We recently purchased our Malti Poo pupFrom Best puppy. Amanda contacted me after I completed the online request form on the Best Puppy website. Amanda was professional , knowledgeable, empathetic, experienced, and friendly just for starters. Caring for animals is definitely part of her lineage . I was so worried that this could be a scam, And she understood that and was open to my concerns and reassuring. Amanda and Ann Marie, Were wonderful from start to finish. I originally wanted a Malti Pom because I heard they were hyper allergenic (more expensive dog) and my two-year-old grandson has allergies to fur/dander but he loves animals!Amanda could have let me purchase that more expensive Malti Pom, Instead, she listened to my needs and explained how a Malti poo would be much better and truly Hyper allergenic for my grandson.We have had Daisy now for two weeks. The Vet said she was in wonderful condition, (she was so relaxed and slept through her first exam hahaha) She is smart, We already have her trained to go outside for the bathroom, She is so friendly, And most important she and my Little grandson, love each other very much.Thank you so much, Amanda For all your help, Guidance, Reassurance And patience!!Finding you was a home run for us finding our new pup Daisy. Excellent from start to finish! Definitely a great place to get your puppy from. No need to worry about a thing. Excellent and responsive to all concerns. We picked up Maltese puppy yesterday and he is the cutest. We mostly dealt with Nicole who was fabulous. From the first time we spoke with her to today, Nicole was empathetic when we expressed our concerns. We were almost scammed which made us not so trusting. The process of picking him up at a location near us went smoothly with the great help from AnnMarie. We were given a starter folder, vitamins, probiotics, toy and blanket. We highly recommend getting a puppy from them

Absolutely 100% legit place. We text Amanda and she was absolutely amazing! Not pushy at all. She sent us a bunch of beautiful pugs until we found the right one. I was definitely concerned and worried since we werent unable to see the dog in person before picking her up. We received a bunch of photos and a video of my sweet pup. The process was very quick and setup great. We had to watch a video and take a test before getting our puppy which I was honestly impressed by. I figured if they made you do all this Id be shocked if it was a scam. I received a ton of texts from Amanda with constant updates and we even got to pick up the dog earlier than I expected. The price was definitely the best out there considering how expensive dogs are nowadays. When I was handed my puppy I was given all the paperwork and necessary info and stuff needed to get her setup and started with all her shots. She came immaculate, clean no bugs, no cough, no issues, was given 100% clean bill of health. She is now 5 months old and we couldnt be happier with our experience and with the dog we picked. We cant wait to get another one lol. Definitely the right place to go and you will not be disappointed. Trust me we wanted to see the dog before getting her and we werent able to BUT I did go into several puppy stores and my dog was way better taken care of, we got more out of our sale, and a way better dog and price. I would recommend everybody buying from Best Puppies. You wont be disappointed.

As a first time dog owner I came across Best Puppies on the internet. I wasn’t sure at first but after reviewing their web site I called and spoke to Amanda. Amanda was so helpful and made the experience a breeze. I was looking for a Yorkie and within minutes Amanda sent me a text with over a dozen puppies to choose from. The entire process took 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service and most of all my new puppy. I can’t say enough about Amanda and how she has helped us. Amanda responds back with any question I have within minutes and is still taking my calls and providing advice long after my purchase. I will recommend Best Puppies to all my family and friends and will never look elsewhere to purchase a new dog. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will also mention that the breeders they work with are top notch. I couldn’t be happier with my new Yorkie. My experience was amazing from start to finish incredible. Service. They kept update daily on my puppy which is a tiny sweet little yorkie and this company made it happen. What I like the most about the company is the personnel touch and honesty anyone looking for a healthy well taken care of puppy. Not to mention I felt like I won the puppy lottery as for they give you so much in the wellness package not to mention a 24 hr a day hotline if you have any problems or questions. Overall a excellent positive experience.

Being a bit skeptical and unsure comes naturally when doing purchases online and especially for something like this. But after speaking to one of the best, Amanda was supper reassuring, helpful and informative. She made the entire process easy. We are so pleased with our new pup! Her partner Annie was also such a sweet and informative lady with delivery. We just picked up our 9 week old Husky puppy today (12/19/23) and it was one of the happiest and most seamless process. Nicole was attentive and responsive, providing constant updates up until pick up of the puppy. Very friendly and helpful even during the day of the pick up. At first I had a lot of distrust for what it was necessary to make an advance deposit, but Amanda explained to us very well how to proceed and I managed to give us that peace of mind, the waiting process gives a little anxiety but we already have our baby with us the attention was excellent 😍

I purchased a puppy that turned out to have a genetic issue resulting in several thousand dollars worth of surgery. Staff was initially very responsive and helpful, but since I have informed them that I was sold an unhealthy puppy, they have stopped responding to me and are seemingly unwilling to resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but I have lost all respect for Best Puppies after their refusal to take accountability for what my family has gone through financially and emotionally with our puppy.

I would like to thank Amanda and Ann Marie for everything. Our much loved Max ( yorkie) was delivered to me in perfect , healthy condition. I would definitely recommend getting a puppy from them . I went to the vet today that they recommended. The vet said Max is in perfect health . Once again thank you sooo much for everything. We love our Max ❤️🐶

Highly recommend going through this company for your puppy. We worked with Nicole for our Siberian Husky. Initially we were weary with it being online and not getting a lot of info up front about the dog. They work as an in between for you and the breeder so we only knew the photo that was posted online. Once we went through the process and picked up our pup all our worries were behind us. Nicole was always responsive and answered all our questions. Amazing organization 🤩 and the best experience I’ve had so far with finding a pet. I’m from Brooklyn, NY. I was a little nervous about sending a large amount of money without meeting the pet but they explained how they wanted to protect the animals from catching anything. They really want to make sure your pet is safe and healthy. I purchased a handsome black and white Shih tzu 2 days ago.When i say “I appreciate the puppy🐶 101 video” man, I appreciated every minute. I’ve never owned a dog. It said 71 mins but believe me you are going to want to hear everything if this is all new to you. I love you guys for being so responsive and helpful. I don’t think any other places give you a starter kit with multiple vitamins, supplements, and a list of things to have in case your pet gets ill.I can go on and on and on about L.I. The puppy is awesome! Very healthy and active. Getting the puppy was a little inconvenient though. We were told to wait in a public parking lot and the delivery came about 2 hours later than the agreed time. After that we wait for about another hour for the lady to come to our car for the paperwork as there were 5 families in the line. Overall, positive experiences.

I got a puppy from here and i got to speak with Amanda. She explained to me how different things are since the pandemic. I saw a picture of the puppy I was interested and he explained to me how different theyre from a store. My last puppy I got was from a store was really sick. They keep the puppies out of cages until they are ready to go to a foreverhome. They are top breeders and I got the puppy I wanted. They check in with me everyday to make sure my puppy its in Good health and to read all the benefits you get when you get a puppy from them. As a first time puppy owner, I am very satisfied with the purchasing experience. Living a busy life, the service includes home deliveries at your doorstep. This was really convenient for me as it saves me time from visiting the actual farm. All the work is done for you, you just have to say yes to the puppy! My puppy came last night- she was absolutely perfect and a true angel. Puppy 101 training is provided as well as on demand customer service through a quick text message/ phone call, which is very helpful. Joe is very personable. The whole experience was wonderful.

This place is not a real puppy store. They are puppy brokers for puppy mills in other states. I personally got a puppy and was told it was from a woman in Indiana and they couldn’t provide picture updates because she doesn’t have a phone. However, when I got the paperwork for the puppy I looked up where she came from and it was a puppy mill in Missouri which has a Facebook page. Our puppy had worms kennel cough and other issues because she was shipped in a tractor trailer for days. To this day, 2 years later, she is petrified of any loud trucks due to trauma. Don’t use their vet, they will just cover up all illnesses and don’t overload your dog with the puppy package Joe gives you, which also covers up any issues. Their paperwork is fraudulent. These people are shipping in dogs under ever changing business names to disguise their business partners which are puppy mills pumping out dogs. It’s disgusting.

I was very skeptical when I first contacted LI Puppies but felt instantly at ease after speaking with Amanda. She was knowledgeable and always answered my MANY questions prior to receiving my Goldendoodle. Everything happened exactly as she told me it would and I have my new best friend at home with me and I couldnt be happier! Even after pick up I had some questions and she put me in direct contact with the breeder who also tended to my concerns. Thank you so much! These people are real and are very professional. This team has been nothing short of amazing. After being scammed by an online breeder I was very skeptical at first but Joe, Jodi and the rest of their team made us feel extremely comfortable every step of the way and even now weeks after picking up our new fur baby they are still available and happy to answer any questions i may have and help with any concerns or issues that may arise. Between the knowledge, assistance, and overall peace of mind they have provided us with we should’ve paid double for what we got in return. I honestly never knew how much I didn’t know about raising a puppy and now I find myself trying to help others with theirs lol!
