Park and Bark

Elizabeth was wonderful! My dog Teddy is a rescue and I originally tried to take him to VIP pet spa in wantagh and was told by them that teddy tried to bite her when being put in the bath and that he was just “too large”. I was shocked since Teddy is so sweet and gentle with humans and other dogs. I tried park and bark and they were great! I took precautions and had my dog muzzled and slightly sedated per the vets recommendation and Elizabeth was so kind and understanding and really took care of Teddy. She said he was wonderful and didn’t try to bit her or anything and that next time he probably doesn’t even need the muzzle or sedation. I will deff be using her again. Seeing my dog happy and cared for makes me so happy. Thank you park and bark and thank you again Elizabeth!

Ashley groomed my Long haired female cat whom I’m sure was not easy. It was Ratt’s 1st groom ever. Ashley was able to make her dry matted hair into a soft shiny coat. She smells so nice. She looks happy. I’m thinking about doing my other cat Bella.

Grooming time used to be a very stressful time for me and my 2 dogs.I had my them groomed by Alyson for the second time yesterday. I love that I dont have to get the dogs in to the car, in to the groomers and then wait for hours for them to be done. With Park and Bark, they come to you. The van is clean, the appointment making is easy. They are done quickly but efficiently. Alyson did a great job on both dogs.

Loved Ashlee at Park and Bark....You should name it Purr and Bark!Ashlee was so kind and friendly. My cat Coal was so pleased with his spa shampoo and his no more tangles. Truly Proud of his new bow tie too 😻. Thank you Ashlee

I highly recommend this company. They are very professional, on time, and they handle your dog as if its their own. Briyit, from Park and Bark, did a wonderful grooming job with Enzo again, I highly recommend her.

I had my dog groomed by Julissa from Park and Bark this week. First, Park and Bark was very accommodating getting me an appointment the same week I requested and keeping in touch to update me. Julissa was kind and patient with my dog who can be fearful during grooming and the results were great. I will definitely book again!

5 stars for Park & Bark Mobile grooming. Always on time. Professional. Friendly. Patient and Prompt. Always happy and 100% satisfied with every grooming they give my German Shepherd Eden. Alyson handles Eden pawfectly! Alyson is patient, kind, calm and professional. Always shows up on time and with a Smile. Eden is a shy girl but Alyson brings out the best in her. I love the report with photos on the dogs grooming afterwards when all done. Im so happy on all levels. I have no concerns letting them handle my dog. She looks and smells beautiful!

Ashley did such an amazing job grooming my dog! My dog (Gizmo) had a terrible experience in the past with a store groomer that left him traumatized and shaking for days, so I’ve been grooming him myself the past few years. My fiancé regularly uses park and bark for his dogs, so I decided to give them a try because of how great they always look afterwards. It’s funny to see Gizmo’s before and after pictures because he looks so timid and shy in the before picture and very happy in the after picture. Ashley was very patient with Gizmo and slowly let him warm up to her with him in my arms before taking him into the van. Gizmo came back looking amazing and very happy. Gizmo has gotten many compliments over his haircut

I absolutely love my cats hair cut!! Brittney is fantastic. She removed all the matted hair from my cat and gave her the coolest Lion cut I will never expect my cats hair being all shaved can look so cute and adorable!! If you have any difficulty locating a cat groomer, make sure you ask for Brittney...She is young and beautiful, professional and knowledgeable!! Highly recommended.

Tony the tiger is getting up in years and needed a spruce up. Park and Bark to the rescue! From phone call to service, the process was easy and I was kept informed of every step. Ashley was amazing, she arrived a few mins early and was courteous and professional. I am extremely happy with Park and Bark and I know Tony is too!

What a dream! My cat hates being in the car, so trying to take her to a groomer always amps up her anxiety way too much for her to calm enough for the actual grooming. Park and bark is so convenient, and Ashley who groomed my cat was wonderful from the moment she arrived at the moment she left! Barbra, my cat can be a trial, but Ashley handled her so well and my kitty has been super content since the grooming. I am so happy to have found park and bark!

Zoom and Groom is amazing! I had two dogs bathed back to back and the entire experience from start to finish was extremely convenient. Bernard was super friendly and kept the dogs comfortable. My Shiba Inus came back smelling great, deshedded, and most importantly, happy!

Our golden doodle Lemon had the best grooming with Park and Bark. The team is extremely professional and organized, and their cuts are fabulous! Lemon was a happy customer and we already booked her next service!!!

Wonderful service. Best price for mobile grooming! My dog HATES baths, yet she’s always calm with her groomer and always happy when she returns! The groomers are well trained and great with my anxious fur-baby.

We just had our first visit with this company and can’t say enough great things! Our groomer Michelle was so amazing that our Toby cried for her when she left! They were efficient and professional from start to finish and we couldn’t be more happy! Toby would’ve spent the whole day with her if he could!

Worst phone call I ever had. I was asking the times works for me, sunday or monday. He was like we can not do it the times you want . I was asking how about following sundays or monday.He didn’t say what following weeks available on Sunday or Monday. He said we can not do it. He should better saying that this is what is available week later on monday or 2 weeks later on sunday. Whatever this company is definitely worst on customer services.

My dog Bingo got his first groom from Park & Bark recently. I booked online and they showed up to my house in a timely manner. Bingo went into the van and came out freshly groomed within the hour! I loved the grooming summary they sent at the end to let me know how it went with Bingo. Ive already recommended them to a friend who had a similar experience.

Would recommend Park & Bark! Communication was great, prices were fair, and the groomer did nice work. Love the personalized report card I got afterwards!

Excellent service, excellent groomer, Alison. The only groomer who wanted my vet name and number to verify my dogs are up to date with vaccines. That is very impressive. They’re worth every penny. They are truly very professional, kind, on time and totally experienced.

Our dog milo got groomed by Joey from Zoom and Groom. Milo is an anxious dog but Joey made him and us feel very safe. He told us he had 13 years of experience grooming dogs and I knew I could trust him. We’ll be using Zoom and Groom and Joey for the rest of time!

Superb grooming service! Sam arranged our first appointment, and did so with both warmth and professionalism. Allison was sweet, caring, and all around quite perfect. She did a fabulous job on the cut as well as everything else! We will be using this very well run company on a regular basis

Briyit was amazing with paisley .. she was sweet and kind and paisley came running inside happy as can be .. she cut her long hair down perfect! She took the time she needed to ensure paisley was calm and happy

I made an appointment for two of my dogs for today at 2:30 PM. After no one showing up, calling three different numbers, numerous of times, leaving voicemails and sending text Messages… I finally got a response an Hour later than my appointment, saying that she was away from the phone, and didn’t see me blowing her up, she’s an hour late, but she can come now, and be there in 20 minutes. I could not believe how unprofessional These women are. But most of all disgusted because I explained to them that I have work tonight and I’m going away tomorrow so I do need a guaranteed appointment or I can go somewhere else.. She reassured me that both dogs would get done at 2:30. after this experience, I read more into the reviews and I see that multiple people have been unhappy with these services and that they’re always late. It’s my fault for trusting stars over facts in the comments but I would highly recommend never using this company. They’ve completely inconvenienced my night and now it’s too late to use another service before work and now my poor dogs won’t have a proper bath before i go away. which I really needed done because they are both extremely dirty. I now have to give them baths after a late shift tonight and hope that I can have them dry before leaving. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I run my own business and I can never treat a client this way. disgusting.

My husband and I love Park and Bark grooming services. They have a clean and well-equipped facility that comes to you! Juan takes the best care of our pup. SO glad we found this company. 5 stars!

Definitely do not recommend this place. I had my cat groomed here last week, and my cats claw was hurt so bad while on that truck that he needed to undergo surgery at the animal hospital. So now along with the $230 we spent for the grooming, we also paid $500 for his animal hospital bill. And when we called park and bark about this , they responded with, “ Park and Bark will not be held responsible for any costs related to any accidents on board our Pet Spa Vans.” Horrible customer service, and horrible grooming service.

This was Nala’s second time being pampered by Park and Bark. Sam and crew are so easy to work with, I called up both times and Sam set my appointments up n they show up right infront of the house, text you they have arrived and take amazing care of your dog from beginning to end. Our cat had matted fur, which caused a lot of distress to our cat. Reached out to Park and Bark, made an appointment. Theyre arrived promptly and gave us a breakdown how they would proceed. Skip forward 1-2 hours later and our cat looked BEAUTIFUL, smelled amazing, and felt amazing. We can tell the relief that brought to our cat. They provided pictures and texts on how the cleaning was going up until the very end. Loved their work and Will be reaching out again!

Brittney and her co-worker, were BOTH AMAZING! She took such excellent care of my baby girl BeLLa who is very shy, older {16 yrs} old, with breathing issues. Totally over-charged for a 20 lb. Dog. Was supposed to be $150 which is too much and ended up charging $211. Big rip-off. Never use this company. Never had this happen before from any groomer. Very unprofessional!

Charlie, our rescue Cocker Spaniel, came into our lives 6 months ago. Having had a traumatic start to his life, I was reluctant to bring him & leave him at yet another strange place. Park & Bark came to our rescue. Their immaculate grooming van parked in our driveway & Briyit showed up at the door. Briyit is sweet, warm, kind, & an obvious dog lover. Our Charlie was smitten. He was returned groomed to perfection, happy, confident & very much at ease. Park & Park is now Charlie’s forever groomer. I cannot recommend Park & Bark enough. This was not a good experience and we will not be back. My dog was not cut the way I asked even though I supplied a picture of what I wanted. The cut was uneven, too short in the face, too long on the top of the head, back paws had nails cut but not the front. And his back right leg has a part of it shaved completely shaved down to the skin and his two legs do not match. Ugh!!!!!

This was my first time using this company and I’m very impressed. Brittany was my dog’s groomer and she did a great job! I have a 15 year old Lab and Brittany took great care of her! I would def recommend Zoom and Groom 😊

I have a big chicken of a dog. 98 lbs of solid muscle. THE GUYS ON THE team handled my big boy with care. He came out so clean and handsome. Will see the team in a month or so again.Before and after pictures.

I got my two babies groom on Friday not only it was very expensive but they did a terrible job. When I say terrible I mean it.My male baby wasn’t was in his private parts his nails wasn’t cut his paws wasn’t cut at allMy baby girl wasn’t washed in her private parts her paws wasn’t cut her nails wasn’t cut at allDue to their sloppy job and poor customer service I want a full refund and explanation why they are even a business.I suggest that nobody use this service at all. I am totally disappointed and angry.My female dogs nail’s were not done correctly and she cut herself really bad to the point she bleed for a hour.

Originally hired them to groom the cat, but she wouldnt cooperate so they groomed my 2 dogs. They did an excellent job and the little one was nervous as she usually is. They smelled great for days.

Bernard was great and our Charlie came out looking - and smelling - better than ever. I’ve had dogs most of my life and this was one of the best grooming experiences.

Disappointed 😞 Zoom and Groom started with an appointment at 3pm. 3pm by 345pm text changes time to 5-530pm I wasnt happy I changed my schedule to accommodate them due me wanting my pup groomed. 😕 not a well runned business maybe its me. 🙄😢

Made an appointment and was given a morning time of 10:30 for the next day. The following morning at 8 a.m., a rep called me to tell me that my time was changed to 5 pm.. I said that was too late. He said 4:45. I received a confirmation saying it was for 5:30pm. 6pm came and they still didnt arrive. I canceled my appointment. Wasted a day because of them. I would give 0 stars if I could.

UPDATE!:I used Park and Bark again on Sunday, and they did a great job with my Molly. Timing was a little off again but it was a Sunday so it didnt really matter. She did a great job with my Molly!I used a mobile groomer for the first time and LOVED it! My Mollys haircut was exactly as I asked for, and she smells so good. The only issue was my appointment was 2:00 pm and she did text me to tell me she was delayed, and so it ended up being at 3:30 p.m. But definitely worth the wait! Molly says woof!

I give Zoom and groom3 stars l.. they did an excellent job grooming my dog he came back handsome and clean and smelling good but they forgot to trim his nails down so I did it myself.. I would’ve use zoom and groom all the time but the grooming lady kept begging for a tip she would not let me swipe my card and pay for the service unless I tipped her and right there was a no no she forced me to tip her in cash… so thanks for the service zoom and groom but I will never call again nor will I refer y’all to any body else.. ohh now they changed their name to park and bark

RESPONSE TO GROOMER RESPONSE: To see the lies posted as a response to this review by the owner. Honesty and customer service were completely missing here. Sad to see, no one asked for dental work or an Asian style cut. A round face is not an international look and your groomer did not do what she said she would. You were also very rude and lacked customer service when spoken on the phone. I pray other customers do better with you and do not have the same response.DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIME MANAGEMENT FROM SUPERVISOR AND GROOMER!! 1st time using this groomer services and they didnt honor time of appt. GROOMER WAS OVER AN 1 HOUR LATE. I was texted multiple times to tell me they were late, only to have the groomer show up and look at the picture of the cut, i wanted for my dog. She agreed and then preceeded to not do that cut. She also stated that when she brushed my Dogs teeth, that she does not go to the back of the mouth and my dogs leg hair were extremely long. I had to take my dog inside and geto ut scissors to help the style. In addition, called the main number and was met with a man who spoke over me, yelled and told me the style was not done in the U.S, which was a complete lie. He was rude and never addressed his groomer being over an hour late and how she didnt express that the rounded face cut couldnt be done. Please be smart and go somewhere else, for 200 it is a rip off and not worth it.

Most convenient,very courteous, extremely acomodating . Worth it in all aspects of grooming industry . I hope they add more vans & a vaccination service too .

It clearly states, Park and Bark will not be held responsible for any costs related to any accidents on board our Pet Spa Vans.I was told the paw was okay but in fact it was not had I listened and not checked it - we would’ve been in a way worse state.We had our cat groomed last Sunday. The grooming portion of removal of hair and washing was good but our cat came back with two claws bleeding. The groomer told us it was because he jumped on something in the truck and that’s why it was bleeding? It’s been about a week and we’ve been monitoring his paw now it’s starting to stink and turn yellow. We’re currently at an Animal hospital now trying to see what’s wrong with it? Is there any video proof of him jumping on to a wall or something the wounds look really deep and it’s kind of hard to believe it was a jump. I would like someone to contact me please and thank you.

My groomer was Bernard. He did an excellent job .I have a 10 year old cocker spaniel who is very grumpy. He’s also blind, but I felt comfortable giving Nucky to Bernard. He was very kind and professional. He got rid of all the matting, and was even able to get into his ears which no one has ever been able to. He came to the house on time and ready to go immediately. It was so nice to not have to drive to the groomer. Overall, I give them two thumbs up I will be using their service again
