Bark Street - Dog Daycare & Grooming

Today was my 6 month old puppy’s first full day in daycare. She seemed to love it cause after coming home, all she wanted to do was sleep. She must’ve worn herself out playing with her doggo friends. Love how they send me pictures throughout the day! The venue is also very clean and the staffs there are really friendly too.

10/10 experience. I have been taking my puppy Reese since last spring and the daycare and boarding services are top notch. I love the constant communication via text and that they know Reese well enough to greet him by name! I feel confident that Reese is in good care whenever I drop him off. PLUS there are a ton of dachshunds so Reese is in heaven being a mini weenie himself :)

My dog Maui LOVES Bark Street! The whole daycare is clean, workers are so kind and provide the best day for my pup! 10/10 recommend to anyone! My dog RUNS there every morning - I have also noticed his behavior since joining Bark Street has been transformed! Show them some love :) The updates they provide during the day are awesome the photos are my favorite.

First day for my 4 month old puppy and seems like it went well. I can’t see him via camera but hope they consider it in the near future. Staff was very kind and they fed him and sent me photos. Overall out of all the places I searched Bark Street was the best choice for me and my pup.

Bark street is the absolute best day care in nyc! Our pup looks forward to going every week. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur baby for day care and overnight stays. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, communicative, and care for the dogs with so much love! We appreciate everything they do at bark street and highly recommend bringing your dog if you’re in nyc.

The best daycare! My pup Lola is beyond excited every time she gets to go, and will be tired the whole next day. Lola isn’t the easiest dog either (she’s super high energy), so it’s great I can trust she’ll be well taken care of at Bark St. I also love seeing the pictures Bark St sends while I’m at work!

My puppy Toast absolutely LOVES Bark Street and so do I. The staff is so kind. They celebrate and shower Toast with love from the minute he walks in until he exits! They pay attention to all special instructions for meals or modified schedules. And the photos throughout the day are the best!!

The Bark St staff is AMAZING and takes great care of my baby dog!! She goes to daycare regularly and also has boarded, and they always go above and beyond to give her attention and TLC. We also love getting regular pics and updates throughout the day. We love Bark St and highly recommend to all dog parents!!

My dog Duke loves going to Bark St for daycare and boarding. They send you photos and texts throughout the day so you know the dogs are always being taken care of (and having fun)!

Bark St is the best and my dog Buster agrees!!! Usually an aloof, separation anxiety dog, not only is Buster excited about going to Bark St each morning, he also comes home sooooo tired 😂 Basically when we get to Bark St, Buster walks in and doesn’t look back LOL. The staff are so nice, and I get cute photos of Buster at least once a day, sometimes 3-4 times! They’ve gone above and beyond with the cleanliness of their facilities. When I boarded Buster for a week, they even have a human sized bed for overnight dogs to sleep on 🥹🫶 Thankful to have found Bark St!!!

The staff are very good with my puppy, and also taking photos of him throughout the day and texting them to me. I’m fussy with making sure my puppy gets the best treatment. You can’t go wrong here. My little boy loves this place, and he goes for daycare and has stayed overnight. It’s amazing how tired and happy he is when I pick him up. Also, if you want to keep your dogs routine, they will also walk him at your preferred time. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you to all staff!

My 6 month old puppy absolutely LOVES it here. She’ll practically drag me in that direction when we are out on the street. The staff is fantastic — attentive and reliable, and they all have individual relationships with my pup. This place is really great.

Bart Street is INCREDIBLE! Our 100+ pound Rottweiler absolutely loves it here. They send photos and share updates all day long, which I really appreciate. His daycare experience is enriching, safe and extremely loving. He comes home exhausted for 2 days after 9 hours at daycare. They are absolute sweethearts to him and stick to our more than rigid feeding schedule and dietary needs. I trust my resident pup and all my fosters with Bark street & highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusting daycare!

Great service, kind staff, and genuinely feel like they care about my pup. Always keep me updated throughout the day with updates and pictures so u never feel out of the loop. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We have a small senior rescue dog with attachment challenges and a big personality. Like many families over the Covid period, our little guys attachment issues became more pronounced. So, while weve been eager to find a place for him to receive daycare, overnight options, and a way to socialize, its been stressful locating the right place. Having Bark Street open nearby has felt like a gift...its a warm and caring environment that is easily tailored based on the needs of the dogs. For instance, our small guy seeks a lot of human touch and down time for napping. His eyesight isnt great either. And not only have the staff accommodated his particular needs with naps and respite...they actively suggest options to make him more comfortable. They watch the dogs closely and know their unique personalities and the best ways to make their days safe and happy. It can be quite amazing the impact on families to know their pet is cared for and we look forward to a long relationship with Bark Street.

Nara loves coming here for daycare and overnight stays. Communication is great, and Bark St is always flexible and accommodating to anything we need!

I highly recommend Bark St for your furry friend. Their brand-new facility with large play space is beautiful, and the caring and attentive staff ensure a safe and fun environment. They conduct temperament tests to ensure dogs play well together. Additionally, operating hours of 6:30 AM to 8 PM are perfect for busy schedules. Your dog will be in great hands at BarkSt!

I absolutely love this place and more importantly my dog does too. They are an incredible staff and take such care of my dog. I was very nervous going into the process and they have impressed me beyond words. I couldnt recommend this place more.

We love Bark St. The caretakers are excellent especially Athena. Rubie-Roo the B/W French Bulldog is mine. The facility is very clean, the caretakers are very knowledgeable and greet each client when they walk through the door - never have to remind them who I am there to pick-up.

Im not one to leave reviews, but I cant recommend this new gem in Fidi enough. While I have always been a bit apprehensive to send my dog to daycare, I truly felt more than comfortable leaving my dog at Bark St.This place genuinely offers me a peace of mind. The staff here is so friendly, enthusiastic, and truly cares for dogs, no exaggeration. Their attention to detail is wild – they remembered my dogs name, his unique preferences and needs, and his little quirks from day one. Plus, Ive never seen a space for dogs so luxe – think doggy hotel meets high-end spa.

Absolutely loved the experience with Bark Street! I received daily (sometimes even more than daily) updates with photos and videos showing how well my dog was taken care of. Im pretty sure my dog did not want to leave! Great work by everyone!

Genuinely the best doggy day care company in NYC. They treat the dogs so well, have THE BEST customer service out of any company I’ve worked with and so accommodating. Highly recommend to any dog owner in the fidi/seaport area.

We have an 8 month old Vizsla puppy. With her high energy and still learning the ropes with commands and staying on track, we were hesitant to put her with any daycare. Word of mouth was “Bark Street is not your typical daycare”, “ they will take your dog out to play, walks and enough stimulation, she will come home tuckered out”. Sure enough. They were right! The staff is attentive to the details, and know all the dogs by name immediately upon “hello”!We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Bark St NYC is the most beautiful and clean space I have ever seen as a doggie daycare. The staff is extremely kind and caring. They even have someone staying there overnight to attend to the dogs who board there.I can’t recommend them highly enough. BarkSt NYC is an amazing place for dogs. Their staff is so attentive, kind, and they make you feel so comfortable when leaving your pup. I would highly recommend this place. The environment and atmosphere is so warm and such a lovely place to be!

A testament to your quality of care and the environment at Bark Street. Nearly two weeks to the day, despite having not been in since as we work from home everyday, our dog, on her normal long walking route around the Seaport, sat down and made clear she wanted a detour on the way home. She turned me left at Water Street by the pickleball courts, took me up John and then left past the Marriott and a right onto Maiden Lane, very determined. She got to the light and crosswalk on Maiden Lane, stopped and took me across, turned left and sat down in front of the door to Bark Street, looking in longingly as she wagged her tail. Always the best sign when your child wants to go back to day care or school, even on their (beautiful) day off. We’re actually considering sending her once a week just for her to socialize and enjoy a day with the care providers since she loves it so much.

Gus Gus loved bark st and can’t wait to go back to play with his friends! I especially love that they send me photos 💖

The BEST doggie daycare ever. OurWinston loves Justyna and counselors. They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Winston is happy, comfortable, and relaxed. He enjoys his time with old and new friends. This is his home away from home. ❤️

Sent my 6 month old puppy here for the first time today and was definitely nervous since he’s never been to a doggy daycare but the space and people were so welcoming from the second that I walked in. They gave great updates and providing me training tips since he’s still a pup. Cooper didn’t want to leave!

This place is amazing! I took my dog here for the first time and was super impressed with the staff. The space is absolutely gorgeous (it’s brand new and beautiful), location is great and my dog came home happy and exhausted from play time. 10/10 will be bringing Walter here as much as I can.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the only place I trust to leave my dog overnight. The staff is so kind and caring and the space is clean and beautiful. I have no doubts that they take great care of all of their dogs. My dog had a great time and I will definitely be returning.

Today was just Enzos assessment as he is a 6mos old puppy and quite shy. The time that they took with him was above and beyond and he was returned to me tail wagging and and a just a happy camper. He came in somewhat traumatized from the neighborhood noises, but quickly settled under their gentle approach with him. I was so very impressed. Looking forward to seeing the friends Enzo will be making. What a gift to our dogs right in our neighborhood.

My Australian Shepard loves spending the day at Bark Street! He gets very excited upon arrival and totally passes out once we are home. Not having to specify a drop off or pick up time is wonderful and convenient.
