Happy Tails Pup Experience

My dog absolutely loved it here! It was a great place for her to run and play, and she was so tired when we got home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and safe place for their dog.

I boarded my 5 months old Toy Poodle Raya with Happy Tails. The whole experience was amazing ! The host Jenny was attentive and responsive. I could tell that she was a true dog lover .I was getting videos and photo reports consistently . Ray had a great time !Thank you Happy Tails !❤️💜💙

Updating the initial review below because continue to use Happy Tails to board our dog. Our dog is high-strung and particular and she has refused dog walkers and others before, but embraces Happy Tails. We get photos of our dog while gone, updates on how she is doing and playing and she comes home happy and excited. Would suggest Happy Tails for any boarding needs you have.Great service and user friendly. Very attentive and thoughtful with my dog and made sure she had a good boarding experience. Thank you.

I finally feel like i can be myself again. what an incredible company start to finish. the employees i met (irv and tez) were super quirky but really genuine and honest and made me feel comfortable about leaving my Irish Wolfhound, Samuel. they treated Samuel like their own and i honestly feel like his life will never be the same. Samuel now is a regular HT customer and i can’t imagine life without them.

Happy Tails has been an exceptional experience for Honey since the very beginning. Honey, once plagued by timidity, aversion to car rides, and separation anxiety, has experienced a remarkable transformation since her enrollment at Happy Tails. The dedicated staff showers Honey with an abundance of affection, resulting in a truly remarkable shift in her personality. Today, Honey stands as an entirely new and confident dog, a testament to the immense love and care she receives at Happy Tails.

We boarded our 3yo labradoodle with Happy Tails and can’t say enough great things about the service. It’s always nerve wracking leaving your dog with someone new but the Happy Tails team was super communicative, with photo updates multiple times a day. Our dog had the best time. Would highly recommend!

Teddy, Jake, Irving and the whole team are absolutely phenomenal! I travel to NY often for work and love to bring my dog when I can. The team worked hard to get me slotted in for pick ups and drop offs even tho it was last minute and took him out for such fun days. So grateful to have them here for my pup whenever we’re in the city :)

Teddy and the Happy Tails team are exceptional! Great overall experience—the Happy Tails team truly is accommodative, flexible, and cared for my dog just as I would. There isn’t a better pet care provider in the city!

My dog Dante has an amazing time when he goes off on an adventure with Happy Tails! I always see the Instagram stories of how much fun hes having, him playing, etc! When he gets picked up by the Happy Tails team, he gets SO excited and starts howling hello and runs up to the car to jump in. Then he sleeps for the entire rest of the night and next morning. 😆 Thank you to Happy Tails!

My dog loves happy tails and waits by the door every morning for the van! Whenever I miss my dog during the day I know I can always look on instagram and see cute pics and videos of my dog playing and having fun. So cute 🐶

Teddy and his team are really responsive and clearly care about dogs. Having pick up and drop off for daycare has been a game changer for me personally. My dog Maeby comes home exhausted and with a huge appetite (which she normally doesn’t have). Teddy is super communicative and always lets me know when he is on my way to pick up Maeby. I really like how they post photos of the dogs on their instagram throughout the day. It gives me peace of mind and I can see Maeby is having fun!

Happy Tails has been amazing for our dog, Winston! Teddy and his team take such great care of him and ensure that he has a blast and gets a ton of exercise each time. Winston loves going to Happy Tails!

It is such a great feeling to know you’re leaving your dog in the hands of someone you trust implicitly ! Teddy and Irving care about each and every dog . My dog waits eagerly by the door for the Happy Tails van to pull up. He comes home happy and exhausted!
