Hoochie Poochie Mobile Grooming

Honestly, the best bath my dog has ever gotten and I regret not grooming him sooner with Hoochie Poochie. Michelle is super kind and patient and tended to my dogs needs. I was extremely happy with the results of his nail trim and the cleaning of his ears. The best part of all is the Bow and the cleanliness of his fur. Thank you so much Hoochie Poochie for your services.

We have used Hoochie Poochie for at least the past two years and faithfully had our dogs groomed every 6 weeks. The appointments had a arrival window of a hour early to a hour later for arrival from your appointment time. We had a few times where they canceled due to emergencies and we didn’t mind. This last time they just never showed at the end of March. I had reached out to them and still have yet to receive response back til this day. I am very upset they would ghost a client. I would definitely not recommend because that is very unprofessional.

They do great work here. The biggest issue I have with this mobile grooming service is they take days before they respond to your text message or phone call to book an appointment. If they had a better communication system I would have given them five stars. And one other thing I noticed that’s a problem for me is that this mobile grooming service happens to service all the dogs in my cul de sac so it seems that they make my appointments based on the days when they have appointments for the other dogs in my area, which is another problem for me. If I have somewhere to go and I need my dog groomed on a certain day I should not have to wait for the entire neighborhood to be scheduled as well to receive service. But other than that my Maltese looked bright and clean after her bath and cut. Michelle does excellent work and she’s really professional and polite as well. When they upgrade their contacting methods I’ll start referring their service to my friends.

I only have good things to say about this mobile pet grooming service so far. Ive used their services three times and all three times they had great communication, timely, exceptional quality cleaning for my dog and theyre all just really nice people!Most important to me was the extra care they gave to my senior lab-mix. Truly means the world to me. Thank you!

I have no words to express how pleased I am with their service. Michelle did an awesome job with my 11 months rottweiler. From the start to the end she took care of my baby like it was her own. I recommend Hoochie Poochie to anyone that want their pets to be treated like a King/Queen. Thank you so much!!!

Melissa and Michelle from Hoochie Poochie are amazing at what they do!!!I got extremely lucky as they had a last minute cancellation. Unfortunately like any great local pet groomer, they have a waiting list, or they’re booked out weeks ahead of time. I understand how frustrating it is, but Hoochie Poochie is worth the wait and follow up. More importantly our pets are worth it.Some negative reviews here about their responsiveness. Ignore them, call the business number, leave a message, and they’ll get back to you. Some people have no patience, but I can say not Hoochie Poochie!They were able to get Willow in for a bath, nail clip, ear cleaning. This is my first time using their service Hoochie Poochie comes to you, working out of a state of the art grooming trailer. You bring out your fur baby, and they take care of everything from there. This is such a value, and a time saver! I have to say going to the vet these days is nerve wrecking. Most make you wait outside in your car. If you’re like me, you’re protective of your pets, and treat them better than most relative. The fact that Hoochie Poochie parks right in front of your house, and they stay in constant contact with you, is what sold me 100%. They go above and beyond with their furry clients!!!I will definitely continue to use Hoochie Poochie for Willow’s future grooming needs. Extremely professional. I highly recommend them!

Not enough stars in the sky to rate this review! They did an absolutely amazing, tremendous job on my Samoyed, Rosie - who, I might add hasnt been groomed since February, before the pandemic; and who only just turned a year old this last Sunday...she looks absolutely beautiful! Would absolutely recommend! Thank you so, so much!!

From Beast to Beauty!These two groomers were unbelievable in taking care of our beast Loki, a Goldendoodle who had NEVER been groomed except by me in his 10 months! He went from being a mangy, dirty, matted boy to a handsome devil! I believe his haircut and the care and attention these girls gave him made him start to become more well behaved and almost civilized! They truly love their jobs and the dogs they take care of. You and your dog will not be sorry if you give them a chance!

I have been using their grooming services for close to a year now. Initially, they did a beautiful job on my dog; however, more recently, attention to details lacked considerably. I’ve asked over & over again to have a monthly schedule set for Brea...but to no avail. I’ve texted them to inquire about an appointment and I either get no response or promises they’ll get back to me. Again, no response. It is so frustrating working with these girls. Although, they are very sweet and competent when they chose to be, their business practices need serious attention. I guess customer service doesn’t mean much; hence, their prices exceed any competitors. I never mind paying for a service if it’s done well. I am extremely disappointed. I can see that other reviews are similar to mine. Sad!UPDATE: I received a very nice text from them. I responded with an attempt to schedule an appointment. Nothing back from them AGAIN! There is absolutely no excuse for this unprofessionalism. I’m done & will not refer them or give a commendable review.

Very good mobile groomer serving the lower Hudson valley. They seem like nice people who know what they’re doing, but it is easy at times to feel a little “lost in the crowd” especially as they have grown a lot.I have an energetic pit rescue (typical lap puddle crossed with klutzy cow) - he loves to run outside and roll around in poop, he loves to find the neighborhood’s stinkiest skunk to harass, and THEN he loves to jump on my lap and grin from ear to ear. I swear he does it all on purpose.Cue Hoochie Poochie, to the rescue! This small business is run by the loveliest couple who clearly OOZE a love for dogs (they groom cats too). Wish I caught a pic of their snazzy Mobile grooming van! My dog didn’t want them to leave when they dropped him off, he kept running back to them and throwing glances back at me as if to say “can I keep them Mom?” HahaThanks for making my 70-lb. hunk of pooskunk shiny and smelling fresh, trimming his nails, cleaning his ears and handling his glands, too! Hoochie Poochie is the best!!

Have never been there before, but im sure its lovely! However I would like to leave a review about whoever was driving one of your vans today. I merged onto the exit ramp in goshen and started to pass the van (which was in the right lane on the highway) because they were doing 50 on a 65 and it’s a longer exit ramp. The van didnt see me starting to pass and tried to merge into me. He then caught himself and didnt hit me, so I got a little scared as he swerved a bit so I sped past him to avoid any accidents. He then proceeded to hold up his middle finger for a solid 5 seconds wagging his hand at me in my mirror. Just wanted to say Ya’ll need to work on ur anger management! Lol

Not sure what to rate them!! They haven’t returned my email or text! Too bad because I live just down the street from them. You would think that a company would want to grow their business in this difficult time with covid. Many reviews says how nice these people are... doesn’t do any good if they don’t even return your calls! Time to look elsewhere I guess!

Well I’ve met them and they’re very nice. Except I can’t review their dog grooming services as they won’t even call back after leaving messages for the last few weeks. I could totally understand being busy as many ppl prefer a mobile groomer. To not even return a phone call tho??
