Doggy Stylez Dog Grooming

We brought are one year old golden retriever in for a trim after a bad experience with another groomer. We asked for her to be trimmed up and nails done. This is what we got back, a shaved golden retriever. We are disappointed are dogs beautiful coat is now gone. I dont believe this groomer really knew how to properly groom a golden. They were nice and fit us in on short notice, but we are unsatisfied with our experience at doggy styles

P always smells so great after her baths and she’s so proud of herself when she gets home. Cuke is gaining awesome confidence as a growing kitten by coming to you.

What a wonderful place. My old man was well taken care of on same day service. He smells good, looks fantastic and was happy. He has fuzzy feet but they did his paw-ticure, five paws and mommy recommended. We sadly found this hidden place right before we are moving. Definitely will come back if we are in the area again. Thank you from our family.

Our six-month old newfiepoos received a superb summer cut today! They are a handful, but the groomer did a fantastic job with both of them. The pups are very happy and comfortable . Reasonable price, too.

Incredibly rude proprietor. When I said, You should tell people on the phone that its cash only, he replied You dont get to tell me what to tell my customers! Then he added, Were done here!, turned his back and walked away. There are other excellent, friendly groomers: Barking Bubbles in Lakewood, PetSmart in Jamestown. The latter takes a credit card.

Our four fur babies first visit this week was a great experience!!! Took time to ask questions about each dog to learn likes and dislikes. When picking them up they explained how the spa day was for each dog. Even the nail trimming went well for our Tucker, he’s not a fan of getting them done.They smelled wonderful and their coats were so soft. Most of all they came home very happy and wearing the cutest bandannas.

Job well done! Great people, Dani looks beautiful and shes happy. We will be back again and again 😊

J.C. is an awesome groomer! Professional, attentive, loves pets, and listens to how you like your pet groomed. Booked an appointment and got right in. I felt safe leaving my pets there for grooming. I have had a wonderful experience here with our dog Lu, who is a Labrador mix. JC is friendly and accommodating, does an excellent job each time. We love the frillies and the sweet bandana she gets after each bath &brush. We will continue to take her back! This is our new place! 😄

Took all three of my babies spur of the moment needing buzzes especially since I was having surgery. They all looked beautiful when I picked them up one I didnt even recognize... Ive never had him cut before. Man so adorable. My girls were awesome as well even my Tom boy girl she kept her bows in for almost a week... so ecstatic.

My dog can be a bit of a pain, especially with his nails. But that along with his bath went so well. Really great work. Best doggie grooming place Ive ever been to. Highly recommend

Called asking about a cut for a cat and left a message. Got a call back “you call me?” First sign of professionalism. Asked about doing a lion cut and was met with obvious audible frustration at the possibility of having to groom a cat. I said that I would call around and was prodded for why and said that I’d rather take my cat somewhere that is used to grooming cats. Then the woman told me off and to go somewhere else. Then hung up on me.I wasn’t trying to be rude or anything whilst looking out for the well-being of my cat and the person grooming her. You definitely were rude from the get go and can be assured that I will go somewhere else.

They were able to fit my dog in for a bath and trim. They did a great job and he was very happy when I picked him up.

We have been to about every groomer in the area and this is our new place. Super quick to get you in and does a great job. I have told everyone I know with a dog about this place!

If you are going to schedule appointments for 8 am on a Saturday in the middle of winter, you should probably be open and ready at 7:55, if you are going to show up at 805 or 810...then maybe schedule first appointment at 830...seems reasonable for any type of business....

Fantastic groomer with a fabulous heart and personality

Whenever I am asked where I recommend for grooming, I always say Doggy Stylez in Lakewood! My dog Jackson is very anxious, nervous and protective when he is being groomed, and they are always incredibly patient and caring. He always leaves looking and smelling fresh, and always has a festive and adorable bandana to proudly show off his fresh look. I will always bring him here and recommend anyone to do the same!
