We are new to the are and are so relieved to find a great groomer on the first try. I was able to easily book an appointment for the following week by calling, they took the time to ask what kind of haircut we wanted, Bianca was excellent and we will be back. You can tell the whole team really loves dogs. Penny even left with bows in her hair, too cute

This was our first time at this place. Our groomer moved to Florida and I have take. Gigi to two different groomers and the cut was horrible and one burned her tail. When I arrived I was greeted and they took time to ask me how I would like her hair. I said she is extremely knotted and he said it’s ok will figure it out. And when I picked her up Gigi was playing with other dogs and was not stressed at all. She looked fabulous. I’m glad to have found them. And another great thing they are affordable especially for everything they do for the doggies.

Pampered Paws has always been my go to for my dog grooming. Monica and Victor take excellent care and do a beautiful job. My old English sheepdog went for years when they were on Hartsdale Ave. Our new Bernedoodle Marnie has been groomed since a puppy and we couldn’t be happier. My neighbors always comment and several have started bringing their pups. Thank you for your safe and caring service!

Meh. The guy was not very organized. Their dremel for nail filing was not properly charged. They also clipped my pet’s nail too short and made his toe bleed. Maybe the lady would do a better job, but I probably won’t go back.

I’ve been taking my “girls” to Pampered Pets since they were on Hartsdsle Ave & since my 12-year old was a puppy. I used to live locally...now I travel 30 miles just to have Bianca groom them. That should tel you how good she is. Bianca is a top-notch groomer; she is patient & sweet with my furbabies, cuts their coat the way I ask her (the way I like them to look). The shop is always clean & smells nice, no matter how many dogs there are. Highly recommended—I wouldn’t take my pups elsewhere.

I love bringing my dog here - Prince loves coming here, they take great care of him and leave him looking so handsome! I always get compliments on his hair! They pay attention to detail and what you want for your dog.

Were housesitting Orson Wells, a pure Persian cat. This was our second time having Orson groomed by Bianca, and shes amazing! We highly recommend Pampered Paws!!!

I have to say, Bianca did a fabulous job on my beautiful English Springer Spaniel, Lola! There was a bit of miscommunication when telling what needed to be done. Once it was brought to their attention, they immediately corrected the problem and now I have a gorgeous dog that I’m proud to show around! They did all the specifications requested on her haircut and now she looks like a show dog! Thanks so much for your service! Will definitely come back!

My girlfriend brought her maltese for grooming she requested a puppy cut and they did a terrible job. The cut was uneven and done so poorly. I had to trim her face to make it look decent. So disappointing.

My little pooch was unrecognizable in the best of ways. I only recognized her by her crooked teeth. Back story; she was only recently adopted by me. Bianca and her staff were awesome. Dani, my sweet yet crooked toothed girl are very, VERY HAPPY! Thank you Bianca!

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED!!🚨🚨I brought my dog on September 7/23 she was perfectly fine beforehand, when we picked her up she had burst all blood vessels in her eye, most likely to neglect when the collar was on to tight with her moving around, I had to take my dog to the emergency room!! After looking deeper into the reviews this isn’t the first case of something going wrong with pampered paws pets grooming, stay away from this place at all costs if you love your pets‼️‼️‼️

This is the second time my big boy had gone to Pampered Paws and both times he’s come back clean, nails clipped, and adorable as ever! It’s not just a business but they have a true love for animals.

This place is awesome ! The staff is very friendly and do a very good job grooming my yorkipoo King . I love that the place is cage free and they do doggy day care for an affordable price. I definitely always recommend the service here.

Last week I made an appointment for my golden doodle and was told to bring him between 8 and 11 today. I dropped him off at 9. I was told the groom might take a little longer than normal because they were short-staffed. I told the receptionist my dog is nervous about grooming, and she responded, So is every dog. I should have left then. My dog was not ready until 3:30, so 6.5 hours later! I even called midway through because I was not expecting it to last so long. I told them when I went to pick him up that they should have been clearer that my dog would be there for that long without food and a bathroom break so I could have made the decision whether to reschedule. They were not apologetic. At all. They said my dog had fun. But I also didn’t want to sit around for almost 7 hours waiting for him to be done. Just unprofessional. The actual groom looks ok, but when my dog got home, he ran to the water bowl and drank like I’d never seen. I understand being short-staffed. It happens. But there is no excuse to keep a dog for almost a full workday. They should have called and canceled when they realized they were so unprepared. Not canceling or rescheduling screams that they care more about getting paid than the dog’s wellbeing.

I called last minute and the owner was graciously able to fit in a quick trim for my little dog. My pup came back literally shining and smelling so great, her paws and face were trimmed so cute! Such a warm and friendly place from the receptionist to the owner, this will definitely be my go to spot even though it’s pretty far from my home! I highly recommend.

I have been sending my 2 Havaneses to Bianca and Victor for years. When they were closed, I had so much difficulty finding a groomer who cared for my pups the way I do and were as good as pampered paws. At Pampered Paws, the staff is professional, kind, warm, friendly and always good to my dogs. My dogs walk in happy and leave happier, as do I.Additionally, they do the best job cutting and cleaning. They always do what I ask and never give me a hard time when my dogs are a little matted.I would recommend Pampered Paws to anyone who wants their animals to have a spa like day :)

Another great visit at Pampered Paws, where my dog came home happy and gorgeous! I always feel comfortable leaving her there, Bianca and Victor will do anything to make her stay enjoyable, they are truly so gentle and kind. Anybody that’s looking for an excellent groomer, this is the place!!

Ive been taking my Toy Poodle, Eliza, to Pampered Paws for close to 7 years. Bianca and company always do a great job on Eliza. They make sure that the grooming is exactly what I ask for. Eliza seems very happy when I pick her up, albeit shes delighted to see me!I would recommend Pampered Paws without the hesitation.

Pampered Paws is the best dog groomers ever! Bianca and Victor do such a fantastic job on my Old English Sheepdog that they send him home looking like a fabulous work of art, ready for the runway.Rambo is 100 lbs of hyperactive madness but they are really sweet with him and go out of their way to share information with me on how to protect his coat, the best collar etc. They are the nicest people you could ever meet and their work is insanely good!

I love this place, I use to bring my dog ( Bamm ) here years ago. I have been looking for a grooming salon for my cat ( Simba ). I called pamper paws and to my surprise they also groom cats. This was great for me especially since I live in Hartsdale and Im very familiar with the staff. I wasnt sure what to expect with my cat but I must say you guys are the best. My cat is so clean and smell so much better! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great grooming salon for their furry babies. If I could give a -10 stars I would. Today was the 3rd time we took our cat to Pampered Paws Pet Grooming, for her spa day (wash, brushing, trim the nails, clean the ears). My cat was closely shaved - shes almost bald. Shes traumatized, her meows dont even sound like normal, shes walking around in circles as if she doesnt know what to do. Firing the person who traumatized her is NOT enough, not charging us for her being traumatized is NOT enough. When the owner was asked why didnt she monitor her worker, her response was that she was working also - Not Acceptable.

Bianca and her crew are wonderful people. My 10 year old dog has been grooming there since he was a puppy. He loves it! ! The staff are loving and treat every dog like their own.

Pampered Paws is a lovely place with very professional, kind and warm hearted people. I took Tango my beautiful Persian cat for his first bath and blow out! We highly recommend taking your pet here. We have explored several groomers in the area and this company has surpassed all others. They thoroughly go over your pet, she is beautifully groomed and they oftentimes recommend ways to keeping your looking white and healthy. Customer service is wonderful. Definitely show dog quality grooming!!!!

This place use to be a favorite. It’s disgusting the way they handle our last visit. They told me they have plenty of room In the day for my dog to get a hair cut, and to drop him off in the morning. They kept him for 8 hours! Didn’t let him out to use the bathroom and when I went to pick him up they told me they gave certain customers “ special times” and next time ask to see if you can get one. WHAT!!! Make specific appointments for everyone if you are going to let some people get appointments make them for everyone. Making my dog wait around for 8 hours for a hair cut when he was scarred couldn’t use the bathroom or eat is terrible. They were not apologetic at all. We will never go back.

Got an appointment for the same day (that never happened with any groomer before). Had a great experience with staff, very informative and available to answer any questions I had.. Dogs look awesome, reasonably priced. Def gained a customer!Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new groomer!

I have a 2 year old golden doodle and this was her first time there. I was a little nervous because Bella havent really played with other dogs in awhile but I can say that she had an awesome time. VICTOR and BIANCA did an amazing job on her. I come from the Bronx and I will surely drive to hartsdale. No more Petco I highly recommend pampered paw. Thanks

This place exceeded my expectations by far. I took my seal point Himalayan cat here to get groomed and they did an incredible job. He has sensitive skin and it was clear that they were very careful in handling him. The staff was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Pampered paws is now my go to for grooming, thank you!!!

I called and requested a flea bath for my cat and was told to come in the same day. Great! I dropped off the cat and went to have the NEW car washed to ensure a flealess ride, and returned to pick up the cat. When they brought her out of the back room and handed her to me, her head was bobbing back and forth as though she had been drugged. On the way to the car I noticed blood on my clothes and saw that one of her nails was bleeding from having been trimmed too closely. I could see bleeding flesh, so I walked back in and asked for something to stop the bleeding - the kind person at the desk offered and assisted with some powder to cover the wound. Before I had traveled 10 blocks the cat was scratching for fleas again, nothing had changed except that her coat had been brushed (and nails were clipped and damaged.) I did not smell shampoo on the cat, and definitely didnt register any smell of FLEA shampoo. The cat was despondent for two days. The groomer was not at all friendly, however, the desk person couldnt have been nicer and understood that I was upset. Worst groomer in Westchester!

Had a great experience at Pampered Paws. The owner took good care of my dog despite walking in without an appointment. Very friendly atmosphere. Much better experience compared to many other pet groomers in the area. Thank you Pampered Paws!

I took my 9 month puppy to get groomed who had a bad experience getting groomed the previous time at a different place (5 weeks prior), I explained that his main issue was the ears and ask to please be understanding about that and also be gentle on the ears. When I scheduled my appt i ask to put him up as soon as he was done, they told me to drop him off at 9 and pick up by noon which was great. When I dropped him off it was ok, i told the girl how the i wanted the cut and explained the ears again and the front desk girl told me she will let the owner do it - around noon i was in the area ready to pick him up i called they said forgot all about him getting very stressed out and put him as a priority as i asked, they told me 2 dogs were before him and to pick him up around 1:30. Pick up was ok, hair cut was fine and i asked the girl how did he do with the ears and i she said great, he was really good - I honestly didnt want to check or touch his ears due to the last experience and wanted to let him rest. The next morning I checked and they hadn’t even touch it, i was very upset because I specifically ask for it and they lie to me when i picked him up saying he did good - when i called they took it as nothing wrong and wanted me to bring him up, that was exactly what i didnt want to go back and for him to get more traumatized or stressed out, i was very upset - i took him the day after and now they had 2 groomers (a guy and the owner), the guy took him and while i was outside looking he was plucking and i hated the way he was doing it but according to him it was gentle so i ask for the owner to do it and he got upset about it and went mouth to mouth with me arguing about it - when she did it it was a little better but they torture dogs, they dont know how to do it, it’s supposed to be place for a dog to want to go (a spa) not a place they hate. They only hurt my dogs right ear, happen 3 days ago and he is still extremely sensitive on that ear and bothering him - when i saw how they did it and how he still is bothering him and i cant even touch it I realized how bad they hurt him and i am also traumatized by it and definitely not take him back nor I recommend it. The front desk girl is in a different page from the groomer, she doesnt know what the groomer is exactly doing to the dog nor does the owner know what to do or if any requests. Horrible experience

I planned my whole work day today around an 11am appt I made a week ago. When I got there a little before 11am, I was told very matter of factly that they couldn’t groom my dog today. I asked why. Man said “short staffed”.I asked why he didn’t call me. He couldn’t give me an answer. I asked again. No answer. Then he said “Look what time it is.” I said it’s the time they told me. He said “They shouldn’t have told you that”. So unreliable.Done with this place.

This is genuinely the worst haircut my dog has ever gotten. The person at the front desk seemed to have no idea how the place worked and the groomer did not follow our reference photo whatsoever. We wanted our dog’s cut to be short (not bald) and to leave the tail fluffy. This is exactly what the reference photo was. She came back looking like a naked mole rat with her entire body shaved and half of her tail shaved. I have actually never seen a job done worse in my entire life. Don’t expect to recognize your dog after they get groomed here.

My Cavalier King Charles looked fantastic after his first grooming. A happy consumer .... and I think Irving (my dog) was also very pleased.

Pampered Paws are the best... My shipoo has been band from Petco and Pet Smart because he has bitten someone. When i take him to pampered Paws hes fine. They treat my baby very well and i love it!!!

A very very busy place. Staff were very welcoming. My dog went for a bath and pedicure. Grooming small dogs is their specialty.

My puppy got into a puddle and they were the only shop that were willing to squeeze me in. I was also very pleased with her trim and amd hair style :)

My dog weighs about 20-25 pounds and they claim they go off prices by size they charged me $95 and my dog didnt have much fur on himBut when he was matted they charged $100 so you mean to tell me you guys are only taking 5 dollars off . They do a decent job but pricing needs to be better

I’ve brought my Siberian husky here 3x now. The first time was good, 2nd time was decent, but this last time was today and it was bad. I do not know what they used but be careful bringing your dogs here, my dog has had a severe irritation in both his eyes since we picked him up. His eyes are extremely bloodshot and he is experiencing discomfort. I’ve called attempting to figure out what was used in his eyes but i haven’t gotten an answer. I’m so disappointed in this experience. I will never bring Casper here again.

I had brought my two dogs here for about 6 months until this past January. I picked them up around 6pm,..we were the last to leave. A new groomer mention she had made mistakes on my dogs that an owner was forced to redo. I found this curious, but given the time, wanted to get home.That evening they dogs were were laying in a corner and didnt move. No interest in dinner or going out, and their faces looked strained. In the morning neither could open their eyes, there was heavy crust covering them which I washed off. One dog began to vomit..and was ill all,day.. neither moved from their beds. I took them to the vet the next day, Monday, and they found each had eye infections, ear infections, and a stomach virus.They were perfectly well Before their grooming. Anyone could see their eyes were fine. Now they were bloodshot and barely open.However I was told dogs will pick up infections immediately and show the problem quickly, unlike humans.I tried to contact the owners, to find out info that would help their recovery? No reply.After several weeks, over $1,000 in vet bills, I finally approached the owners with more info and bills.. asking for help and taking some responsibility ...Its a few months, my biggest issue with these people is not taking any responsibility for what happened.. If there were such issues as these, they wouldnt have treated them.. plus..what had the new groomer done when she was making mistakes... What were those mistakes that the owner knew and tried to correct?I wouldnt trust these people with my dogs again.

I took my maine coon cat to this pet grooming service. They cut my cats skinHe was bleeding so bad. His nails where also cut so short that they were bleeding everywhere. So I called them to complain about. And they told me that they never did that to my cat. DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. THIS IS HELL!!! Never saw such thing. SO EVIL! !!!

They treated my Serena Kiki well. She needed that post pregnancy glamour glow up after motherhood. She had a lion cut.

They also cut our dogs skin close to his private parts with bruising all over, and never mentioned. When we found him not wanting to walk and sad, we saw the bruising. Am never going back there
