I cant say enough good things about this place. The setup is so convenient and user-friendly, making it easy to get my dog thoroughly cleaned without the mess at home. They provided everything I needed, from high-quality shampoos to easy-to-use dryers.The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

A great place to take your Dog/Cat and wash them yourself. We take our pup “Max” there twice a month. W/W supplies the shampoo, conditioner, flea/tick soap, towels, dryer etc... for a real good price. They also have a groomer there if you don’t have time to do it yourself. My Chis are little & one REFUSES to let me clip her nails. Sidenote her sister lets me cut them & I had a chi for 14.5 years I always cut his nails. Needless to say I moved to the area about 1.5yrs ago & found Woofer Wash. The concept in itself is great & the fact I can call on a random Saturday & run them over is FABULOUSSSSS!!! Today the owner gave the girls mani/pedis...I only know bc she did such a nice job & was even able to use a dremmel, so I called & her name is Mindy! Everyone in there is warm, friendly & professional! Im a picky puppy mama & I highly recommend 🐶❤️

You will love this place. Everything you need is provided.Its been over a year since weve been coming here. It is still the same. You wash your pet or they will. Less than $30 self wash for 1/2 hour wash time.

As described, a self-service pet washing station. I’ve only had positive experiences here. The staff is friendly and helpful and makes it as easy as possible to wash a big dog 🐕 👍🏼

This is a doggie wonderland of fun! Use professional grooming tub, Shampoos and forced air dryers for 1/8th of the price when doing it yourself!! Bring the kids, or make it a party! The Wooferwash has everything and more for a day of Wooferwashing or de-scenting a dog that trounced through a sunk infested swamp! An emergency number for that middle of the night doggie disaster encounter with a skunk! Professional grooming is also available at very competitive prices. Fun for everyone! They supply absolutely everything! Leave the mess with them!!!

Bad Service! Over Priced! The owner became too comfortable and demanding with us.We have been going to Woofer Wash for 3-4 years until last spring. The owner, Mindy, has always taken care of our sheepadoodle, who weighs about 100lbs & paid a little extra as she always advertised an upscale experience.Full service which includes: Full wash, hair cut, ears cleaned, paw pads, nails, stomach & sanitary groomed.When the pandemic happened, she told us things were not well with her husbands health, having a hard time, and stopped accepting credit cards. We felt bad and continued to go supporting a local business based on what they were going through.About 1 year ago, we had our dog groomed, and his paw was bleeding profusely when we got home. His nail was broken, and we were up all night scared until the bleeding stopped & he wouldnt reopen the wound.After letting Mindy know, she swore she checked the video footage, and he must have broke his nail jumping out of the car. We believed her, but were skeptical as she didnt show us the footage, and this was a serious injury.This past fall, she tried to raise the rates on us and convinced us to groom him more frequently, and to charge us $150, instead of $180. After 4-5 visits, we paid $150 once & she never honored her offer to us.Our dog had a vet appointment and said his ears are severely dirty and we should take him to a groomer.His last grooming appointment, we told the owner to charge us $150 & our dog fell down the stairs because his nails were too long. She called us back, saying hes washed but couldnt finish him & demanded I personally bring him in to help and dismissed my wife. I had to take off from work last minute to bring him in.Im annoyed and just wanted this to be over with. As soon as Mindy did his nails asking for my help and paid charging full price, yet again, his ears were not cleaned. I told her for years she has taken care of us & he never has this problem. She responded Many poodle breeds dont need their ears cleaned too regularly and they look normal, despite being told from our vet.She didnt finish the service and said we are not welcome to bring him in for Grooming anymore because we are always bothering her with price and there always seems to be a problem.She could have been honest and let us know every guy quit on her, unable to handle larger dogs & she didnt want to keep her word of charging us less for coming in more frequently.Anyone with a larger dog breed BEWARE of going to this place. You have been warned!

Everyone here is so nice.. I have a short haired dog so I make an appointment for the self serve. My pooch glistens after his woofer wash! Thank you! Can’t wait to see you all again!

I cannot say enough about our amazing experience at woofer wash! My groomer was unavailable and my doggo was in serious need of a bath! I called as soon as they opened to ensure availability. A young woman Allison explained the whole process to me. They provide EVERYTHING! The initial time slot is 30minutes, if you need more time its $10 for the next 30 minutes. I didnt know how much I would need since I have a very furry Golden Retriever. We arrived and our pet bath was cleaned and sanitized for us. Fresh towels, refilled shampoo and accessories cleaned and sanitized. They have aprons for you to use to minimize the mess. We only needed 39 minutes, and thats all they charged us. We were given additional towels and help was readily available to assist with bathing our doggo. We will definitely come again!

Came in with my dog for the first time this past weekend. Absolutely loved the facility. Most importantly the space was CLEAN (which my pup appreciated) and everyone was very FRIENDLY!! Definitely will be back! Thanks Woofer Wash!

So much easier to give our pup a bath with the right set up! Just like the website says, they provided us with everything we could have needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. So glad we found this place and well definitely be back for his next wash.

Really nice family run business. They have staff on hand for anything you may need. Shampoo, towels, scrubbers all included. My little ones love the seasonal window decorations. Very nice I have to say.

Took my dog there a couple months back. The girl at the front was very kind and professional. Also she didn’t mind that my dog shed EVERYWHERE during the blow drying. They had a great selection of tools and the shampoo/conditioner smelled really nice.Only down side is that they are cash only, otherwise I’d give them 5 stars.

This was our first time using Woofer wash. Mind the owner was so nice. She took the time to sit and talk to us when we got there. Our dog was done in the amount of time promised, which is very important to us. Plus his haircut was just as we like it.

The owner, Mindy doesnt seem to want to be bothered with her business. I was given an appointment at 10:30 am. I arrived before 10:30 am, knocked, waited outside, left a message etc before connecting to the owners cell phone bc the lady inside wouldnt answer the door. Fyi, they dont officially open until 11 am as per their store hours on the front window, phone and Google. The owner was upset that I called her because she was on vacation. Apparently getting someone at her business to answer her door was not her problem. She hung up the phone on me and refused to give me her name after asking me to describe the lady at her business. I got the feeling she has no idea whats happening there. I had heard from the neighborhood that the owner wasnt the nicest but usually the groomers were kind to my dog. However, as a small business owner, I cannot tolerate rudeness especially when its due to your own mismanagement. Clearly she doesnt need my business. Also no credit cards accepted as of the new year.

Love this place! A great spot to take your pup for a wash if you dont want to make a mess of your house! The service there is very friendly and helpful if needed.Woofer wash provides you with all the necessary tools to conveniently scrub and dry your dog yourself. Being a husky owner - it usually takes me about a full hour($20) to rinse, wash, and dry.Be prepared to get wet! Aprons are supplied on site as well.If you do not wish to wash your pup by yourself - I would call ahead of time to schedule an appointment to have your dog groomed there. They do an excellent job for a good price.

Great place to take your dog for a self wash. Provide everything you need...shampoo,conditioner,towels,brushesand a air dryer. Friendly and helpful team of workers. Have been going several times and will continue.

This place is great. I bring my 100lb golden retriever here all the time for self grooming and never had a problem.They have everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, scented shampoo, ear cleaning pads and alcohol, brushes all types, towels. All included( except the scented shampoo. A little extra) charge by time but very fair.

They give you everything you need! Towels washcloths shampoo conditioner brushes hose to dry, and they even have a groomer on site if you need nails clipped for an extra fee. They do take walk-ins but we went with an appointment. Great place!

We went to this establishment for our dog to be groomed and this woman was horrible. A very nasty attitude, by someone who you can tell was the owner, as she is a much older one with the scowl on her face, while the other is a young girl. nasty conditions inside and rude service. The dogs in the back were yelping and seemed in distress and wanting to get out of whatever was happening in that back room. This woman does not belong servicing animals of any kind. Try them at your own risk. If you love your pet, you will not!

I absolutely love this place. Its so easy to wash your dog and the lady that owns it is very lovely. Very fair prices to this place provides all you need to wash your dog including towels cone soap and even a hair dryer or blower if you want to call it. Highly recommended

Great place. Clean facility and helpful employees. All the negative reviews are bs. Only issue I had was that no where in the store does it say you only have thirty mins to wash your pup. Still a great place I just wish they didnt an extra ten bucks.

Well worth the nominal cost. The facility is fully stocked with everything you need if you choose to wash your dog yourself. They provide towels, shampoo, brushes, combs, hair dryers for the dog. Best of all when you leave there is no mess to clean up.I used to wash my dog in the back yard with water from the hose. The longer the wash, the colder the water. I called yesterday, mid-morning, to inquire of sink availability for a self-serve wash for my maltipoo...I usually bathe him at home but it kills my back. I drive by this esta lishment all the time and always make a mental note to stop in with my puppy. So glad I called yesterday...I spoke with David, who provided me all the info I needed and answered a couple of questions I had, and he met me when I arrived that afternoon with my puppy. I was given a choice of sinks, and he showed me all that was available to me while I worked , offered to show me how to clean my puppys ears (if needed), etc. He was attentive and just ge finely kind. I met one of the groomers as well (I cant remember her name right bow)...she was also quite sweet. I liked the atmosphere, the setup of the space, and I felt like the pricing for self-serve washing was very reasonable. Ill be back for sure.

Came here to wash my dog early in the morning. I called aheadand soon as i walk thru the door the lady says we dont take credit cardsi said ok no problem. she probably was just giving me the heads upi continue to wash my dog.I hear her scream over and over at this dogthen she grabs the little dog by the neck so it would stop barking. I took a look at back to see what was going on and she had another dog she kicked to stop barking also.maybe they were her dogs? I dont know. but if that were my dog i would want to know. very very scary leaving your dog with someone and dont know whats going on when you leave.

Quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My lab wasnt thrilled about jumping into the bath, so she actually lifted her up and placed her in the bath for me!

Terrible customer service. Rude, rude, rude. They close at 5. There was some traffic on the way there, so we got there at 4:30. We told David (that’s what he told us his name was) that we would just do a quick wash and be out in 15 minutes. He kept repeating they close at 5 and that he has to leave at 5. We told him we’d be gone in 15 to 20 minutes. We left at 4:50, so were gone a full 10 minutes before their posted closing. He was extremely rude to us while we we there and yelled at my 3 year old son because he touched a plastic bubble decoration they had out. Guess he was upset we interrupted him watching the World Cup. Never again, there are plenty of other places in town with way better customer device.

We absolutely LOVE woofer wash! Bringing our furries here have absolutely given us the convenience of saving us $$$ in grooming costs, the hassle and loss of +hours of time from the prepping and cleaning the furries in our own home, and the price point is reasonable as it includes all the supplies needed to bathe and dry your pooch(es)! While I like the place we brought two rescue puppies to wash them just got them off the truck. 3 weeks old didnt take longer then 15 mins for both they still charged us 40 dollars .... I mean really?

Got my dogs nails trimmed. First time for him. The lady who trimmed them was very patient and knowledgeable. All in all a good experience.

Brought my dog to be groomed this past Sunday, they did a great job and even put an American flag bandana on him to celebrate 4th of July. Highly recomend!

I took my dog Nikko to this groomer for the first time today Sunday and a few hours later his eyes started turning red and his eyes are watery.... awful job!

The owner is very disrespectful and has a nasty attitude. i wouldn’t trust my dog with somebody like that. /0/10.

We took our goldendoodle here for the first time today, so we could bathe him ourselves. I usually wash him in our shower in between us getting him groomed, but it makes a mess. The place was very clean and the workers were very nice. Only $21 for a half hour and they supply the shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, towels and dryer. You could also have them groom your pet., maybe next time! Ill definitely go vack.
