dogs, one was bleeding from the tip of his ear. I asked what happened and got no response, but got to wait some more for the groomer to come talk about it. She said they noticed his ear had a scab and when they looked at it, it fell off and was bleeding. I asked them if they could put something on it to make it stop and they did. Part of me believed the story for a moment, until I saw my other dog.When they brought my other dog out, they asked if he smiles. I didnt understand what on earth they were talking about and said no. They explained because he showed his bottom teeth to them when they just took him out of the cage. He doesnt smile. He must have been baring his teeth at them which he never does unless he feels very threatened. Hes done this at a particular Petsmart we no longer frequent because of their poor treatment of the animals. When I arrived home, I realized he had a small bald spot and the skin was red with dark red dots from where they got too close with the buzzer and scraped and cut his skin.And Im supposed to believe they saw a scab on my other dogs ear that just fell off when they looked at it?????If they were professionals, and that story were true, they would have explained the bleeding ear to me at pickup instead of waiting for me to ask about it, and they would have mentioned the buzzer incident with my other dog instead of just hoping I didnt notice it and went home.These people are rude, unprofessional, and should really rethink their treatment of the animals in their care if they expect to stay in business.

Willow Pet Hotel has boarded my GSD several times now and has been pleasant to work with every time. The grooming is exceptional and my GSD appears happy on drop off and pick up. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will be using again in future.

My Oreo LOVES this place. A while ago we went to really bad groomers. She would come home limping and crying. It was hard for us to trust a groomer for a while. Willow pet hotel has so many great options in their facility like extra play time and spa treatments, which is amazing. No other pet places would play with her or pamper her. Today the lady at the front desk was so nice. I told her Oreo was super fluffy but i had work at 4, she said she would give me a call around 2!! They really do their best and i couldnt be any happier that I found this place. Im recommending it to everyone! -Thea Waters

My Toy Fox Terrier stayed for almost a week, a very positive experience for our Augie :) He slept the whole entire day when he came home.

We took our pup there for a cut back in March due to COVID closing our usual grooming center. they were really nice so i expected a great haircut. they gave some long explanation about not cutting his coat too short b/c it’s “changing” for the season. they told me 2 hour wait time. 2 hours passed, no call. so we decided to call and they said oh he needs more time give us 2 more hours. the extra 2 hours roll by and i go to pick him up. when i tell you that it didn’t even look like his hair was cut. he came out scruffier than before!!! his fur was practically curly and he’s a straight haired dog. we paid about 60$ for a wash and a SEMI blow dry because they didn’t even brush his fur afterward. i was so so so disappointed because i really thought they were going to do their job. i’m not complaining about giving one star bc the customer service was good. but the haircut was a waste of money and time. very sad experience

Large clean facility. Not sure how they keep the animals. They do not volunteer allowing you to go past the reception area. They took my mini pig for 6 days. He seams fine, healthy, no difference in personality. Fatter then when I dropped him off. Will have to put him back on a diet. All in all a good experience at 30.00 a day.

I have a Rottweiler who is 2 years old and is quite big! She seems to be terrified to get her nails cut and the staff here was so attentive and helpful in getting the job done. They made sure to help ease her and my stress. I will only bring my dog here to get her nails cut from now on.

We brought our dog there and they had cut his paw. It’s been a week and it hasn’t healed yet. The worse part about this is that they did not even tell us! If we could leave a 0 star review - we would. This type of negligence is not only irresponsible but endangers our pet. The cut is pretty bad and exposes the muscle underneath the paw. Do not recommend this place.

We planned a last minute trip and needed to board Ninja our 2.5 Lbs. Yorkie and Carolina our much heavier Puggle . A friend recommended that we call Willow pet hotel and we did.From the first phone call up to the point we picked up our loved ones all was great. the price was fair The service was professorial and friendly and the location is spotless clean and beautiful . I do not like to be without my dogs but knowing that they are in the good hands of Marc and his staff makes it a lot easier.

Every time we go on vacation, we bring our two dogs to Willow Pet Hotel. It feels good to see how excited they are when we arrive. They are quick to run into the back and get THEIR vacation started. I know they enjoy their stay so we can enjoy our vacation without worry.

Our dog caught kennel cough costing more vet bills, other than that, 5 stars. You guys treated her very well. Bathed her, and even clipped her nails. That may seem normal, but my dog hates her nails hating done, to the point she needs meds... But you did it!

Willow Pet Hotel is really clean, and the staff is even better. I liked everything about their services. Marc and his staff are professional and took great care of Daisy for 10 days. This was Daisys first time being boarded. The care and quality service she received was above and beyond. I especially enjoyed the pictures and updates sent by the staff. Now that Daisy boarded so well at the Willow Pet Hotel, I can completely relax and have a good time when traveling. Use them to groom my shih tzu. They do an amazing job on him. I never had an issue, and my dog looks great afterward.

I have had dogs my entire life and my last full time position was working in a doggie day care/kennel/grooming salon so I am really particular about where I leave my own dogs for day care or kennel.Willow Pet Hotel is an amazing place and right from my very first call through picking up my dogs from the kennel it has been a great experience.The first step for me was to call to see if I could stop in for a tour. They do allow you to come in for a tour within certain hours but with no appointment which is what I wanted to hear. I stopped in and met the owner Mark who was answering a phone call at the front desk when I went in. He personally gave me a complete tour of all areas of the kennel and day care, along with all the information I needed and answered every question and concern I had.The complex is very clean, staff is very professional and friendly and they even have an area for boarding your cat or other small pets which I was also able to tour.I was also happy that they require a list of shots, clean fecal test, flea treatment prior to going into the kennel, etc. It is a great way of knowing your dog wont bring any unwanted illness or fleas home with them!Each dog has its own larger private area with sleeping quarters (you cannot bring your pets bedding for sanitary reasons - it is provided). The outside area for playing & day care is very clean, quite large and well staffed. They day I was there they were filling kids plastic swimming pools for the dogs to play and stay cool. There are many play structures which I didnt think my dogs would use, but the staff was posting daily photos of their day care on the Facebook page and I was surprised to see my dogs on the structures.I was impressed that they had daily postings and allowed me to call to check on them anytime while we were out of town.I selected one of the three kennel packages (their Luxury Package which is the middle package. It included 2 outings per day, 1 off leash play time, 1 courtyard stroll, toys in their room, bedtime biscuit and I selected to bring their own food which I pre-bagged in meal size baggies with their names on each bag).They also offer A la Cart extras such as a filled kong, etc.They also offer grooming (we selected bath and grooming the day we were bringing them home).I was very happy to have them so well cared for while we were out of town. When I picked them up they were bathed, well groomed, nails clipped, tails wagging, happy, healthy and excited to see me.All around it was an excellent place to leave them and we will be back when kennel is needed, but also will be back for day care.

We have a mini pig, Carlton, that needs to be boarded when we go away. Willow Pet Hotel us the only place I could find that would take him. The staff takes great care of him and everyone seems to genuinely like animals. He gets time to roam around and mingle with the workers when hes not sleeping and gets his treats. We truly appreciate the staff at Willow Pet Hotel ❤️

My dog Norton loves to go to Willow Pet Hotel for Doggie Daycare a few days a week-- its much more active then sitting home alone all day and hes much happier! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always know my buddy is in good hands! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I came alone one day to request a tour to board my puppy, (she had never been away from me for more than a couple hours) they only give a tour on certain days and hours, which I find a little sketchy. The staff was welcoming and polite and everything was very clean! The kennels were clean and the dogs looked a little wet, but I did come in on a day that was pouring, all the dogs were inside though. A young lady showing me around explained everything in detail, there are different packages to chose from, the basic come with 4 outings a day, no play time and extra charge so they can feed them the food that you bring, honestly I think that’s a little ridiculous and should be included in the price since all there doing is putting the food in a bowl it’s not like there providing the kibble. But they do provide this house food which is included in the price, the other packages are a little pricey and it includes some play time but since my puppy is not spayed she will not interact with other dogs. Check out is before 12pm If not there is a charge, and you cannot bring a bed or blanket because they will not be returned to you which I find odd, I wanted to bring her bed since it would remind her of home and make it easier for my puppy to adjust. I decided I was going to board her there. My fiancée shortly after heard from a close friend to ‘ whatever you do do not board your baby there’ he used to be an employee there and said a lot of dogs get sick, one even died, everyone leaves at 6 which mean the dogs are in the kennel the whole night unsupervised and sundays there in for like 3 hours to clean and leave, most dogs don’t even come out there kennels on Sunday. For a weird reason I had a bad feeling about this place too, my fiancée and I went on a Sunday morning to get another tour since he wasn’t with me the first time and the lady in the front stated that she could not give me a tour, that they don’t do tours in the weekend, how weird is that. They should provide a tour anytime when requested. If not it just indicates theres something to hide, This could really be a good boarding place, I guess I will never find out. There’s just a lot of things I don’t agree with and Willow Pet Hotel is maybe just not for me and my little family.

I strongly recommend this place for your dogs. I have an old pug who needs a lot of attention and he was very well cared for as was his sister a young corgi. I will definitely use this pet hotel again. Special thanks to Allison for being so caring and accommodating to Pugslys special needs!

I loved this place. My cat was there for 10 days. Wonderful treatment. He actually is on their website. His name is Smores. Very professional staff who genuinely love animals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT LET THIS PEOPLE GROOM YOUR DOGS!!! Took my 1 yr old pomeranian and gave them a pic of how i wanted him to be done and when i picked him up, he literally looked like a cat!! completely shaved!!! Now his fur has never been the same again, his hair only growing on his legs and head. His body still short to the skin!! after almost a year!! Very sad and disappointed!!

My doggo has stayed here several times. The staff loves the doggies!! I feel Miss Lucy is well cared for, she usually does not want to leave. I do wish there was cc tv so I could take a peek while I am away.

My Mom brought her dog here while she stayed with me overnight. She had nothing but great things to say about them. It wasnt an overnight stay but it was a day of care that left her feeling good to bring Cisco back.

When I went to pick up my dog after a two night stay, he was visually nervous as if he no longer wanted to be there. The staff informed me that he did not finish his breakfast that morning and it turns out that he became sick and is now on anti-biotics due to this place. I will never bring my dog here again.

Air conditioned. Have made reservations for my dog within a couple of weeks before going away. 50 dollarsfor large dogs. Includes going out to play 2 times a day. Made a reservation for my dog for summer months. Plenty of room.

Second time my dog came back with a cough, i was told it was because they probably pulled him hard when they walk him.Plus they confused my dog with another and called three days after we for vacation demanding that our dog was supposed to be picked up two days prior, even though we booked an 8 day stay at their hotel.

I brought my dog here on many occasions for both daycamp and grooming.I wish I had stopped bringing him after the first time.My dog was never happy to be going in. (This should have been a HUGE sign to me, but I brushed it off) I now bring him to another daycamp and he is enthusiastic to be going in.The staff was unfriendly, both the front desk and their trainer. (The trainer disparaging other trainers on first meeting should have been a sign)I got my dog groomed there twice. I had asked for a short cut, but when he came out and I could see that he had what I would describe as razor burn on his chest I was appalled. Thinking it was a fluke, I brought him there again (terrible terrible judgement on my part), and it happened AGAIN, despite me asking for a longer cut this time.Just dont bring your pets here. Whatever you do. Please.

Youd have to be crazy to trust your beloved pet with anyone else! These are definitely the best people to love your Pet when youre away. And, to take care of their travel arrangements and grooming needs.

I could have give them a 5 start but the fact that every employee charger different is absurd, 2 months ago I paid $150 for a 3 day weekend and this week I’m paid $233 which is a extra day and even though I told the girl who charged me that is wrong she didn’t care. I’m very disappointed!!

I havent been here before i was looking for a pet hotel for my dog because im going away next week for 2 days but now im concerned by that comment! i hope you guys are looking into that situation where an employee disciplined a dog by hitting them on their head! that person should be fired. its a good thing i know what type of people work there before i took my dog here...wow im very disappointed. Great place. Clean and run very well. Many option for all types of dog from friendly to not so friendly. Used they multiple times already throughout the year. High recommend.

Very clean facility. Very nice staff. My dog went there for play group and overnight stays. I trust this place and my dog seems happy when we arrive. Cindy the trainer is very accommodating and helpful.

This is the greatest place ever.my vet just told me about it and Im so happy.they are very friendly and so nice.you can see them grooming your dog and all the dogs look happy especially the big pug laying on a doggy couch,snoring.

I havent personally boarded a pet here in a while, but I have friends that swear by this place and when I did board my pets here they were amazing.

From reading all the negative reviews i am not taking my dog to this place and i do not recommend this pet hotel to no one because they will mistreat ur dog and thats not good so do not go there people if u want ur dog to be save please do not go their trust me ur dog will feel very threatened or will come home bleeding like they other lady that had her two dogs and they both came back wit bleeding and cuts so if you want your dog to go through the same thing that lady did then go their if u dont then find another one and not to mention they are very rude and disrespectful to animals and us people and I don’t know how they are still in business but if dog their and it comes back with bleeding or a cut i will sue them for harming my dog and make them lose theology business so im trying to help you guys because i dont want anyone’s dog getting hurt especially mine because i love dogs and i dont like to see one die nor get hurt it makes me very sad and if i had lots i would adopt all the dogs in the pet shelters but i dont have alot of money so i only adopted three to save their lifes and so they can have a nice safe and i know all of you guys want the best care for your dog so I would either bring your dog to the vet so they can bores them up or find some other pet hotels that are good and always read all the reviews before going

I called a bunch of times for an appointment and was Told they would call and never contacted me again. Guess they don’t care much about their business. It was so nice when I went the first time too. Shame

Boarded my cat a last winter and it was a big mistake. They didn’t give my cat her medicine and she was really skinny when I picked her up. Her stay was 10 days...

We could never get anyone on the phone, in the evenings, to see how our dogs were doing. Then the lady there explained that no one is there after 5! They dont get out of their crate again till morning! No evening potty break. I think thats cruel. I would never board them there again. And one came home with kennel cough.

Brought my Long Haired GSD here after multiple failed attempts at finding a groomer that can handle large dogs.WPH was informative and accommodating from the moment I called to make the appointment. At pick-up not only did my dog look great and happy but they worked with me on making appointments that fit my schedule and explained all the charges to me since it was my first visit.They were very busy but never made me feel like they were too busy to help me which I appreciated.I am so glad someone recommended WPH to me and our family is happy to have a clean groomed GSD again!

Nice staffing and accomodations for my pup.

My dog loves going to this kennel. Recently he experienced a medical emergency (not related to his stay) and Marc and his staff went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to ensure my dog received proper medical attention.

They have a genuine love for animals. Your pet will be well taken care of. Ive used them regulary for the last 4 years. Never a priblem its veey clean with an awesome staff.
