Petco Grooming

Andrea and Marta are so kind, patient and talented at their work as groomers! They make my dog (and me) feel very comfortable.

I brought my puppy and because his hair was not combed I was refused grooming! If the dog is brushed, bathed, nails cut, why would I go to the grooming salon? And again, 5 months ago when I did my dog grooming with them, developed a skin infection (Vet doctor said it was from grooming) 3 months ago he was treated

I wanna thank everyone there at grooming for taking care of ruby even tho I know she was a handful . A huge shout out to Marta M. You were so nice and understanding. Thank you for everything.

I took my poodle for a grooming appointment, I’m not sure if the salon tech was either VERY INEXPERIENCED or was just trying to speed through the appointment. My dog came out looking like she was a feral stray animal. Not only was she NOT shampooed, her nails were not clipped as well. I paid $93.00 plus tip to walk out of there mad as hell. I am embarrassed to even take my dog out in public and that’s not fair to her. Shame on you PETCO!!

I brought my Yorkie poo in and gave instructions on how Id like her to be groomed. When I picked her up my jaw dropped she looked absolutely terrible.. she was shaved / which is uneven and her head and tail werent touched l- I complained and paid a fraction of what was owed. I will never go back!

Grooming is excellent. However, the network being down and charging us full price and a la cart was an issue. Manager refusing to speak to me was a problem. Trying to dismiss me was a problem. Took calling Corporate and refusing to leave until I spoke to management is when my concerns were addressed. Please note Management never came out to speak to me.

Linette is wonderful with both our dogs! We get exactly what we want!

Great groomers, they care about your pup!

Linette is the sweetest - and my dog loves her! She’s only groomed Ace twice but he’s looked great each time.

Grooming staff always welcoming and pleasant. Athena has been my baby’s groomer since he was 2 months old. She loves what she does and has a special love for every doggie she encounters. I trust her to cut whatever style she sees fit. She never disappoints. My dog gets excited when he sees her because she babies all the dogs while she grooms them and puts them at ease. I trust her without a doubt to handle my baby. She Is one of the best!

Sophie is always very anxious to go to the groomer but they are so kind and gentle with her and she comes out happy and clean. I know that Im leaving her in good hands and with people who care about her. Highly recommended!

Jessica is an awesome stylist. She really cares about her work. I could not bring our dog in myself so I sent a note with our nanny on what look we wished for. The outcome totally exceeded my expectations.

Athena is WONDERFUL. My dog has been going to her for years now. She is the only one my dog allows to groom her. I’ve had to pick her up from several groomers before because she’s been too afraid or has not allowed them to finish the job. Athena is patient and knows Pepper so well. I’d recommend her any day.

They are responsive to me and caring to our dog. I appreciate the groomers taking a moment to talk about our dogs appointment. Additionally, I like to our little pooch coming out happy and looking cute.

Met at the door, greeted by entire staff (with smiles) clerk went over everything with me and made sure they understood my dog, temprament etc, great service and attention

MEGAN IS AWESOME!!! SHE ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT MY GIRLS NEED AND DOES A GREAT JOB ALL THE TIME. WE ADDED AN ADDITION TO THE FAMILY THAT CAME UP FROM FL AND OF COURSE AMAZING WORK! I LOVE THAT SHE CATERS TO THEM AND TAKES CARE OF THEM. ALL OF THE GROOMERS ACTUALLY ARE VERY NICE AND CARE FOR US EVERY TIME WE GO AND TAKE CARE OF OUR NEEDS!!!.

The groomers always do a great job. Andres went a step above to alleviate Smokeys nervousness with the grooming process, especially the blow dryer !!

The scheduling was easy, rep tried and accommodate my wish. JJ did a great job with Elza, she came out happy and smelling nice. Thank you.
