Biscuits & Bath - Murray Hill

We took our dogs to the Murray Hill location for 1+ year. The care the staff showed to our dogs was incredible. Our dogs loved coming to B&B daily, and the convenience made it possible to have dogs in Manhattan. We used their daycare and grooming services and couldn’t be more pleased.

We get our dog Natasha groomed here and they always do a wonderful job. And when we were having some behavior issues, we got a session with their dog-whisperer America, and she did a wonderful job! In one session she showed us how to communicate better with our girl, and solved nearly all our behavior issues!

Despite having a horrible phone experience with the receptionist, I took my dog for a grooming session that cost me almost $250 because one of the other customer service reps (Iliana) was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the grooming was awful. The left photo is my dog when I groomed him myself. I showed the photo and asked Amy the groomer to do a similar style. The right side is what I was left with. His lips are completely uneven, his eyes look smaller, his eyebrows are also uneven, and his face isn’t round anymore; not to mention the sloppy job she did on his butt and paws. I’d rather continue to groom him myself even if it takes me two hours - this was not worth the expensive bill nor the hassle to bring in my dog at all. They even ask you for gratuity to your face at pick up, which I gave because k couldn’t say no. Their groomer has no talent what so ever, and is not friendly at all. She didn’t listen carefully to anything I said nor did she read my notes beforehand (they ask you to fill it out prior). Not only that, she asked me to bring in my dog one hour earlier than scheduled but was never apologetic or grateful at all for me switching my schedule around for her. I wish I could give a 0 star. I will never be returning to this place again and would highly recommend others to stay away for grooming as well.

I like this chain bc the staff seem to care about the dogs and get to know them well and are happy working there. I use this one and 13th st location. Only thing I can’t figure out is this location about a year ago started having a strong ammonia cleaning agent smell when the dogs come home that lingers. I’m not sure if they changed how they clean or need to aerate better but that’s the only drawback. Takes about 24 hours for my dogs to lose the smell after wert wiping them.

A super fan of this daycare! My puppy Haru dances every morning in happiness as we go to daycare! The care that he receives does show, and he always comes home a pleased and content puppy! Haru is very high energy (Maltese-Yorkie mix), and I needed daycare for him as being at home or only with a single sitter was not stimulating enough for him! Here he gets a ton of playtime with other pups, cuddles and attention! If you have high energy and super fun pup like mine, I recommend Biscuits and Bath Murray Hill! It’s also great to follow on Instagram and occasionally see Haru at daycare through their IG stories. I am extremely thankful to all the staff for taking such fantastic care of my darling Haru!

Winnie has been going to Biscuits and Bath on 3rd Ave for almost 4 years! She’s always excited to go, and comes back tired from all the play with her dog pals! Alyssa the manager is super helpful and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you want your dog to have some socialization while you work!

My boyfriend and i highly recommend this location and groomer Nicole. Ever since she started grooming my Goldendoodle, I wont have anyone else touch him. She takes her time with him and really does exactly what we want. Our dog trust her and is always excited to come back. We really appreciate the customer service she gives us. Thank you.

I just started my little baby Blu last week and I could not be more impressed. The establishment itself is sparkling but even better is the staff- they know each and every dogs name and greet him and I every morning with a smile on their faces. Truly attentive and caring staff, something I was missing from my previous daycare. Thank you all so much!

Ive been taking my dogs to biscuits and bath for 10 years. They are amazing. Pick up and drop them off each morning and afternoon, take them to the vet when I need them to, and give them baths before the weekend! Its the best! I highly recommend. Plus my dogs run to the door with excitement each time they arrive!

We have been taking our puppy here for several weeks and have really enjoyed the quality of service. The prices are pretty high, have found the quality of service to match relative to other cheaper dog day cares in the area.

Our bulldog (Lunchbox) has been going to B&B on 3rd Avenue for about 5-6 years now. We absolutely love the facility, services and most importantly, the team. They truly care about our dog & take such amazing care of her. We have utilized their day care services (nearly every work day for years), walking services, grooming and vet care. They truly partner with us to ensure the health and safety of our Lunchie. If your dog faces a serious health issue that needs more than a regular vet visit, they will refer you to terrific specialists. We enjoy watching the day care camera and seeing the many instagram posts. We know that our dog is in great hands, having fun and feeling the love while we are at work. Thank you to the entire staff for the love you have shown Lunchie over the years. You are the best. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B for any of your dog related needs. They are a great team & truly care.

Alyssa, Alyssa, and the rest of the great team at Murray Hill Biscuits & Bath are super caring, knowledgeable communicative, and friendly. They take the time to truly attend to my dog, Ernie, as well as me, and we both love the place.

Such a great place with dedicated, loving staff. We used them as a doggy daycare to sight see while our dog was taken care of. They were great.

We first started going to Biscuits in Murray Hill when our Puggle was 4months old. We couldnt go to their Sunday puppy kindergarten class but shortly after I inquired, a new class opened up on a Monday. Tricia and Sarah were wonderful trainers and we learned a lot about our patience as well as our little Moose. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were receiving the best instruction catered to our dog.We have also dropped Moose off for daycare a few times when at the last minute we realize he would be alone for way too long. They have always been accommodating and I love being able to check up on him via their Instagram and the emails I got periodically throughout the day.I can not sing enough praises for the passion and enthusiasm everyone brings to their work, and you can really tell that they all have a deep love of dogs.

My precious pup has been going here for almost 4 years, since she was 3 months old. Although she doesnt visit the daycare as much, we love the veterinary services. Especially when its time to travel and we have to be sure that her paperwork is in order.

What a great place! I have a 9 year old 60 pound Standard Poodle and I am very fussy about her looks. Well these people could not be nicer and know more about dog care.Rob, the groomer spent tons of time listening to what I wanted and did it perfectly. But just in case he had anything wrong, he waited for me to pick her up, past his quitting time, to make any last changes. Can you believe that? In NYC no less!You know I am a customer for life!

I took my dog here for daycare and had fabulous results. Its nothing super fancy, but she enjoyed running around with all of the pets here and came home to me exhausted. Hours are extensive and attention fabulous as well.

It was my first time at Biscuits and Bath, and I was referred to Emi. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the cut and the customer service. When I went to pick up my dog, I was surprised to find that Emi had left, and my dog was placed in a pen.

It is one of the best places for your pets to make them fancy ( bath and groom ), very friendly staff, the dog is happy every time he gets a haircut there.

Its been a blast watching Choo Choo blossom into the mayor of Biscuits and Bath Murray Hill! Hes a rescue COVID baby with bad separation anxiety, so it means the world to my husband and I know that hes being taken care of while were at work AND hes having a blast. Theyve even been able to work on his aversion to men and we can see how much calmer he is around them even out of daycare. Thank you, B&BMH crew, for regularly dealing with our boys shenanigans.

Mila had such nice things to say about her experience. Shes a discerning salon guest and it really tough to impress her like yall did.She came home and slept & slept. She didnt get up for quite nearly 8 or 10 hours after she got home.

Clean. Friendly. Professional. The go-to daycare for my Granddoggo Arlo. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! They have made my transition to NY with a pet almost seamless. Boarding and vet services are on the expensive side, but its worth it knowing the level of care my dog receives.
