I am always amazed with the service & care from day one. The 21 West End B&B team welcomed my puppy to the daycare with open arms. What I really love about them is how reliable and loving they are with all the dogs. They truly go above and beyond to learn about each dogs personality and continue to make doggy day care so fun! Plus WE B&Bs customer service is remarkable, they are always so welcoming and responsive. Even after daycare is closed they are available to answer anything you may need. My pup knows what days he goes to daycare and always looks forward to going, were so grateful for all that they do!

My Phoebe absolutely loves the staff at WE B&B! She gets excited whenever she sees Alyssa and Jane and both of them take really good care of Phoebe while under their care. Socializing with the other puppies has given Phoebe a lot of confidence and she gets excited as soon as she sees the entrance to the B&B to see her furry friends. I can trust Phoebe under Alyssas and Janes supervision and appreciate their love for the animals. In addition, training with Vanessa has been a tremendous help on basic commands for Phoebe. The staff truly enjoys their jobs and put in a lot of effort to keep our fur babies entertained, loved, and groomed. Love the WE B&B service!

I can’t say enough good things about this Biscuits & Bath location! My 2 pups look forward to daycare every week and always have the best time. The training services at this location are also exceptional and worth every penny. Alyssa, Jane, and Vanessa have made my life and dog care so much easier - scheduling vet visits, trimming nails, and being super accommodating - and I’d be lost without them!

There are no enough words to express how grateful I am to the entire crew at 21 WE B&B!!!!. Alyssa and Jane are literally Leons most favourite persons.They are SOOO caring and loving to every pup, which I have never seen in anywhere else. Vanessa is the best trainer you could ask for, she is super dedicated and patient. B&B is the home away from home where Leon enjoys all the love from his pawfriends and the crew. I made the absolutely right choice sending Leon to daycare!

We have been taking our 25lb Terrier Mix to Biscuit & Baths for a variety of services in the West End Ave., facility in New York City. They are awesome. They offer a lengthy list of services, and the ones we often use are: daycare; sometimes with scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, grooming, boarding, and veterinarian services. Amy, who manages the facility, is amazing and her attitude is so helpful and attentive. They are very timely and we trust them with our Terrier, who loves the staff and his time there. The West End Ave. facility has separate stations; for larger and smaller dogs, and they are able to manage dogs with special needs. There is a larger station on W. 60th, which they will take our dog to for grooming, boarding and veterinarian services and then bring him back. We feel confident trusting Biscuits & Bath with our dog, who arrives back home after a good day of daycare, socialized and tired and ready for bed.

Buffy’s favorite place and the team!! Biscuits and bath at 21 west end team are the best. They are very accommodating with my dog, they also make adjustments if it’s your dogs first time. Affordable price with GREAT services~ they also keep you updated time to time, been with them for two times with no regrets but fantastic memories. Buffy loves them!! ❤️❤️

Our dogs absolutely love daycare at 21 West End Biscuits and Bath! They are so excited when they see their caretakers (even outside of daycare), and Amy’s professional and friendly competence is such a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

My pup goes there Monday to Friday (work week package), you will never regret sending your pup there because trust me, your pup will make many friends and get exhausted after school! They have the best crew ever (Shout out to Alyssa, Jane, Vanessa)!

They have a best service. No complain but they need to teach their staffs how to respect other people. My family friends was inside and I parked my car infront of that store. One of the driver from them hit my car and discussed with me that the driver didn’t hit my car. How I trust because I was inside of my car and I have camera which shows my car was hit.

Raising a puppy and working full-time jobs is quite a lot to handle; however, from the day we brought Patrick home, Biscuits and Bath was immediately there to take care of him. For the first few months, they offered puppy sitting services where they would check-in on Patrick throughout the day, which really made raising a puppy much less stressful. Amy and her team are the most dog-loving, caring people, and I am so thankful and appreciative of their love and care over Patrick. He simply adores each of them (after he warms up to them of course). Patrick LOVES going to daycare every day - you mention school and he gets overly excited. The veterinarian team at Biscuits, NY Veterinary Practice, has taken care of Patrick and have been through it all, especially when treating his eye issues. The team, every time, are compassionate and caring when taking care of our Patrick. I would recommend Biscuits and Bath to anyone, especially this location! We cant imagine moving and relocating Patrick to another facility - this is his happy place!
