Lakeside Pet Lounge

Lakeside Lounge is the best! We bring our dog there a couple times a week to play. She is always met with love and excitement to see her. She always comes home happy and exhausted from playing. We board her at Lakeside Lounge anytime we leave town. They have fantastic groomers that are able to do a beautiful job on her, despite her intense fear of water and having her nails clipped. Our dog is like a child to us. I totally trust that she is in the best hands at Lakeside Lounge. Lia and Fran go out of their way to be there for her and for us. Our dogs home away from home. She’s always excited to be there. Thank you, Lakeside Lounge! We’re so grateful for you.

Lea is absolutely amazing, I can not say enough great things about her customer service and the way she cared for my cat. My Himalayan was neglected while I was away and needed a lot of TLC and that’s exactly what Lea and her team provided. Not only did she take wonderful care of her she kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Look no further then Lakeside Pet Lounge for your dog or cats needs and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for taking such good care of my fur baby (Truffles)! Our Boston Terrier absolutely loves doggie daycare at Lakeside Pet Lounge in Monroe! He’s always super excited to go play with his dog friends and comes home a happy tired pup. Everyone I’ve interacted with there is super friendly and welcoming and you can tell how much they really love dogs.

Noah (2 years) and Capone Dillinger (9 months) come home from Lakeside as happy as they did when they left. Both dogs are high energy but come home exhausted from all the playtime they get at Lakeside. Their grooming services are great and the boys always come home smelling good, nails trimmed and ears clean. Lakeside accommodates needs specific to each dog as well. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule.I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who needs a safe environment for their dog(s) where they get lots of playtime and attention.

We had a great experience with Lia and the staff at Lakeside Pet Lounge. We boarded our dog for the first time and were super nervous, but everything went great. Lia really worked to get to know our dogs specific needs and integrate her with the other dogs. The indoor/outdoor kennel space they have is awesome too. Our dog came home happy and healthy!

My puppy spent a few days at the pet lounge daycare while some home repairs were being done. When blaze got home it was nap time so I know he was having a blast at daycare. Will definitely be doing more daycare days and I definitely feel safe having my puppy stay overnight as well. Thank you lakeside pet lounge for taking such good care of my baby boy!

Lakeside Pet Lounge is the best thing I could have done for my puppy! We were leaving my Yorkie for vacation for the first time and we were nervous cause he was only 5 months old and barely 3 pounds. He also hadn’t been around other dogs yet. But after looking at the website, visiting and talking with the owner we felt confident that he was gonna be just fine there and get lots of love and care. While we were gone she sent us lots of videos and updates on him and he was having the time of his little life making friends and playing with all the other puppies.They were all way bigger than him but that didn’t matter to him, he made friends with them and the owner made sure he was safe and with dogs he felt comfortable with. We’re definitely bringing him back for daycare every now and then so he can catch up with his friends and keep socializing. If you’re looking for a place to trust with your puppy while you’re gone, this is it.

What a godsend Lakeside is. I wanted to give my dog, Moira, a place to socialize with other dogs. Her having some anxiety and neophobia, I was nervous about the experience. It didnt take her long at all to warm up to Lia, her entire staff, and all the pups there. I occasionally get videos of her having so much fun. She now wags her tail as we approach Lakeside and cant wait to get her day started.Flexible, professional, affordable, and just all-around a perfect experience. Ive been using them for about 1 year. I currently bring Moira there 1-3x a week for daycare and they will be my first choice when I eventually need overnight boarding.

I don’t like leaving my comfy home but when my parents go on vacation, they take me here. I love this place. When they drop me off I don’t look back, I’m here to play. I always make new friends and my stay is never long enough. Clean, cozy, friendly, unbeatable price per night. Even last minute they can get me in.. I can not say enough good things about this place! My two dogs are very shy around strangers and need patient and loving people, and lakeside has it! My two did a daycare trial first to adjust to the environment and then a 3 day board. I received video and written updates throughout the weekend! My one dog unfortunately got spooked and nipped, and the owner was incredibly understanding and patient with him. I am very protective of my fur babies and was always fearful of leaving them somewhere because I know they aren’t the “loves people instantly” type, but lakeside lounge took amazing care of them and I am so grateful for the owner and staff! I highly recommend!

My 2 frenchies First time and wont be my last. They respond back to my text messages pretty quick whenever i asked about my dogs. They sent me videos of them while i was on vacation. Very friendly places. Highly recommend. Price is reasonable compare to other places.

Lia and staff were absolutely amazing to my two giant dogs. I’m a helicopter dog parent and my biggest concern is the safety/health of my dogs! Lia and her team did a wonderful job taking care of both girls and gave them the space they needed, while ensuring they were safe the entire time I was away. It was amazing to see the updates of both my fur babies thriving while in boarding. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were in great hands and that’s the most important thing any dog owner could ask for. So a huge thank you to Lia and her team on providing such amazing care to not only my dogs, but so many animals in our community!!!

Made a visit just to feel out the atmosphere and see the facility. Im very impressed. Warm welcome by Lia. Clean and well organized. Cozy and pleasant. Im in!! My dog should definitely be happy!!

Lia and her staff are PHENOMENAL. Coco stayed at Lakeside for close to three weeks and he couldnt be happier. Right from the start, the intake process was seamless. We were able to do a tour and meet the staff at BOTH faciliyies. We saw where the dogs were kept and taken care of. Lia and her staff are so accessible via Whatsapp- they gave me daily updates with pictures and videos.Here is my review written on Facebook when I returned from my trip:I recommend this facility 💯 %- the one in Monroe and New Hampton are PHENOMENAL. Our pocket bully was cared for daily, they took the time to acclimate him and shared videos of his daily activity. They are caring, understanding, patient, and detail oriented. They DO NOT skip a beat and you can truly tell that the staff that work in both facilities truly care about animals. My dog was happy even when he was away from his family. The owner Lia, is timely and she responds to your questions and concerns. No question is too small or annoying. We have found our Coco his DayCare/Spa family. He’s vacationing from us and living his best time life when he’s in their care! I highly recommend them- this was his first time away from us and I didn’t worry one bit because the staff and owner are so knowledgeable. Thank you a million times for caring for my baby!!!

I highly recommend Lakeside Pet Lounge! Lia and her staff take exceptional care of our dogs, giving them personalized attention and sending regular updates and photos. The facility is well-maintained with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for the animals to enjoy. I feel at ease knowing that my dogs are in the hands of a professional and experienced team.

Highly recommend!! I boarded both my cat and dog for 2 weeks, not many kennels board cats and especially not feisty ones like my boy Ludo and nervous pups like Ziggy. Lia and the rest of the staff gave me complete reassure and many different options on boarding and such. Kept in contact with pics and videos and any concerns they had and responding quickly to my texts.Thank you all for everything and look forwarding to boarding again!!!

Have used Lakeside Pet Lounge probably 20 times and am always impressed with how well Lia runs her business. My golden LOVES this place. They are organized, professional, clean, friendly. Cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic boarding services.

Our husky, Sky, goes here 3 times a week. He absolutely loves this place. Comes home tired and well taken care of. It’s obvious he gets a lot of love and enjoys his time very much. The owner, Lia, is very accommodating and always works with our schedule. There is no other place in the area that is as well priced and as convenient for busy parents. Most importantly, I feel very safe and comfortable trusting my baby with this team. Lia is experienced and knows how to handle large dogs

Super conveniently located in town. Excellent communication with staff. My dog (Buddy) always has a great time and I know he’s safe. Hours for drop off and pick up fit perfectly to our schedule.

My furbabies had the greatest time while we were away for 2 weeks of vacation. I know they’re in great hands when they come here for daycare and boarding needs. I received pictures, videos, and updates while on vacation, which I was grateful for. I will definitely continue to bring my furbabies here for daycare and future boarding needs. They are loved and well cared for when they come here and it shows.

My dog, Annabelle, has been going to daycare at Lakeside Pet Lounge for over a year now. As an Aussiedoodle, she is full of energy. But after a few hours of playtime there, she always gets in the car ready for a nap! Importantly, Lakesides staff are all patient and kind, even with a wild child like mine! I highly recommend checking out Lakeside Pet Lounge!

I brought my 12.5 yo special needs girl for 2 nights of boarding for the first time. Lia was very responsive to my questions and concerns before I left my girl there. My girl was well taken care of. Socialized with another gentle dog. Was given space in the yard to roam (something she cannot do safely in NYC. Lia seemed to know exactly how to manage my girls time there. I will definitely send her there in the future for boarding. And Lia sent a video and photos to show how well my girl was settling in for her stay.

I took my 10 month old Sheperd mix (Ebony) here for daycare and she had an amazing time! The owner is fantastic, she is really great with dogs and Ebony loved her. The staff are excellent and took great care of my pup while I was out and about for the day, I could tell the minute I walked in to drop her off that she was in good hands. It felt really great not to have to worry about Ebony while I was at a job interview for the day. Ebony had a great time playing and running around, and when we got home she was so tired out she slept for hours. If you live in or around Orange County, I would highly recommend bringing your fur baby here for daycare (or boarding). I was nervous about picking the right daycare because my pup is very sensitive and has a bit of separation anxiety, but I definitely made the right choice.

I can only tell you that Lakeside Pet Lounge was God sent. I was at the verge of giving up my 6 month rescue German Shepard Selah who was extremely high strung when my orthopedic doctor referred me to Liaand her doggie daycare. The doctor told me that Lakeside had greatly helped her rescue Stallion’s temperament. The very first day Selah spent there I noticed a marked improvement of her behavior. I can not thank Lia and her staff at Lakeside Pet Lounge enough for the loving care they have provided to my family. They have been such a blessing to Selah, Mylo and myself. There service is exceptional!

My puppy Ranger started going here when he was about 7 months old. He goes every day and he was the best time with his friends. The owner, Lia, is amazing with the dogs and is so great at communicating. Ranger comes home happy and tired everyday and just saying to him the word “school” gets him all excited. The price is unbeatable as well. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

My cat Hashy Brown loves going to Kitty Camp when Im out of town. I know hes in good hands and I can enjoy my time away because they send me pictures & videos. This is an actual customer photo they sent me while I was in Mexico. I love how much they care for my boy & hes always happy to go back. These ladies are the best!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Pet Lounge!!! Lia was so amazing with our cat Leo and treated him like her own. He had an extended stay with her while we moved into our new home and it went much longer than expected. This was stressful for us but Lia was flexible and made it sooo easy for us knowing our boy was safe with her. You can tell she truly cares and kept us posted on his stay the whole time. Highly recommend Lia to anyone and her amazing business!

My pups always return home happy and exhausted. They are very well cared for during their daycare playdates as well as when they are boarded while we are away. Lia frequently shares with us pics or videos of our fur babies having fun. Weve also used the grooming services and havent been disappointed

I am so grateful to have them, Tucker and Bandit absolutely love going there. I feel safe to bring my boys and couldnt be more happier knowing that they are happy.

Brought my Australian shepherd and Jack Russell to get groomed and they looked great. My pups smelled good for over a week! Never have I ever! Their prices are very good. I highly recommend.

Our dog Shiloh is a beagle husky mix with crazy energy! Lia and Luca do an excellent job of tiring her out - something I thought was impossible! While I’m at work or on vacation I know she is in good hands. They send video updates throughout the day and are accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend them!

Rosie loves going to Lakeside! The owner and staff are great and super flexible. Our 1 1/2 year old Golden is super hyper but one day at this place and she is completely pooped out by night time. Great for daily daycare or boarding when taking vacations.

My dog hasnt been around much dogs while growing up, plus this was my first time leaving him at a boarding place, but he seemed to love it!! Lia sends you a bunch of cute videos and pictures of your dog too so that really helps with all the angsty feelings of how they are... not to mention the prices are so affordable... definitely coming back!

Have had absolutely no issues, they are extremely accommodating, fair priced, and friendly. My pup always has a good time and you can tell they care about the animals. Bring him multiple times a week for day care and have had him boarded before and have nothing but good things to say!

We boarded our dog Owen for 10 days at Lakeside Pet Lounge. Lia was fantastic and texted us pictures and kept in touch the whole time. We will def be using Lakeside again the next time we go on vacation.

Left my dog Libra there for a week and she came back happy as ever. Lia the owner is amazing and very accommodating. Everything was explained in detail prior to our arrival. Highly recommended!

HEADS UP TO OTHER FORGOTTEN PETS OF LAKESIDE:If your pet was present at the New Hampton facility on or around October 9 2024 ... please be on the look out for kennel cough symptoms! Symptoms can take awhile to present themselves but when they do ... seek medical attentionLakeside Pet Lounge you continue to disappoint and deflect! Bottom line, I expected a simple apology for the lack of communication to this oversight. However, you have made numerous excuses as to why you did not communicate the potential exspoure. You make a point to reference our Vet, why? When Hazel presented her symptoms and a discussion of her recent whereabouts is had isnt it appropriate to say YES she has visited a doggie day care recently? YES sadly my Vet is aware of your facilities due to other cases related to health issues that have come out of your facilities, whether in August or October myself and others were NOT made aware. Why wouldnt my trusted Vet make us aware of what they know?! You also make a point to reference our nervousness with bringing her there or how she became overstimulated, why? What does that have to do with the FACT that you admit to not documenting her attendance? In case you forgot, Her 2nd to last visit was September 24, as per your recommendations regarding being over stimulated we were encouraged to NOT bring her as frequently. Also, encouraged to come back unannounced on a walk in basis. We followed that exact recommendation, returned on October 9 2024 and when I made you aware of her illness via text October 18 2024 you so arrogantly replied and admitted she was not documented as being present during the potential outbreak time frame! You went on and on reminding me of your vast experiences etc etc but really I only wanted to receive an apology and some comapsion for what we have endured. I am sure you have the MONEY I paid for the services that day!? I wonder how many others are not documented and did not get the heads up!Your facilities name has a bad reputation based off previous and now current health related issues and your continued lack of proper communication. You clearly have not learned from your previous mistakes ... You say going fwd you will do better, I sincerely hope so for all who will continue to attend your facility. We most definitely will not return, I doubt you will even notice her absence as you did not notice her presence.Your obvious tactic of trying to bury my bad review on FB and on Google further confirms my opinion of you. Again, a simple apology or a GENUINE acknowledgment of fault without excuses is what I expected. I made the owner aware and sadly received an unkind response.Clearly she is upset about the bad reputation with regards to health related issues within the facilities, blaming local Vet offices for HER bad behavior and lack of communication is simply deflecting from the actual issue. Parents should take a moment to think .... how has this bad reputation come to be?! Bad reputations dont just fall from the sky! Medical professionals do not just go after anyone unless there is reason!

I bring my dog here weekly, to get him ready for our summer vacation stay. He is always happy when I pick up. He get a lot of playtime and rest time.

Truly can’t express my appreciation and love for this place enough! Lia and the team are such amazing people. My belley has been going here since 2021 when she was a puppy. Lia and her team have always gone above and beyond to take care of her. From early drop offs, late late pick ups and filling me in when something seems different with Belle. We will be moving from this area in a week, and I am heartbroken Belle won’t have this place anymore. Don’t think twice about bringing your baby here, I can assure they are in the BEST hands. ❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. Keep dogs out in sub zero temperatures, rain,heat ect. They dont love dogs, they love $

I have just started taking my dogs, Rudy and Noodle, to Lakeside Pet Lounge. This is after almost a year of looking for a quality daycare. I have found Lia and staff members to be friendly, professional and wonderful with my dogs. I know I can leave them for the day and they will be happy and very well taken care of. They are exhausted at day’s end and Lia sends me videos throughout the day of them running, exercising and playing with the other daycare dogs. They have a large play yard and the inside area is very clean and so nicely decorated! I can’t say enough positive things about Lakeside and feel very fortunate to have found them!! I highly recommend Lakeside to anyone looking for doggy daycare or boarding! You will not be disappointed!

We have taken our 2 dogs to Lakeside twice, each time for roughly a 3 day stay. The staff there are Lakeside have been unbelievably great. They know a lot about dogs and truly try to provide a good stay. Our 2 dogs come home well adjusted instead of being out of sorts as they were with other locations. Thank you to all the staff at Lakeside for being so caring. Our 2 dogs are family members to us and the Lakeside staff treats them like family.

Absolutely adore this place and those who volunteer and work there. Everyone is nice and accommodating to my long work hours. I’m happy that my pup is happy and always excited to see her friends when she gets there. 10/10 Recommend!

The lakeside pet lounge is fabulous. Leah and her staff were wonderful for my pet Lola. When I picked Lola up, Leahs team had groomed her a bit and I did not expect that. That was extremely nice to be given that service. I highly recommend lakeside pet lounge for daycare, overnight care, grooming, and anything else.

Small place, our puppy got bit bad by another dog and they didnt even bother to tell us. Not worth it

Quick and friendly spot to bring your pets to play. Very good results from a stay for my dogs, all seemed to be very happy and tired after their boarding. They had a whole room to themselves for their stay overnight too

I’ve been taking my mini bernedoodle there for doggie daycare for almost a year now due to its convenient location close to my job. Lia and her staff do a wonderful job as my dog sleeps the entire 45 min ride home after a day of fun! Highly recommend lake side pet lounge!

Noah and Capone Dillinger love going to puppy camp at Lakeside Pet Lounge. They get loved on and fussed over and come home clean smelling good and exhausted. They run play and chill. The staff make each dogs needs a top priority on their list. I really appreciate how theyve worked with me through some difficult timing situations. I absolutely recommend Lakeside to anyone who wants a safe loving environment for boarding their four legged family members. Thanks for all you do Lakeside!!!

Lakeside Pet Lounge is the absolute best place to leave your pet. My dog, Cooper, has been going there since he was a puppy. I just love how Lia and her team adore him! He is always so happy to walk in, and has so many friends there from both day care and boarding! Everyone there is responsive and attentive to all needs. Could not recommend a place more… And if Cooper could talk, I’m sure he would say the same!

First time boarder and I was super nervous and anxious, especially since one of my pups isnt too dog friendly. They sent me pics and videos, and socialized my babies and I couldnt have been happier. I highly recommend them and will use them again!!

SO hard to find boarding for cats who need to be medicated. Lia is wonderful - very responsive for check-ins from nervous pet moms and makes you feel comfortable leaving your fur babies in her care. Tinkerbell had a great stay at kitty camp. 😸

Great atmosphere definitely not your usual upscale daycare. Just because they charge you less doesnt mean it takes any attention away from your pet.
