This place was once wonderful!! But the woman who once helped me had to retire. But the volunteer who took over is awful!! I have a cat who has bad teeth & requires oral surgery. It breaks my heart to see her in pain. But the woman that was supposed to help me (her name is Annie) treated me with total comptemp. She insulted me like saying my cats should be taken from me & much more. After missing an appointment she screamed into the phone & said if I didnt bring the cat downstairs in 5 minutes She will NEVER help me again! Im 60 & disabled& to be treated like that way was like being kicked when I was already down. CityCritters is great just stay clear from Annie. I just wish I could get in contact from someone else in CityCritters.....
We adopted our two baby girls Alexandria and Cleopatra from City Critters 15 years ago. It was the best decision we ever made. The staff was wonderful and we are forever grateful.
Outstanding shelter that takes wonderful care of rescued cats & kittens and in finding them their loving forever homes. I’ve previously worked with them through their impressive foster program & adopted my precious cats from them as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
Had a great experiencing adopting my kittens Leo and Tiger with city critters. Very professional and you can tell they really care about the animals. Thank you Anne and Jordana!
Shame on the people doesn’t like this place
I hate this place it smells like doo doo and is very dirty
Very professional and thorough shelter.
Never had a more delicious critter on this side of the Mason Dixon
Easy to navigate looking for a young 🐈
Planning to adopt a bunny.
Cant complain
Have yet to go to actual location. BUT...Petsmart advocacy programs shines a promising light to their practices...cats are super cute there and seem very cozy and open to warm loving homes!
