The Cats Pajamas Feline Hotel

I was blown away with how amazing this place is. I had to take a trip and needed to find someone to care for my 17 year old cat that had cancer. They were so kind and attentive to his special needs. They cared for him like he was their own. We received daily updates and they sent us pictures and videos of him that really put us at ease. He unfortunately recently passed away and I had to cancel his upcoming stay there that was previously scheduled. We received a sympathy card in the mail with a photo of him and a hand painted watercolor picture of our sweet Dominick. Needless to stay we were blown away by such a kind gesture. I would absolutely recommend The Cats Pajamas to any pet owner you won’t be disappointed!

My husband,Bruce and i made reservations ahead of time for our sweet and adorable Domino kitten to stay at Cats Pajamas Feline Hotel for an 3 day stay while we were vacationed at Letchworth Park. I had the opportunity to access the pics and videos of Domino. He had an amazing time. Elizabeth who is the owner is an amazingly thoughtful and kind hearted woman who obviously loves cats and kittens along with her staff. Her staff who tend to the kittens and cats as well are amazingly kind hearted people.

We visited family overseas for 2 weeks. We didnt know what to do with Cutie.After much research, I found the cats pajamas feline hotel. Dogs are not allowed here. Sarah was available to answer all questions.Jess was very helpful while giving me 2 separate tours.I really felt comfortable leaving him in their care. I did not have access to cell service while away but Sarah was available via email at all times. The portal was updated daily with photos. I also received email alerts that the portal had been updated.Jess was there again for checkout and the process was quick and easy.Thank you so much!

Second time weve used Cats Pajamas and both times theyve treated our cat with care. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We received daily reports and some video clips so we could see how she was doing. It was a great experience for our cat.

I think the only place my 2 cats would like to stay more than home is here! I couldn’t be more comfortable boarding my cats than here. Sets my mind at ease when I travel.

First time using a pet hotel Elizabeth & Victoria were very nice to me and my cats they sent me videos of how my cats were doing witch made me feel very comfortable leaving them.

I was hesitant to board my cat for the first time. My husband and I visited 5 places before touring The Cats Pajamas. I appreciated the time that Sarah spent with us and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with boarding my cat there. Once on vacation, Sarah responded quickly to my anxious emails. She also sent me daily photos. When I picked him up after vacation, I could tell that he was well-loved. I would highly recommend The Cats Pajamas. The staff was great..and after looking at 5 other places, the price for boarding my cat was more tha reasonable. I look forward to boarding my cat there in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience when boarding my 3 cats! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My cats were well taken care of, the facility was clean with no cat odor, and I knew that I would get updates on how they were doing. The pictures that were posted while I was away put my mind at ease so I could enjoy my vacation with my family! Will recommend and definitely board my babies again with them.

This is absolutely the best place we’ve ever boarded our cats!! It is clean and quiet, every cat gets their own little space and they get some time to walk around and exercise every day they stay there. I like that it’s cats only so nobody gets stressed from hearing dogs around them. They sent us pictures of our cats during their stay, which helped reassure us that they were comfy and happy. 🐈

The owner and employees are truly cat people! We have a pretty shy cat who has trouble with boarding and strangers. Everytime we come to pick him up, he is walking around like he owns the place- completely comfortable, chatting it up with other cats, and even letting the staff pet him! We love Cats Pajamas and no longer have to worry about our little dude when we go on vacation because we know he is safe and comfortable thanks to Sara and her amazing team!!!!

The Cats Pajamas is a great place for your cats! The place is clean, colorful and has friendly staff. They are opened on Sunday unlike most places so I was able to board my two cats Shadow and Ro for 6 days while on vacation. The staff sent pictures and texted and let me know how my cats were doing. I will use The Cats Pajamas again.

The staff at The Cats Pajamas are wonderful and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their customers and really care about what they do.

My family went on a vacation for an entire week in November. I have 2 cats and was nervous about boarding them. I visited our vet in the village who have taken care of my cats for years. Their cat space seemed a bit small and I was worried about how my active cat would respond. Cats Pajamas was only down the road so I decided to check them out. It was early summer the day I visited and decided to board both of my cats there. I completed the paperwork and reserved a specific room. I also began texting Sarah the owner very soon afterwards because my flight times changed so I wanted to inform her so we could rearrange the drop off and pick up days/time. We texted several times. I was feeling good about my boarding choice. About a few weeks prior to my trip, my older, less active cat became pretty sick. I found out her kidneys were deteriorating and because of that and her overall demeanor, I felt it would be best to board her at the vet but my other cat would remain at Cats Pajamas. The day before my trip, I dropped off my older cat first at the vet and then my other cat at Cats Pajamas. When I arrived, the young woman was friendly but - Flag 1 - she told me she didnt have any paperwork on me. I didnt have an issue with it because their paperwork wasnt so extensive that I minded completing it again. Flag 2 - She informed me my cat would be in room 3, which was not the room I originally chosen. I started to feel stressed about the situation. The young woman called Sarah and after hanging up the phone informed me that it didnt make sense to have my cat alone in the space since its better suited for multiple cats. While it makes sense, I was never told only 2 or more cats can reserve the room nor told that when I kindly informed Sarah I would only be boarding 1 cat. Flag 3 - The young woman showed me the room I could have, which actually was much smaller, very dark and quite frankly no better than a broom closet. Flag 4 - There was also a cat already in it. When she offered a condo, the view was of a rooftop and pretty dreary compared to the vets vibrant view of Buffalo St. Plus, if I wanted to board my cats in a condo, I would have simply chose the vet. I didnt complain or storm out. I simply drove my cat back to the vet and ended up boarding my 2 cats together (in separate condos). The biggest complaint I have is I never heard a peep from the owner of Cats Pajamas apologizing for the mix up nor an offer to make amends for future boarding. Unfortunately, that was the last thing that made me decide to never use Cats Pajamas boarding services. In the end, the village vet turned out to be the better choice. I wish I never doubted it. My cats were not only well taken care of physically (and both take medication) but were given plenty of 1-on-1 time and space to roam freely in the cat area outside of the condo. When I picked them up there were no signs of distress and they were back to their routine at home in minutes!

Milo is always very well taken care of when he goes there and I’m never worried about him. He has a big personality and needs so much attention once he warms up and I know he will get that when he is there. They really put my mind at ease!

This is a wonderful place. The owner, Sarah, is so warm and welcoming and its clear she loves animals. I boarded my cat Toby here for a few days and it is clear he was very well looked after.

I trust the folks at Cats Pajamas to take good care of my cats! I have 2 cats so I especially love the larger room options to keep them together. I recommend this business!

Sarah and Josh are great. Frodo and Alvin had a great weekend. I was afraid they wouldnt want to come home. We will board them 100% going forward.

They were great professional and kind. Took great care of one shy cat and one giant socialite. Sent updates up to two times a day either in video and photos. They were provided with a spacious room that had lots of cat climbing gym and beds. I would definitely bring the back because of the quality care they recieved

They are genuinely concerned about my kitties and take very good care of them.

We have taken our cats to Cat’s Pajamas a couple times for week long stays. We always feel really good about leaving our little guys with Sarah and Christie. We get photo/text updates and they obviously take the time to get to know the cats and their tendencies so they feel right at home.
