D&R Pet Grooming

We have been bringing our dogs to D and R Grooming for a few years now and they’re pretty great!The store is not much to look at from the outside but the staff seem to really care for the dogs. Whenever I see the staff with the dogs, they are super gentle and caring. I like that they do a full cleaning so we don’t have to do the extras (like cleaning the ears) ourselves. If you have a request, like keep the tail hair long, you just have to ask. I have recommended this groomer to friends and family.

They do a great job and they dont try and rip you off.

DNR does a pretty good job grooming my dog. However, I asked for a super short cut for the summer months and it wasnt nearly as short as I wanted. That said, Mike (the groomer) is a very friendly and courteous guy, and very easy to work with.

Sweetest people and caring to the dogs … if you are concerned with times etc you will have to call frequently to see when dogs ready.

Used this dog groomer one time for my Havaniase and scheduled a second one even though issues the first. The first appointment was rescheduled and on the rescheduled date the dog was picked up late. Grooming was not done well as tail was kept too long and would get dirty when he would go. Chalked it up to the first time and after apologies scheduled a second appointment. Although I scheduled a pick up/drop off appointment the son did not take the appointment right and once again had to reschedule. When I tried to get another date they would not give me a pick up time expecting me to be home waiting for them. When I reminded them that this is the second time they were unreliable and told them I would need to put a review as people should be made aware of how unorganized this experience could be the owner got nasty told me to find another groomer if I were to write a negative review and proceeded to hang up on me. This is only the third groomer I have used in all the years. Switched from last groomer because of a big price increase but quickly figured by using this groomer that you get what you pay for. Not worth the cost saving. Very rude, unreliable and unprofessional. If this is how they treat the pet parents- I worry about how they treat the pets. Would not recommend for so many reasons

I have been using DNR for a few years. Basically they are good. However, their dog grooming hours are erratic and they dont do the best job communicating that to customers. They need to be more up-front in posting their store hours and make things a little bit more convenient for the customer.

She is amazing. She truly cares about the animals. She takes her time and is very gentle. My cat will not let anybody else groom him. Ive been going to her for years.

My Griffys are always well cared for, look amazing and return to me happy! I would never go anywhere else!

DNR was so gentle and good with Eleanor. Her ears were cleaned do beautifully. I couldnt have been more happy.

Very friendly and polite. They were beyond patient when dealing with a temperamental dog like mine :) The groomer was extremely kind and I will definitely be taking my dog back here. All for a reasonable price too! Love it.
