Taylor was amazing with our dogs. She trained 2 of our dogs and the experience was amazing. She was very caring with both dogs and took the extra time to communicate everything shes taught them and answer questions. Taylor is an excellent trainer and highly recommended.

We do not take our dog anywhere else! He is always well cared for and makes so many friends at Happy Hounds. I couldn’t say more good things about this Doggy Hotel ❤️

The people there were very friendly.However,when we dropped off our older Jack Russell dog,and our 2 Daschunds on a Friday evening and explained to them the Jack Russell gets half a can twice a day,and the other 2 get one scoop of dry food twice a day.So we were told we could pick them up on Sunday between 7&8 in the evening.So when we left they handed us back 1 of the 2 cans that we left them with and what seemed to be more dry food than we thought wed get back. Anyways we know they only fed the Jack Russell 1 can of food in 2 days,and they all were super hungry when we finally got home around 8 in the evening. We wont be going there again.

Very professional staff. I felt comfortable leaving my pup with them. We were visiting from California and I felt this facility was a notch above my place I use in Los Angeles

We had our dog at other boarding facilities , this is the best. They keep them occupied and a camera to see what is going on. Other boarding places the dog came back smelling like a barn stall. This place was very clean. I would board there again.

Nice place. Staff was very friendly while we brought it dog in to see if he could handle being kenneled.

As parents to a special needs dog, we are very discerning about who we trust with her care. The team at Happy Hounds delivers and we always feel that our baby is safe, well cared for, and comfortable during her stay. We can always peek in thanks to the cameras and each time we do, we find our pup is content. They offer top service at a reasonable price. Took my dog for grooming, he came home with 3 of his paws bleeding. Never again!

We love this place but most important our dog loves ❤ going. She comes home completely exhausted!! A tired puppy is a good puppy.

My 10-month-old Weimaraner pup loves it there it gets a little rough sometimes but I think its worth it for the most part

Our experience with this company in the past two weeks has been amazing! They truly are dog whisperers! We were so comforted watching the dogs and to know how they were coping. Super nervous about how my 8 year old was going to react to daycare. Turns out only one nervous was me. Thank you for video entertainment out entire car ride also. Loved watching our babies!

Seem to rush you a bit when leaving dog but otherwise ok. Second time there was very different. They took their time with us and let our dog go at her own pace. They did seem to have an extremely large amount of dogs there, which is good for them but was a bit intimidating for my dog. I can, however, say we will be back!

Ralph had an absolute blast staying here when we were away in Florida. Great, knowledgeable staff who had no troubles handling our pup. Reasonable prices, & Im pretty sure they threw in a complimentary groom session. Id take Ralph back in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic facility. Take my dog several times per week just to play and burn off steam and is now the only source for boarding we will use. It is very clean, the staff is terrific and very attentive to the dogs. When I pick my dog up he doesnt want to leave...honestly. Highly recommended.

Great place in town to take your pup! They really do take great care of our pup and always so happy when we get him back all clean from the groomers 💛 so happy we have happy hounds here in Jamestown!

Love this place! Our dogs are not groomed frequently, so it a job when we take them in, but wow! They look and smell great. The staff is so friendly and pleasant to work with. Thanks for the royal treatment

Very nice facility with a very friendly staff. Rob is excellent with the dogs, you can watch the daycare online and tell all the dogs love him. They recently bought the property next door so hopefully that will be an outdoor play space for the dogs on nice days.

These folks are great with my dog. Hes always so ready to go in and see his friends for the day and then comes home all tuckered out. He seems to like all the staff a lot, and theyve never once made me feel uncomfortable leaving him in their care. They have webcams on their website as well, so I can check in on him during the day.

They require spay/neuter for overnight stays. We have pure breed male that we purchased from breeder at 8 weeks old. With intentions of studding him as a possibility. So we will not be able to use this facility if we go out of town and choose to board him. He is 8 months old now.

Weve been other places. Happy hounds is in a league of its own. When you walk in, its like a high end spa for adults. Staff is all friendly, pricing is great and its spotlessly clean. We have a English golden doodle and a miniature golden doodle. Ill never go anywhere else.

I love Happy Hounds and so do my dogs. Jesse & Tomi are wonderful groomers. My dogs have boarded and when I pick them up sometimes I think they prefer to stay @ H.H.! Great facility.

Great place to take your dog if you want them to get kennel cough. They only care about getting money and not your pet. Dogs have been coming out of here with kennel cough for over 6 weeks and they just keep bringing more dogs in that get infected with it.

While this facility is fairly new, we were quite disappointed in the lack of outdoor space and large number of dogs in a small play enclosure during group play. For larger dogs in particular there was not enough space to run and truly play. The partitions separating these groups appeared to be moveable and not extremely sturdy, which does seem like a safety issue.The icing on the cake for us was poor customer service as we were not informed of an issue with our dogs when it occurred.

Very disappointed when I called to ask if I could bring my pups for daycare 15 mins before they opened, as I’m a local healthcare worker. They weren’t interested in accommodating us. A shame, because there’s an entire Team of Canine lovers I work with that would likely have followed suit. Not how to establish good business, been to plenty of dog daycares in the past who cater to shift workers and their pets. If they’re that inflexible, I don’t think I’d want my pups there anyway.

Great place to board. Staff is very caring and helpful. This is the only place I will be boarding my dog. She also loves to go and play during the day. A+

We are from our of town and it dogs loved it here. It was nice to have them webcams to view it dogs through the day and nights.

They had me get my dog a short and told to come back in a week and told me thats I wasnt on the Schedule and the lady I talk to a week ago told me to come in thats day and then the guys was rude and told me he was the meanger and didnt do anything for me , thank God for a close friend or my dog would be all alone ...

Very clean and nicely designed...but disappointed no outdoor access for dogs...so they never get outside which may confuse some dogs by allowing them to potty inside.😞

I can not say enough about the high quality of care and personalized attention our two dogs received here during a 10 day stay.Their intake form asks a lot of key questions so they can get to know your pets ahead of time and offer them personalized care .The dogs were exercised and kept active daily and Jim sent us regular photos and updates on them and how they were doing as part of the services they provide.In a nut shell they are true dog lovers and treated them like they were their own with love and attention I have never seen boarding my dogs anywhere else in the past.If there was a rating higher than 5 I would give it to Hounds on the Hill. I highly recommend using them with complete confidence that your pets will be in good hands.

6 months ago I would have given 4 stars but after today I will never take my dog to Happy Hounds again. I know my dog is hyper and before if he got too rough playing he got a needed timeout. Today I watched for about 15 min (i watched for a total of about 30-40 min)on Webcam 2 other dogs continually chase my dog then when my dog turned to chase them one of the attendants grabbed his collar and put him in time out, I thought ok a little rough but I know my dog gets excited so its fine. The girl let him back out after a few minutes and my dog and a different dog were doing the play bouncing and play bowing at each other the same girl who grabbed my dog the first time walked over grabbed him up by his collar again dragging him to timeout..only this time his front feet were off the ground. Unless dogs are actually fighting there is absolutely no reason to grab a dog up like that. I called my husband and he picked my dog up immediately.My dog is not perfect and is a relentless player but there is not a mean bone in his body. He has been to other kennels with no issues.This was the first problem we have had so I feel it was the employee is not suited for the job as u watched her being rough with other dogs as they tried to play. I urge anyone taking their dog here to use caution and watch the Webcam for more the a quick glance. After what happened today my dog will NEVER go there again.

Thank you, I am so happy with the Service that I am going to leave my dog ​​Coco twice a week when I return from my vacation and I will see if I train him too. The attentive employees play with all the dogs, give them love, constantly carry them, and always clean everything to avoid accidents. Recommended.
