Biscuits & Bath - Tribeca

We are new to the NYC area with our two senior rescue dogs, Boo and Daisy. When we walked into Biscuit and Bath we appreciated that it is so very warm and friendly! Lecy made Boo and Daisy feel right at home in their first daycare experience. She was very responsive to our dogs age and personalities. All the staff is really friendly, too.Since then we have gotten the dogs bathed, too. It was the dogs first experience getting professionally bathed, too. What a difference a bath/blow dry made to our 14 year old Boo (he looked 5 years younger!). We also brought in my daughters senior pup, Chester for a bath (plus grooming on his creature paws) and he looks so adorable with the little holiday bow on his collar.We feel fortunate to have found Biscuit and Bath (Tribeca) and highly recommend it to others!

Disappointed that this location also failed to groom my dog the way I requested. I will never be returning again. See the photos attached - what I asked for vs. what I got. (Uneven brows, square lines and not rounded, pointy snout, and definitely not a teddy bear cut).

Staff members at the Tribeca location go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of dogs. Their genuine affection and playful interactions create a warm and welcoming environment that sets this location apart. If an assistant is holding a phone, its because they are taking photos for @tbbiscuitsandbath (to music and comments that would make any dog owner smile). Its evident that this team not only understand the needs of each dog but they also take great joy in spending time with them. I am a new dog owner (puppy girl cavapoo) and my dog *pulls* me to Tribeca Biscuits & Bath whenever I take her out for a walk. When its closed at the weekend, she sits outside on the loading dock miserable. Wish they offered boarding!

I dropped my 8yo and 2yo dogs here for a half day of daycare and was very nervous as my younger dog is pretty anxious around strangers. Both of them did very well, and the handlers were very gentle and skilled. I even saw updates on the pups posted to their Instagram, which put me at ease while I was away from them. They took great care of my dogs, and I will definitely be using them again next time I am in NY!

Definitely recommend my dog always looks and smells well… He loves going to get groomed. Romeila is super sweet to him and staff over all is professional and kind .. worth the price… I wanted to add that my Shih Tzu just got Jane as his new groomer and he is absolutely in love with her he did not want to leave her and on top of that he look sooooo good.. looks like Zeus found another favorite groomer aside from Romelia.. I def recommend Jane she is so kind and talented.

The staff is really lovely at B&B Tribeca. But my dog, Lillys experience was not as good as mine was. To tell you the truth, I was horrified about her one visit to B&B and I wont be bringing her back.When I went in to sign her up for daycare, I was told that she would be with small dogs, except for a very limited number of large dogs with a placid temperament. In fact, I had only seen the location when a small number of dogs were visible (fewer than 10). Most of the time the small dogs were in the front room, with windows on the street, and they were never overcrowded.So imagine my surprise, when I brought her in for her first four-hour session and she was put in the back room with at least 30 dogs of all sizes, who immediately swarmed all over her. I left her, against my better judgment. The staff was kind enough to text me a picture of her, but she looked so completely stressed out, I was hardly comforted. Lilly is a pretty feisty Yorkshire terrier, so if she was stressed out, you can imagine how difficult this would be for a less outgoing pup.I know it is difficult to predict how many dogs will need daycare in a given day, and I am sure that the B&B staff works hard to keep the dogs happy. But I had no idea that Lilly would be in such a chaotic situation. Our experience was the complete opposite of what I had been promised. Biscuits & Bath didnt work for us, and I cant recommend it.

I take my mini labradoodle here and the groomers do an AMAZING job! They really listen to what I ask for in her style and treat every dog as if it was theyre own. From the moment you walk through the door you can tell theyre dog people which lets me know my pup will be safe and well taken care of. My doggy was a bit apprehensive of the groomer our first couple of visits but by the third she was excited to see her favorite stylist, Romelia, and was even licking her all the way out the door. Highly recommend!

Great experience working with a team of professionals. We brought our puppy at the level 1 and after graduation from a kindergarten school she knew so many commands and tricks that we could not believe it was her. All teachers have showed a high level of commitment to take our pet on a different level; Also they have provided loyalty and lots of patience to us, owners. We really loved it. Definitely will recommend biscuit and bath to our friends and family.

Our dog absolutely loves Biscuits & Bath! the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes excellent care of our dog when she visits. Weve also taken advantage of private lessons and overnight stays, each of which have been wonderful experiences, both for us and our pup. Highly recommend this urban canine oasis!

Professional, very friendly staff, and most services are easy to schedule online. Its a tad pricey, but its Tribeca, so what do we expect? All around, very satisfied with every haircut our pup has gotten!

Weve gone to both the Upper East Side locations and the Tribeca locations and while weve loved both, I cant say enough about the staff and management team at the Tribeca location. Our dog gets so much personal attention and while the space is smaller than the UES, the one on one attention definitely makes up for it. We often run late (a few minutes past pick up time) and the management team has never given us a hard time about it and have been really accommodating to last minute requests such as late night walks when we are running late. Our dog literally pulls us to their location so Im confident he absolutely loves it :)

Just picked up my 2 older small dogs from grooming and they look FANTASTIC!!! So quick and efficient and one of mine is nearly 14 yrs old that I adopted 6 months ago and had a rough past.. other groomers struggled with him but Biscuits&Bath had no problem and both pups seem so happy and look SO good! So happy to have found this place. I know they’ll be well looked after when I have to board them for a couple days next month! Thank you!

Such a cute doggie boutique, the staff are super friendly & I like knowing the pups I care for are in good hands there. They also do amazing grooming/Bath 👏

The staff is welcoming and warm. The place is bright and clean. My pup comes home healthy and happy. The price is high but the care is great.

They do a great job grooming our golden retriever. They always listen to specific instructions and Maisey come back looking fabulous!

The team at B&B have made me feel so comfortable leaving my pup while I’m out of town by sending me pictures and updates. Everyone is very kind and helpful and wants the best for every dog there. I also am grateful when I can bring mine in for quick grooming services like nails trims right after I call.

They go that extra mile with their service offering reminders, knowing your dog and their needs. Always so helpful and reliable.

My doggie loves b&b so much!!

Been bringing my puppy here for the last 2 months from time to time and I have to drag her out. The facility is well taken care of and the staff I have to say is one of the best Ive seen. Thx you guys for the love and care you give our daughter Nyah

Don’t bring your dog here. The facility is dirty and the staff don’t care. Very greedy and money hungry company that really doesn’t care about the happiness or safety of the animals. If you truly love your dog stay far away from the B&B chain.

Very happy to discover B&B in our neighbourhood and for the first couple of years we were generally happy. We used them for grooming and vet appointments with transport services for three dogs. Prices were high but we thought it was worth it. Unfortunately, this year the services have gone downhill significantly. They forgot to groom our Shih Tzu once (but didnt forget to charge for it) and then offered to complete the service the following week with a free blueberry facial (or something like that.) Imagine my surprise when I was charged for the pick up and drop off as well as the item they said would be free! Of course, I couldnt tell since I have NEVER received any itemized bill except when I have asked. Once I started asking and reviewing, I have found discrepancies - one which resulted in over $200 refund. The grooming service for our other dogs were fine, but they were also easy to do. The Shih Tzu has been a nightmare - we want a shaggy, real cut, basically trim up the natural hair - last time they did a puppy cut and this time they completely shaved him short. For summer this might work out better, but it is not what we asked for.I am not sure what changed this year or if I am just more sensitive to their business practices. But just proceed with some caution and question everything!

They are nice and friendly. Groomer leaves early though.
