Best place to board my dogs. They actually are happy when we arrive there and have NEVER come home sick. Their strict rules keep their place safe and healthy. Been using them for at least 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Can’t say enough about the staff there and how much they care about their guests! My dog stresses when away from us and has stomach issues . While at Malibu his stomach was acting up so they called to let me know and said they were going to make him some white rice to help settle his stomach. Love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Malibu is the best place ever. The staff is so caring. Our cats love it there. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe loving place to leave your pets.

Very accommodating to us and our cat. This was the first time using a pet sitting service. Now we have two kittens, Malibu stepped up and accommodated them as well. Place is clean and they all have a love for animals. We thought Caroline went way beyond what we expected even saying a few minutes after closing when we were late wanted to pick up our cat.Looking forward to going away knowing our cats will be cared for in a bright sunny room that they are allowed to wonder around separately a few Times a day......keep up the great work!Dennis and Mary M.

Have used Malibu for a number of years now. Our old boy doesnt like other dogs, but likes people. As much as I hate leaving him and know he prefers being at home, I know hes always well taken care of at Malibu when we go away.

Kept our little Scottish straight, Bella with them recently, & also our past but never forgotten Persian, Cookie from 15+ years ago. Both times they were treated like family, couldnt ask for better folks to look after our fur babies while away. From play time, to making sure theyre properly fed, grooming all is taken care of. Even get to call or facetime them while your away which makes the distance somewhat better.Keep up the good work.

Great and safe place to care for your pet. I had to leave the country for 21 days so I left my cat gumbo in there facility. Come back to a clean, healthy, and happy looking cat. The staff is very friendly and love animals to pieces. I will for sure use their services again; if needed, in the future. And the price is a honestly beyond reasonable 👍👍 five stars form me.

All of my babies have gone to this hotel. Now my new baby goes on vacation while we are on vacation. And he loves it. Always happy when we pick him up

Still a great place to board my dogs. Moving around and using boarding services, it is obvious that this place needs to upgrade a bit. However, the staff is awesome and my dogs were well cared for.

This pet hotel has been great so far. We received updates and a photo during my dogs stay and Trina was happy to see us when we came to pick her up

Had my dog stay for two nights. Very professional and wonderful staff. They did not mind at all that I called to check in. They were honest about his reaction and willingness to cooperate. They take the dog for 5 walks a day and he was fine. I’ll be calling them again very soon. I was very impressed and happy with their service. My boy is safe there and we’ll taken care of and that is most important to me.

We love Malibu! My family used them for years and now I use them for my own dog. They have a very kind and accommodating staff. They really are animal lovers and I trust them with my pet. It was my dogs first time being boarded, and they made her feel right at home and comfortable. Malibu will always be our first choice for boarding.

I love Malibu Pet Hotel, the staff is professional pet lovers. The cats and the dogs share separate rooms. The carry crates are placed in the cages so the pet can feel secure. They have special services and access to vet svces so you can feel secure leaving Fluffy there. Oh and its a giant pink (or purple, I am color blind) hotel with a front desk and everything. We have used them several times and always happy experiences.

Great place for your pets to stay. This place was very helpful and accommodating. We even got to FaceTime our cat while we were on vacation. Thanks to the awesome staff at Malibu Pet Hotel. Also, they have playtime for your cat as well as a separate section for cats only. Definitely recommended!

Its hard to leave your your dog/cat when you need to travel. Malibu Pet Hotel is just the place you need for your pet to stay while your away. The staff takes care of all their needs. My puppy seemed to of been very well taken care of while we were away for 8 days. Would recommend Malibu Pet Hotel.

I had planned vacation and they couldnt take care of our dog. They called and told us that we have to pick our dog. They even didnt try to do anything for a dog to stay there...Our vacation was cancelled. Very unprofessional...

Left my dog here for a week. They were the best can tell they love dogs. They even looked up my babies breed and told me things I didnt know. I knew they really paid attention to her because everything they said was like them narrating from my house and everything that she does at home. Took amazing care of our young puppy when we were on vacation for a week. When we dropped him off, our mini poodle had eye crusties (that we couldnt get out at home). Malibu must have worked on them every day to get them out because he had none when we picked him up. Really happy with our experience and will definitely use them again!

We have boarded our dogs at Malibu for many years and have been 100% satisfied with the care they are given. The staff, which has remained the same over this time, know the dogs well and anticipate any issue which may arise. Their kind and concerned attitude, as well as knowledge about dog health and behavior, is very apparent. If anything unexpected comes up, for example when our dog lost a tooth, weve been called. We are impressed that when our dog returns home after being away for a week, his behavior is perfectly fine. Its nice to be able to go away and not worry about leaving him behind.
