I am not one to leave bad reviews but this place really upset my family. I have been using them for the past 9 years and we have had a couple of bad cuts but they were always decent. I took my 6 month old maltipoo there today and told the groomer I want him cut down a little and please not to short because last time they buzzed him completely down. I didn’t get a call 2 hours later so I called and they said another hour. I was a little confused. My dog is 7 pounds. I went to pick him up and they charged me $95 which made no sense to me but I didn’t really care. The lady brings my dog out from the back and he is completely shaved down to his skin. She told me he has a nick on his neck from where he was matted. I was already upset so I left. I just got home and my dog has at least 7 cuts around his body. He looks traumatized and won’t even go near my 7 year old daughter. He’s sitting down and won’t even look up. This is completely unacceptable. Do not take you loved pets there. There is no excuse for service like this.

My partner and I love going here! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and if they happen to not know something, they are more than happy to point you in a possible direction or look into it and get back to you. Their supplies and classes are mostly geared towards canines. However, they do have a smaller section for felines. Dont let that fool you! We have gotten so many great supplies either on the shelf or ordered for us. Nulo has been our go-to food brand for our senior cat, and he loves it! They even work with a local shelter called Pawsabilities, where they bring in some of their adoptable puppy pals on Sundays during some training classes! Fantastic staff, clean environment, and great resources. An overall, win win for canine and feline owners.

Love this store! They carry foods and treats that are good for your pets. The staff are all helpful and friendly and I cant say enough good things about the groomer Katarina. She does beautiful work! I also strongly believe in supporting small local businesses, this place makes it easy!

Words cant describe what an amazing staff that they have. They are the most welcoming pet loving community. I have ever come across. They are so knowledgeable about all their products. And grooming, everybody is so hands-on. My son brings his service dog to them.Truly gifted Group of people🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺

So disappointed!!! I had been going here for about a year . Three months ago I had a bath and cut and it cost me 65.00$. I just went this past week and I went to pay and they told me 95.00$ !!!! I was furious and they told me management raised the prices without informing me first before I left my dog!!! That’s not the worst of it for two days later my dog had nothing but diarrhea and she keeps scratching herself !!!!I will NEVER go back to this place !!!!! It is horrible!!!! BEWARE !!!

Michelle the groomer is awesome. I ended up having to pay a little more for a groom because its been over 3 months and my dog got matted but she explained the price goes down the better the condition I bring him in. She was very honest and upfront with me which I havent seen from most other places.

Puppy class is EXCELLENT!The instructors- Kristin & Linda are extremely patient & knowledgeable. The price, quality & discipline keep the classes packed! Best decision you can make for your fur-babies

Both my dog and I love coming here. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really are animal people and I feel they only carry the foods, treats, toys, and products that they, themselves would only use for their pets. Have had my dog groomed here a hand full of times never having any issues. I also really appreciate the fair they had back in October bringing in vendors and creating a pet friendly atmosphere. We also attend the dog training class here which is very affordable and a great way to expose the dogs to other dogs and people safely and in a controlled environment. I recommend it to everyone who stops us when we are out because people can’t believe how well behaved and friendly he is.

This place has high quality products for your furry family members. My dogs collar is about 4 years old now and I havent had to replace it because it still looks great and it has a metal clasp. Their employees are knowledgable and they carry a variety of products for special diet needs. A business dedicated to making our beloved animals as healthy & happy as can be.

They have dog training classes. The best part is you pay one fee, with that you get life time help with your dog. They also carry the best products for your furry companions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!/////////// Hello! I just wanted to add that this business also gives discounts to Veterans, Service Men and Women. First Responders, Fire fighters and Police Officers They use to have a Mobile Pet Clinic that would park out in front so you can stay up to date with your 4 legged Family member. However, I am not totally sure if it still comes so you might want to call and check. If you do not see your Best Friends favorite food. They will order it for you and give you a jingle when it arrives. Also, they have grooming services. Drop your friend off and either wait, go shopping or go home and wait. Just a little personal note! In these uncertain times we must show our support and appreciation for these neighborhood businesses. Our elected officials are letting them down (Cuomo) let us as citizens show that we care about our community. I am sure that you will be just as happy about the service as I am.

This neighborhood pet store has almost all what pet needs. Excellent choices of products and very knowledgeable staff. Very organized store and easy to navigate. They also have grooming and special Tuesday discount for grooming. I cant say enough good things about management. Kudos.

Ive had many issues over the years and once again another issue happened and the manager was more than rude. Yes she apologized and ofcourse I was upset. I was pretty much made to feel like a worthless customer. Not worth my trouble. In the past the groomer they had gave my dog a terrible haircut. The manager brought up how I missed an appointment in the past and I tried explaining thats the issue. Her staff does not properly document things. i called to cancel that time and it wasnt written down. I called last night to change my appointment and once again it wasnt written down and I was offered a different day. The issue is there is more issues than not and after the rudeness of this manager im definitely not a satisfied customer.

My dog hasnt stopped itching since we took him a couple of weeks ago for grooming and they took off his flea collar and didnt put it back on..we had just purchased it. When I called to see if they had it, they showed me some that were not it. We had to buy another one that cost about $50. I wont be returning.

Grooming hurt dog, (1/17/22). Will never go here again, stopped by because I was in the area. You could hear the poor thing scared, the her yell at the dog, and the dog cry out in pain. They had no stock on supplies. And the workers are oblivious to what is happening, what they carry, etc. I used to work at a pet store, and know dogs make noise during grooming.... that was not ok noise.

Compassionate sweet staff. They know their stuff and are always willing to help. They have the best products and will order for you if they are out of stock. I cant say enough nice things about this store. :)

Nice people. Great selection in store. Just got my dog bathed, nails clipped and ears clean with the $20 special. Very satisfied.

There was dog poo on the floor which was not cleaned after mentioned, the teen employees were too busy playing with their phones. Limited but decent selection.

Very good local pet store, warehouse/online prices can be found here for all of your pets food, snacks, and toys. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Shop local, youll be glad you did!

I dont want to hurt a business or waste anyones time. I would like to more as a public service announcement not have anyones pup go through what mine did. I wanted my shaggy long haired golden doodle to go in for dematting and a groom, we specified that we didnt want him shaved down at all. When we went back to pick him up, poor thing was shaved to the bone. When we got home, poor little guy couldnt sit, his butt was all cut up and red. Management is refunding the cut, and have called a few times to appologize. They should step up operations and be more in control of their staff training / hiring. A heavily tattooed blonde butchered my pup, i advise anyone getting their pups groomed by her to think twice.

At the establishment since 10. First employee showed for 10:29. Walked in and locked the door behind herself to then let people in once she unlocked the door at 10:32. Not to mention the lady had a massive attitude as if she’d been waiting outside for the establishment to open for 30 minutes. The hours say 10-7 so not sure why I arrived before an employee but best of luck on your trips here!

Yesterday we took in our German Shepherd Layla she came out beautiful Kat is a excellent groomer most important Layla loves Kat and David was excellent also

The store itself is okay but theres always employees sitting on the counter just not doing much of anything, but at least they have good products.

This is my reason for 5 star. Kristen Papile. We buy food, toys, supplies from All Island because of her. The Canine Training classes are phenomenal. Our Gabriel (male) loves her too. ❤

They do grooming and training here as well.Also all different types of events for Holidays that they post on there Facebook pages. You can get some really photo !!
