Everything about just pawfection was amazing from the groomers to the amazing services they provide!! I’m a nervous person when it comes to my dog so im very picky when it comes to groomers. I will be coming back!! my dog looks so good! Thank you Just Pawfection!

This place used to be with friendly people and smiling faces but lately they have these sour looking staff who are very impatient and talk to us as if they are doing us a favor.If the owners don’t take notice of their staff’s attitude, they will slowly lose customers. I am afraid they mistreat the dogs too there.

Amazing experience here. They took their time and my dog, who is usually shaking with fear after a grooming appointment, walked out to me like she had the most fun day. Her cut is perfect the staff is so accommodating and kind. Definitely will be coming here from now on!!

Love them! My dog has been groomed there for 5 years and the staff is so nice and warm to me and him. Their reduction of hours since the pandemic makes setting appointments more difficult but they’re worth the wait.

They are amazing! They were able to work with my difficult pup (dislikes new people and other dogs) like they had known her since forever! She was so pretty and relaxed after her pampering session. Will definitely return ❤

Took my dog for the first and I will definitely be a regular. I arrived 20 minutes before they open. Two employees sitting outside and took my dog in and started working with her. I thought that was very sweet and professional. Since it was my first time, groomer called just to double check how I wanted Daisy groomed. This was the best cut she has ever gotten.Also, I love the cubbies they have for the dogs while they wait to be groomed. The employees all show such love for the dogs. Such a pleasant setting.

Amazing girls working there, helped us with our pup and were VERY attentive. Will definitely go back. Amazing service. 10/10 would recommend. The dogs in here look very relaxed and happy.

These people are theives!! I sent my German Shepherd (who is mostly an outdoor dog) to get washed, and have her de-shed. They shaved my dog nearly bald in the middle of the winter!!! We never asked for this!!! She’s been going to these groomers for years and has gotten the correct services done in the past. They also asked to bring her in at 11:00 am but didn’t give her back until 5:00 Pm. They held my dog for 6 hours with no food or water!!! The man on the phone said it only took two hours to work on my dog so I dont understand why she was there for 6 HOURS.She came home extremely thirsty and weak. My dog has patches of missing fur. She gets anxious being cooped up in the hours for hours at a time and prefers to be outside for most of the day. Now that she’s completely shaved, there’s no way we can even take her out for her normal walks. We live in New York and winter time is brutal. My dog was physically weak, and exhausted when she was released back to us. I have no idea how she was treated while she was in there. This is the first time she can’t back from the groomers not her normal self. These horrible people refused to give us our money back. They didn’t let us see our dog unless we paid first!!!! All of this happened today and my dog is traumatized. These people are animal abusers!

We came to this location a few times because we liked the Pawfection branch in Long Island but it was too far. Then one day my dad took our bichon/poodle to his appointment 10-20 minutes late. Totally our fault. We didn’t get my dog back for 7 hours - literally not exaggerating. They said we were late and that caused it. Its appointment only so I don’t understand how many dogs they could have accepted or started grooming until it was our dogs turn? Or even if it was an hour later and they realized they couldn’t get to him, they should have called. We’d go pick him up. Better yet, when my dad arrived late why not say sorry we can’t fit you in anymore.It was super traumatizing and now we don’t trust anywhere. Thanks a lot! Anyways we never went back, just finally getting around to reviewing.

They use to provide great service and very professional. I wonder if the owner knows that these kids are stealing from them. Apparently, everytime I take my dog their credit card machine seems to be always down and payment is CASH ONLY. That didn’t bother me since they do a good job anyway. But the past couple of visits seemed like they don’t even care anymore.

They took 4 years to tell me they don’t accommodate for all dogs because they never used to make a problem when they knew my dog has a biting issue. However I’m disappointed because they rather one of my dogs over the other. They play favorites there, I find that rude. They told us don’t come back so you just lost a customer that you made lots of money on. Just know you won’t get much customers if you judge the dogs.

I am extremely disappointed in this place... i have been coming her for the past year and a half and have not had a problem but lately i have just noticed an overall difference in the service. my dog gives me a very hard time gettin him into the store and he doesn’t smell as good as he use to after the groomings... the hair cut also looks like it was rushed even though my dog was there for 4 hours! the last time i showed up for my appointment they told me hey had to rescheduele as soon as i walked in with my dog! why they didn’t just calle me before i came over there is beyond me but i will be going elsewhere for now on....

Run!! I have a Cavapoo they shaved him down to the skin. I did not ask for this . They Kept him 4 hours. Then claimed he was matted which he wasn’t . I gave him a bath on Sunday and I brush him every day. He was soft and fluffy but, his hair was longer than usual. I feel they made a mistake clipping him and just shaved him down to his skin. I wish I could post a picture of before and after so you could see he was not matted . So sad now he is skin and bones.

My dog at 6 months is a Shitzu mixed w/French bulldog went in fluffy and came out skinny and bald....I went in for a wash and trim....They claimed that my dog hair was to tangled(B.S.) now she looks skinny and she has been very sad before she was more into playing a lot now she kinda mopes around.... Never again I would not recommend this place .... They get to happy with clippers

Great staff. They took good care of my boy and did a great job. Zee also helped me out about doing drops for my dogs ears.

Dont even bother. Walked in here with my dog and IMMEDIATELY walked out. How on earth they could expect people to pay hard earned money to drop their dog off here when the inside temperature probably rivaled that of tropical islands. I feel so bad for the workers having to work in there, its borderline abuse! The owners should be ashamed! You should never have to subject your pet to temperatures like this for such long periods of time. What if they have a heat stroke? Proper air conditioning and heating should be STANDARD for a business! I highly suggest anyone reading this look elsewhere unless they fix this issue. Absolutely unacceptable.

They never listen. When we ask for an specific cut. He always comes home buzzed a puppy cut. The ears are uneven. I am disappointed with his hair cut. They did one thing correct. They feathered his front paws like I asked. They also feathered his tail. This looks cute. 😍 . I usually do not care if we are kept waiting for hours passed due time. If they do what we ask. And do a good job. This past weekend 4 0hours past due time. An update would have been helpful. But nobody called. To inform us that he is running late. Errands could have been completed if we only knew. The bottom line is. I spent 80 dollars for a puppy cut and they left the matte in his paw. But hes soft clean and happy! What do u think? No more puppy cuts please. Only if we ask for it.

Amazing service! My pets are always happy, and smelling fresh and clean when they leave there. They always keep me informed on how to care for my pets and take care of my pets coat along with many other things. I have a shitzu and pit bull. 10/10 Would recommend!
