I sent my 6 month old standard poodle here for boarding, and a grooming (also training with her husband Jerad but that’s another review)They do everything here.What a great place! The best people, who love dogs and make you feel very comfortable boarding.The place is immaculate, modern and beautiful inside.She did an excellent job and spent hours perfecting a poodle cut which is not an easy task!Daisy smells amazing and her coat is silky soft.Price is right and you will not be disappointed.Thank you so much for everything you did with Daisy

Our dog Willow went today. The staff did an excellent job at a good price. Willow looks fantastic. Wish I could give more than five stars. The grooming area is very clean and the staff is very caring.

They were very friendly and did a great job with my dog.

First haircut here. Good location extremely friendly people who seemed really good with dogs. Haircut was shorter than asked and a bit uneven in parts. Im sure based on how nice they were if i said something they would have fixed it but I didnt want to risk going any shorter and accidently ruin the coat. It could be my dog was really wiggly but noone says anything about that. Im happy just not thrilled. They got my dog in a month earlier than anyone else.

Our Shtzu pups love being groomed, and going to the groomer. They never fussed once, upon arrival, or when it was time to pick them both up. Wonderful grooming! So caring! Thank you Velvet Dog, for taking wonderful care of our fur babies!! See you again real soon!!!!

Ive been taking my dog here for just shy of a year. His face was a bit choppy, but other than that he looked and smelled fantastic. I just assumed he was a bit difficult during face trimming.Ive had no other issues until recently. I called end of September to get an appointment and was told I would get a call back. Never did. Attempted to call several times during the next few weeks at different times of day with no answer. Seems Im being ghosted. Ive gotten no explanation for this behavior and have only heard heresay and rumors as to why this happening. Id likely overlook this inconvenience if there was a reason given as to why this is happening. Apparently, many other customers are also experiencing the same issue. Its a shame because all of them were very pleasant and seemed good with my dog.

They always treat my dog so good and he looks like a million bucks when they are finished. Shaggy is 10 years old and hes been going there for years. I took him today and as always we had an excellent experience. Thank you so much.

Been taking my dogs here for years. They know them very well and all their personalities. Took excellent care of my 17 year old boy through broken legs, casts, and his old age. They truly care for your furry friends.

Always friendly people there and very reasonable prices. Very good with the animals. It would be a plus if they accepted credit cards, but its a top-notch pet maintenance Place regardless.

I bring my kitty here every few months to be groomed and Ive found the staff to be friendly, professional, and they treat my kitty 🐈 very well. Highly recommended.

My Cat came back looking amazing and still snuggled me he was not mad at me, only amazing care can do that!!!
