I could not express enough gratitude to the team at Biscuits and Bath Greenwich Village. My dog just loves going in. She loves every single one of the members of the team, and they seem to love her back as well. She comes out of there happy and relaxed and it gives me a lot of joy and peace of mind knowing that my pup is receiving the attention she needs and deserves. I don’t see what the negative reviews are referring to. I work on 13 th street and have been walking by their location for years even before I started bringing my pup in. I have always been delighted by the sight of the pups in the front. I have never seen the poop all over the floor, or empty water bowl, or dogs in distress. Also, there is always someone in even if you do not see/notice in the front desk. Just ring the bell and they buzz you instantly. Trust me. I would not have brought my dog had I noticed any sign of neglect. Besides my dog will not even want to go inside a place where she’s been made to feel uncomfortable. She loves to go to daycare at B&B.

I guess only owners don’t care about their dogs will put their dogs here. No one cares about the boarding dogs. Look at the dogs tails all tugged down, they were so scared, forced to poop indoor coz no one take them out, and hence no place for them to sleep. Only one dog bed and it was occupied by another dog, this dog in the video was barking for help, water bowl has no water, wonder if there’s enough AC inside too coz I saw other dogs inside the building all down, and lights are all off. Poor doggie don’t know how long thry need to wait to have someone coming in. Guess no one works on weekend. I passed by on a Sunday late afternoon. Sad scene and feel poor for the dogs

I took my two dogs to the GV Biscuits & Bath for over 4 years before making a recent move. Biscuits was their home away from home and I would argue that the staff loved my dogs just as much as I did. They still text me to check in, and even reached out to say happy birthday to one of them when she turned 5 recently. I really can’t recommend these guys enough, my dogs loved their time there and the staff is incredible.

Boarded my dog here this weekend and I don’t know how to feel about it! I paid for 5 walks a day because they said they don’t take the dogs outside to use the bathroom - they just have them poop and pee inside. I also paid for a play/train session but heard nothing about that upon pickup. She was also supposed to be given a bath and I paid for the “cologne” and bathing add ons and she smelled like straight urine. Those dogs are just stepping in each others pee and I saw a pug eat another dogs poo on the west side uptown location. Doggy daycares are a hard job and they appear to be well run but you never know. I feel bad for the workers thinking they are signing up for something at all organized

I am so grateful to have found a wonderful trainer (Tiffany Rouse) at B & B who has the intelligence and skill to train my highly reactive 5 year old rescue maltipoo, Izzy. In a few months Izzy has been transformed from a hyperactive pooch to a calmer obedient version of herself. It is amazing what has been accomplished! She now follows my commands and is learning to socialize with other dogs. I’m confident that given what I have learned from Tiffany that I can continue to help Izzy thrive and grow behaviorally and socially. I’m convinced that even an older dogs can learn new tricks because I have seen it with my own eyes. I am planning to board/train Izzy for 2 weeks at B & B when I travel. I trust them 100%.

Highly recommend - good service, happy dog, communicative, and continuity of staff (high retention). Drop offs are on time, and they have been responsive. Daycare is great, boarding includes daily updates and photos, and grooming is top notch for my golden retriever. My dog has been going here since he was fully vaccinated, and is always so excited to see the staff members. They are also intuitive in knowing the owner’s needs and really try to be flexible and understanding, which is highly appreciated. They are a trusted partner to me and have been integral in making dog ownership invaluable.

My very nervous and frightened Chihuahua mix whom I rescued a year ago absolutely thrives at this Biscuits and Bath location. She has made doggy friends and human friends. She receives the socialization I cant give her any other way as she is apprehensive about dogs we encounter on our walks and she hates the dog run. Everyone at B&B is extremely sensitive to my sweet girls needs and she even found a boyfriend there (a French bulldog). The staff are amazing: kind, patient and absolutely dog loving. I cant imagine any reason why I would stop using this Biscuits and Bath location.

I don’t even know where to begin, but wish I could give so many more stars than just 5.I have used essentially every service at Biscuits and Bath since I adopted my dog in 2019. Everyone at B&B has treated me and my dog like family since day one. My dog loves them so much there and I know he is always so loved and well taken care of when he spends any time there. We’ve done the board and train 2 week stay, overnights, and daily day care with pick up and drop-off. We’ve utilized their in-house veterinary practice, NY Vet practice and had grooming with baths. We have also done some at-home sessions with amazing dog trainer, Tito Rivera.Every aspect has been exceptional and I could not recommend them highly enough. We mainly used the Greenwich Village location, since it is the closest to my apartment. They took (nearly) all the stress away that comes with getting a new dog and we’re always available for advice or help.I am so sad we are moving across the country and have to leave everyone at Biscuits and Bath. I know my dog, Ted, will miss everyone so much.

We absolutely love Biscuits and Bath. Our dog has been coming here for about 3 months and has never been happier. She pulls to get here every morning and cant wait to get into the room to play with all of the pups. It is so fun to watch her get excited to see all of her friends and all of the employees are insanely friendly and truly love and care about these dogs. The daycare is always clean and we come home with one happy puppy everyday. We have also boarded her at B&B as well and highly recommend it. Having a trainer on site as well as a vet is definitely reassuring as well. Wouldnt leave her anywhere else!

Do NOT bring your dog here. My dog went in for grooming and when I picked him up, the crown of his head was raw, bleeding, and oozing. I asked what happened because I wanted to know how to care for the wound. Did my dog move while he was getting groomed? Did the groomer slip? These things HAPPEN! They immediately told me he had been brought in with a hot spot there, which he had not (obviously - it would have been highly visible). This is when I became concerned for how my dog had been treated while there. After the staff changed their story three times about when the spot was noticed and what happened, I spoke with a manager who informed me the only thing the groomer was at fault for was not alerting me to the hot spot as soon as she saw it to avoid the situation of me questioning how he got it. I was growing increasingly concerned with my dogs treatment, so I asked to see the tapes of his grooming. I was informed that for the privacy of their clients, this cannot be shared with me. This is legitimately the most absurd reason Ive ever heard. Privacy rules obviously do not extend to pets - as though theyd be embarrassed to be seen in the bath! Moronic. A few days later I asked to see the tapes again, and in a lengthy letter inserted below, I was told the cameras had been offline at precisely the moments I needed to see. This is HORRIFYING. What in gods name is going on behind closed doors to our animals at this place that we cant see them being bathed? I repeat, do not send your pet here. Its a terrifying place. I have been taking my dog to B&B for probably close to 10 years, initially going 5-7 days a week, but now he goes about 4-8 times a month as I now work from home. I have always been happy with the service and the care my dog receives. My dog is now a senior dog with some medical issues and theres extra care that goes into his daily life. B&B have helped me when Ive had to go out of town to make sure receives medicine and treatment. They are great about keeping me in the loop with email updates and letting me know how hes doing. Everyone from the front desk to transport is kind and helpful and always happy to see my dog. I think the best review is that my dog is always happy when he arrives in the morning and comes home to me looking like hes had a great day.

This is my go to for my pup Bruno. I’m a little sad to be moving away soon with him and I hope I can find somewhere similar in London.Bruno LOVES this place. Everytime we go drop him off for boarding, he doesn’t look back haha. I love their Instagram updates - it’s so reassuring to see how much fun he has and how much love he receives from the staff when I’m away. He’s extremely tired everytime I pick him up because he plays through day and night. The text updates from the staff are great too - they let you know how much he’s eaten everyday and what friends he’s made! Everytime I bring him back, they immediately know who Bruno is. He has his own little family there and I always feel so safe knowing he’s there when I’m away.B&B also provides great service for administrative stuff. They respond so quickly, even when I ask for a large amount of paperwork (I once asked them to send me all the invoices in the past 6 months) and they were super quick with it!Thank you so much for being a little heaven for Bruno! I’ll make sure to take him for more boarding or daycares before he leaves :)

I have been very pleased with Biscuits and Bath. The staff is very courteous and professional (special thanks to Basimah Govan), the premises are spotlessly clean, and there is a vet on-site. At the reception area, you can even watch the dogs through a plate glass window behind the reception desk. It is very easy to make reservations for boarding, and the staff very carefully evaluates each dog prior to allowing them to board to make sure that there are no special issues and that they are compatible with the other dogs in the facility. If you are away traveling, they make a special effort to contact you every day or two to let you know how your dog is doing. And, perhaps most important, my dog loves going there, which I think is a very good indication of the quality of care they offer. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer!

I had a lovely time meeting the staff and being a part of the happy energetic group inside the tracks. Many dogs are tailored with specific preferences that their trainer/owner/parents are aware of and so while monitoring them its important to know these factors. Id continuously monitor Spot, for example, if he has a physical condition or even an interaction issue with the other dogs. The staff are constantly keeping this rule a MUST to defend the safety and comfort of each warm fuzzy friend in the play areas. Jayson and the other gentleman I met were very hard working and sincere about the care for each and every dog. Its a lovely place and Id cherish returning.

I definitely don’t recommend bringing your pet here. Today I witnessed a worker here completely dragging a female chihuahua by the neck with its leash while the dog was squatted trying to pee. The walker did not even notice or care and he literally was dragging the poor dog by the neck across the crosswalk while the dog was squatted peeing. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t know the guys name but he had dark curly hair and was wearing a blue shirt with the name of this company. I saw him again 10 minutes later without the dog so I assume he just finished his shift or something. Absolutely disgusting.

My dog adores B&B (and the B&B staff, in turn, adore him). He is a very happy (almost daily) regular and is greeted with love and affection everyday. Whats more, I am always alerted at even the slightest potential issue (e.g., if he is scratching more than he should be) and the medical team on staff are always at the ready with their expert advice and services. Finally, the grooming is outstanding. My pups haircut is fantastic - and we are stopped regularly on the street by folks who want to know where he gets groomed.Five stars for B&B Greenwich Village!

I expressed my concern in text messages to no response. When I spoke with the General Managers (Erin Lovett and Brian Annett) at this location and the FiDi location they tried to talk their way out of it. I have simple instructions and they were all ignored. They added walks the dog did not go on. If you do give them business, watch every single charge. Weve had the worst experience ever. They pretend they care and seduce you with cheaper fares in the beginning, while you are there care of the dog. But when you come back the dog is alone, or always with someone different cramped in a small space with a ton of other dogs. Then our dog had bloody diarrhea and we had to go to an emergency hospital. She picked up a parasite and it just can be from the day care because when she was still a puppy we carried her there and back home. We witnessed the other dogs eating excrements that for our taste were lying around for a little too long unattended. Of course you cant blame them entirely but it suddenly just didnt seem right there. Luckily we arent one of those desperate not time to really care parents that have a 9 to 5 job every day so we had the luxury to go away. But the worst was the tone that woman had the last day we tried to bring her back. You not only speak every day to another person not having a clue about the profile of your dog they can get quite rude. And you feel the urge taking your money. I wish they at least would have been a little smarter in the way they communicate. Suddenly without letting you know beforehand its not the price you payed that one month, it was communicated as a puppy fare, suddenly its double the price from 400$ to at least 800$ saying the 400$ was a one month trial. Take it or leave it. And again, the way this was explained, the tone was unacceptable for us. Luckily we found out later that many other have experienced similar things and that there is a much better, more reliable place not far away. We definitely dont recommend this place, and this is the first time I actually took my time to publish a review because that place is just no good and I hope they will run out of business soon.

Your dog will thank you!! I have a 6 month old American Eskimo who has been with Biscuits and Bath in Greenwich Village since he was 9 1/2 weeks old. They came to my apartment to play with Tellie twice a day until he had all his shots and could go to day care. He has fallen in love with the whole team at B&B and now drags me down 13th street as soon as we turn the corner in anticipation of getting to day care every day.I work quite long hours and being able to drop Tellie off at 7am and pick him up 12-14 hours later (or opt in to have him brought to my home in the B&B car if I have a social engagement) takes so much stress out of life. They are a one stop shop, with an on site vet, groomers and trainers in addition to the amazing day Tellie has playing with the other fantastic dogs (and staff!) at Biscuits and Bath.I cant recommend them highly enough - go see Dianna and sign up!

I ignored the reviews on: yelp, citysearch, insiderpages, etc...why? because I spoke with an awesome sales person on the phone, thats why. She told me about the great benefits of socialization versus personal training. Dont make the same mistake I did. She made it seem like the kindergarten was a great, great place. A place where there are actually people who are responsible. A place that didn’t smell like garbage. Instead, upon entering the open room with decay on the floors that looked like a torture chamber, there was a sick puppy at the kindergarten, the Murray Hill location was nothing but a disgusting smelly nightmare and was nothing like the location I visited first to check and see if this place was decent, here downtown by where we live.Unfortunately, the sick puppy in this kindergarten session of 5 was sitting right next to my dog...the trainer during the kindergarten notified the group and said the dog was getting over being sick and just threw up this morning, so be careful. Later on, that dog left early when others had puppy playgroup time. Two days later, my dog was sneezing and coughing. Turns out she got kennel cough and a cold from the puppy and we had to spend $250 on vet bills. When I called up and spoke with a representative at Biscuits and Bath to notify them of this irresponsibility, a representative said they would speak with the director as well as the manager of the location and get back to me that day. They mentioned that an option would be that they would replace the time my dog would be missing in the kindergarten (2weeks) with personal training sessions, until she recovered enough to go back to the kindergarten - due to what transpired and because the puppy was sick, someone would come to the home to train her instead of her delaying for 2 weeks. In short, neither the director nor manager contacted me that same day and I had to call back the next day, where I was told I would receive a call indefinitely that day from the director. The director, David Muriello, called me at approximately 4pm on a Friday exclaiming that he spoke with the manager of the location and there was nothing they did wrong, and there was never a sick puppy there – “your dog must have gotten sick somewhere else.” Mind you, this was the first time my dog stepped foot outside of the apartment since we got her. He went on to say, sorry there is nothing we can do. Nothing you can do? How about offer me something? like the free personal training sessions that were offered originally by your representative? Instead he offered me a refund minus the first session I went to, OR a credit of nearly $400 that the kindergarten cost me towards Biscuits and Bath. I asked what about the free personal training session I was offered by the representative? He said what? give you something for free? why? we did nothing wrong! What a cowardly response. Coulnd’t admit something could have possibly went wrong at this despicable horror show for dogs. He went on with how this was his day off and he has other calls to make that are worth more money so “let’s reach a decision of what you want to do.” Wow. He wasnt willing to offer anything else. After I told him it was inevitable that my dog got the sickness from the kindergarten because she hadnt been walked outside and had been in my apartment her entire life until the kindergarten, he denied any possible trace that they let sick dogs into the kindergarten. Just deny deny deny. In the end, the moron gave me my full refund. Its a K-Mart version of the treatment your dog should be getting.Good, loyal customer service says the customer is always right! and good customer service is willing to compensate for mishaps. If he had done the right thing by me, (had the kindergarten been good) I would have probably praised this place, as I normally do. Instead, nickel and diming got this establishment absolutely nowhere. SHAME ON YOU!
