Dalila’s Pet Grooming is the best! From the time I stepped into the store, I knew the groomer was gentle and understanding. It was Mias first grooming session but she was very well-looked after. The groomer has amazing skills and is so detailed in his grooming. He transformed my scruffy Shih Tzu/cross dog into the fluffiest and most groomed dog in the neighborhood. As we were walking home, I heard people commenting on how cute she looked. She was given a pink bandana to wear, which completed her makeover. If you are looking for a professional groomer who produces amazing results, I highly recommend Dalilas Pet Grooming. They are the best!!

Scheduling was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly friendly and caring.Mr. Jesus and Miguel went above and beyond, asking all the right questions to ensure they understood my dogs specific needs. Given my dogs tricky personality, I was nervous, but they put me at ease.The salon is immaculate, well-organized, and comfortable for pets. Ill keep it short and simple. I promised the owner not to give him a bad review just because of his friendship with my spouse. 3 months later, the injury he caused my cat when he cut her nails became permanent. The rear claws are not growing. He lied to my face and denied doing so and also implied that she came in like that when im the one that has been cutting her nails since i adopted her.This is for lying to my face. Incident happened March 31st.He paid the vet bill and refunded the money but the money was never the issue. Hope you learn your lesson and never injure anybodys baby ever again

Very friendly and wise staff. They gave many recommendations on best grooming practices for my new pups. They were punctual and finished the grooming more quickly than expected. There as also same day and next day availability.Overall, thoroughly satisfied and will be returning regularly to have my pups taken care of!

Absolutely love Dalilas grooming. For the last few years they’ve made my pup feel so comfortable during the groom. I used to take him to petco and he’d always leave with cuts, irritated nails, irritated skin, etc. now I no longer have to worry about any of that. The staff is amazing and the customer service is outstanding.

I came to this place for the first time 7 years ago. They are also my neighbors and I could see the love, dedication and respect they have for animals. I trust them for my dogs spa. There are great human beings here.

First time bringing my goldendoodle here and I am so happy with his groom. They did an excellent job. They trimmed my dog exactly how I showed them in the picture. My puppy was a little matted on his tail and they were respectful to call and ask me if it was ok to shave off the hair, which I appreciated very much.Their booking process was so easy, they had so many options in such a short period of time. I was also impressed on how fast they got him done and the price is reasonable.I recommend them 100 times over! Thank you!

I’ve taken my dog a few times here and this is my only groomers experience but they do an amazing job every time. They give a great schnauzer haircut and add any details I want like trimmed paws and the nose shaved down.She comes out so happy and so cute! I keep saying how cute she looks since she got her hair cut! Would recommend for any dog breed

After 5 years I finally found a groomer I will return to!! I have a 5 year old morkie and a 1 year old mini schnauzer and I’ve gone to many different groomers and none have ever made my babies look so beautiful. Love bringing my boys here! Finding a good mini schnauzer groomer is hard, but Miguel does a great job every time. We’ve done classic schnauzer cuts to shorter summer cuts and I always love how they turn out. Miguel is a true animal lover and cares about every dog he grooms! Will always be coming here :)

If I could give them more then 5 stars I totally would !!! This was my first taking my baby Lisa to them and let me tell you, they did such an amazing job. She looks gorgeous! Great experience. we really liked the cut that our dog got and it turned out amazing. Drop off was really smooth and it was decently priced for the amount of services we got! Took about a hour and a half but pretty standard!

I brought in my dog Benji whose fur was very matted. I was so nervous because I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to get all the spots. When I came to pick him up, he looked so happy and beautiful!! His coat was shiny, and all his colors were popping out. I would definitely recommend, and will be back! ❤️

Jesus is patient and kind. His work is exquisite. He is so gentle and patient with my Bradley. My guy is a little older and can get sick at times, but Jesus is an angel with him. This location is the best and worth it! Staff is super sweet.

I am so pleased with Dalila’s Pet Grooming. I truly recommend it! Every time Nena walks in they say hi to us and her and greets us. Miguel is so great, he doesn’t only groom pets but he does beautiful dresses for dogs. He did one for my dog, Nena. it was so beautiful everyone loved it, everyone was asking me and my mom who was the one who did her dress because it was amazing!! I have been going to Miguel for about 3 years now and I am always so pleased because he does an amazing job and always leave my dog head round because she’s a Bichon frise. Our dog Kenai has been to a dozen different groomers since he arrived in New York. Dalilas Pet Grooming is the only groomer he doesnt come home shaking from. I know I can rely on Miguel and his staff to keep him looking great, and well looked after. Their prices are very reasonable and whenever I call, I know they will fit him into their schedule as quickly as possible. Great grooming service!

Weve been coming here for 9 years. Our Westie (Westhighland Terrier) always leaves Dalilas looking like a model dog. They are very professional, caring, and attentive to his skin conditions. We know he is good hands and we are comfortable leaving him with Dalilas for the time it takes to make him handsome.

Though I am not one who usually leaves reviews, I felt a strong desire to do so regarding my first visit to Dalilas Pet Grooming.I took my three year old Pomsky, Simba, for grooming & I couldnt be more thrilled with the outcome! He looks amazingly cute!! The groomer did a fantastic job!In addition, I was greeted with friendliness & politeness, so was Simba!I also must mention that Simba is usually a very fussy dog & is usually very anxious after his grooming, yet I observed that upon picking him up he seemed quite content & even his interactions with the employee was that of happiness (He even gave her a kiss).I didnt get everyones name but I am thankful for all that took part in Simbas beautiful makeover & making his short stay there less stressful!Both Simba & I will be going back for sure!I most definitely recommend everyone use Dalilas Pet Grooming to meet their fur babys grooming needs.

Shampoo allergy.I did not smell champoo after bath. They didn’t brush the teeth. They cut whatever style even you’ve told them not short, leave his eyebrow and moustache. Expensive service. Overall I like my old spa on Woodside.Give 1 star for friendly stuff but confusing about checking vaccines after I sent them before confirm appointment

Very thankful and appreciative of Bellas groomer. I have been taking Bella here for 5 years and the work done with her hair is priceless. Her hair tends to get tangled a lot and she is a very special dog that does not like anyone touching her. But these amazing groomers have the patience to work with her and leave her beautiful. I have taken her to other places and she barks and does not want to go inside. But here, she just walks in waggling her tail. I am very pleased with their work and care for Bella!

My old man is now hitting 11 years old and he can be a bit of a grump. He has to be muzzled and not a fan of strangers at all. He is a poodle mix and hair up keep is pricey and a lot of work. I usually have his face styled as short as possible and when I mention that I want a certain amount of hair cut off it’s done perfectly. It is ok the pricier side but I have been to places where it has been more expensive. All and all they know exactly how to groom my old man and not injure him in the process. I have never seen a cut on him or seen him limp from a short nail. I have been going to them for almost 3 years (I moved away for a year and I never took him to a groomer because I didn’t know where to go).

I found Delilah’s pet grooming by the grace of god! I took a chance and Iam so glad I did! The staff is very professional and very helpful. My dogs always look great and happy after grooming. I have recommended Delilah’s to all my family members that live in the area that have pets. The best thing about Delilah’s is the availability of appointments and the service is fast. The only downfall is the parking. But it is well worth it!

After a not so pleasant experience at a known pet store grooming facility, we call to see if they had a space available and sure enough they accommodate our little girl, she was scared, but as soon as we walked in she felt loved and cared, they were so welcoming and we couldn’t be happier with the end results, definitely we will bring Chloe back.

Our experience at Delila’s groomer was excellent. I have many groomers by my house but I chose to bring my dog, Luna, here based on the reviews. They did not disappoint. Initially, they could not see Luna because she was missing a vaccine but they were very understanding and accommodating. The entire staff is friendly, professional and they made my dog feel at ease. My dog even wanted to stay after she was done! They also made my dog go from looking crazy to fabulous! I highly recommend this place.

My little one is normally very active and do not like strangers but when Jesus took him was like they were old friends. I loved the treatment so personal with my little one and with us. Thank you ! And see you real soon 😊

I took my two dogs to this place twice. One of my dogs suffers from allergies, so I told them to use a hypoallergenic shampoo. They agreed to it with NO ISSUES. I was satisfied with their job, therefore I left a generous tip. On the second visit, I reminded them about my dogs allergies. When my dogs were done and I went to pay, the lady at the cashier tells me that is 10 dollars more for the shampoo. They charged almost 15 dollars more than the first visit. I just found it ridiculous. THE FIRST TIME I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE SHAMPOO. This place is NOT cheap at all. Even after this, I still left a generous tip for the groomers. I am so disappointed that I wont be coming back. The prices are way too high. I am wondering whats going to be the next unexpected charge if I have a request for my dog.

My neighbor recommended me to Delilah’s pet grooming & I am in love with this place. My dog Sassy has a lot of separation anxiety. I know the groomer handled her with care because she didn’t come back to me with any cuts like my previous experience somewhere else. Sassy doesn’t stay still or liked being touched on certain places. They gave her the cutest cut & focused on details by her belly area and face. I am happy on how she came back to me, they were able to handle her & NO CUTS on her skin🙏🏽🙏🏽. Highly recommend this place if looking for a place to get your dog groomed.

We love Dalilas. The groomer is always super friendly with our dog. Our puppy isnt scared of going in for grooming either which tells me hes treated well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our puppy always comes out looking normal and not like a circus animal or with an uneven cut. They dont use any weird, toxic perfumes on him that make him smell flowery either. We highly recommend.

After an incident with a previous groomer at another place my dog became a little hard to handle when it came to grooming him at home so I searched for grooming options and LOVED the professionalism and care Delila’s Pet Grooming always provides. Would 100% recommend everyone to get their pets groomed by them! They work very fast and can always fit you in as soon as possible! They also have very cute clothings, shoes and other accessories available for purchase. Their prices and customer service are very great as well, the staff is always friendly not only to me but my dog as well. During the pandemic I refused to get my dog groomed until they opened because I do not trust anyone else with my fur baby but them! Absolutely love them!

I went to many places and they never had me charge $40 just to bath him because u can cut my dog hair. I asked him to reduce that price because just to bath him doesn’t cost $40. And this guy is showing attitude. My dog was suppose to get full grooming and they told me that my dog is not letting them do it. Which is very strange because anywhere I went they never told me that my dog is not letting them do it. Which is so strange. I know my dog. And he never does that: it’s either they scared my dog or they are not professional. Sorry to say that but u are! I m not going to this place ever again and whoever is going …. Do some research. Just because u saw some good review doesn’t mean they will be good to all dogs.

I took my Lexie here and love it. She looks beautiful. I loved the attention they gave her, they took pics of her and even put these bunny ears clips on her since we are close to Easter. She looked adorable. I’ve been going to different places trying to find the right groomer for my baby and I think I finally did! I recommend it!

Ive had my little Malshi girl groomed here a few times and they do an excellent job. I travel from Manhattan to Queens as the price is very convenient and the grooming services are better than other places Ive used in the past. My Princess gets much tender loving care at Dalilas thats why I highly recommend them to all mom & dad pet owners.

My boyfriend took our dog Dash here this past Sunday and not only did he look adorable but they treated him so well. We have taken him to other groomers but the service here will have us coming back to Dalilas Groomers. They are responsive to calls when trying to book an appointment and even have great weekend availability. My boyfriend overheard the owner sweet talking to our dog while getting him from the back which was so cute. If you’re looking for a place that treats your fur babies like you do at home this is the right place to get your dogs groomed.

I have been coming to Dalias for over 10 years now. First with my King Charles Cavalier Lily and now also with Abi and I have to attest that they are great. I moved to Long Island a few years ago and honestly I did try other groomers close to my new home but I came back because Dalilas are the best. The staff are friendly and professional. The place is very clean and they are so loving and caring with my doggies. I don’t mind making the trip! The doggies always look gorgeous after the grooming and more important that anything I trust them.

My dog has been going to this place to get a haircut since he was a puppy ( for over 2 years). We have always been on time for every appointment. Today we had an appointment at 10 am. The train wasn’t working. I called them to say I was late and they told me to reschedule for another time. I had already been struggling to get there and I was one stop away and it was 10:07 am and they told me to reschedule. I can only bring him on Saturdays because of work so I was frustrated they couldn’t accommodate something for a later pick up or time. I saw some places online around the neighborhood for dogs hair cuts so I called them to see if they could email me my dogs record so I could find another place this time around and I was then offered a 3 pm slot. I wish that was offered as an option the first time I called.I have been happy with this place up to now. But I do feel frustrated about this situation. Yes I was late, it was out of my control but I do understand I was late and apologize for my attitude. However, I would still have expected better costumer service from you.

I spoke with Miguel few times on the phone before I brought my dog to him, Miguel helped me out with all vaccinations matter, I felt very comfortable when I brought Max))) (my dog).... Miguel gave my dog an amazing haircut ( as it was first time grooming for Max, I was super worried about it) but all my worries were gone as soon I got my dog back !! Definitely recommend! 100% coming back customer ))) thank you guys for great job !

The staff is super friendly and they are amazing at giving you what you’re asking for. When I come pick up my dog if I feel like he needs any adjustments they do it on the spot and they are super sweet about it. He’s been going there for a while now and he loves it.

Great service!! My shi tzu Gets a little bit nervous when it comes to grooming, but the groomer was very nice and friendly with him. My dog felt much more comfortable with getting groomed.

Love this salon. It has been a struggle to find a good place to groom my dogs and I finally found a great one. They are always very friendly and professional and you can tell they really love dogs . They are also pretty quick and my dogs come out looking great and happy!

Brought my dog here for the first time. They did a great job with her and my dog seemed happy. Keep in mind first timers won’t get full cuts due to not wanting to create a bad association with grooming.

I find that Delilahs is the best grooming facility I have taken my pet to this far. He has been going there for about 3 years now and Miguel has always been courteous always listens very friendly and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this grooming salon for anyone that loves their pet.

I was very pleased with the grooming my dog Bello received.He looked adorable. I felt confident when I met the groomer that Bello would be well taken care of,this was my first visit and I will be coming back.

Miguel is very professional and I appreciate his attention to detail. He gave me the time to explain the haircut I wanted for my dog and waited with me while we looked up example pictures of every aspect of the haircut. We have a very anxious dog who was totally comforted even during her first visit. Have been back many times since then and will continue to go. :)

I have been taking my long hair chihuahua here for several years now. I highly recommend their grooming services, very affordable. They are in my neighborhood which makes it super convenient and I love being able to support small/local businesses. They love all animals, evident in their practices outside of their business in advocating for strays/rescues. Miguel is always cheerful and you can tell loves what he does.

I was researching for a switch in groomers and decided to give Dalilas a try. I have high expectations and want the best for my 1.5 year old Labradoodle, they did NOT disappoint! Miguel is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional and I know my pup is in good hands with him. He takes time to get to know your dog and the results are fantastic at a reasonable price. We’re happy to have found our new groomer!

Miguel did a fantastic job with my dog, Lilly. Lilly became super matted while living with my dad. By the time I was able to take her she was in dire need of grooming. After making a quick and easy appointment, Lillys beautification was completed in a very reasonable time. Lilly is free from matts and looks wonderful.

We moved to a new place so I had to find grooming services that are close. Dalila’s did not disappoint. They even provided a mini pictorial and a bandana. My Cookie looked so handsome.

I happened upon V & D through a google search based on location, and I must say from the first phone call I was hooked. Miguel took his time to talk to me, not a customer but a caring / loving pet parent. He understood what I needed and what was best for my dog.I lived close by so decided to take a walk over one day with Harris, and from day one, they loved him and he loved them. Harris is a people friendly dog and loves attention and love, and the groomers love him.I never worry when Harris is there for his spa days. He actually enjoys them.Venus and Dalila is a true family owned loving place for your dogs, I truly recommend this place for anyone who wants the best for their dog!

The stylist always gives my Schnoodle the perfect cut! Miguels very attentive and they use quality products. They call me a few minutes before shes ready so she doesnt have to wait long for me. We have been taking our 3 year old Shih Tzu, Snoopy, to this place for about two years and we love it. They worry about our pets like if they were their own. Many people complain about them requiring their vaccines but they only do this because they want to prevent our baby’s from getting sick. We highly recommend this place. It has amazing service and the staff there is very nice and kind to our pets. The prices there are very convenient considering all the great service and excellent pet grooming.

This place is great. Bringing my dog since he was a baby. My dog loves this place. My dog gets happy when he sees the store, hes wagging his tail and greeting the employees. That tells me they give him lots of love in this place and they do a great job grooming him.

Amazing!! Amazing!! My Australian Shepherd got his first grooming here and he looks so beautiful. We initally took him to petco but they refused to groom him as “he wouldn’t leave the cage” but it just takes the right effort and person to make him feel comfortable. They fir out schedule the same say we called and the grooming was very fast, I’ll definetly be back. 10 stars here!!

My 4-year old Bichon Frise has been going to Dalilas Pet grooming for a couple of years now after a bad experience in a different place. I love how punctual they are and how dedicated the stuff is at providing the best service possible!. I was and still am very happy with the time and dedication they provide. Sometimes I go in with a haircut idea and they are always ready to offer suggestions, take pictures of what I want for my furry baby, and take the time to explain everything done and still complete everything on a timely manner, which i appreciate the most! Definitely reccomend this place :)

Going to Dalila was the best decision I could have made for my dog. The staff was very nice and professional I would 100% recommend this place.

We travel over 30 mins to bring our dog here instead of dozens of other closer places. Dalila’s is the best, they take really good care of my nervous dog.

I give them 5 stars but if I could I would put more stars. My dog is very difficult and can get aggressive and Ive tried other places but they dont have the patiences to deal with my dog. they are very nice and great with dogs. I recommended them 100% thank you so much!!! I am very satisfied!

I always have a good experience there my dog is a golden doodle and he loves to get a bath and to get groomed. whenever I get him back hes in good spirits he is super fluffy and smells good they also do a great job cleaning their ears and trimming their nails. always excellent!!!

I would put 10 stars if I could. I don’t even know how to start. I started going to Dalila’s over 2 years ago. It was like love at first sight. Facilities were amazing and customer service was un like no other. My 2 puppies always come out looking like Celeberties.

I’ve been to so many different groomers and no one compares to Miguel. He’s gentle and caring with my dog. My dog has never come home acting different or with anything wrong. The place is clean and the costumer service is wonderful. I highly recommend going.

It’s so very hard to find a good groomer and these guys have been great. I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and they’re always happy to listen patiently and I see they have their hearts in the right place! sometimes it takes a little longer to pick up my Lily (they are very busy) but it’s perfectly fine since I live in the area and she always looks beautiful 💕

Ive been here twice and I like them. One time my female dog had a cut on her paw. The second time my male dog was very red and irritated in his testicles. So Im not sure about doing back... but Ill consider it bc both my babies look cute with their haircut. I wish prices were a bit cheaper on other products.

I just love Jesus. He’s been Milos groomer since he was a pup and does such a good job. Milo is a doodle so making sure he’s well blended is essential and Jesus is a pro. I never have and ever will take him to anybody else.

My GDS was shedding so bad when I brought him to Dalila’s. They removed enough fur to make a coat for another dog. She came back so soft, smelling delicious, and cut beautifully.

Simba is our first dog and we are pleased that we chose Dalilas as our go to grooming place. Simba arrives excited and leaves the same way. We can tell that he loves his haircut as much as we do. They do an amazing job and their prices are reasonable.

I am not going to lie, I was very skeptical about this place. It is located on 37th Ave between 90th and 91st, where dog owners who live in the neighborhood seem like they all own the same tiny white dog breed. My wife and I had little doubt this groomer would know how to groom our Kerry Blue Terrier, a breed that has a very particular hairstyle. Boy, were we wrong!Our dog came out of that groomer looking like the smoothest dog in town! If a smoother dog ever existed, Id be surprised. Immediately when he stepped out of the store, dogs were running out of all sorts of nooks and crannies to get a glimpse of my boy! My dog ended up walking me home, like if he owned me. CONFIDENCE!I highly recommend this groomer!!!

Horrible customer service and very arrogant guy at the register. Hes possibly the owner and I would not bring my dog here if I were you. It smells bad in the store and they are not going out of the way to help you with any issues. I would have given it zero stars if I could. I dont even groom my dog at this place because the one time that I did, they gave her a subpar haircut, it was uneven and she had some bruises on her belly, but my mother insisted on given them business anyways by buying her food and clothes there. She was a steady customer and completely blew her off when they sold her some faulty apparel. There are plenty and better businesses around Jackson Heights to give these people your money. Some are happy with this place but I hope you never actually have a problem you need resolved because they wont care about losing a client.

My rescued dog Nena was so neglected. We wanted to her to look fresh just before the holidays. We got her vaccinated but due to her old age she need to wait a little longer for her other shots. We called and asked what vaccines were necessary to get her groomed and a women politely answered and met my needs. I needed to wait a little longer because she was missing her bordetella.Anyway, she got it and I called to make an appointment. I made it for 10am but I called to reschedule to 2 but my sister missed it so I called again to reschedule for 4. At this point I felt so bad I thought the groomer (I believe to be the owner) was annoyed but he wasn’t. He sounded so patient, gentle and caring.Now, according to my sister she said that they were very careful with Nena. Nena is blind so she gets really frightened. But she doesn’t bite. She said he gently picked her and omg! When I home from work and saw my dog it was like seeing a new dog again lol she smelled and looked sooo fresh. She could tell she did. She acted so spoiled almost for a week. I mean she still is spoiled. She’s old so she needs to live in the best ways as she possibly can. Thank you so much Delilah’s grooming. I will be making frequent appointments for her nails. They grow pretty fast lol

This place is not only expensive but overrated . If your dog is not vaccinated, they want your dog vaccinated through them or else they are giving you a hard time. I was a customer of theirs would bring all my dogs here until the groomer was very unprofessional giving me a nasty attitude. I don’t recommend bringing your dog here.
