Biscuits & Bath - Riverside Blvd

Biscuits and Bath is the only place we trust to take care of our two dogs. They always come back from the groomer happy and adorable as can be! Our boy George loves daycare here so much that he literally drags us to the front door and tries to paw his way in, even when they’re closed. The staff is also phenomenal. They are highly responsive and easy to book services with via text. I wholeheartedly recommend biscuits and bath for anyone looking for grooming/daycare/boarding services 💙

I stopped in to ask a few questions & was lucky enough to meet Jonathanhe not only answered my questions, but he stopped by to interact with my dog to give me additional guidance on dealing with an anxious dogi will (at least) use their day care & dog walking services in the future as i am impressed with their caring approach to dogs along with the cleanliness of the facility on riverside blvd

The staff at the Riverside Boulevard location is amazing. The entire team has made sure that they know and understand my dogs needs (behavioral/physical) and I always know that he is safe, happy and loved. Weve been a client of Biscuits & Bath for the last 7 years which says a lot about the company and the people that we trust with our boy.

I recently started bringing my standard poodle puppy here, as it is conveniently located near my apartment and I was desperate to find a way for her to release some energy. Initially I thought it would be a once a week thing, as she was very shy at in the beginning. Now I can’t walk down the block without her pulling to go there !!! She has made the decision herself that biscuits and bath is a must as often as possible! Highly Recommend! The morning crew is also always so lovely.

Dylan loves going to biscuits and bath. She jumps out of my car when we arrive and I know she is in good hands!!! Amazing place with amazing people who care about your dog like their own!

My dog loves going to Biscuits on Riverside- so much so that I walk a good bit out of my way to bring him for daycare when I go to work. The staff is so friendly, helpful and thoughtful, and I have peace of mind that my dog is in great hands having fun all day!

Not the place for small dogs.I never ended up sending my pup here, even though it would have been the most convenient place for me. Why?I walked by the check it out several times (on different days and different times) and never once saw a human in the small dog room. They were always on their own and barking.Also, they dont walk small dogs for liability reasons (though they do if you pay extra, so obviously its not that much of a liability) so your pup is just locked in the same small glass room with no supervision all day.And finally, their membership packages/levels are confusing and ridiculous (who needs a doggy friend pass? This isnt the gym).

Our labradoodle attends the Riverside location. The staff is loving and attentive and I know that he is having fun every minute hes there because its posted on instagram! We appreciate all of the wonderful work Rob and staff do and the terrific care they take care of Grayson- highly recommended

This is the loudest most awful place. It is not run well at all. The dogs are not cared for well and the staff does not seem to care about the dogs wellbeing at all. Because of this, the dogs bark all day long.

Great care for the dogs and a terrific staff that leaves me feeling great when I leave after dropping off Fiona or picking her up!

They care about the dogs as their own. Quickly were on a first name basis with us

Best day care for doggies ever! The staff is always so accommodating.

The service and staff here is great! I loved the ala carte grooming options and they shuttled my dog free of charge to her vet appointment.

Dogs do not look happy here, and there are way too many crates.

Update on October 12th:Since my original review I did have a concerning issue arise and I wanted to post that the store location manager, David Maher, heard my concerns and he put forth the effort to make sure my future bookings would result in a positive experience. Im extremely impressed by the customer service. 10/10 would recommend!My first time coming to Biscuits and Bath was on July 8th and I wanted to post a review to say the staff member Zhane went above and beyond.I was in a pickle because my 7 month old puppy had an accident in her crate and I had a very big day ahead of me - I did not have the bandwidth to wash and dry her myself! Zhane was wonderful to speak to over the phone, and when I got to Biscuits and Bath I had forgotten my cell phone (it was one of THOSE days) and I couldnt show my puppys proof of vaccinations - Zhane immediately put me at ease and called my vet for vaccine documentation.Ive only had my puppy for 3 weeks and I havent left her with anyone else - based on my interaction with Zhane I felt comfortable that my puppy was in good hands. And oh my goodness, my little furball smelled and looked AMAZING after her bath and blowdry! She was in a happy mood, too.Biscuits and Bath IS pricey and this service is not something I can afford on the regular. However, the location, convenience, and wonderful service made this experience absolutely worth it.

The groomer It’s a gem and Katerina.. well there are no words to describe the greatest groomer who makes my Reggie so comfortable! I can’t say enough about this groomer.. she’s at park place Biscuits now!!
