Our dog Chance has been going to Resorts since he has been a puppy beginning in 2019.Resorts has been solid in every aspect of doggy daycare. They always send you updates, reminders, and billing is very efficient. Their love for dogs is what keeps us there. They are always enhancing their program to give the best services to your dog.

Sushi attends daycare at Resorts Boarding and Play two mornings per week where she has the opportunity to interact with other dogs & participate in the creative, fun, & enriching opportunities Resorts consistently offers - such as the “Summer Camp” which Sushi participated in this summer. The staff is friendly, caring, & are often involved in staff development training to make our fur baby’s experience at Resorts the best it can be.

The name of this place couldn’t be more fitting. it’s truly a resort! there’s everything you could want for your fur baby. my lil peeba dee attends daycare 2x/week and has been boarded there on several occasions since resorts’ inception. the staff are out of this world. i never worry when she is there, bc i know she’s in good hands.. and that says a lot. they’re family away from family and we are very grateful for everyone that’s a part of resorts. they amazed me to this day, the well-oiled machine that they are during peak hours!! thank you!!

Staff at RESORTS care very much about all of their non-human friends and the families who bring them. They have a great deal of skill in coordinating dogs activities, habits, and personalities. We have appreciated rheir flexibility in helping us provide a safe and pleasant environment for our poodle. They are also creative in coming up with weekly themes, activities, and speciaĺ events. Our dog is excited to arrive at RESORTS and to see her pals.

Had our dog Bean for 6 days in the resort’s boarding and are very happy with the service. We got him a luxury suite with webcam and it was nice to check in on him and see how it was going! They took great care of him. Thank you!

My dog Gigi has been going to Resorts in Hamburg for the past 2 years. She usually goes about 3 days a week and she loves it. I love it too. She gets to play and socialize with other dogs.

I have had a great experience with the trainer Stephanie- and my dog seemed to have a good time during his assessment. We are excited to do the enrichment program. So far so good with them. I am very happy.

Kobe loves Tammy! Whenever I bring him in to get groomed, his fur is always exactly how we ask. The place is so clean and keeping every animal safe and healthy is top priority. We won’t go anywhere else.

My fiance and I went on a short vacation from July 3-8, 2024. We were so excited to see a place where we could board our dog privately because she has a hard time around other dogs. Resorts Boarding made everything seem really great over the phone, and gave me a quote. We did 5 nights of boarding plus two days of enrichment. The final total was $432. I thought that was pretty steep for them to just have my dog in a room and feed/take her out a few times a day, and 2 play sessions, but I understand that the economy is demanding right now. While I was on the trip I checked the camera every hour if not more, and every single time my dog was just laying on the floor looking bored or sad. I tried to use the rewind feature to see if they even actually took her out for enrichment or came in for play time, but it wouldn’t work and just said “connection time out”. Not only upon dropping off and picking up was the front desk woman (brown hair and glasses) very rude and had no customer service skills, but they then charged me a $40 late fee. When I looked at the invoice, there was the late fee plus $30 in “holiday rates” that we were never told about over the phone nor in person. When I asked about the late fee they said it was because I scheduled to pick her up at noon but I picked her up at 9:50am. They gave me a refund but if I hadn’t looked at the invoice they would’ve just charged me $40 for picking my dog up early. These people seem like scammers who are just trying to make as much money as they can off of the bare minimum of work, and just because they put up a poster of Josh Allen in a room I don’t think that covers up the bad service.

Tammy is by far the best groomer in the world!! She has groomed all of my dogs for 20yrs! Friendly staff, always clean when entering business. Oscar loves going here.. Highly recommend as this place is top notch!!

My fiancé and I boarded our dog at Resorts Boarding for a recent vacation. While the private boarding with enrichment activities sounded promising, the reality fell short. The initial price felt high for basic services, and the broken camera rewind feature made it impossible to verify playtime. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude, and surprise charges like late fees (when we picked her up early) and undisclosed holiday rates emerged at pickup. To make matters worse, our dog came home with fleas and missing her toys. The entire experience felt more profit focused than on caring for our pet. We wont be returning and will be thoroughly researching more reputable boarding services for future trips.

My dog Willow, is nervous in new places and with new people but does warm up and loves playing with other dogs and her people friends. She previously attended a day care that closed so I was hesitant to start her somewhere new. We have now been attending for more than a year and a half. From the moment we walked into Resorts, the staff was understanding with her needs. They took the time to let her walk into the back without dragging her away, they adjusted their interactions with her until she was ready, they let her settle in before starting the evaluation process. It is very apparent they know how to properly interact with all types of dogs. When I pick her up, I can see that she has been having a blast and loving her interactions with everyone. I especially appreciate the “extras” they do with the dogs from enrichment/summer camp, crafts and photos and the report cards from time to time. The staff is always helpful and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Thank you for being understanding that not all dogs are perfect” and for keeping her entertained while I work!

We recently moved to Hamburg from the Ithaca area, where everyone has backyards and doggy daycare/boarding really isnt a thing. We then drove by Resorts Boarding and Play and noticed it was a place where we could board our dog we just had got, Lola. We boarded Lola there and ever since then we bring her here every other week for doggy daycare and continue to use their boarding services when we are traveling. The staff at Resorts Boarding and Play always make her and us feel welcome when we drop her off. I always call and ask them questions and they ALWAYS answer in the most positive manner, even if my questions are simple. They are clear on what you will be billed for and offer so many fun services for your pets. Also, every time we pick her up, they tell us what Lolas day at daycare was like and shes panting with pure joy and happiness! Which is always great to hear and see. These are the things that make our experiences with Resorts Boarding and Play so great. Lastly, Lola is a dog who can be frightened by loud noises and will sit until she feels she can move forward safely. One time she heard a loud truck drive by the building and she sat and wasnt moving until it was gone. One of the workers at the front desk noticed and actually came out and opened the door and called Lola in, and Lola sprinted right in! She loves this place and we love it too in addition to their staff! Its simple people! This is a business that provides transparency and positive customer experience for both you and your pet. The staff here should receive nothing but respect from their customers as they are very respectful and helpful to you and your pet. 10/10 recommend!

I love this grooming salon. Resorts is very clean, the receptionists are very kind and helpful. Tammy the groomer, is by far the best groomer we’ve ever taken our dogs too. She is a true dog lover and really has a way with my dogs. Her grooming skills are perfection, so glad I’ve found her.

I have 2 Newfies that desperately needed grooming! They look amazing now, smell great and it did not cost as much as I thought it would with their mats and extra long fur. Thank you!!!

We took Gabby to Resorts the past few days for boarding while we were out of town. She really seemed to enjoy it! She had grooming service done while she was there and came out all fresh and shiny. Smells great 😅 great customer service as well. We will definitely come back the next time we need someone to watch her! Two paws up!

Just had my baby girl evaluated for daycare after she was attacked by two dogs. She did very well and they took good care of her and introduced one dog at a time to her to help acclimate her. The staff was kind, helpful and we look forward to a couple days of care for Marlee.UPDATE: Marlee is on her 8th day of daycare and she loves it at Resorts. I can’t thank the staff enough for their work on getting her acclimated after being attacked by two dogs. Thank you for taking great care of my girl.

We were taking our lab puppy to Resorts for a while for daycare. Trying to schedule was difficult because they were full a lot. When enrichment was offered for a higher cost, I had no trouble getting a reservation. Curious. Anyway, last summer my dog was skunked right in her face and eyes. Being a vet tech myself, I followed all the protocols to remove the scent. Weeks later she had an enrichment day scheduled, there was no scent remaining so I took her in at 8 am. Around 1 pm I got a rather rude call to come and pick her up because she smelled and would make the other dogs smell (quite rudely I might add) luckily I was able to go immediately to get her. When I got there I was treated very rudely getting a lecture, which I didnt appreciate. When my dog came out she was all wet. Of course any skunk smell would rear up. Why was she wet? My husband called and requested a refund as she only spent 1/2 the day. They said no because she already had her enrichment. What? I guess you pay extra for a justbit of play. When he insisted, they said theyd give us a meager $10. Credit which they never did. I have been in veterinary medicine my entire adult life and I was always uncomfortable with resorts and the rude manager that would take my pup in, but I thought it was best for my pup to get socialization while we worked. She hasnt been back. I should have trusted my first instinct.

Took my elderly rescue dog there for a wash, cut, pawdicure and teeth cleaning, and we had such a great experience! I was nervous because Max being elderly can be short tempered at times...However that was not the case at all! I brought him in, and we met in the lobby with the groomer for about 15 minutes. We talked through services, any concerns - she was very thorough with her intake. She really took her time with us, and I appreciated that! The staff in the lobby checking dogs in for daycare was so reassuring, and calming to both Max and me. I felt so good about the staff and the atmosphere that were going to look into daycare for Max there.

Resorts is the best!!!! Our puppy Connor has been going there for almost a year!!!! These people are fantastic!!!!! Connor knows when it’s his days to go. He wakes up and can’t wait and is excited the whole way there!!!! They treat every puppy like a king and queen!!!!! Plus they holiday themes they do is so cool!!!! It was luau theme this week. The dressed the pups up and took pics. Omg!!! And their water park is amazing!!!!! They can’t get Connor out of the pool!!!!! They also have a groomer Jessica. She does a fantastic job!!!! From his nails to a full spa!!!! They take the best care of our puppy!!!!! And their prices for what they offer are the same or below other places I the area!!!! I’ll be at work and think. Connor is having a vacation today!!!!! Every day he goes there is a vacation for him!!!!! They are the best at what they do!!!! And they made his Birthday special!!!! The last pic was his Birthday. He came home ate dinner didn’t make it to his bed!!!!!!!

My dog attends daycare almost weekly and has boarded multiple times in the year and a half we’ve had him. We’ve never had any issues, the staff are always friendly and my dog is happy to see them (which says a lot because my dog isn’t comfortable with most strangers). I recommend Resorts Boarding & Play to all my friends with dogs.

Penny has gone to daycare and boarding at Resorts Boarding since she was a puppy. The facility is clean, well maintained and they even have and in-ground puppy pool. She absolutely loves the staff and comes home exhausted after every visit. This is a pic of her relaxing after a day of swimming. The staff is professional and very responsive. Though we miss her while on vacation we know shes in great hands! Highly recommend!

Amazing facility & staff! I’ve boarded my dog, Ranger, two times now at Resorts and each time he has really enjoyed his vacation. He knows Zahra, who is such a pleasure to deal with. They’re readily available via text with updates and able to answer any questions which is so helpful. This most recent stay, Ranger was able to enjoy a Holiday Pawty where he made a craft, had his photo taken with festive decor & even got a holiday treat to come home with. It was so sweet to see him enjoying his time away. He is a rescue so I was nervous to leave him at a kennel, but the staff make it feel like his home away from home! If you’re looking for a facility to board your 4-legged family member, I highly recommend Resorts!

Although our dog was kept safe and fed, we were disappointed in the overall experience. We traveled far and checked on him daily. Each time we checked, he was alone in his kennel. He was supposed to receive three walks over the course of ten days. It had been 9 days before he even got one. Meanwhile, we were told he was anxious so I added “extra snuggles,” which is just disappointing this even costs more and he didn’t even receive the services that we had requested (and paid for). I understand there was rain, but alternative accommodations could have been made. Staff member, Zahra, was great and the only one who seemed to really care. It was hard to see this view when we checked camera. He had previously been a few years ago and wonderful experience. He won’t be back again.

Generally our dog has been perfectly fine. We would have happily continued to use Resorts, but were told today that he can’t come back unless he’s “drugged” because he barked too much and was generally upset. WARNING: if your dog barks too much we have been told they are moving to a “fear free” facility and excessive barking is not allowed. Since we don’t believe in that we will probably have to find a new place. He is 14 years old and this has never happened in all of his life. Such a shame for a docile dog who has lived a great life and just likes pets. There are a couple of great employees!!!! Too bad dogs bark!

My husband and I absolutely love Resorts Boarding and Play. Theres no other place that wed trust to take our baby Polo to both for boarding and daycare.Tammy has been grooming Polo since she started with resorts and she is amazing. I love that she greets us when we arrive for our appointment and also when we pick him up from his appointment. Shes a very warm and kind person and Polo is so comfortable with her. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a groomer they can trust.

I really appreciate Resorts boarding and play. They really take good care of my little companion He comes home so happy and they give me peace of mind when he is there. It is very clean and well maintained I would highly recommend 😊

Very genuinely carrying and loving towards my dog. She was there for an evaluation for daycare and for boarding . This place was highly recommended by a friend of mine that takes her dog here for daycare. My dog will be boarding there in January.

Our young girl enjoys day care and eagerly looks forward to going in, when we drive up. I find everybody to be nice, which is a great feeling. They also let me know how the day went.And the reservation system is super easy to use!Thanks for being there for us.

I love the staff in there! They treat my dogs like they are their own. My dogs love going in, be it for grooming, daycare or lessons. I would highly recommend them!

I have been taking both my dogs to Resort for grooming. Fortunately Tammy has been the groomer. As usual Tammy was professional, personal and attentive.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean facility. Lots of training and add on options available. All I need to say to my dog is that we are going to daycare and she gets so excited. She loves all her friends there!

I will only take my pet to Resorts and Boarding when it comes time for vacation. There isn’t one staff member there that doesn’t go the extra mile to make my dog comfortable in every way. My dog has fear aggression and they have gone above and beyond to make friends with her. I cannot recommend this facility enough for boarding your pet.

I wouldnt think of taking my dog anywhere else and believe me we have tried other places before finding Resorts Boarding and Play. I know our dog is being treated so well because he gets super excited every Saturday for daycare. Ive never been more comfortable leaving my dog for boarding because I know he is in good hands. He even got hurt at daycare and the owners followed up with an email and a phone call to tell me what happened, how they were going to remedy the situation and check in on Cooper (if they didnt do that I wouldnt have sent him back). They truly cared about our feelings and Cooper. I know that the pandemic has been hard but we need to remember everyone is trying their best and we cant please everyone.

I am not one to leave reviews but feel that I need to let other potential customers be aware. The primary groomer here had provided great service to our dog when she worked at another location — I wasn’t aware that she had left and thus was surprised at how upset our dog was when groomed by the replacements. When I recently learned that she had moved here, I was excited to set up an appointment. So I tried to make an appointment for grooming for our dog but was told that they won’t accept any new dogs, not even on a waitlist. So disappointed.

My pup Cooper attends daycare regularly and is boarded at Resorts Boarding and Play. Their care and loving way with the animals is just wonderful. Cooper loves going to daycare to see his girls and his buds he gets so excited he never expresses any fear at attending which indicates that it is a fun experience. I have never experienced a bad situation or a rude employee, everyone is entitled to their opinion but based on the reviews the vast majority are positive, some people just like to complain and be haters. I would not hesitate to recommend both daycare and boarding to anyone.

I would not recommend taking your dog here for either daycare or boarding. We were taking our dog here since 2018, and we recently came to find out that over the last few months they were misrepresenting the services they were charging us for. We recently had boarded our dog, and noticed on the camera that he wasnt out playing with the other dogs in daycare. We called and that was when we were informed that he was no longer allowed in daycare due to behavioral issues. Granted it we paid for the cost of boarding, plus the additional to cost to go to daycare each day. They told us that we were notified about this months ago, which was a lie. When asked about how we were paying extra for daycare, their response was that our dog got a 20 minute one on one with the workers. This was the third boarding reservation we had in a month, which means that the prior two reservations we had no idea that our dog was just sitting in a crate all day long, when we expected him to be at daycare during the day. To make matters worse, our dog also attends daycare once a week. They also told us that over the course of the last few months, when we dropped him off for daycare, he was just placed in a crate all day long, with only the 20 minute one on one with a worker. They insisted they notified us about this, which is a lie. The last and only time we were informed about an issue was in 2021, and since then we had no updates about issues, so we assumed everything was fine. The fact that they took it upon their selves to remove him from daycare, but still charge us for those services is deceitful on their part. It really makes you wonder over the course of the 4 years taking our dog there if this happened more frequently, or even if other clients pets were treated the same way, unbeknownst to their owners. We have referred friends into Resorts over the past few years, and we will be notifying them of what happened in order for them to make informed decisions on their pets care.

Tammy did an excellent job with our injured dogs grooming. I could tell that she does everything she can to keep our timid dog calm throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

My dog absolutely loves coming to daycare at Resorts! She’s always well taken care of and very excited to see her friends! I wouldn’t leave her with anyone else.

My dog was going to resorts boarding and play for almost 2 years consistently with no issues. All of a sudden whenever I would try and reserve a spot for daycare they were always full. Finally when I called to reserve a spot for 3 months out it was brought to my attention that every dog needed to be re-evaluated. I brought my dog in for re-evaluation at 9:30 am... by 9:40am I got a call that my dog is no longer allowed at day care because she was aggressive?? 10 min evaluation? most dogs need more than 10 min to settle down from excitement. Keep in mind my dog plays with the shelter dogs and other dogs at the park with no issues all the time. She has NEVER been aggressive. She doesnt even bark at dogs walking past her on the street or ever react to them. If they labeled her as a High energy player, then I would believe that. I was told resorts boarding and play will put dogs with their energy levels together, as that was the point of being evaluated. In conclusion I believe their issue is they do not allow Pittbulls at this daycare. They label them as aggressive based on the stereotype. You never see any of them in their social media pictures either. The staff there are rude and don’t seem to have the pets best interest in mind.

Our puppy has been going here for daycare and grooming since she was old enough to go. She’s now almost a year old and every time we pull into Resorts Boarding and Play she gets so excited. They take the best care of our girl. The groomer does an AMAZING job. She is the best!!!! Thank you for always taking good care of our pup!

My Gracie is a 4 yr old black lab that has been going here since she was a puppy. Staff is knowledgeable , nice and Gracie can’t wait to go see her “friends there”. Would always recommend anyone with furry friends to check it out.❤️

LOVE LOVE LOVE Resorts, and so does my pup Milton! He has been going to daycare for almost a year there now and he leaves happy every single day. While he only goes a few days a week due to our work schedules, we can tell those are his favorite days! He comes home, eats dinner, and usually falls asleep shortly after from his long fun-filled day. The staff is efficient, energetic, and always so kind, and the place is immaculate. Cannot say enough good things about Resorts 😁

Resorts Boarding&Play is an excellent daycare and Boarding facility. My dog is always excited to be there, and that tells me he feels safe and well cared for. The staff are extremely professional and demonstrate an interst in me and my dogs well being. Very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend!

My black lab a year old has been there since a pup. She has been taken care by very professional staff and always is very happy to go. As a nurse is extremely important that I can rely on Resorts boarding to give my “girl” the best care so I can give my patients the care they need especially during these trying times . Thank you all.

The daycare was great but the boarding was a scam and very unprofessional management. I payed resorts boarding and play to board my dogs for 1 week at the time I dropped them off. I purchased a room with camera access to be able to view my dogs 24/7. The camera access was down all week and I called the company to notify them. They told me I could get a refund of 5$/dog/day. Upon pickup they refused to refund me and told me I owed them $6 more actually because prices went up after I had already payed. They refused to give me my dogs until I payed the money and dropped the question of a partial refund.

My two labs (Halo and Nala) love going to doggie daycare. The staff is wonderful and the place is clean and I trust them. We boarded them for a week, and it felt good to be on vacation and know your doggies are in good hands and well taken care of. Definitely recommend to any animal owner to go here! My dogs love it here and I know they are getting excellent care. The staff knows my dogs when they come in for daycare and for sure Daisy and Toula cant wait to get in the door when we get to the parking lot. They are very creative and provide lots of extras for the dogs like Halloween parties, Hawaiian day, and lots of pictures. I highly recommend!

Resorts is like a second home to my dogs. I know they are loved there !! They are so excited when it’s “play with your friends” day!!

Thought his would be a great place to board my dog. Not so much, I was told I would get pictures. I was sent one. I had requested more and was told they would be sent they were not. To top things off I got a bigger room for my pet because it had a camera. The camera was not working and when I notified the staff and asked for a price adjustment I was told it was a peek for the room. I WILL NOT be going back.

My Winnie has been going to resorts daycare for most of her little life and she absolutely loves it! She can’t get out of the car fast enough to go play with her friends and see her “people”. The staff is very personable, friendly & extremely helpful. They sent me her “report card” that was full of Winnie’s day to day activities with fun things she enjoys. It’s just one of the many creative touches they spend their time on to assure me that Winnie is well cared for while having fun!

My Trixie has been going here for years and loves it there. Everyone very friendly and professional. When she cant go all she does is mope around the house till the next time she can go.

Resorts always treats our boy with such love and kindness. He has a blast at daycare and boarding!! I love peeking in on him via webcam when he’s in his room, he always seems happy. I trust the staff to be gentle with my giant baby and to keep him safe while we’re away! 10/10 recommend!

If you have a pet you need to board and youre in the Buffalo area, NEVER use Resorts Boarding & Play.Our cat Gordon is twenty years old. She has been losing weight. When we dropped her off there, we had just gotten the news from our vet that she was permanently blind in one eye. In spite of this, she generally doesnt have a lot of trouble getting around and finding her litter box at home. We left her in their care for three whole days while we went out of town for the weekend.The moment we got home from picking her up, I felt it. Her fur was encrusted in days-old urine and feces. She was too scared to leave her carrier, and, while they opened the carrier cage, no attendant had even bothered to take her out or show her the litter box. I verified this going through hours of footage of their webcam. Even after bathing and brushing her for an hour, the smell is still lingering.When I explained what had happened to the manager this morning, her attitude was extremely flippant. She insisted that she had several years of looking after cats, so she couldnt possibly have made a mistake and therefore had no reason to refund me.Sorry, you cant convince me nothing happened. I know what I saw, I know what I felt, and I know what I smelled. Gordon deserves to be treated with dignity like any other creature, and you took that away from her. I intend to expose the negligence of you and your staff to everyone I possibly can.NEVER USE RESORTS BOARDING AND PLAY.

Not a great experience. The woman at the front desk was very difficult and rude. It took me several calls and emails to even get an evaluation for my dog. Will not be using them. Very bad first impression

Tammy was gone and we were sad. But she is back! My baby, Bonita, glad to see her again!! She’s kind!

We had our 11 year old schnauzer groomed and they were so nice! She was very matted but they cut her really nicely and made her much more comfortable! Well definitely be back!

Our dogs were sent there while we were on vacation! I was told even though we didn’t pay for day care, they would get love, attention, and playtime with the staff. I booked their stay! When I viewed the cameras, our dogs were without food and water, and only 1 bed. We called to make complaints, and they told us that they only get love if we pay extra!!!! That’s not what they told me on the phone, prior to their stay!!! Never ever again will I send my dogs here!!!! Not only they over charged, but they lied as well!!!! U don’t even deserve 1 star!!! Rip offs!!! Cruelty to animals as well!!!! They left our dogs in a room all the time!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

My family went on a vacation for an entire week in November. I have 2 cats and was nervous about boarding them. I visited Resorts because Hamburg Village Vet have taken care of my cats for years. Their cat space seemed a bit small and I was worried about how my active cat would respond. Another boarding option was only down the road so I decided to check them out. It was early summer the day I visited and decided to board both of my cats there. I completed the paperwork and reserved a specific room. I also began texting the owner very soon afterwards because my flight times changed so I wanted to inform her so we could rearrange the drop off and pick up days/time. We texted several times. I was feeling good about my boarding choice. About a few weeks prior to my trip, my older, less active cat became sick. I found out her kidneys were deteriorating and because of that and her overall demeanor, I felt it would be best to board her at Resorts but my other cat would remain at the other boarding place. The day before my trip, I dropped off my older cat first at the vet and then my other cat at the other boarding place. When I arrived, the young woman was friendly but - Flag 1 - she told me she didnt have any paperwork on me. Flag 2 - She informed me my cat would be in room 3, which was not the room I originally chosen. I started to feel stressed about the situation. The young woman called the owner and after hanging up the phone informed me that it didnt make sense to have my cat alone in the space since its better suited for multiple cats. While it makes sense, I was never told only 2 or more cats can reserve the room nor told that when I kindly informed the owner I would only be boarding 1 cat. Flag 3 - The young woman showed me the room I could have, which was much smaller than the room I chose, very dark and quite frankly no better than a broom closet. Flag 4 - There was also a cat already in it. When she offered a condo, the view was of a rooftop and dreary compared to the vets vibrant view of Buffalo St. Plus, if I wanted to board my cats in a condo, I would have simply gone with the vet in the first place. I didnt complain or storm out. I simply drove my cat back to the vet and ended up boarding my 2 cats together (in separate condos). I never heard a peep from the owner of the other boarding place apologizing for the mix up nor an offer to make amends for future boarding. Unfortunately, that was the last thing that made me decide to never use an alternative boarding place besides Resorts! In the end, they turned out to be the better choice. I wish I never doubted it. My cats were not only well taken care of physically (and both take medication) but were given plenty of 1-on-1 time and space to roam freely in the cat area outside of the condo. When I picked them up there were no signs of distress and they were back to their routine at home in minutes! My only complaint (thus the 4 stars) is the webcam never worked the entire week I was on vacation. They did unexpectedly give me a discount but only for part of the time it didn’t work. I would have felt more at ease during my trip had the webcam worked. They did respond to my emails and reassured me on how my cats were doing.

We are so greatful to have this facility. Our dog Freddie loves going to Daycare and we’re always confident he’ll get the best care when we need to board him.

Beau seems content- I wish I could see what the facilities look like and had some info on how to actually schedule your dog for day care. I did ask, but got a pricing sheet instead. Some pics of his first day would be helpful/reassuring. Just dont feel like I know much to rate either way.

We love Resorts! We take our very active puppy (Bess) there for daycare and boarding and she always has a great time. The staff is excellent!

Called to tell them I received a confirmation email with the wrong dates for my dogs boarding. Women was rude and identified herself as the manager!The dates were corrected. I asked for a confirmation email and she refused. She said she would have to cancel it and rebook. She refused to do it.Such very poor service.

My dachshund receives excellent care at Resorts. He has visited there for grooming, daycare & overnight boarding. Everyone is so friendly to both of us.

I made an appointment on October 8th, for two dogs to be groomed on October 23rd. On 10/22: I called there to confirm the appointments and its a good thing I did instead of showing up for the appointments because apparently the dogs didnt get a required vaccine for kennel cough and NOONE CALLED ME TO ADVISE THAT THEY WERENT ALLOWED TO COME TOMORROW. What an inefficient operation there. FYI. Call before you show up for an appointment. Angry

Stewart loves coming to boarding school when we have to go away on the weekends. We love that you can watch him on the cameras before bed as well! Always happy with the care that the staff gives!

Resorts boarding and play is awesome! Everyone’s so very nice. Both our pups love going there. There’s so much for them to do and have fun. The staff genuinely cares about your pup. I highly recommend!

Sushi has been a member of her “Resorts” pack from about 1 year old. She just turned 3 & continues to seem to love going.We are pleased with the staff & the care she gets in their care.She goes two mornings each week.However we would like to be able to observe how she actually interacts with the other dogs? What activities she is involved in while there?While we feel that Sushi continues to benefit from her socialization with other dogs, communication about her time there could be better.

My nervous little dog loves coming here to play. It is great therapy for him. I feel very confident he is in good hands!

Stephanie was amazing from the first moment we started by phone. In person, she was just as kind and totally directed her attention right to Bear our dog. ❤

We have used all the programs which include the day care, enrichment and boarding .We could not be happier and highly recommend their care.The moment we mention school to our dog ,to indicate it is time to go ,he races to the door with his tail wagging.

Absolute best day care and place to send your dog for overnights! Our English golden retriever, Parker Mae has so much fun at daycare. The staff is so incredible and kind to Parker and us. It is clean and most importantly, I know she is safe here and getting soo much love. Every time I drop her off she is wagging her tail and so excited to play with her friends! Can’t stress enough how safe i feel leaving her here for the day with the staff- highly recommend!

I have been using Resorts Boarding and Play for over a year for both daycare and boarding for my yellow lab and absolutely love it there. My dog cannot wait to get out if the car to go play. The staff is friendly, caring, and show so much compassion for their job and all the dogs in their care. Also love the web cam access to check on my baby when we need to board him.
