Dog Island Grooming

Was going there for a long time then Santiago bought the place. When I made my appointment I made it VERY clear that I need to stay because my dog is extremely nervous. They assured me it was not a problem. I get there and Santiago tries to sweet talk me for 10 minutes on how I do t have a nervous dog at all. When I finally make it clear that I’m not leaving he says that he can’t groom my dog. Information that could have been given on the phone rather than having me go there and this wanna be lothario try to sweet talk me. Never again.

Staff is very nice and Santiago does a wonderful job with Cali. She is always so soft and smells great after her “spa” time. Definitely recommend.
