Biscuits & Bath - Sutton Place

If you have an anxious dog, who is scared of groomers - this place is for you. After trying numerous groomers across the city, we found the best spot for our nervous dog-baby.Matt - the manager - kindly had a long conversation with me to learn all about our dog’s needs. He assigned us to Jenny who did a great job. Our dog was wash, dried, and cut in 90 minutes! They respected my wishes, and didn’t put him a cage. And he came home happy as a clam!

Fantastic Experience at Biscuits and Bath!I can’t say enough good things about Biscuits and Bath. This doggy daycare and boarding facility, with locations in Sutton Place and the Upper East Side, was my go-to for my pup Chevy.Chevy attended their daycare once a week, and I also enrolled him in training sessions with an amazing trainer named James. James did a fantastic job working with Chevy’s energetic personality, tailoring his approach to suit Chevy’s needs perfectly.A BIG SHOUT OUT to Matt from the Sutton Place/Midtown East location! He was always incredibly responsive via text, making communication a breeze. Matt was wonderful to converse with every time I dropped off or picked up Chevy and was just an overall great guy.The entire Biscuits and Bath team was phenomenal. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for dogs made a significant difference in Chevy’s experience. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch care and training for their furry friends!

My pup absolutely loves Biscuits and Bath - Sutton Place! Whenever we are within a block or two from it, even if we aren’t going that day, he’ll start pulling me in that direction. He’s made many puppy friends and the staff is wonderful. Matt, who is the Location Leader, does an excellent job - he’s personable, helpful, accessible, and clearly loves dogs. James has been great with training and my pup also loves the rest of the staff. He is often Chris’ shadow following him around or cuddling in another team member’s lap, when he’s not playing with his furry friends. We’ve had a really great experience and, while everyone’s dog is different, Biscuits and Bath - SP has been the perfect choice for us!

My 7 month old beagle puppy, Snoopy, goes to Sutton Place Biscuits & Bath (SP) for daycare and it truly is his home away from home. I am very protective of my pup and I trust SP completely; knowing Snoopy is there allows me to go to work without any worries or concerns. He goes there 5 days a week for daycare and has a blast every single day; he has made great friends with the other pups and we both see the staff as a second family. Marissa does an outstanding job managing the location; she is is very responsive and caring, always a smile on her face for the parents and a hug + kiss for the pups. When Geo (walker/handler) is there, Snoopys day is made - one of his favorite humans! All around, excellent customer service.Snoopy also does his training (train and play) at SP with Tricia, who I recommend with the highest regard. Tricia has been helping us since Day One (literally....the day before Snoopy arrived, she was at my apartment helping me get ready for the little one). Since then, she has worked with Snoopy at puppy kindergarten and, most notably, helped us get through a bout of separation anxiety/isolation distress. She is incredibly caring and truly has a sixth sense with the dogs. I love getting videos of his progress and seeing how happy he is to learn with her.Overall, I would give this location 10 stars if I could!

When I moved in the neighborhood I was highly recommended this day care as I work long hours. I sent my Aussie there a couple of times until I realized she was coming home with puncture wounds. From what I seen it looked like teeth marks. These people have been letting my dog get bitten without notifying me of anything. Everytime I asked the manager he lied and told me everything went well. When I brought up the excuse to the manager he completely dismissed me. What a horrible representation to that company. My dog would come home smelling like piss and fecal. Absolutely disgusting and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here for their dog.

Decent dog daycare location, dropped my dog Stella off a few times and my dog seems happy, the only downside is the supervision of the rough play was minimal. I have a reservation this week again since Stella seemed to have a good time, just don’t want to see any dogs get hurt, this location might want to hire additional help.

I love this B&B for all of our dogs needs- day care, vet, puppy play time, and grooming. Lucy, the supervisor, is so friendly and accommodating. It is obvious that all the staff care about the well-being of the dogs. I am always impressed by how clean the facility is. I wouldnt think of taking my dog anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

The staff at Biscuits & Bath is second to none. They care for the dogs as if they were the owners. Any dog is lucky to be there and receive all of the love and attention showered on them. Lecy the supervisor is amazing. Grooming is great too.

Great place for all of your dog needs. It is a very well run location and it is evident that all of the employees care for animals and enjoy their jobs. I like how the location is always clean and the windows allow you to see the dogs. I have used the daycare, vet, and groomer and have been happy with all the services. The only negative is that my dog now tries to go into the location every time I take her for a walk.

We adopted our dog Charlie from Sutton Place over a year ago. He was a nutty little guy who needed to be tired out and trained. The staff at Sutton Place is just amazing. Big Shout out to Lecy who takes the greatest of care of all of our furry family members!

We love Buscuits & Bath on 1st and 58th.Friendliest, most helpful people to deal with.Lecy goes out of her way to help us.We leave our dog there with complete peace of mind and she always has the best time.Great grooming too!

This crew always does a great job bathing my pup and offers to handle any touch ups for free if I notice anything. Its also convenient and appreciated that they communicate through text.

I absolutely love this place! I live in the building and my two Boston Terriers go there for grooming and day care! The only problem every time I walk the dogs they want to go in and stay there. The manager at this location Lecy is amazing!! My dogs like her more than me. It truly is a wonderful place!

John and the entire Sutton Place crew are incredible. My dog literally won’t even give me a goodbye glance when I drop her off- she is always THRILLED to be back here!! :-)

We love biscuits and bath! theyve groomed out pups for years, really well, and our new pup had great obedience training with them.

I left my dog there for over a week. He loved it. Lecy is one of the young ladys that helped me and she is so caring and nice.

Co-sponsors adoption events with a highly dishonest company, and misrepresents the nature of their relationship with them. I wouldnt trust my pup with them.

Love the convenience of having the groomer and vet at one location when getting my pet ready for travel.

Dogs are always happy here & well taken care of .

I go to the puppy play group with my little guy and we both love it. Its a great opportunity to socialize your dog, and learn tips while youre there. Lecy Jimenez runs a tight shop, and her staff is terrific.

John is so accommodating, even of last minute requests.

Couldnt be more happier with the friendly staff & service provided at the 1st Ave location.
