Pet Supplies Plus Hamburg

I bring my dog there for grooming and occasional supplies. I forget the name of the young lady at the register who helped me get CBD/melatonin products for my dog, but she was great! I ESPECIALLY want to commend Courtney for her grooming services. She is great! Efficient, friendly, compassionate and she does a great job. Really wonderful customer service. ❤️

I always check the stores website to see if the products are available. Been to this location 3x and they never have the items stocked! Yet it shows in stock on the stores website. The majority of the products are way overpriced and they do not have their aisles marked. Spending time wandering up and down the aisles is frustrating. All dry dog food or the expensive wet food. Don’t wasted your time and order on Chewy. The workers are not helpful in the least bit.

I love this store..the staff are always friendly and eager to help you out..theres never any problem with a price match and the selection is unbeatable. I only have one request..please begin to carry Nutro dog treats..its THE only thing I cannot purchase here.. I am so happy to see the businesses opening in and around Hamburg and do my best to support them. Keep up the terrific work..thank you..

Arianna is the best! She was very patient and professional with our very scared and vocal Basset Hound during his nail trim.

I went in a few days ago with my family to get supplies for our dog. My kids went exploring and the staff answered their questions and matched their enthusiasm for the two ferrets being housed there. As I began to ask very detailed questions every single one was answered with logical intelligence on the subject matter. Because of Sarah and Kyle at the store my home now has two loving pets that were absolutely worth the money. Had I not spoken to them it would have never happened.

I placed an online order for products and within one hour. I got a phone call questioning one of the items that I had. I thought they were very efficient and very very nice. Love going through their website and of course I like going through the store.

Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I needed help finding items for my new puppy. She answered all of my questions, and then some! The employees here were very friendly and professional. Only giving 4 stars because the prices on a lot of items here are A LOT higher than other stores. Otherwise, its a well stocked, clean store.

Also helpful staff, they almost always have what I need and if they don’t they go out of their way to call other stores.

I picked up my curbside dog food order and I must say that Im very impressed. They brought it out quickly and put it in my trunk for me. The staff are super nice. Also gave me a free sample of dog food along with a super cute thank-you note. We also had our dogs nails trimmed here in the grooming salon and it was great. This will be my go to pet store from now on! Highly recommend!

Very happy with this store and the fish department. Some of the best customer service hands down. I purchased high quality fish for a great price, and Ill return to shop here again for sure.

Hey, Dog always loves going to pet supplies. He gets a little nervous, but he’ knows what’s really going on nail trim time the lady that took care of me yesterday went above beyond. She even asked me a questionnaire about him and his paws and if she would like me to look at any area closer, very knowledgeable my dog felt so comfortable. Thank you.

What a nice touch, the thank you note (for choosing to shop local) Doubley glad they did this, because now I know this is a locally owned location and not just another corporate money-pit. The staff is always kind, friendly, helpful. Above and beyond! You can relax and enjoy your shop for your furbabies here. Also, love the kitties up for adoption. So! Cute! Great experience shopping at our local Pet Supplies Plus Hamburg NY. The store is bright, inviting and set up wonderfully. Keep up the great work. Customer service and sales staff are very helpful.

We were not able to get our dogs in with our regular groomer for a nail trim. I was nervous going somewhere new since we have 3 very particular rescue dogs each with their own quirks. Our experience was outstanding. Promptly greeted and helped and the the groomer. (I think her name was Larissa?) Was so good with each of them. You likely have a new customer.

I have 4 dogs (2 are my granddogs but mostly stay at my house) and I had them on a cheaper dog food then switched to a more expensive brand but it was getting a bit pricey for my budget. There were 2 workers that helped me find a good food that fit in my budget and even told me there own personal experience with the food. I didnt feel rushed into making a decision and they even helped me look at the ingredients to make sure there were no traces of the foods my dogs arent allowed to have. I would highly recommend this store

Aquarium fish tanks have dead fish rotting in the tanks, betta fish dead and others dying in half an inch of water. Very sad to look at how poorly the fish are treated. It’s cruel and disgusting. Staff is extremely in knowledgeable as well. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Nice having a pet supplies store close to home. One of the few places that carries the Fromm brand cat food that our beasts love!

Great for dog grooming.

Everyone there was great and very informative about my purchases and adopting my first bearded dragon from their store. I go there every week or so to restock on crickets and other accessories for him if need or even to just do upgrades for the enclosure always great experience going there and will always return again

Fantastic Kyle the manager and his crew are welcoming always willing to help with issues with any products if you need to return them. They also offer a law enforcement discount. If you want a fish just tell someone at the counter there will get someone right away. Theres not always someone standing by the aquarium section.

I had noted on line that your store had 35 cans of the specialized cat food I needed. Upon my calling, staff member immediately collected the 35, bagged them and they were waiting when I was able to come. All members of the staff were most helpful and I was grateful to have found 35 cans and with such convenience. Thank you, Joan Malone
