PetSmart Grooming

The salon is awful. They never pick up the phone. The stylist always looks like they dont want to be there. Pets are not safe with that attitude. Not recommend this place. You can find better places.

Never again this place. A 5.5 month old toy poodle came back from a 3.5 hour grooming session with almost intact (not trimmed or cleaned) ears. The person who groomed my dog explained to the manager of the place over the phone that allegedly the dog did not allow the hair on its ears to be cut off and that the dog tried to bite the groomer. Strange, because she explained the unevenly cut fur on the head paws and tail in the same way... If, supposedly, the dog didnt let her touch him there, how on earth did he allow his face or feet to be shaved???When I picked up the dog, I first heard his scared barking and a moment later he wanted to run away from this place as quickly as possible. This is even more strange because the dog (almost 1.5 months younger than during visit in PetSmart) endured the previous haircut (in a place other than PetSmart) without any problems. Maybe someone here at PetSmart lacks the skills and patience with small dogs and the only explanation for this person is the alleged aggression of the dog. This explanation is strange because my dog is naturally very friendly and trusting even towards strangers. Fortunately, after my intervention, the amount for this poorly performed grooming was refunded. Never groom in this place again - I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

They did a good job and they reasonably priced
