This is the best groomer we’ve ever been to. They’re so easy to communicate with over text and they do an unbelievable job. My pup has never looked cuter. And it’s insanely funny they give them blueberry facials! We will never go to any other groomer!
Booked to get my dog groomed, the guy comes out and tells me my dog is matted. I line brush and comb my dog every day, you can easily part the hair to the skin, and he’s never had an issue at any other groomer. Also, my dog is fearful. Did not like the way the guy came out and handled him while “checking for mats”. Cancelled my grooming apptment. Absolute nonsense. The “matted” dog hair is pictured.
Bark Place is the best! We use their grooming services and Julianna is the best. She is thoughtful with her work, and is always amazing with our 10month old puppy. We are so happy we found Bark Place!
DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE. I had the most annoying experience at Bark Place. I have two beautiful healthy senior Yorkies one is 14 and the other is 15, that still look and act like puppies. The female has always gotten a little matted around the legs since she came home as a puppy because her hair is a little thicker than the male. I have never ever had a complication over this at any dog groomer being that is what they are supposed to do daily. Well the dude acted all brand new like he thought it might be dangerous and even had the tatted girl with piercings come out from the back and both acted like it was something new to them; when it was just a little bit, nothing like what you see on some dogs. She even carried the dog wrong rather than squat down. I had to adjust the way she held the dog and decided to hold it for these two lazy workers. I asked him if he was ok and able to handle it because I could do it myself. I decided to tell them to cancel the appointment because of the weirdness and level of incompetence they both show. So do not waste your time or risk leaving your beloved pet with people that don’t know what they are doing.
Have 2 Poodles. Last Groomer had Pricing Problems. Not very Professional when dealing with my Dogs. My Friends here are what a Groomer should be. Perfect Cut. Happy faces when you come in. Dogs looking at you with a smile. It may seem like nothing but it means alot to a Dog lover! Even put a Feather in their Hair. Look like the proud poodles they are. Thank you guy.. Customer 4 life! Gregory Thompson. Maximus and Milo.
It’s very unfortunate that groomers such as myself, spend so much of their years committing to a place that don’t value the client’s, the dogs or their employees. Having to first demote myself from being the salon manager, and now quitting because management gives out checks that bounces on a weekly basis. Then refuse to respond to their employees about receiving their payments. I spent many of my grooming career working on my craft, just to not get paid for the hard work, my love and commitment towards making every client happy. Rather it was a touch up, my personal requested clients, fixing a groom for a client who was unhappy about their previous experience, I was up everyday ready to help fix the situation. So next time you go in for a grooming or daycare service, just remember that groomer and employee that’s so happy to go greet you and your dog, the groomer who smiles every time you reschedule with them, are the same groomers who haven’t received their check or gotten paid in over two weeks. Yet we showed willpower to continue showing up, not for ourselves l, but for the clients we love.
I been taking my dog Blazer to Bark Place for a little over a year, and Luisa always does such an amazing job each time! She’s very informative about the hair dyeing process and risks. She treats my dog like he’s her own baby. She’s attentive, I don’t usually have a long wait long time unless it’s busy, but if I need an earlier appointment than I was able to book online I call the shop to speak to Luisa and she always tries to accommodate me.I wouldn’t go to any other groomer, thank you for loving my baby.
I brought my maltichon here to get groomed and Bark Place did an amazing job! The staff was so nice and the place is extremely clean/open. My dog came back extremely fluffy and white. Well definitely be going back!
Where to start with this one.I used this place I think 4 or 5 times.I never booked a specific groomer, because how are you suppose to know which one is better than the other? They did not disappoint me on the first two visits. My Pomeranian looked fine and I was happy with the whole experience.I booked again in March. Left with unfinished work, my Pomeranians body barely groomed, but the groomer did cut off half of his hair behind the ears saying he had mats. Looked like the groomed had ZERO experience. I left angry and disappointed. I reached out to the owner - they made us another appointment for the corrections - appreciate it.And here my horror starts. Long story short - You are never suppose to shave, cut very short or clip Pomeranian. The popular Boo style ruins your dogs hair and they will never look the same way again. This happened to me.I think I was in such a show after seeing my dog that I behaved like I liked it.I dont want anything from this Place anymore. Please, dont reach out to me, there is nothing you can do anymore. My dogs hair is ruined forever.Just everyone - be aware. If you use their services, make sure you get the best groomer, make your research and tell exactly how you want your dog to be groomed. Well, this didnt work for me - It was suppose to be half his hair length, using scissors only.I am left with one question... how could her clip my Pomeranians hair without the owners permission??2021.04.14 Update.Charles,With all due respect I would like to encourage you to read a little bit more about PomeraniansOne of the top reasons for an owner’s sudden panic about their Pom’s fur is a ‘grooming gone wrong’ incident. Sadly, this is common. We receive several emails a week from people who took their Pomeranian to the groomer only to pick up their dog to see that the coat was destroyed. In some cases, it’s a matter of a groomer getting carried away; an owner asks for a trim to tidy things up and the groomer goes way overboard by cutting off all the long outer guard hairs and shaving the Pomeranian down. Understandably, it can be horrifying to suddenly see a Pomeranian with their beautiful coat gone.In other cases, an owner may unknowingly request a ‘summer cut’, ‘lion cut’ or otherwise ask that the coat be shaved only to later learn that this should not be done with Pomeranians. You would assume that professional groomers would know better, however once the entire outer coat is removed and especially if the inner coat is cut into, the coat may struggle to grow back as it once was. Hair growth may be very slow and/or it may be very uneven. If, as you claim, your groomers had 5+ years of experience wouldnt they know that?I honestly asked for half of the length to cut. The groomer said she will use scissors. She clipped him instead. What is more. His whiskers were trimmed. This is just unforgivable....And the first groomer attached some feather extension to his fur, that I struggled to remove at home. They really dont ask? I am just trying to understand..Dear Charles,Please look at my Poms before those two hair cuts, and then after the first and the second cut. Please, educate your Groomers. They really should know better. All I am left it is to pray his fur will grow back and wont be destroyed. Only time will tell.
Bark Place is a terrific place for grooming and daycare. They worked with me over time to find the right fuss free cut we wanted for our standard poodle and now Bowie turns heads whenever we go out for a walk. He loves the groomers there, and goes to hang out with them when he wants a break in the play during daycare. The staff really cares about the dogs. Friends Ive referred to Bark for grooming also came away super happy.
I have never had to use a groomer before but an elderly poodle who had not been groomed for years has ended up in our care and she needed a lot of help. Her fur was very long, matted and dirty. The Bark Place team was incredibly helpful from the start. First they explained they could not bathe and groom her until her matted hair was professionally shaved by a veterinarians office, which provide those services. This is because the matted hair would have tightened up after being bathed and hurt the poor pup even more than she was already hurting. As they suggested I arranged for an emergency veterinary center to shave the matted hair that same day. The emergency vet center does not groom but they were able to wash her. It was obvious the pup felt better immediately.A few days later, Bark Place did a full grooming and bath and once again this little pup was clearly much happier. The staff at Bark Place were beyond helpful with their initial guidance but we are thrilled to have also discovered them for their talented and caring grooming team. Rosie handled our pup and she was fantastic. Thank you so much Bark Place!
Great experience here with my long haired Scottish fold! I was having trouble maintaining his coat, no matter what I did trying to groom him, one of us would end up crying and I’d give up. Sarah to the rescue! My cat looks absolutely beautiful and all his little mats are gone! Sarah must be a cat whisperer because she said he was a very good boy, which shocked me because if I try to do anything, all hell breaks loose. Lol. He’s an unusually sweet cat but I just couldn’t do it right, he’d flip out. And she had several large dogs around the place simultaneously! So happy with our experience, will definitely be returning. Thank you so much, Sarah and Bark Place!
Avoid this place if you value your pets appearance and dignity. I am appalled by the disregard for my requests and the lack of respect for my dogs well-being.Julianas recent grooming of my 15-month old Havanese, was an absolute disaster. Ignoring my instructions, she lazily shaved her down to the skin, leaving her looking more like a plucked chicken than dog. Her beautiful eyelashes, which once framed her eyes, were cut, her lush beard was removed, and the very top of her head where we would put a bow was also completely cut down. Who on earth cuts the entire top of a puppys head?!I entrusted my sweet dog to Julianas care, expecting professionalism. Instead, I was met with a hasty and thoughtless shave that stripped my dog of her distinctive features.
Always happy with the grooming my dog receives at Bark Place on First Avenue.Weve only gone here for his grooming and its over a year since he began and was 6 months at the time.Tatiana is the groomer we see and shes excellent with my dog!I would definitely recommend Bark Place for your grooming needs!
I really love the grooming services provided by Juliana! I have a very large poodle mix pup with high maintenance grooming needs and she does such an incredible job. Scheduling is easy and prices are fair. I really love this spot!
I have a little old lady that is used to a quiet home and HATES cages. First time here, I was fully expecting her to be anxious when I got her back, but she was super relaxed (and looks amazing!). A+, we will be back
Dogs bark all damn day here you can hear them all the way down the block but only within the block. if you walk past the front you wont hear it but i promise you most days dogs are barking loudly for hours on end. no idea what they do there but i guess theyre true to their name.
We take our two cats for nail trims at Bark Place every 4-6 weeks. The price went up since they moved across the street but the service is excellent. There are always dogs around so they keep the cats in their carrier and take them to the back room. They are very quick and kind. My cats are good with them. We love Gabriele but others have taken care of our cats too.
We love BarkPlace!! My dog, Wally, isnt a huge fan of getting groomed, but the team makes him feel welcome and comfortable! Gabby does a great job grooming Wally - we always receive a ton of compliments on his latest haircut! I appreciate the text reminders they send + when my dog is ready for pickup.
Bark Place NYC has truly exceeded my expectations as a grooming salon and doggie daycare. From the moment I discovered this hidden gem, I knew I had found a special place that I could trust with the care of my fur baby. I highly recommend Bark Place to other dog dads (and moms) like me who are searching for a top-quality, fun, safe and enjoyable experience for their dog and the sense of relief that comes with it!
I love Bark Place but my puppy Milo would write a 5 star review if he could. He drags me down the street to go to day care and play with all of his friends. Friendliest staff and they really love the dogs. The grooming services are fantastic and they are always helpful with a quick knot brush if I need one. I don’t know what I would do without this place because we have tried others but this one is Milo’s home away from home 💙
I was denied service because my dog was matted.I scheduled my appointment over the phone and made it abundantly clear that my dog was pretty matted. It didn’t seem to be an issue over the phone. Additionally i had him groomed with his hair in the condition it was in a few times so it seemed doable. I walked 30 minutes to the place during work to drop my dog off just to be told that the hairstylist was uncomfortable grooming him.Two take aways:1. the business would be wise to require photos of the dogs upon scheduling to prevent this from happening again.2. I believe a groomer that was more sure of their skills would not have denied me service.
I absolutely love how Julia groomed my dogs today. I give her props, she took care of my three medium sized labradoodles and did an amazing job on all three!Julia was super nice, attentive to my dogs & she just gave me such great genuine vibes. She took great care of my dogs, she was even able to calm down my rowdy pup. I found a great groomer & im so glad! Will definitely be coming back to her.
They did a really fantastic job with my pups overall grooming. Ive taken my dog here twice. The first time I noticed that one of her ears had been nicked but didnt want to say anything because it was small and accidents happen of course. Unfortunately, this time around I noticed that shes got two cuts (or possible razor burns) on her private area, each the size of a dime. Hopefully, they will be more careful going forward with other dogs--and especially in areas such as these where the skin is sensitive and fragile.
The best groomer in the UES! We had a hard time finding a groomer who would take our Great Dane and Bark Place had no hesitation! They do a great job and are affordable! Our pup loves them too 💙
I’ve been being my 5YO Morris Millie to Julie for many many months and I love her work every time! I started bringing my dad’s 5YO Schnoodle Cora to her and she’s so quick and fair w her prices. I love her work every time. Never had an issue. Bark Place has been super nice w me and has never left me w any surprises. Love them!
The groomer cut my cat’s paw while grooming. Never told us about it, we only found out once our cat was limping. Our cat need med four vet visits amounting to two thousand dollars in treatment. Don’t take your pets!
Bark Place has been doing excellent grooming of my cat for over 3 years, Nicole does a great job! Shes so clean and fresh and happy when shes back home. Excellent customer service.
We love BarkPlace! We have been getting our dog, Wally, groomed at BarkPlace for a few years. The staff is extremely friendly, which makes it easier for my dog since he doesnt love getting a haircut. I appreciate that BarkPlace will give you $10 off when you book your animals appointment in advance. I also love that they send text reminders about your upcoming appointment + when my dog will be ready for pickup. Gabby gives Wally an amazing haircut! Cant recommend enough.
NEVER send your dog to daycare at bark place on first avenue. I dropped my dog there this morning and got a call from my doorman 30 minutes later that she was found in my lobby. She escaped and ran 2 avenues and 3 blocks home, I hadnt even been contacted by bark place that she was missing. Thankfully she is ok but I wouldnt trust these people to watch my dog or any dog ever again
I used to bring my dog here for grooming back when they were on the other side of the street and one block down. Needless to say, when I started bringing Rudy here for daycare, he was suspicious (he hates getting groomed. I learned to groom him myself during the pandemic so now he mostly just hates me.)Anyway, Rudy LOVES it here. I just bought the 20-full day daycare package and whenever we go, Rudy will drag me down the sidewalk to the door. Also, when I ask him, Do you want to go to daycare? at home, he gets very happy and knows exactly whats going on and where Im taking him.Heres a photo of him passed out cold after a full day of fun.
They do an AMAZING job grooming my dog. He doesnt have the easiest haircut and they were able to get it right on the first try and did an even better job than my previous groomers. Plus I love that when hes done with his grooming hes not put in a little cage. He gets to chill on a nice fluffy dog bed which is great!
If you live in the UES and are looking for a place for grooming your pet, I highly recommend BarkPlace! The staff is extremely friendly, you receive a discount when you book your pets appointment in advance, they send text reminders about your upcoming appointment and when your animal is ready for pickup. Gabby is the best!
Great groom for my cockapoo. Very responsive via email and on the phone. Booking is easy via their online platform, and every person I talked to throughout the booking/rescheduling/drop off/pickup process was so kind and lovely! I will definitely be coming back!
They did a great job grooming my mini Goldendoodle, George. He was very matted and needed a shave, which I knew and accepted going into it. He was very happy when I picked him up and I could tell they took good care of him.
I have taken my dog to this place for grooming three times. Every time its been a disappointment. They are very rude, arrogant and do whatever they feel like they want to with the grooming. All the three times they trimmed my Golden Doodle hair to bare skin without even my consent. The last time they trimmed her half way and refused to finish. Please do NOT take you dog to this place.
My two dogs look amazing. One is an 11-lb Cavapoo and the other is a 45-lb Wheaton-Poodle mix. Everyone at the shop was super nice, and the daycare situation looks awesome. We will be back!
I was very disappointed during my second visit to your groomers.1. I asked for a specific groomer whom my dog likes and listens to. But on appointment day another groomer showed up.2. My dog wasnt groomed properly, actually it was a ridiculous and unfinished look.3. I had to pay full price for a service that wasnt delivered. So the least you can do is to refund me total amount I paid for this poor service. Please let me know when you do so.
I have only used Bark Place once but I was really pleased with the cut on my Cavapoo. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. Plus, my dog always wants to go inside when we walk by... thats a good sign, right?
They do cats too! Took my long haired, very senior cat in for a lion cut as she was very matted. Shed had a stroke in November and I had to wait until she was recovered enough from the stroke to go for grooming.Id advised them of her age and health and we discussed how best to go about the grooming and what to do if she freaked (she didnt). Im very happy with the cut and the people and will bring her back once her hair grows back in, before she gets matted.Highly Recommend.
Going back for a tweaking of my dogs grooming. A bath and further trim to his paws, beard and nails. Very gracious manager called me back regarding this tweaking.
I have to say, Bark Place has the most talented groomers on the UES! My dog gets excited to go and leaves looking like the same dog! Highly, highly, highly recommended!
Had my golden retriever groomed there and the experience was fantastic. They did a wonderful job and I will be back repeatedly. I highly recommend this facility and their services.
I’ve been here a couple times for my dog’s grooming. Tatiana is AMAZING. She is friendly, provides feedback on dogs behavior, clear communication, and time efficient. I was running 25 minutes late and she STILL made the time to groom my dog. I am amazed by her patience and great spirit. Highly recommend (although slightly pricey, this is probs NYC pricing).
Poor treatment. I went in to the grooming salon to request for information/prices but employees stared at me rudely and told me to just go online. I know I can go online to see info but the reason I like to go physically is to see the place and groomers for myself but after this, I wouldn’t trust my dog in this place. Looks like they don’t really love animals and are very uninterested for new clientele.
We have brought our mini Labradoodle here for years from Long Island City. Weve now moved up to Germantown, NY (about 2 hours north) and still make the trip for Winnie to get his best cut. ❤️. *They also have made it very safe with current social distancing guidelines.
Both of my dogs (one 25 lbs, one 60lbs) had great experiences and look beautiful after their groomings!
I just took my dog here for the second time to Tatiana this time. I can’t remember who we had the time before but I love that it hasn’t mattered because both experiences have been great. Very happy and thankful to have a place I trust!
We have one of the more complicated dogs to groom especially since it seems that he gets anxiety when strangers grab him a certain way. These fine group of people were patient and I couldnt appreciate them more. They actually made our dog looks. We will definitely be back!
Came here with my dog after having two really bad experiences trimming his nails in other places. He’s a rescue and he has a lot anxiety and doesn’t like his paws being touch, the girls took their time, even thou he still went crazy I could hear that they were giving him treats and cheering him up like a little kid every time they cut one nail. They didn’t put a muzzle on him like the other place I tried before and I really appreciate it, they really tried to make the experience less terrifying for him and they even told me to come by so he gets used to them for next time!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The conditions of this place are horrid, dogs can escape cause their gate is always broken, dogs get cut and they try to hide it from the owners. I can only imagine what the poor groomers go through there as well. Dont go to this place, save your money and go elsewhere, youll thank me later when your dog doesnt come back with a crooked groom that you have to spend another day to get fixed! In response to the owners response: there is no conflict of interest, just shedding light to the public on what goes on behind closed doors. Having a better run establishment versus a dirty, run down excuse for a grooming salon that takes shortcuts, uses broken equipment, and has been fined numerous times by health inspectors that tipped him off prior to them arriving to put on the veneer that things are in order is more of a conflict of interest that the city of New York should investigate.
Mimi is great! My dog never behaves for me even brushing him but she does a great job and he loves her!
Wonderful grooming place ! My bernedoodle always comes back with a beautiful cut and smelling fabulous! Easy to book an appointment and very responsive.
Great cut, exactly the length and style we asked for. Thank you Juliana!
They loss my business, call two days in row to schedule an appointment, left messages and never got a respond back. Very unprofessional. They used to be cool. Maybe management change or something. I wouldn’t take my loving pet to a place where they don’t answer the phone.
Friendly staff and my pup always comes out looking great! I really like that they dont need to keep him there for any longer than necessary. Hes usually in and out in 1.5 hours.
Bark place is super homey and pet friendly. This is the only groomi g salon and day care place where my dog has not been nervous or gotten sick.
We send our dog to daycare and it is truly the best experience around. They actually take the time to get to know her and play with her and she actually pulls us to Bark place unlike her old daycare place
They are the best. They personally take the care and show love to the dogs. My pom, Wasa just stands there and lets Sharon (my favorite) do her thing. Wasa comes out looking like the infamous Boo and Wasa is adorable. The kindness shown to the dogs show when the dogs are picked up!
Terrible customer service. Lady was rude wouldn’t let people talk. Wanted me to grab my dog fast. She then tells my daughter to back up when a huge dog jumps up on gate. Control your dogs, glad i came after. Never again!
Every time Rusty has a awesome treatment , Justin the front desk will work to make the best time for you and your puppy , Shannon is great , Pray is great,, recommend to all who look for place where your puppy will be treat like their own.. ThanksThis is review for Bark Place on 74 th and 1 ave
Been using for 7 years. They make my dog look adorable. They are professional, respond to my requests, on time, and very nice.
Amazing experience with my elderly golden retriever. They were very loving and careful. She looks absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!!!
Marcos gave our dog the best cut he’s ever had!
So happy with how our cocker spaniel looks! Oksana was so nice and did an amazing job. Will be going back soon.
Started taking my Shih Tzu to Bark Place when I moved to the UES. They always do a great job!
Very positive experience! Pleasant staff and my dogs were beautifully clean!
They did a very nice work with my puppy, a little overpriced if I can say it, but I am sure it was a tough job to keep her calm!!
The staff were not welcoming and the groomer did not listen to what I asked for (asked to leave the face and they chopped off her beard) Quite disappointing especially after paying that price.
Oreo looked beautiful when he was groomed! And the girls are really lovely people. A great experience.
Loved Atticus grooming. No cages was awesome. Dogs seemed happy. Friendly staff.
Great groomers! Very caring, courteous, and fast. My standard poodle always comes out looking beautiful!
Went at 10:08am and they were closed ….
Been taking my Labradoodle for years! They are the best!!! We love Sharon and the whole gang!
When I called to make an appointment at the 81st street location, they scheduled me for a different one and didnt tell me. Also, heard my dog squealing as soon as they took him to the back.
Always a home for my furry baby Bruce Leigh. They take fantastic care of her AND make her look and stay FABULOUS!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR DOG!! I I had my dog groomed here, they made two huge cuts/gashes in her skin that I didn’t discover until week later, when I gave her a bath myself because you couldn’t see it because the fur was over it, but it was substantial. There must’ve been a tremendous amount of blood. They didn’t bother telling me when I went to go pick up my dog. There is zero possibility they didn’t know this happened. Because the gashes were so huge. How are you can choose not to tell the owner, is beyond me. They are lucky I didn’t decide to sue them.
Tool my pup there today and she came back looking amazing. Would totally recommend to everyone.
Worst grooming ever! See before and after!
One aspect of Bark Place NYC that truly stands out is its highly professional staff. The team members are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely passionate about their work. Its evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs under their care. They are attentive, patient, and have a remarkable ability to handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. The staffs commitment to creating a positive and enriching environment for the dogs is truly commendable. And when you meet the owner and his sister, you’ll see why! As a southern boy in the big city, it was especially comforting to know that these two southern transplants would be taking care of my baby. And I felt right at home the minute I heard their southern twang! They are both so passionate about what they do, and it clearly carries through to the rest of the Bark Place team. Thank you!
This is one of the more popular puppy salons. They offer a wide array of services.
Very cozy and personal care for my dog. No cages. Friendly and professional staff.
Very good and clean place!
Friendly staff. They were finished in a timely manner and did a great job with my dog.
Would not recommend: constantly changing groomers with little to no explanation, main area is carpeted and not clean, have witnessed staff lose customers items (leashes, collars, etc.) with no explanation or recourse given, and files are not noted with how to groom dogs. Our dog recently came back with severe clipper/razor burn around his privates, and is so uncomfortable to the point he has to be taken to the vet and will not walk normally.
For the price, there are better and more organized pet services in the UES.
Really listen to how youd like your pup cut. Friendly and efficient!
Bark Place always does a great job grooming my shih tzu, and she always seems to have a great time. Plus its got such a great, open space for the dogs to chill in after—I feel so much better knowing shes not put in a tiny cage.
Great hand stripping, a tad pricey but worth it.
Grooming was good. Prices are reasonable especially if you pay cash. It usually takes about an hour. Today it took over 90 minutes. Im not sure why.
Best groomers in NYC!Staff are friendly and listen to requests. They also don’t put dogs in a cage which I love!!
Wonderful grooming service! My go-to place for my dog, they do a great job. They are very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced for the neighborhood :) Highly recommend!
We took Ozzy to Bark Place for his first puppy nail clipping. The service was fast and done really well. And Ozzy likes being there because he keeps trying to go in whenever we pass on regular walks!
As a first time customer I was not thrilled with my experience of having my dog groomed at Bark Place (this happened in January). It was strange from the time we arrived , our appointment was at the 81st street location and it was not open. After several emails and text messages confirming our appointment day after day leading up to our appointment.I felt uneasy leaving my dog once I got to the 1st Avenue location. No apology for the inconvenience. It is expensive to have your dog groomed in NYC and then to have to go to another location and feel uneasy was not worth it. I should have listened to my instincts. The grooming was so -so I will not be going back.
Unlike other groomers, Bark Place is not a factory. Tatiana was really patient and thorough in understanding what our Bedlington terrier needed, and offered helpful thoughts and shared pictures. At pickup and drop off, there were as many humans as dogs and I never felt that Newton would be neglected at all. After trying several places so far, we are extremely happy with how he looks. I recommend bark place to all new dog owners.
Very gentle and professional staff. Not there to rush and make a quick buck. Actually respect dogs and owners.
Lisa is a fantastic groomer...she has been grooming my Shih Tzu Molly for years...she loves her doggy clients and listens to the owners regarding their preferences...she lets you know what she can or cannot do...do not hesitant to come to Bark Place
Great dog spa, Leo and I love Nikki!
Excellent service, very friendly staff and super quick
They made my very matted maltese a star!
Took care of my dog white Glove service
Clean. People are friendly and do a great job
Caring groomers, excellent job!
Food is always fresh and delicious!
Good price, good service
Superb in every way!
Outstanding service!
How much is the price for a Pomeranian?
Excellent service and very friendly
