We have been bringing our Golden here for almost 3 years and every time he comes home looking perfect! He is a big dog with a lot of hair and the experience is always quick and easy! They always listen to exactly what I ask for. I would definitely recommend!

The best around!Another great grooming!They were caring and listened to our concerns. I will be back! Our Puppy’s first full grooming, and she looked and smelled great! I am in love all over again! We had the worst experience at this establishment. I can not even put into words the fury I have stowed upon today. We brought our 5 month old aussie doodle for a small trim mostly around the concentrated areas of the face, paws and private areas. Our vet had told us that usually most groomers will not touch a puppies’ fur because it can cause harm in the growth down the future. With that said we brought her in with specific instructions as the receptionist wrote it down on a post-it to give to the groomer. When we came back after roughly 4 hours our dog was completely buzzed with crooked cuts all around her face, ears and butt. She looked absolutely nothing like the dog we brought in . I’m completely furious that our dog was basically mutilated. When the groomer came out her response was “it is what it is and it’ll grow back”. The customer service was horrific and how dare you keep afloat when a customer asks for something specific and you go and shave her to basically a bare skin dog. We had to wash her again after we brought her back as well because she was giving off a powder dust every time we went to pet her. What kind of service has the audacity to do something like this without an owners’ permission! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Found bones bath & beyond in a search online as I’m new to the area and needed my dog to be groomed and they got me in right away!Front desk receptionist very professional and the groomer that took care of my dog was very sweet and thorough! Glad I found this lovely dog spa 😊My little man is looking (and smelling) very handsome!!🩵🩵Update— I have been bringing my dog here for around one year now, and I just want to say how happy I am with the service and care they provide for my dog! Will continue to bring him here for his monthly grooming!🩵🩵🩵Second Update— I keep adding to my review because I am (as well as my dog loves them) always so happy at how well the staff and bones bath and beyond in merrick take care of my King Charles cavalier. They do an amazing job grooming him and understanding how a cavalier should be groomed (when the pet parent wants to keep them long and floofy!) Not happy with this place. I called them to see if I could get my Airedale in. I told the woman four times what the breed was and her size. She told me to wait while she looked up the price. She mentioned I think a Welsh terrier. I said, no this is an Airedale very large. She said, yeah I know. She said $85. The day before my appointment she calls me back and says its going to be $120 because how big the dog is. I told you four times her size and now youre changing the price. I told her I wanted a breed specific cut when I dropped her off. They immediately tried to upsell me when I was dropping her off. Took them less time than they had thought but thats probably because my dog is so well behaved and calm while being groomed. When I picked her up I was kind of surprised that she did not have a breed specific cut. It was an okay cut but not for the price they charged. She had a clippers scalp in her right hind quarters. Her underside was not even. But I really liked how they made her feet really round. The face definitely was not breed specific. I dont think Ill go back.

Im very happy with Bones, Bath & Beyond. I have a senior dog and they are great with her. She also looks so cute after her grooming!

I’ve tried various groomers for my pooch Daisy, and they’ve always come back not looking right (from having lopsided facial cuts to receiving wrong styles not requested). Frustrated, I went online to research area groomers, to read reviews, and to look at pictures of their groomed dogs. I came across BBB and instantly fell in love with how they groomed their dogs, even with super short cuts! They cut it in the style of Boo the Pomeranian and I’m so glad we went with them!!! My standard Goldendoodle is sooo fluffy and adorable that even my (usually snarky) 12 year old tween cannot get over “how cute she looks!” It was slightly out of our way (~20 min), but will gladly stick to this location even though there is another BBB only 10min away from us! 👍🏼💕🦮🦮🦮Thank you to the wonderful staff at BB&B—(I only write reviews when I’m enthused about the service) and I’m excited to bring my pup back to support this business!

Bath bones and beyond is a fantastic company. They are very clean and always flexible when it comes to scheduling my dogs to get groomed. There are multiple locations which also is a great benefit. I go to the one in Merrick, the staff is wonderful. They are looking their Easter’s best!

I hope I can give them a zero star. Had a terrible experience with them. I tried this salon for my puppy for her full grooming. After a few hours that I got her, she starts to show her teeth as if she was being angry whenever I try to touch or pet her. She was never been like this before. Shes always been the sweetest and the friendliest dog I have ever met. Shes an angel. But then when I got her from the salon, she became different. She also had a cut on one of her nipples and I think that made her become like this. I am unsure which part of her body has also a cut or anything else on her body after the grooming.Her nails are not even and her ears were not plucked. I availed their package for her to have a full grooming salon experience. Yet, shes feeling pain and I can see it because shes also hyperventilating whenever I try to touch her to check on whats hurting her. I feel hurt for my puppy. I am disappointed. I hope this company hire better staff and groomers and be nice to the pets. They are creating trauma to our babies. I do not recommend going to this place (Merrick).

Excellent, walked into the business looking for a self wash, walked out with a groomer wash. You can tell they care about what they are doing, and they are extremely professional! Will be back:)

Great Service for My Huskies!I’ve been bringing my pups Snow & Winter to Bones Bath & Beyond for regular baths every now & then, and I’m always happy with the results. When they were smaller, it used to cost $40, but now that they just turned 1 and have grown, it’s about $60 per bath. Since I have huskies, I also add the de-shedding treatment for an extra $25. The total came to around $170 for both dogs, but it’s well worth it. They smell clean, look great, a lot of their shedding is taken care of. The staff does a great job, and I know my dogs are a handful, so I always tip for the effort! My only complaint is the lack of front parking, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy hours. Other than that, I recommend paying with cash to avoid the card transaction fee. Overall, I enjoy going to these groomers and highly recommend them, my sister also takes her pup here. (Don’t mind their grumpy faces—they’re mad at me because I took them to the groomers!)

Took my Jack here for the 1st time and he looks PHENOMENAL i love their work and treated him like the king he is i will definitely be back you have a returning customer! Staff was great and very nice,friendly and helpful keep up the good work 😊 love this groomer the service is excellent! My shih tzu was well groomed and looked beautiful when I picked her up. The hair on her face was nicely shaped and I was very pleased. The groomer did a really good job!

This place has the best groomers around. I have been going here for 5 yrs and never once got a bad grooming for my dog. Prices are reasonable also. Try them you wont be sorry!🦮🐈🐩🐕

My dog is a 1yo mini schnauzer. We’ve tried about 5 other groomers but this one is by far the best. Lulu got her breed cut and is beautiful! Super soft and smells delicious! Everybody, from the moment you call to make an appointment until dog is ready, is super nice and professional. Recommend 100%!! First time taking my rough collie here after months without grooming. From the minute they picked up the phone, they were nothing by professional and caring. Their establishment is very clean and organized. What I liked most is how they didnt resort to shaving my dog for her tougher spots (shes a double coated dog), and combed through it which is much healthier and better for their coat. Definitely will be brining my dog back in a few months!

Clean salon with a very friendly and attentive staff. Their calm approach with Lily helped me feel at ease, unfortunately my pup has anxiety and it has been an issue finding a groomers that really understands her situation. I am very happy with her overall experience here and look forward to bringing her here again.

We found this great place during the pandemic and they take great care of our schnauzer. He can be tough to take at times and take great care of him. His coat always comes out excellent. The staff is amazing and the place is clean. They take their time and show him love ❤️ ❤️

We bring our 85 lb. Bernedoodle and two wheaten terriers in to BB&B on a regular basis because they are the best groomers in the area hands down! They go the extra mile to brush out rather than just shave the pups.

I love this place, everyone is so welcoming and happy to see you and your dog . What a great place from the minute we walked in!!! I brought Niko in for a bath. The women at the front was very nice and helpful. She explained all the packages that they had. Niko went in stinky and came out smelling great. Back to sleeping like the king he is.

I just took our dog Rocket to this establishment for the very first time for grooming and he will definitely be returning. Cindy was very attentive, took notes of my requests, and all my requests were fulfilled. My husband picked him up after his appointment and was pleased with the results as well.Rocket smelled so so good!! His face was perfectly cut and we were finally able to see his eyes. His hair does grow fast, so I might have to request they cut a bit shorter next time, but he looked so handsome after he left from here.

We just took our 1 1/2 yr old ,120lb Rottweiler here for the 1st time. We were nervous because he has anxiety in situations like this but all the people at Bones Bath & Beyond gave him a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and i will definitely be back with Tito again!

Seriously the best groomer we have taken our Australian Shephard to. He went for his first visit at the Merrick location and was returned to us so quickly, clean & trimmed properly and oh soooo sweet smelling😍we wish we could make it a weekly thing lol (fav passtime is mud digging). Love BB&B and will be permanently replacing our other options.

I just came across this place this morning and i couldn’t be any happier. My pup is 10 years old today and I wanted to treat her. She hasn’t gotten a good grooming since she started limping, she eventually got better and now I could take her to get a bath. I’m so pleased with the service. The ladies are super nice & really took their time with my pup. We got the package that came with almost everything I wanted to give my pup, almost like a spa treatment for a very good price. The total i paid was very satisfying considering a lot of places are good too but almost $200 for a big dog like mine. Thank god for this place, excellent service and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent groomer! I brought my Great Pyrenees for the first time today for a full groom. The staff is very professional and very nice, the place itself has a great dog friendly vibe unlike some others. The price was very fair for such a large and hairy dog and they groomed her exactly as I tried to explain to them spot on. She looks and smells beautiful and we will be back! Highly recommend!

Best dog groomer on LI. I have 130 lbs Newfoundland (challenge for any groomer). They are efficient, professional and caring. And reasonably priced. I only wish I found them sooner. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give 0 stars…. My husband dropped off our English bulldog for an 11:30 appointment for a bath ONLY. 3 hours later he went to pick him up after not receiving any phone calls. Not only did the assumed owner try to give my husband the WRONG dog, she also gave him a nasty attitude. When my husband asked how long it would be they said it was going to be another hour. You’re telling me it takes 4 hours to give a dog a bath WITH an appointment?!! Really makes you think about what goes on behind the scenes. He told them to forget it and took the dog home. Our dog was absolutely parched after sitting there for 3 hours for absolutely no reason. Never again!!!

All staff are super friendly and they do great grooming! It’s the perfect place and my dogs love them all!!! The spa is very clean. They come back looking stunning!!!

She smells clean and fresh and looks as adorable as ever but I thought it was a bit overpriced at $95. $20 more than I usually pay.

I brought my 2 puppies for their first grooming and was a little nervous since they were never groomed before. I was thrilled with the outcome! They came out gorgeous!!! It’s like I got new dogs!!! Absolutely beautiful grooming. And the groomer was so patient and loving with them and eased their forward and mine. She even sent me pictures of them while they were getting groomed. It was wonderful and my doggies looked pampered and gorgeous!

I came across this place on yelp after parting ways with our mobile groomer. And I absolutely love Bones Bath & Beyond. My parents bring their dog to their Woodbury Location and I take my dog to the Merrick Location. Both places do an amazing job. They pay attention to details and truly listen to the customer’s requests.

Took my puppy Duke (8months old) in to be shaved down for the summer and they did an awesome job. He looks great teeth, ears and the full works was done and it’s noticeable compared to another place I’ve taken him to. They were very friendly and helpful with it being his 1st time there. He looked happy and so cute with his little bandana when I picked him up. Will definitely keep going back for his grooming.

I brought my miniature poodle twice and was very satisfied how she looked after her grooming. I then took her elsewhere and it was the biggest mistake. Today I brought her back and will continue bringing Cary back to Bone Bath & Beyond. There’s no one like then to give the greatest and best service when it comes to your lovable pet. First time here and I absolutely loved it! Stephanie cut my yorkies hair and it came out so nice. This is definitely the best haircut he has ever gotten, I will most definitely be returning. My dog is an extremely anxious dog as it is and they made him and us feel so comfortable leaving him here. Everyone needs to seriously check them out

I have a large dog that most groomers will not take or deal with. After searching for a new groomer I found them on Google and decided to give them a call.. First off they had an appointment available which already surprised me! And they were very friendly and kind in setting up the appointment. Their charge is extremely reasonable for such a larger dog too. They were very kind when I dropped him off as well. They really did a great job with him as well as giving him a bandanna too …He smells and looks great! I will definitely be bringing him back for sure and referring family and friends!

My dog loves it, but I love it more! So relieved they added this service for us working busy dog lovers. Just tried this new daycare service for my Shitzu after using their grooming services for several months. I love the staff here so I figured I can trust them to care for my dog while I’m at work. It’s owned by a family and treated us like family too. At first I only did one day and I loved that they walk my princess outside twice day. So I added second day following week. Then I did a long weekend away and got my dog groomed on last day of night care . I picked up a happy and great smelling dog with a great haircut on last day of overnight evening care . This is great place with warm kind and professional people. and I feel comfortable and at ease knowing my dog is safe and not lonely at home. I also like that I can come here for both services.

I come from NYC to get my dog groomed here. Andres and Rose always manage to find time when I let them know I’ll be in town and the place and service are better than any grooming experience I’ve had in the city. The Merrick location is extra special - I recommend getting “the works.” My dog’s face smells like fresh blueberries for days from her facial as if I didn’t want to eat her up already ;) Also, the energy of all of the dogs when you walk in makes you feel super comfortable. There’s no stressed, barking dogs here, rather all smiles, wagging tails, and good energy. They are the best here, and worth any drive or train!!

Thrilled we found this little oasis for our mom’s dogs in Merrick. Got tired of waiting for weeks for an appointment at Petco so decided to try this place. Called and was able to get an appointment the following day. They are such nice people. The owners helped mom get both dogs out of the car and into the shop . It’s harder for her now that she’s older. It’s so nice that the actual owners helped us, shows they care. We got a really cute haircut for both, they were long overdue so the staff were great at getting back in shape. But our favorite part was how sweet they are with the dogs and so nice to help my mom get them in and out of car. I will recommend to others.

My bootz has been going here since he was a baby i love this place and everyone is so friendly! they really care about your baby and treat them so good! my baby is timid and scared is everything but they show him so much love ❤️ and give him such an amazing wash and cut i was recommended by a friend who takes her baby there and i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great treatment and amazing results!

My dog went in and came out looking like a Kardashian dog. I was late to my appointment and they called me to ask if I’m still coming. I told them o was running late and they waited patiently for me. They are very professional and does a great job on grooming. Definitely taking my dog back and making this a monthly thing. Prices are good also. Very affordable.

Hands down the best groomer! I took my 1 year old Pandemic Puppy there and had a wonderful experience. My vet told me that they use a muzzle on my dog because he bites during his visits. I told this to Angelina and she informed me that she specializes in special needs dogs, so she would do her best. I was still nervous but when I picked him up, Angelina said he totally didn’t need a muzzle (maybe I need a new vet?)! He seemed so happy and calm when I picked him up and oh, by the way, my whole family loved the way they groomed him! I’ve found our forever groomer! Thank you so much, Angelina and Suzy!! Best Experience EverI have taken my dog to many groomers in the past and by far this place is the best.The owner Andres is compassionate and the Groomers are wonderful with my Dog Chapi.He normally gets very nervous and crazy at other places , however here he is always relaxed and he gets such a cute hair cut.I really love this place and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great grooming and customer service.My office manager takes her cat there and loves the services.I highly recommend them to everyone.

Amazing little place for my Bonnie (sweet senior pit bull)! Feels like a little spa just like they said. I really liked that the groomers/owners asked questions before handling her since she was previously a sheltered dog. They asked about allergies and any concerns or past injuries . Felt very happy that my dog was in a great place. Came back and they had done an amazing job and my dog was so happy . ❤️

I went for the first time today and I needed a last minute appointment and the front desk lady was so kind that she fit my dog into todays schedule. I loved the way they groomed my dog. She looks super cute and the place is clean and looks very nice. I loved everything and it was a very reliable place.

We just took ownership of a cockapoo whos previous owner couldnt care for it anymore. The dog needed quite a bit of grooming as his hair was overgrown and matted, and we needed him to be thoroughly cleaned. Not only were they able to fit us in last minute, but they went above and beyond in caring for him. They took their time and made sure he came to us looking brand new! You can tell that the people who work here really care for the animals, and treat them like their own. I was very impressed by the quality of service and would definitely come back for all my pets grooming needs.

Just love this place. We have two poodle bichon mix dogs and they can be a handful. We felt so happy to see that they were actually cuddling and petting our dogs to welcome them. They usually dont like getting groomed. But they really connected with our dogs and super sweet to them . The receptionist and owner each took a dog and did a consultation on what we wanted and how exactly we preferred everything. Really nice to see that some places ask you to make sure you get what you pay for. Its a steal for the price. Dogs are happy, mom is happy .

Took both dogs today for the first time for grooming. Service was amazing. Staff was amazing. My older dog can be very rough. They handled him awesome. Highly recommended.

My dogs love it here! Ive gotten the grooming and been very pleased with service. Also tried the self wash when I came back from dog run and just wanted quick bath on way home. Very convenient! No mud in my apartment and I can go to dog run without worrying about the dirt coming home with us. Quick and easy. Awesome !!!

Before I came here I called to ask a bunch of questions. I spoke to Angelina who was kind and patient with me. I knew I had to give this place a try! I have a hectic schedule and am unable to make appointments far in advance however they were able to accommodate my schedule with the first appointment of the day which is very important to me.From the moment I walked in they treated my dog and I like family. There was a sweet sign welcoming Pebbles as it was our first time there. They introduced me to the wonderful girl Heather who was going to groom Pebbles so we could discuss exactly what I was looking for in regards to the cut as I am extremely particular. She took her time with me and I explained what I liked. She even asked me to send her a picture of how I like my baby to look, making sure we were on the same page. I felt this was going above and beyond. It was clearly important to them that I was satisfied with everything.Additionally it is super clean. I have been to many groomers and none have been as clean as this one. They let me know approximately how long it would take so I would have a time frame to work with. This is also very important to me. I do not like leaving my dog at the groomer for extended period of time. Often at other places she sits in a cage for hours either before or after being groomed- not at Bones Bath and Beyond!! They got her in and out in a very timely manner.When I picked her up, her cut was perfect! They were able to avoid a scar on her ear and still give her a proper grooming! She is so soft and looks excellent!! Pebbles was so calm and so obviously happy.Everyone there was so friendly and told me how much they enjoyed having her there. It was clear they showed her so much love! This is priceless. There is nothing more important than knowing when you leave your baby that they will treat her as their own.I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be switching to Bones Bath and Beyond permanently. There is truly no comparison. I can’t say enough positive things about it there.Thank you so much to their amazing staff!! What a creative idea for a business! I can’t say enough positive things about Bones Bath and Beyond.They really did a stellar job grooming both of my dogs - my babies - and they provided, white-glove service with a personal touch!My dogs are usually so nervous to get groomed, especially when we have to cut their nails. But the groomers at Bones were very loving, gentle and patient - and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing and so relaxing for the customers and the pups!My dogs were calm, happy and treated so well and that gave me comfort and peace of mind that BBB treats my babies as I would.My whole family looks forward to visiting Bones, Bath and Beyond and we will definitely be back with our pups! I have a 60 pound Siberian husky Beau and have been to every dog groomer and vet out there that would take him. He is very energetic and hates staying still long enough to go to the groomers hence why I’ve been all over. Gustavo did an amazing job with him and was super patient even spent extra time with him to make sure he was calm enough to be bathed and groomed. The shampoo they used is amazing as he smelled great weeks after, even with daily walks and exercise. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!!

I bring my cat here to get groomed and absolutely love the service. The groomer is so professional and makes the cat look so clean. I would highly recommend bringing any of your animals to this grooming service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They always make you feel welcomed.

I recently started taking my puppy for doggy daycare to Bones, Bath, and Beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the care he is receiving. Angelina is wonderful with Hershey! She sends me updates, videos, and pictures throughout the day. Hershey is treated with a lot of love and care. I would highly recommend this place.

I recommend this place. Great friendly staff and atmosphere. Got dog groomed and was very impressed with the cut and polished finish. Prices are very reasonable. I tried the de-shedding treatment and its helped keep dog hair out of my living room sofa and off my clothes! I also like the self wash stations. Angelina and her staff are the best. All of them were so sweet and thoughtful. They welcomed our little 5 month old TeddyBear pup (Malshi mix) like it was their own. All staff members showed so much love. Our little guy was so happy at drop off and pick up. That means a lot because our first grooming experience in a New Hyde Park pup salon was not the best and so im grateful to find Bones Bath & Beyond so close to home - they have a new location in Woodbury. Its beautiful and bright.They did an excellent job in just 2 hours.Call them. You wont be disappointed.

I came with my friend to help bring her 3 dogs and was blown away at the level of service. At first, I thought it may smell like a musty dog kennel, but it smelled like a spa with those essential oils! It looks like a beauty salon and they even had soft music playing. We obviously needed some help with multiple dogs at reception and the staff were so nice. They helped us with the leashes when the dogs were getting tangled and carried two of the small dogs like little babies. When we picked them up, we were so impressed with the haircuts, how soft their coats felt and loved the fragrance of their shampoo. Tails were wagging and I could see other dogs getting groomed looked happy too. My friend has been back a second time since then and received the same treatment. They should call this place ABOVE and Beyond.

Seeing as though I improperly booked a grooming appointment at pet smart (5 days before Christmas) Bones bath & beyond was the only place available that let me come in the same day. The environment was very refreshing upon entering. The lobby was also festive with christmas cookies,coffee, pet accessories and chairs to sit. I was also able to personally meet the groomer and was asked specifically what I wanted for Franklin. I really appreciated the intimate environment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants a loving environment for their pet. Will definitely be returning.

As soon as we pull up He knows where he is and gets so happy when he sees Angelina. He’s groomed to perfection and comes out with his tail wagging in the cutest Bandanas, some of the Bandanas are even Holiday Themed depending on the time of year :) I would Absolutely recommend this place to anyone whose looking for a good groomer.

The facility is so clean and so welcoming. I also love that Bones, Bath and Beyond is creative. They have a place where you can take a great picture of your dog with an amazing background, every single thing you could want to buy to put under the tree for your precious pup and they even have salt lamps and diffusers and an atmosphere that breeds calm for any dogs who might be nervous when they first walk in the door. I cant wait to go back to Bones, Bath and Beyond!

Brought my dog Ponzi and this place was excellent! The owners are very attentive. . Very professional staff, a great cut and what a nice spa type of place. Priced right and they gave me special free spa treatment in December. My dog really felt comfortable there and he has not liked other places. This is what is priceless for me. I highly recommend. Try the de-shedding treatment , it really works . My dog shed less hair after that .

The groomers were extremely loving and caring to my girl Khloe. She loves coming to this spa location here in Merrick New York. They are very careful holding the animals while giving haircuts and baths, which I experience first hand . They only use the natural highest grade cleaning shampoos and conditioners compared to other grooming locations who cheap out and refill non brand name soaps into brand name bottles. I highly recommend this Grooming Spa location.

We have two dogs and it is always quite the experience when we have to take them to the Groomer (read: battle of wills and leashes); however, that has changed thanks to Bones Bath & Beyond. While the place is always clean and the staff friendly, you often wonder who/where you are trusting your dogs care, even for a short while. I know I do not have to wonder about them when they are at Bones/Bath because they are literally excited to go. I think my dogs finally feel pampered when theyre groomed there. The self wash stations are such a nice plus too after a morning adventure at the dog park (avoiding the mess they make when I try to bathe them at home). The staff even had recommendations and discussed the shampoos and products with me (they provide all the towels, shampoos, and scented sprays....even doggie toothbrushes). Definitely our new place!

We rate them 5(highest) . The environment is clean and each dog has their own waiting area. The groomers follow instructions! Thanks for your gentle care.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have three Mal-chi’s that can be a bit fiesty sometimes as we all know but they felt quite at home here. The staff are very knowledgeable and took such care of my boys. Very patient and handled each of their personalities well. The groomers love what they do and they are very good at it. I told them the look I wanted for them and they went above & beyond. Even little benben’s Mohawk. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

I have been disappointed the last two visits with the cuts I have asked for. Had to bring her back after picking her up for still long hair and they charged me. Still was not happy and had to go back again. Not sure Im going back.

After waiting for months to get an appointment and many different groomers, they took my Cream in the next day and the service was AMAZING. This is the only place I will take Cream and now will take my other 2 dogs. They are the best!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about bones bath & beyond! Our daisy was a mess. She’s was knotty and she was so scared. Angelina made her feel so comfortable which made me feel comfortable. Amazing work by friendly staff. Very clean facility as well. Appreciate the holding area for the pups being open stalls versus closed cages/ crates which I know my pup would be terrified of.

Beyond my expectations. My Mini Poodle Princess is very tough to groom because she doesn’t trust easily. So I’m always nervous take her places cause she gets so nervous . I was visiting in NY for Presidents week and couldn’t groom her at our regular place. This place really is like magic. It’s so welcoming when you walk in. They baby talked her, and got down on the floor with her to play and it worked. She was comfortable and they did such a good job. Little bows on head, flawless cut and did her nails and teeth. Pampered my princess !

This is the only place I take my pup now. He always looks great, the prices are competitive, and he always seems fine afterward. Can’t really ask for more.

Replying to your message- My mother used to be a customer when Kathy was the owner. My mother is a older woman that doesnt drive and I am her eyes and ears. We did not end up leaving our dog because our regular groomer was not there. We do not need a refund because we never left our dog, the girl at the desk also told me the prices had went up which I couldnt believe. To some it may only be $10 more, but we paid $55 with a coupon so its $20 more than what we usually pay.

New owners are wonderful . They truly care about each Pet and their owners . They are extremely accommodating amd kind to the dogs ,very patient ! love a coupon as we have 2 big dogs and its allot of work for tjem -they do a great Job !!

I brought my puppy there for wash and cut . they burnt her over her eyes . Her haircut was terrible, it was uneven her front paws will never touch ,the back door paws was cut on evenly. I’ve had my dog for six years worst haircut ever.

This place is a fraud! As a first time customer had very horrible experience and definitely DO NOT recommend this place. The price was given $80-$90 on the phone and in person as well then apparently changed according to the groomer. Prices should be posted and discussed when the owner brings their pets not what the groomer decides after the price has given. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND STAFF IS RUDE

In fact, he needs to take meds just to get him groomed.The place was neat, clean and modern and the owner (sorry don’t remember her name) was very accommodating.They took Charlie as soon as I walked in, as not to make him wait and get more anxious or nervous, and had him done sooner than expected. The entire staff was professional and friendly and Charlie looked AMAZING when he was done. They did his nails, brushed his teeth, cleaned his ears as well as groomed him to perfection.Many groomers on full size dogs tend to just shave your dog and and try to get them out of there fast as possible. Not Jenna. She took the time to look at his features and made my pup look as handsome as ever.I can assure you that I’ll be back and this will be the your pup’s groomer if you give them a try.I don’t write many reviews, so you can know that they had to have done an extraordinary job for me to take the time to write one. Maybe because I’ve had such bad experiences with other groomers and that my dog having a positive experience is important to me.If I could give them 5+ stars I would.Thanks again to the entire staff at Bones Bath & Beyond.Dave
