Unfortunately, all the staff that groomed my dog left the business and I have no clue who is the grooming here now? I’m sure there’s a good reason why they left.I have a beautiful standard poodle that needs someone that knows what they’re doing and the girls that groomed my dog no longer work here.Do yourself a favor and go to a new place: OK The Doggie Detailer’s (about 15 mins away) and you will be impressed. I definitely was.I didn’t need to drop my dog off first thing in the morning and they were done in two hours. They did an immaculate job. My dog was happy to be there.Your beloved animals deserve better and kinder groomers!

My dog is animal aggressive. But loves people. Olivias happy tails did a great job at keeping him separated. We were involved in his nail trimming and he looks feels and smells so much better. He didnt want to leave. Now he wont stop smiling

Let me first start off by saying that the abhorrent customer service of this disgraceful establishment is the absolute least of your worries here. I implore you, do not allow your animals to be subjected to such disgusting behavior. When you Bring your dogs in for a simple trim and they come back with not just bloodshot and swollen eyes but their eyes are dark red and filled with blood, that is a sign of abusive and neglectful behavior. These detestable people deserve nothing short of being shut down. This place and these people are vile.

We have been going to Olivias Happy Tails for a few years now.The salon is bright and clean with cool boutique items in stock. Colleen and her girls are always super friendly and very helpful. They are always patient with our over-dramatic Siberian Husky, taking great care while trimming her nails and making her pretty. We recently brought our cat there so they could dematt her fur, making her feel a lot more comfortable. Keep up the good work, A+

Dog abuser. Dog came back all cut up and in bad shape. Shut her down and call the police!

Love that we have Olivias in the area. They were awesome with our dog Dusty. They bathed him, (which we tried to do and eventually gave up), combed out his undercoat, (which we tried to do and eventually gave up), cut his nails, (you got it... We tried to do and although somewhat successful, we decided to let the girls at Olivias do it), and then gave him a haircut. Awesome job!!!!

My dog gets very matted as she just refuses to be groomed by me. These guys are so good with her. If it wasnt for them, I dont know how I would care for my pooch.

First time there, they did an excellent job trimming my very small dog (10lbs). Second time her hair was left longer. I Waited a week to get the nerve to call. I really dont like complaining. She told me it was the same as last time and didnt offer to get it right or even to look.Ill be taking my dog to a different groomer. She lost a regular customer at $60.00 a shot.

The worst dog grooming salon ever. Take your pets elsewhere. My dog was crying and I felt like she was in trauma for at least a month after going to this place. Stay away and help us shut down this business. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake. This place is hub of animal cruelty.

4/17/2023Today my dog,”Odin”,was groomed here….this was our first tyme here. Let me say, I was VERY HAPPY with the service and results!! (and Odin appears to be feeling a whole lot better as well!😁) From the minute we entered the shop,we felt respected and welcome!! They did an absolutely wonderful job on grooming and caring for Odin…He was beautifully groomed and pampered and looks and smells a whole lot better!! He walked out of the grooming room looking like he was amongst friends! To me, that was such a relief, to know he felt safe with the staff!( Odin was previously a VERY abused pup,and sometymes has issues with certain people)Odin & I strongly recommend Olivias Happy Tails to anyone looking for TLC and excellent care & grooming for their pets..they do excellent work AND the price is excellent! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They were great with my grumpy old terrier! Not many people can handle his attitude and they did! I’m so grateful to them for taking good care of my best friend. He looks so handsome and he’s so much happier with a fresh hair cut. I can’t thank these ladies enough! We will definitely be using their services again!

My dog is riddled with anxiety. They were so comforting, caring and attentive, I could just watch Willy relax with them. No excess hair, he looks and smells wonderful! Gr8 job! Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!!!!!

Olivias Happy Tails was kind enough to fit us in for an emergency trim while we were in a local campground. They did a great job and were very patient with our terrier. Thanks!!

Just had my Rotties nails and ears done for the third time with these wonderful people. The very sweet women taking care of my little girl remembered her special needs without me having to say anything. This alone is priceless to me. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. It’s always done quickly and efficiently. If I could give them more stars I would.

Owner seems to be over stressed and does not show appreciation towards customers. Our goal is to drop our dogs off at specific times, so they do not have to be in crates for hours at a time. Specially when groomers location does not have adequate out door areas for dogs to relieve themselves. We put our animals wellbeing first. We have already found a more accommodating groomer.

When choosing a groomer for our new puppy, Olivias won hands down. They are amazing there and do such wonderful work every time to pamper our pup! I recommend to everyone. Love going there!

Olivias Happy Tails is definitely one of the Best Groomers in the area. All of our dogs go/went there. They actually loved going there and were not scared trying to run out the door which we had happen at other groomers. Shes great with all breed sizes and is very knowledgeable with each individual furbaby. If your looking for a talented, caring and knowledgeable groomers look no further.

Very Unprofessional and rude. She hurt my Maltese and was laughing on my face. She hurt my dogs tail and it was bleeding. My Maltese was crying on our way back home. I can only imagine how she was treated. I curse this lady because she gave my dog such horrible treatment.

Amazing work! Had my dog there for her first ever grooming visit (she is 7 years old) and when she came back she looked younger and healthier! VERY HAPPY with the results! Will continue to do business with on a regular bassis.

Very disappointing, pay for a groom I’m not happy with because I didnt want to sit there for 20 minutes and tell them it’s not what I asked for. Woman at the front counter was nice, the groomer my dog saw seemed like she had better places to be. I asked for a simple cut, long legs short body, and it turned out somewhat okay, I would have been willing to look past the groom if it werent for the fact my groomer seemed like she couldn’t care less about my dog, the dewclaws were missed and not trimmed, the ears were never cleaned or plucked, and to top it all off, this is the only place that has told me my dog got snippy with them. Went to a new groomer a month later and no problems there so I’m not sure what that was about, just not a good feel for my first and last visit is all.

Very friendly and clean. My little chihuahua was comfortable and she wasn’t nervous. Recommend Happy Tails and I have another appointment. 🐕

My experience was amazing. I highly recommend this place. Very clean, friendly staff. My dog Chopper looked & smelled amazing. I will definitely be going back. Its so nice to have finally found decent care for my little girl.

I take my dog here monthly to get his bath and his flea treatment. I cant believe how well he gets treated! They do this awesome combo for nails ears and flea treatments as well. I would rather pay for that than go to the store and pay $60 for frontline plus. I also bought some of there home made dog treats and my baby loved them!!!

She has done a terrific grooming job on both my long haired cat and German Spitz. Her prices are fair and no long wait times for appointments.

She does an amazing job and makes sure the pets are comfortable! I will not take my dog to any where else. And I highly recommend Olivias happy tails!!

I have taken my dog here for months now and multiple times I told them what I wanted and always ended up with the complete opposite. Felt like they cared more about the money than my dog.

3times waiting around for hrs NO SHOW AND NO CALL ...Does not answer phone when I called to find out why then when i did Findley get them they were very rude and hung up on me after giving them a $20 dollar tip...

Took my 2 dogs there and told them about my 14 year old girl and all her issues but I forgot to tell them about her back moles trying to juggle 2 dogs and pregnant and trying to give them every detail possible I forgot however during there grooming I got A phone call saying that my old girl wasn’t letting them get near where they needed to groom her bc of the area being sore. Refused to let me go down there to calm her down. Said they’d figure it out get a call they are done but my does doesn’t look good according to what they told me. I get there and they cut every single mole on her back it’s been a month and they are still healing. My old groomers never had an issue with her ever and never called me to complain to me about my dog. And they’ve NEVER cut my dog and didn’t even tell them about the moles either. Wasn’t happy when I picked her up from Olivias Happy Tails bc they blamed me for them cutting her. Never again!
