It was my dog’s first time in daycare and the staff took good care of him. This was a last minute reservation literally booked at 1AM. Dave from the main office promptly called at 8AM and facilitated my completion of the process. I was able to drop my dog off by 9:30 and Pedro helped eased my pup’s first day jitters. The place is clean and well-kept. Glad I had this option today.

My puppy went in a little shaggy and I asked to go short but do not buzz her. They said it would only take an hour maybe an hour half. I called 2 hours later and they said she was ready. RED FLAG. I picked her up and she looked like a completely different dog in a horrific way. They not only buzzed her, but it was utterly UNEVEN EVERYWHERE. From her paws to the top of her head. They said they do free touch ups but for the life of me I would never take them up on it because then she would look practically skinned. It felt as if they rushed grooming her as she still had LONG hairs still on her. You buzz her and didn’t bother to fully blow dry off all of the shaved hair. Its so hard to see her look like this and come to terms with the fact it was nearly $200. If you dont understand how to cut a dogs hair then simply dont. To them, its just a dog and her hair will grow back, but if that was the case then I would have buzzed her at home!! Save yourself the heartache and do NOT come here for a grooming. Maybe for dog daycare but DO NOT GET THE GROOMING. BEYOND OVERPRICED AND DONE WITH NO CARE. only up side is that she smells good.

Biscuits & Bath is the Marriott Marquis/Waldorf Astoria equivalent for dogs. Large, small and puppy-sized dogs are all handled separately in order to provide for the best stress-free experience for your canine companion. Each of the play tracks are attended full-time by one of the friendly and knowledgeable staff members who devote their full attention to making sure that your dog socializes fully as well as safely. Various professional services are also available on-site, and these include a Veterinarian Practice, a Groomer, and a Professional Trainer. In addition to the doggie daycare part of the service, your dog can also be walked or even boarded overnight, all for a small additional fee. Biscuits & Bath personnel have many years of dog-handling experience, and they use that knowledge to ensure that your pet is always safe and feels loved. Each dogs unique temperament and behavior is carefully assessed in order to provide the best mix of personalities in the play track at any one time, further ensuring the optimal experience for your Best Friend! Biscuits & Bath has multiple locations throughout NYC. Just Google them! They would love to meet your dog...and you too!

We had a horrible experience with doggy daycare at Biscuits & Bath - Fidi. We asked for two walks and they did not walk our dog once. Its really important to note that Biscuits & Bath does NOT take the dogs outside at all for 8+ hours. They have the dogs go to the bathroom inside, the same place they are playing and resting. Daycare without any outside walks is $68 before taxes, which is already above market for full day doggy daycare. I would never send my dog here again and would recommending staying clear of this place.

Love this place, when visiting NYC for work Chewy stays with them during the day doggy day care . The staff is always super friendly, I have even walked by randomly during the day to see staff playing with him or just lounging out with him. End of each day he is happy and exhausted. Highly recommended.

You can tell a lot about a Doggy Daycare by how your dog reacts when he knows youre on your way, and my guy is bursting with happiness whenever he sees B&B or his walkers in their blue shirts. If that was not persuasive enough, the staff are super friendly and enthusiastic, responsive, communicative, and so flexible and accommodating. Even though there are other daycares closer to me, I still take my guy here because I trust the staff so much and my dog loves them so much. Highly recommend!

We love this place! The prices are a little on the higher end, even for NYC, but the services we have received have always been of top-notch quality and you cant beat the convenience of an all-in-one spot for your pup. The staff is very friendly and have always tried to go above and beyond to assist us. They will even communicate with us over texts to schedule daycare or grooming sessions and answer our questions. And the vets will call us up after check-ups to personally let us know how it all went and if there are any steps to take, answer our questions, and give us suggestions, rather than just sending us a written note. Plus, the fact that our doggo can get vet, daycare, grooming, and training services all in one place has been a big plus, as the whole ecosystem they have can be tailored to our dog with his needs and schedule; and we get to keep up with our dogs needs from one centralized place, as well. And most importantly - our dog seems to love it there, too! When he realizes hes on his way to daycare there, he gets excited and tries to get us there as fast as our legs will let us. Will definitely continue to use this location.

I’ve taken my corgi here about 3 times to be groomed. First two experiences where not overwhelmingly positive but the cut was fine and my dog was happy. This time will be my last time taking her to B&B for grooming. I brought her in 10 minutes early (9:50am) and they texted me less than 45 minutes later that she would be ready in 15 minutes. I was confused because I didn’t understand how one groomer could do a bath, nail trim, de-shedding, teeth brushing, ear cleaning AND a full haircut in less than an hour. When I got there, I was disappointed even more. The pictures here clearly show that B&B don’t have high standards for what a $200 haircut should be. It’s choppy all over, not to mention the awful looking hole in her back. I can understand getting rushed and I don’t blame the groomer but this is a corgi with a double coat- not only will the cut/deshedding in that area not grow back well but it also looks ridiculous. On top of that, some of her nails were cut too short as the wick is exposed. Sorry to say that I won’t be giving them another chance.12/2/23 Edit: Nearly 3 months after my original post, I am adding this edit to say that my corgis fur did in fact grow back terribly. The third picture of her was taken today and you can see how the ridge of her back and the hole near her butt is still wonky. Even worse, all of that fur is now very coarse. If I could give a zero star I would.

This is home away from home for my pup! Luna is very nervous in new environments but she adores her pals at B&B FiDi. The staff make her so comfortable and show her so much love that she pulls to get there and last time my 50 lb dog visited, she had to be carried out because she didnt want to leave. I would be offended except I am too busy being so happy knowing that my pup is living her best life when I am out of town. Thanks B&B!!!

I travel full-time with my dog in tow, so I had him with me when I went to NYC. Walking the streets and viewing the city with him on leash was fun and NYC is reasonably accommodating to people with pets. But I had a boat cruise planned and so I needed a safe place to keep him while I was doing that. These guys let me book very last minute on a Sunday, and they did it with a smile! Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Julie helped me get all set up and made it super easy to do it all remotely. You guys made my day! It was clear my pup was comfortable and safe, and even entertained. He was very well cared for. It was a total relief! I would happily use their service again whenever I needed it! (We used the 71 Broadway location.)

I had quite the mixed experience here when I boarded my dog with B&B for the first time in early July 2019. Their customer service was very good - prompt responses even before my dog was boarded and daily text messages letting me know how my dog was doing, even informing me when they found a sore on his hind leg. However, when he was returned to my apartment, he was covered in urine and had traces of poop on him. This was even after he received a bath the day before. He had multiple pressure sores and the skin on his hind legs had turned purple. The next morning one of his legs/paws had become badly swollen and I had to take him to the vet as a precaution. This cost me $1,400, since the vet was very concerned and had to run multiple tests to try and figure out what was wrong. Since it has been a couple of days and the swelling has subsided, it became very clear the edema was caused by him laying on a hard surface for long periods of time without moving.I will say, when I alerted B&B of him being covered in urine and the vet visit, they offered to refund the cost of his bath and to groom him again. However, this was a very sub par offer. While my dog is older and a greyhound (little body fat/cushion and more susceptible to bruising and cuts), for the upwards of $100/day that it costs to board a dog here, your dog deserves better than to just be left in a room with no beds for most of the day, especially when he is lying in other dogs urine. I have boarded my dog plenty of times before in the city (both uptown and downtown) and I have never had any of these issues before. All of the places I have brought him to, which cost a similar rate, had various beds or blankets in the main room, not just when the dog is brought to sleeping quarters. Im also sure the other places experience bathroom accidents too, but its crazy to think they either let another dog pee all over my dog or let him sit and soak in another dogs pee. At the end of the day, between the cost of boarding ($700) and the vet bill ($1,400), I could have left him in my apartment during my vacation. The cost of cleaning up my apartment from him going to the bathroom would probably be cheaper than my total cost and at least he would have been comfortable.

Very similar negative experiences to one previous reviewer. I sent my dog for boarding one night. I paid $120 but the service does not match the price. I believe the dog was not fed correctly and returned with half the food was not fed. my dog ate the entire bowl of kibbles once he got home. he must be very hungry. When I pick him up, he was in a crate and other dogs are out and playing. I spoke to the customer service and manager. Manager Brian talks his way out of it. Not responding to my concerns after one long message. Very irresponsible place. I wont return or recommend the B&B boarding service.

We love Biscuits & Bath! They were a life saver after we moved to NYC and needed a way for our dog to get his energy out. Every time we arrive the staff is always wonderful and its clear they really take good care of our dog. Id highly recommend B&B.

Brought my dog here a few months ago. Really horrible experience they miscommunicated what time they were open to take my dog, when I get there someone opens the door and says there’s no way they’ll take him an hour early, even though she’s there. Manager comes and says he’ll do this one time “as a courtesy” despite the fact that I have written email they told me the wrong time. They lost my dog’s water bowl (which I ended up finding when digging through their closet for 10 min because they were too lazy to look themselves), and they are way more expensive than other places nearby. They don’t foster a comfortable environment for the dogs either, it’s just a bad place overall. Absolutely don’t recommend

Paid for grooming and it was done way too quickly. They said cutting nails is included in the price but failed to cut my pups nails. My pup then developed an ear infection in both years resulting in a $300+ vet bill for now...not including future checks. Please stay away for the safety of your own animal.

If youre looking to send your dog to an overnight go somewhere else. My dog was not walked or fed correctly. My dog was sent home with food she was not fed. I expressed my concern in text messages to no response. When I spoke with the General Managers (Erin Lovett and Brian Annett) at the GV and the FiDi location they tried to talk their way out of it. I have simple instructions and they were all ignored. They added walks the dog did not go on. If you do give them business, watch every single charge. For me, I would not recommend them and I dont trust them with my dog.

Biscuits and Bath is lucky to have such staff. It makes everything easier. They are fabulous ambassadors for the brand. To top it off, Tito is an amazing trainer. They don’t tell you explicitly that they don’t take the dogs out while they are at daycare. Each walk is 14$ extra, on top of 52$ for a full day. Other places include 3-4 walks in their price for daycare. My dog didn’t go to the bathroom for 10 hours because I was unaware. The 2nd day I booked two walks, one at 12pm and one at 4. I got there and their Walker was “running behind”. I won’t be coming back. Not walking the dogs or letting the owners know is quite cruel. I am paying you to watch my dog.

We started out with Biscuits and Bath FiDi about 4 years ago, and it has been a wonderful experience ever since. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, at B&B FiDi is extremely nice and helpful. From the front desk management team, to the trainers and dog handlers, they are all so nice and welcoming every time we walk in there, greeting us with smiles, and you just know they are excited to be there to play with and take care of our baby girl Kona. They always have Kona’s best interest in mind, and make sure she is well taken care of, whether she’s there for an overnight stay, or just her daycare and training sessions. They are a one stop shop for all your doggy needs! They have been a lifesaver to us, since we don’t have many friends and family close by to take care of Kona, and since she’s pretty shy and skittish, having a dog walker come isn’t always a good option for us. I know we can count on them to look after her when we need it, and we have all the confidence in the world that she is in the best possible hands. And she seems to love it there and have fun. I Look no further, B&B FiDi is the place to bring your dog for whatever you need! 😊

Staff is super nice but get ready for the up sell. Everything cost more money and the staff is always ready to sell you on something new. Often felt like there were too many workers and not one could ever answer your question. They always had to pass it on or give you a call later if something happened with your dog. Amal’s, a lot dogs in one room... without toys or things to jump on. Don’t expect a good workout for your dog while you AE at work. Not the worst but not the best. Kind of the only option though

Very convenient for us and a big plus that they have longer hours than other places. However, dogs seem to be kept in a featureless, bathroom-like room, and my dog gets stressed out by that. In addition, they are more expensive per day if you don’t do a monthly package and don’t keep the dogs at that facility overnight.

This portion is not for Biscuits and Bath but the NYC VET that is operated from the facility. The BB Staff are all very nice and attentive and actually return calls and are very empathetic to the care of your pet. But if you want to use theVet services be aware of he frustration you will have with the communication or lack of communication. I had one of my pets seen there by Dr. Mortasakis which did a great job with her procedure and was very nice when we met her. . My second appointment was also very nice with Dr. Brisbane very lovely and followed up right away. Now the only way for you to get your appointments or price quotes is with the phone number and email that is handled by one person Ana S. She initially will was very welcoming but kind of difficult to get a hold of or talk to. I let it go because I was happy with the service. I had to follow Covid procedure to be seen I had no problem but was very happy to hear that it was ok to be in the room the second time with my pet. Trying to bring back my dog for a second follow up with blood work was told its drop off again. Which threw me off since I was just seen by the dr and my pet. It was difficult to get her to understand or me explain my concern. She was not compliant and spoke rudely over didnt give me a chance to even talk had to get loud for her to stop talking to listen. I explained that I was just in person why couldnt I again, her answer was you will take up the drs time. If I wanted to be in the room I would have to pay another exam fee. Just for being present in the room. SERIOUSLY the insult on top of insult was told oh well if you dont like our procedures go somewhere else. I asked to be contacted by anyone but her and Dr. Mortaskis sends and email with the same manor and protocol. NO apologies or miscommunication but she says well send your records over. They are barely ever there and if you want to be ignored with any follow up questions and questionable rates and a gestimite of each visit thats what youll get. I get people are working remotely but to be this rude on this level and ignore emails is a no no. Save your money and go to a proper location were the VET is always there and a staff that picks up he phone

I saw something disturbing to me this morning watching one of the dog walkers from your business. She was young with bose headphones on walking 3 dogs...a shepherd, and older dachsund and another small dog.She did something to the dachsund that hurt the dog and was yelping in pain. I stood there and watched her and she got less agressive with the old dog and was asking the dog what it was doing with its leash/harness. First thing get the headphones off. Even 1 star is too much to give. Terrible experience ever.* THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU WHEN VISITING HERE. THEY NEVER KNOW YOU ARE NEW CUSTOMERS OR NOT. YOU WILL NEVER GET A CHANCE TO MEET VET BECAUSE YOU ARE HUMAN DUE TO COVID19. ONLY DOGS MEET VET BY THEMSELVES WITHOUT THEIR OWNERS. ALSO, DOGS NEED TO WAIT BY THEMSELVES FOR 3-4 HOURS(???) SEPARATELY (9:30 drop off - 12:15 still not finished). ACTUALLY, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHERE YOUR DOG IS STAYING WHILE WAITING. NOT SURE HOW LONG YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR PETS ARE BEING SEEN BY THE VET.
