We’ve been visiting Imperial Pet Salon for quite some time now, and it’s always a fantastic experience. Each time we come up from Florida, we make sure to book our appointments well in advance because they fill up quickly. The salon’s open floor plan creates a spacious, relaxed atmosphere, and it’s clear that every detail is carefully thought out to ensure both pets and owners feel comfortable.One thing we love is the attention to our pets’ comfort. Every cage is equipped with a yoga mat for a cushioned resting spot, and the surgical-grade cages reflect the salon’s commitment to cleanliness and safety. The layout also allows the dogs to see their surroundings, which helps reduce stress and anxiety.The team at Imperial Pet Salon uses only the best products, and we really appreciate that they don’t charge extra for things like oatmeal baths or color corrections—demonstrating their commitment to quality care without hidden fees.Overall, Imperial Pet Salon consistently delivers top-notch grooming services in a welcoming, professional environment. What a PHENOMENAL dog groomer place. It puts my hair salon to shame LOL! I have recently moved into the area and have been in search for a dog groomer that has a friendly atmosphere, clean working space, and some place where I know that I can trust to take good care of my precious baby.By the recommendation of some friends, I can across Imperial Pet Salon and it has been an amazing experience. The person operating the front desk always asks me how im doing and shows me the back area where they do all the grooming and I must say, its extremely neat and clean. My dog always comes out looking perfect and I will continue to be coming back and referring this place to other people in search for the perfect pet salon. 5/5

We absolutely just loved how our dog Zuma looked and felt after his wonderful time getting groomed with Imperial Pets Salon!All the employees and owners we very kind and patient with our super nervous/ scared dog Zuma. He usually is very shaky and terrified to get groomed but he seems to be so cared for that he actually enjoyed the experience.If anyone has a nervous dog and needs to find a groomer go check out this place there absolutely the best in town.Zuma’s groom was done perfectly and we cant wait to come back again with his next appointment that we have already set . He looks so adorable 💕Thanks to all the staff that helped to make a positive impact for Zuma and for helping him to overcome the anxiety’s about getting groomed.

Been here many times. Every 4 weeks to be exact and I like hanging around while my fur child is getting pampered. It is very cozy and welcoming. I have seen the fair share of most who come here and can say I have seen nothing but smiles and wagging tails. The few who do not get their way must be the ones complaining, leaving bad reviews (very immature and spiteful). The quality of service and level of respect is second to none.

Imperial Pet Salon in Levittown is a great place to bring your precious pet. The groomers are very careful with the handling of my dog and they do an exceptional grooming. My dog is always happy to go in and comes out very pleased with her experience. The staff is just wonderful, very accommodating and always cares about my dog. I would highly recommend them.

Imperial Pet Salon is a wonderful place. It was my first time bringing my dog I for a bath and nail clipping. They were great with the dog and they did a phenomenal job. Will be going back. The owner manager is a really nice guy and his staff is great. If you are looking for a great groomer I highly recommend them

I must say this place is absolutely incredible. I was a client for another grooming place, not only is my dog in and out in an efficient timing manner, but the place on the inside is beautiful. The original owner who owned it had a huge waiting list and it was almost impossible for me to get my animal groomed in a timely fashion. The groomers there are very delicate with my canine and I would suggest for anyone to go there. They’re very accommodating and I would say the customer service is extremely professional 😇 my dogs grooming has never been so perfect &’ I’ve never seen my dog so excited to walk into a grooming until I came here.

Just took my dog for a haircut this weekend for the first time. Great place and great haircut. I dont know what the negative reviews about the customer service is about because all I noticed were friendly and attentive staff who seem to care about the dogs. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back as well.

The guy at the front desk is extremely rude and has no customer service whatsoever. This was my second encounter with him. first time I just thought maybe he was having a bad day but the second time he has the same attitude so clearly it’s him. I felt really uneasy dropping off my dog to him. I know he’s not the one grooming, but it would be nice to feel welcomed when you walk through the door. I feel like he’s running a sweatshop with these dogs and he doesn’t even care, that’s not how you run a business or keep customers. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this business. Very unfortunate.

I used to bring my dog to Joe at Love my Puppies. He closed and supposedly this place is his and his partner. However after bringing my dog there for a haircut, I think Joe is not involved at all and probably sold this person his customers. This has to be the worst haircut my dog has ever gotten. One week later she is a shaggy mess. I wish Joe would have been honest and let his customers know that he and his groomer were no longer there. I wont be going back.

Ive got say what a great experience. Ive been bring chloe & leo to luv my puppies for over 3 years. Sometimes change is good. The imperial pet salon is more thorough and takes the time to explain the process and they ask you if theres any concerns with your pets. They showed me back groom area very clean and updated equipment . They are very accommodating, great customer service and best thing they do a great job. Chloe and Leo look great.

Very disappointed all the way around. Joe of luv my puppies was the only reason why I gave this shop a chance but I’m sorry I did. Zero customer service skills and only one out of three groomings were good. I won’t be going back.

I could not agree more with what Michelle wrote. I feel the exact same way. The first time I thought maybe it’s me. But today it happened again. The guy at the front desk is extremely rude. It’s a shame. I think we all miss Joe. I will not be returning.

I must admit the groomers did a nice job! Very timely! Kinda quick. HmmMy only complaint was with the reception,front desk, possibly the owner! Not very welcoming .

I had a great experience with this salon! Extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. Great cut for my cockapoo. Definitely recommend!

This is my 3rd time bringing my dogs there and all that I can say is that everyone is great. Great customer service and both my dogs come out looking amazing. Absolutely love this place.

What an all out fantastic place! Been coming here before they moved and WOW!!! The new place is like no other grooming shop I have ever been (besides in bougie, California lol). The groomers do beyond amazing work on both my babies. They always come out looking great and smelling so fresh. I feel blessed to have found such a great place. They truly care about what they do. I totally agree with “Monke’s” post about these other random negative reviews. I too come every 6 weeks and I am always asked how I am doing/been, how my babies are, any changes and even my family. I also love how for holidays and occasions they give pictures and doggie treat bags.

Imperial pet salon has great groomers, amazing customer service, and the salon is beautiful. Our pets are in and out and look beautiful. The owner and groomers truly cares about the service provided for these animals.

Was bringing my dog to Joe for the last 13 years for grooming and loved the job they did. Brought our dog to Imperial and we are one and done. Literally felt like one of those reels on Instagram when the dog looks like a totally different dog after visiting the groomer and not in a good way. My dog got the most uneven hair cut I’ve ever seen. Nails barely clipped, just awful. When my husband reached out to them on Facebook Messenger they didn’t even respond. Sad because we were under the impression Joe would still be involved with this business. It’s obvious he is not.

Great customer service and make you feel at home.
