While I didnt end up needing to board my dog at Biscuits & Bath this time, I cannot say enough good things about Iliana Lebron-Cruz, their Director of Client Relationships. She was incredibly proactive, compassionate, and thorough in helping me explore boarding options for my dog. Even though she works remotely from the Pacific Northwest, her 16 years of experience with B&B shines through in her attentive communication and problem-solving approach. She followed up thoughtfully about my dogs health situation and made me feel confident that B&B would be an excellent resource when we need boarding in the future. Its rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine care for pets and their owners.
I took my 2 year old Havanese Daisy to Biscuits & Bath UWS for grooming and some play time. The groomer did a fantastic job. I had specifically requested to try and preserve as much hair length as possible given the temperatures are getting colder but I knew that would be a challenge as Daisy was all matted up. The groomer really listened to what I wanted and the result was perfection. In fact, the entire staff at the UWS location are great. I love that they know my dog’s name and that they keep an eye out for her during play time.My Dog loves other dogs so I usually include some play time whenever I bring her in for grooming. But I forgot how small the doggie play area is at the UWS location. So, the bigger dogs tend to dominate. But all in all a great experience for Daisy.See below for before and after.
My dog, Oscar, has been enjoying his time at Biscuits & Bath (UWS) since he started going there in late November 2022. All staff team members have been so friendly and welcoming since Day 1 and Oscar adores going to see them on his daycare days — he feels safe and loved. Oscar is especially fond of Jonathan who has been enormously kind and helpful to both Oscar and me. Jonathan has helped organize overnights and grooming sessions among other things — he makes my life easier and is a joy to work with. My thanks to all of you at B&B 87th Street! With kind regards, Karin and Oscar B.
Veronica has been grooming my two pups for awhile now and she always takes feedback if theres anything I would like done differently and she incorporates it into the next groom. They have also offered free touchups the next day if there was something I wanted different. She knows my dogs and especially with my senior dog getting older and crankier, I feel better knowing that she is taking care of them. The entire staff is super friendly as well and always very welcoming. The entire team here is amazing!
Gigi at Bath & Biscuits on the UWS helped me to raise my adopted schnauzer puppy Ziggy with love, patience, and joy. Ziggy runs to Gigi every time he sees her. He does not do this with many people. my Ziggy is loving but anxious. Gigi has a gift with both the animals she cares for and human counterparts. Ziggy came to B& B UWS at 12 weeks old. At a year and 2 months- she is his go to person. I just learned that as of tomorrow she will be moving to another location. I am heartbroken…
They let my dog starve. He lost over two pounds when he was boarded overnight, while I was on vacation for a week (yet his activity levels were lower when compared to non-boarded stays and he had no reported digestive problems). I could see his ribs!!! Two days after returning home from being boarded overnight, his pre-portioned lunch was returned to me when I picked him up from his routine stay at daycare, and a staff member later attributed the cause to be due to a clerical error in their system, indicating that he was not on a feeding schedule. The next day, a staff member revealed to me that the staff person I had spoken with previously about the clerical error and missed feeding, LIED TO ME. There was no clerical error. When I raised my concern about his weight and appearance being potentially indicative of him not been fed all his meals during his overnight boarding, the staff subsequently suggested that I might not have left behind enough food to support his growing body and fast metabolism (DESPITE the portions and frequency of his meals remaining the same and him returning to his normal weight after returning home from his boarding stay). Whether its an issue with feeding, billing, or a query on general information about the services they provide, I am consistently given a contradictory response from various staff persons. They are incredibly disorganized, unprofessional, and have incompetent and dishonest staff. The manager at the Yorkville location also has a very disrespectful attitude, albeit because her co-workers are equally disrespectful to her, but nonetheless, these employees lack TACT, to say the least. One star, because their trainers seem to do a good job, and because Google does not allow reviewed with a star rating.
So far, so good! Decided to give B&B a try after trying numerous private and non-private options in the UWS. Despite the hefty pricetag, was very impressed with the communication, proximity and seemingly positive experience for my 2 year old Cavapoo. When she arrived she was nervous and timid. When we took her the second time, she was sooooo excited to go in - which implied volumes to me and my husband. -- we took her to a local groomer on and off for over a year and during her last visit she pulled back so vehemently that it caused us to remove her and seek a new facility --We are not 100% sold on B&B - but it is the best overall service we have yet to encounter. The pricetag begs the question of if we could find a better cost with similar service nearby. Ultimately, she is happy - we are happy and I dont have the energy to keep reintroducing her to new environments to save ~$50.Veronica is an exprert groomer. She listened to all of our instructions and followed them completely. The communication and follow up from her and the owners was white glove and, ultimately, I am happy to pay a little extra to have peace of mind and know that my little girl is happy.
Veronica was our groomer and she was lovely. She was so communicative and my dog had some struggles that she was so patient and kind about. Can’t wait to see her again!
Biscuits and Bath UWS is the best! The front desk staff are incredible. So friendly, organized and kind. Veronica has been grooming our dog Miles and she’s so patient and caring with him. His hair always looks awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
We love our B&B UWS family! Our dog, Miles, has been going there for a year and always has the best time. The front desk staff (Jonathan, Aly, Jodi, Gianna and Danielle) are spectacular. They know my fiancé and I by name and make us feel comfortable. They’re responsible and get back to us quickly when we reach out. We love each and every one of them and so does Miles. Veronica is an expert groomer! She loves our dog and is careful and patient with him. She listens to all our notes and does a fantastic job. This is where you should send your dog… 100%.
Love this place! Veronica Molinas did such a wonderful job grooming our 10 month old mini poodle. She was happy when we picked her up and Veronica listened so well to our preferences. And our dog looks gorgeous!
I’ve had a wonderful experience so far - it was my first time using a doggy daycare. The communication was superb, and when I walked in to pick up my dog she was happily sat with one of the dog handlers. The place is clean and very professional - you get updates and pictures and your mind is put at rest. Compared to other places in the area this is a clear winner! They also offer training and vet services which is very handy!
I can’t say enough about our family experience that us and our boy Bruno has had with Johnathan Rowe here on the 87th st location. He not only has been a key support in training and playing with our chocolate Lab since he was months old, but through years of knowing him, he has become a dear friend of mine and the family’s - having been there for us emotionally during very hard times and losses. (Offering help and extra service among so many other things). In my casual terms, he’s the coolest dude ever. Above all he does for Bruno, he is one of my best friends. I speak for my family when I say your pet is safest and best off on his watch.
Our dog loves B&B! We’ve been going for three months now and he gets excited every time we drop him off. We’ve tried some other spots but the staff here have been exceptional. In particular, Jonathon’s been one of the guys there that goes above and beyond in taking good care of our dog and updating us about how his day’s going! It’s the staff that make this spot shine and we’re also looking forward to seeing him, Jodi, and the rest of the crew there.
Biscuits & Bath UWS is my pup Rory’s second home. He loves going there in the morning and we’ve found a cadence that works for him in terms of day care, walks, grooming, etc. They make it easy to maintain his grooming, oral care, and any medicine/feedings he may need by just fulfilling these services while he is at day care. One underrated service I found really helpful was medical boarding; Rory happened to get neutered just before we had to move, and I was able to keep him there for a day or so while we moved so that they could monitor his incision and issue his medication. My boy is a puppy so right now day care is the perfect way to get his energy out, but even as he gets older and more calm, B&B has a menu of services that he can continue to use and benefit from into adulthood.
The Biscuits & Bath on 86th is an great location! Jonathan is incredible with our pup and has not only provided a great level of care but has gone above and beyond to accommodate us even on last minute issues. We have been very happy with them on daycare and boarding. More importantly, our dog runs to go inside and greet the staff!
I cannot recommend B&B UWS enough. Everyone takes such wonderful care of our pup, always making sure she is happy and safe and loved. I never have any worries when she is there - I know she is getting the best care possible. Everyone who works at B&B is top-notch, but I do want to give a special mention to Johnathan who always goes out of his way for us and our girl, and who is always a true joy to be around. We are so lucky to be a part of the B&B UWS family!!
I really wanted to love this place. They seem to have great reviews and convenient locations all over the city, and after I had submitted a preliminary inquiry, they followed up consistently with such personalized texts about my dog, I thought this facility sincerely cared about him. Biscuits & Bath effectively wooed me over for weeks and after a terrible Rover experience, I decided the high prices at Biscuits & Bath were worth it for my dog and my own peace of mind.Unfortunately, the actual boarding experience failed to exceed or even meet expectations and was overall very disappointing. From multiple miscommunications and issues with my reservation to the abysmal play areas, lack of updates during the stay, surprise mystery charges and increased fees added to my final invoice, and frustrating customer service, I was very disappointed with the experience and genuinely worried about the meager care my dog received in their facilities. We will not be back.
Veronica gave our long haired dachshund a very nice haircut and seemed genuinely interested in his well being.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with UWS Biscuits. We’ve been with Biscuits for 7 years and they truly feel like family at this point. My dog was recently diagnosed with IBD (inflammatory bowl disease) and I was nervous about boarding. His extremely strict (and complex) feeding/medication schedule has been critical for his remission. Stress, dietary changes and incorrect timing with meds can send him into a flare that takes days to recover from. Prior to his stay I was able to send texts and videos of meal prep, how to administer meds and what the early signs of a flare look like (acid reflux) . We even went over his potty schedule. Clearly this is a lot of work. Each day I was sent pictures of Otto and little updates about how much fun he was having. Otto came home (as always) happy and tired.
Veronica did SUCH an amazing job grooming our anxious puppy. She even sang to him to calm him down while she worked and he loved it! He came home looking dapper and cuter then ever. Even had a little bow around his neck. We’ve used B&B for daycare in the past but this was our first time with the groomers. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back!
We love the UWS biscuits and bath. The team is amazing and our pup is always so happy to go for daycares, overnights, and grooming. We are comfortable sending him there and that is what matters most.
Biscuits & Bath UWS is amazing. I’ve taken by dog there for over two years and they take the absolute best care of him. Highly recommend and two thumbs up.
I recently needed to find the right place to board my love Daisy, because I was traveling abroad and couldn’t bring her. I was nervous and anxious about finding the right place. I felt guilty about leaving her. It was our first time apart for more than several hours, after she came into my life 2 1/2 years ago.I was so pleased with UWS Biscuits and Bath. First, she did a half-day of day care, which went well. and then she spent five nights.I could tell that she was very well cared for. The staff are wonderful and love the pups. They provided daily updates about Daisy, which put me at ease. She got a bath at the end and smelled and looked delicious when I picked her up. I highly recommend UWS Biscuits and Bath for daycare, grooming and boarding.
We took our dog here for a grooming and told the staff several times not to trim our dogs body at all. When we picked our dog up he looked absolutely terrible and they had cut the hair on his body incredibly short while leaving the hair on his legs long (the opposite of what we asked for). They told us not to worry about paying and sent us away, and then began calling us several days later requesting payment. Really disappointing experience.
This review is specifically for their Vet practice (I havent used their grooming services but love seeing the dogs in the windows). The vet was good during the appointment except for a couple of things. During the appointment, unprompted they indicated that they wouldnt be performing certain tests on my dog as they were werent necessary and more expensive. On a later phone call, they indicated that they performed these tests (and thus charged more). At a later appointment, they kept trying to upsell me on vaccines that my dog doesnt need cause I dont board him. Also, when the vet was cutting my dogs nails, they indicated that the clippers were too dull and continued to use them as opposed to getting different clippers. I tried a different nearby vet that has hours other than Friday and I found them to be cheaper and liked the service better so I switched. If you board your dog here, the vet service is good but I personally prefer a different vet nearby.
We love biscuits and bath! My dog Belle has a hard time being left alone and biscuits and bath has been a life saver! She loves going to daycare and the grooming is top quality. I have one very happy pup because of biscuits and bath!
My puppy loves Biscuits & Bath! The staff is welcoming and professional. The runs are kept very clean and at the end of the day, I can ask for details about any concerns I might have, and they always know what’s been going on. They are attentive and responsible and I know my puppy is safe there.
My pup loves coming here. He is so excited to go and play with his friends. Staff is so nice and greet my pup by name. There is a number to text to communicate with staff and often get adorable (professional looking) photos.
Have been using B&B UWS for my dog for years. He loves going there - for day care and boarding - he gets so excited every time we drop him off. When the time comes to pick him up, hes exhausted. And you know what they say, a tired dog is a happy dog. Couldnt recommend it more.
Veronica did an amazing grooming job on my standard poodle Buddy! Definitely recommend Veronica!!
Veronica has groomed my Karmen twice now and while she is not easy, and was a stray was a large portion of her life; Veronica an expert in patience and making your dog feel safe and comfortable, first and foremost. Grooming can be a scary experience but with Veronica, it’s a breeze!
Biscuits & Bath (UWS) has been a God-send! Our Chocolate Lab, Bruno is a very excitable, boisterous guy. While he is the sweetest, he can be a bit much to handle. The staff at B&B always welcome him with tons of love, embracing Brunos personality. We recommend B&B wholeheartedly.
My experience with them was fantastic, they were open and upfront about what services they could provide, about the costs of those. Limitations, etc. This was the first time I had dropped my 8 month old at this dog daycare or any daycare for that matter. They messaged me three times, twice with photos on the first day. I called on average every four hours, they picked them up, and answered my queries about Euphoria (my dog), they told me when she was having anxiety. I absolutely loved boarding with them!
Love Biscuits and Bath!I have been taking KC, my 3 year old female retriever, to B&B since she was a pup. KC loves her playtime with other dogs. KC LOVES the staff, too.Why B&B works for me:1. Controlled environment for play2. Supervision of pets by staff3. Clean environment4. Pet screening...no aggressive dogs allowed5. Health screening...all dogs must meet NYC vaccation standards
Our black lab puppy loves biscuits, and so do we! The staff is incredible, and it’s so clear they love dogs. Our puppy always comes home happy and tired, and she’s always excited to go back! Thanks, biscuits & bath!
I was charged $750 for a bi-annual vet appointment (got bortadella shot, no X-rays, no medicine, paid for fecal test tube) and grooming of my Newfie. Admittedly she was very matted, however she was there from 10-6 and I was charged for her relief walk and the trimming was never done. Petco has her all day and charges $200. I dont know who this place caters to but I can no longer afford their services.
My Standard Poodle Lily loves B & B. If we are on the block she will pull me to the door to go in. Ive boarded her at B&B numerous times. Each time the staff sends me photos every day and emails me how she is doing, which is great for the neurotic over protective Mother that I am. I highly recommend boarding here.
This establishment is everything i wanted in a daycare. My dog is an island dog and has a shirt attention span and so far Biscuits training programs have done wonders. Everyone cares about your baby and my dog always comes home happy!
I have one outgoing dog, and one shy dog. I knew the outgoing one would love daycare, but even my shy dog was happy to go back for a second day. That was a huge step for her! The staff seem caring and really enjoy being around the dogs.
I’m really unhappy with the choppy and uneven job my dog got from my groomer at biscuit and bath today. They got the shape of her head wrong, too. The customer service was amazing – but does that matter if the grooming is so subpar? On my way home to see if I can smooth it out. Totally not worth the money.
I brought my 8month old westie for 2 nights and when I came back to pick her up she seemed very happy playing with her new friends. The stuff updated me with texts and photos the entire time my dog was there. We also booked bath, nails and grooming - everything was done very nicely and my girl looked like a movie star when I came to get her. I’m definitely bringing her back next time I have to travel.Thank you Bisquits and Bath!
We love it here. Our dog had a hard time adjusting to the city but the training and patience the team gave him made him the perfect doggie. We love it and so does the pup.
My dogs love B&B UWS. When they come to pick them up the dogs go crazy! My oldest dog who is 70 pounds cannot walk up the stairs at their facility so they carry him up and down when needed. That to me goes beyond their job requirement and I am very grateful. I also love the pictures they send me of them and write-ups of how they are doing.
We bring our very large labradoodle, Zeus, to B&B on the UWS and we couldn’t be happier! The staff there is amazing, they are super attentive and caring for our dog. They send me pictures of Zeus throughout the day so I can see how he is doing. Plus they are always excited to see Zeus, I wouldn’t take my dog to any other daycare :)
We decided to try the grooming facilities for the first time. My husband wanted to give them a try. Well, if you want you dog to come back shaved then this is the place for you. You will also pay for it. This is the most expensive grooming place that we have tried and they did not do a good job. My dog has shave marks and his hair is far too short on his body. Where they had to trim his head hair, it is very uneven. So I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount for a shaved dog. He also doesnt smell nice- he stinks, so Im not sure what products they use but he smells like he wasnt cleaned properly.
I adopted my anazing dog, London from ACC 4 months ago. It all happened pretty quickly and I was overwhelmed but I fell in love with him so I couldnt let him go! ACC partnered with biscuits and bath and I dont think I would have made it through the first few months without them! The vets were always available and friendly when I had new mom questions. The day care helped IMMENSELY with Londons socialization and the 6 week puppy obiedence on the LES was priceless! All of it helped in understanding London and Easing into what now is the best thing thats ever happened to me. I love that Patricia and Michael know both London and I when we walk through the door on the UWS. Ive watched them treat every dog personal, as if they were their own. I know London is in good hands when I have to leave him there. 5 stars isnt enough! Kudos to the whole staff for taking awesome care of my fur baby when Im not around! 🐾🐶
The fast answer is no. I gave them a healthy dog and they returned one that could not walk. The communication is late to non-existent, misleading and changes ask questions. Ownership does not return calls as I have left two and was not asking for anything besides assurance the communication would approve.I rarely write reviews and it is generally driven by superb service or by extraordinarily poor. In this case communication was poor to intentionally misleading and our pet could get hurt. They are not below market in pricing, but higher. I boarded our dog st the UWS location and was impressed with the detailed questions they asked about my dog, such as behavior, health issues, preferences etc. I made it clear he is healthy but he is a shepherd and might try to break up fights and does not back down if he becomes part of it. Overall he is sweet and gets along well with other dogs.We dropped my dog off on Tuesday with instructions for a daily walk. On Wednesday I received a nice picture and an update. I inquired upon receipt of the same if they had a doggie cam that I could access but received no answer. Most days I received a picture with only a mention that he threw up his food one day but no injuries.Sunday as we were headed home I received a call from the kennel that Seamus was limping and they thought it was due to old age. I told them he had slowed, but doesn’t limp, so did something happen, get in a fight, etc.? She said that no, it just started. When I picked him up the answers from the manager Patrycja were thin and she said the vet briefly looked at him and could see no marks or breaks. I then asked if they checked his paw and she did not know & said the vet looked at him briefly which seemed odd.On Tuesday he still couldn’t walk and I called and asked to see the log on Seamus. I reiterated, as I had said on pick up, that accidents do happen but knowledge of the accident would be helpful. Also if this was a two day problem then I would wait before seeing the vet and hope for improvement. Could this have occurred earlier, in which case I might see my vet.I was told there was no log on each dog but as I stayed on the phone the manager Patrycja said that it looks like it might have been a problem on Saturday and then she said she would have to talk with the walker and call me back. She then left me a message that it actually happened on Friday but they had no knowledge of any accident. Here is the problem. They never called me but walked my dog again on Saturday this in spite of noticing a limp on Friday Then they tried to walk him again on Sunday & one block away he just fell down on the street. When I complained about the lack of communication they credited me for Sundays walk that he didn’t take. I questioned their policy, if they had one, on communicating and reporting injuries. They then changed the story that on his limp on Friday was old age and being not an energetic dog. What struck me as odd is that a business that dings you with ancillary charges did not answer my question about a doggie cam until after I picked up my dog. I would have paid for a membership so I am left wondering if that was part of the coverup or just more incompetence.
I contacted Biscuits and Bath to walk my dog for a number of days and they quoted me a price that I agreed to. The first two days they charged the correct amounts and after that they charged me between 3 and 5 times for the same exact walks. I called them to inquire and was told they would fixed the error. A few days passed and they continued to over charge me for these 15 min walks (some of which were only 5min in duration). Then, on my third call a man at the shop told me that the employees had quoted me the wrong prices and I should pay for their mistake. At that point I cancelled any future services but the owner/manager did not want to rectify what they had sold me and agreed to. He expected me to pay for services that in fact were not provided.I’m reading other bad reviews on google for this business and each one is followed by a denial and rebuttal of this business. This shop is a fraud and if you’re not on top of your charges they will try to scam you. I’m reporting them to the NYC Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. It’s a shame and really disappointing that things have to end like this after two employees confirmed the same prices for services provided. The manager or owner wants to make up their own rules after the fact and is unapologetic. This is not the fault of the other employees/walkers at this business who are nice and are just doing their jobs. It’s the management of this business who is unethical.
Do. Not. Use. Management is rude and unresponsive. Corporate is also unresponsive. They are unaccomodating and expensive. My dog has been injured on site and no one even noticed. An edit to my earlier post based on your response. This did in fact happen. I had brought it to your attention. And even the walker at the time did when he saw her the next day and asked why she was bleeding ( which she still was). The fact is this last request was the final straw. What you are calling reasonable to save face on a review website was actually unreasonable. Your staff typically does not respond. And when you do. The answer is always unaccomodating. I gave several options. Have worked with you in the past. And quite frankly had enough of a business that runs in a manner that is indifferent to its clients and dogs. Yes. The employees are wonderful and that’s why I stayed so long. But the way you manage. Is not. It’s terrible. You have no control at that location. And incidents are happening. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE THE ONES TALKING ABOUT THE INCIDENT. and the fact that your staff has offered to provide services when you cannot is a testament to how poorly you run the business. But I understand why you responded the way you did. I’m obviously the bad guy for making sure my dog has what she needs. You are incapable of providing it.
Too small a space and super crowded. They have a camera that so you can view your doggo all day if youre leaving them here - but they charge extra for that!We left our dog here and they said theyd do an assessment after his first day but at the end of the day, the person who was supposed to give us the report had left already and the other person said he did fine I guess. Not what I was hoping for. Especially after Id mentioned how our dog was a little traumatized at another daycare place and was shy/timid.Now when we walk by this place, he does not want to go in at all. What happened that day is a mystery to me. It always will be 💁🏻♀️
I am horrified to learn that Biscuit & Bath facilitates dog sales (clearly advertised on their website). Over 2 million dogs and puppies are euthanized every year in shelters due to lack of adoption, rescue groups are bursting in every city right now desperately seeking fosters and adopters. And still, Biscuit & Bath offers to be a middle man between breeders and will also deliver the animal? This is exactly the role pet stores play in the puppy mill trade. If you are intent on buying a dog, you should always visit the breeder yourself and insist on meeting the breeding mother to ensure an environment that meets decent animal welfare standards. No reputable breeder sells a dog to a purchaser they dont meet and interview but backyard breeders and puppy mill operators DO, exclusively. Im so ashamed to have ever supported this business.
Our dog, Tennessee, LOVES Biscuits and Bath. Tom (UWS location) is super nice and on top of it....and Carol (Client Care Specialist) is amazing...friendly, available, responsive and ALWAYS looking out for us...Bravo!
I took a chance on Biscuits & Bath with my dog Blue and it was the best choice I made. They are the best and treat Blue the best when he’s there. 5 ⭐️
Kaylin at the UWS location was great with my pup and made sure she was clean and happy! Highly recommend!
I have 3 wonderful dogs which are very happy at the UWS B&B. The staff at the UWS location tend to my pack very closely and I couldnt be happier.I recommend this location to everyone and all!
Caring and thoughtful group of colleagues who I feel totally comfortable with ..as does my pup!!
I love Biscuits and Bath! They knew Rebels personality, habits and name right away and they treat her like family. Rebel loves to play with her friends at this location. I used the B&B team to drop Rebel off at home once as well and they got her there safe, happy and sound. Great experience.
I am very upset of this place. Dogs alone, bark, some dogs scared and shake, people do not check and do not clean right away. Vet does not let me in,to check what they doing with my dog as room is too small.
Every member of this team is passionate about dogs. It matters to me. And to Frankie, who has been both a day student and a boarder. We
What can I say???they are the best and honestly my dog love to spend time with the whole crew at biscuits and bath on uwsThey are so caring and when me and my partner travel they keep us posted on our little dog all the timeTruly Highly recommend
Friendly staff who genuinely like the dogs and take care of them. My dog likes getting there each.morning
A fantastic facility and very caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog loves Biscuits and Bath.
Great experience here!!My animals are always treated well aswell as the other animals in this place and it is very clean.
No place takes better care of our precious, Riley, than B&B on West 87th. Thank you!🐶🐶Una
3 happy campers at pick up. They usually stay when we are away on 3-4 night trips. Expensive yes. Worth it YES
I’ve been taking my dog Dwight to Biscuits & Bath for over 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are friendly, considerate, and accommodating, and would send me daily photos of Dwight while we boarded him. They’re just great and highly recommend them.
These guys are the best - they take great care of my dog!
We’ve taken our puppy to this location for the puppy play groups to help with socialization. They’ve been GREAT! The staff is very responsible and makes sure the pups are playing nice and ensures no doggie feels uncomfortable. Our puppy is always excited to go there and his tail picks up and starts wagging once he realizes where we’re headed. Our puppy has made a few doggie friends. He’s so tired when he gets home he usually falls right asleep! The staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive to emails. We love how they post on social media which makes it feel like a community. The facility is also very clean.
We love Biscuits and Bath! Our pup always has so much fun - whenever we even go close to the facility he gets excited! The staff is wonderful, and so attentive. I can’t recommend Biscuits and Bath enough!
They are always so kindly and with Crystal and the service impeccable!
This review is for the vet on premises. Dr Tan is awesome and very easy to work with.
Explained everything throughly & very patient with kirara. Thank you
Do. Not. Use. Unaccomodating. Rude. Understaffed and dogs get injured.
This place is good but pricey for your dog.
