Went on a deep hunt looking for grooming services for my puppy whom has never been professionally groomed before. Came across Grooming4less and couldn’t be more at ease and happy with my decision. Rafael is very communicative about the process and very opened to knowing what look you want to achieve for your puppy. His workspace is very calming as well for all new comers whom worry about a lot going on at once while your dog is being groomed. 10/10 recommend 🐾🤍!!

5 stars well deserved, today was my 18week old puppy first grooming! Rafael was very professional and was easy to get in contact with. I was having issues with booking on the site and was able to get assistance with making an appointment right away. My pup was everything but demure for his first appointment lol with lots of reassurance, honesty, and patience. My pup left looking amazing my kids and I could not stop smiling! Thanks again for a great experience looking forward to my pups next grooming.

Very professional. Rafael took very good care of my pup and his teddy bear cut was amazing. This was my first time with Rafael and I will definitely be returning!!!

We are visiting for the month with our French Bulldog and needed to give her a bath and get her anal glands expressed. We picked this place given the really positive reviews and the affordable price (our vet charges us $60 for anal gland expression, whereas it is a $15 add on for a bath with Rafael). She got a bath, ears cleaned, teeth brushed and anal glands expressed for $60--which is great! The booking process was easy and Rafael was responsive and nice. He sent a photo of our dog letting us know 10 min out from when she would be ready and sent her home with a cute bandana. Highly recommend! If we lived here, we could go back for sure.

Super quick and efficient! I got the summer cut all inclusive package, it was very affordable and probably the best price in the area. And this cute handkerchief was put on after the haircut. So adorable!

Excellent service the groomer did a very good job. Our dog was matted and we didn’t want to shave him down.he did his best not to shave him and his cut is perfect. The price was good as well.Thank you so much. Definitely will be going back.

I have gone here for nearly a year and have always had a great experience! Nori always leaves super happy and fresh even though he is a nervous dog, and Rafael is very nice and accommodating!

Took my puppy to Ralph and he was on time, a true professional. I asked for a puppy cut with teddy bear face and he gave me what I asked for. He explained he had to go a little shorter because he was matted but he looked so adorable. Here are before and after photos of Legend.

Rafael is a great and professional groomer. He’s pretty accommodating with my dog and I which i truly appreciate. My dog has severe anxiety and he has learned to work with Casper to have a successful grooming. I do recommend him to anyone with fur babies in the NYC area!

This was my Cocoas very first experience being groomed by Rafael and I have to say I will NEVER EVER trust her with anyone else. No cuts. No abrasions. Simply perfect!

I am so happy with the cut my puppy got today . The communication , professionalism , everything . The owner was very open and clear with everything , services , price , his timing , I mean there were no questions left because every single thing was covered and up front which I appreciate as a consumer . It was clear that your fur baby being comfortable and safe will always come first and I love and appreciate that. I also got a little video of her sent while we were waiting considering we were unsure how she would do. Overall this is a 5 star service and it is offered at a great and affordable price so you cant beat that ! I was so happy I booked my follow up appointment as soon as I left . She looks great , smells great and I am very happy we found this service through another pet mom.

My new go to place to get my dogs nails cut. Its close to where I live. it takes me 5 minutes to walk there. Rafael was very kind. Im happy I found this place because I had to take my dog all the way to the east village which was far. Now I have a place close to home where I can take my dog. I totally recommend this place.

Brought new bought puppy her who was all over the place and giving Ralph the owner a hard time but he calmed her down and took care of. And did a great job I highly recommend this place and just go to Ralph he will take care of you and your dogs!

Made an appointment on their website but then received a text from the owner/groomer that my appointment had been cancelled because he is not grooming large breeds. I clarified that my dog is only 29 lbs, medium size, and that I would be willing to pay extra. He said it would not be the $80 rate I had signed up for, but $160, without the extras, which would be $15 each.Felt very scammy and unprofessional. At the very least, there should be much more transparency on their website.

My dog Jasper is extremely anxious and does not like getting his hair cut. When I drop him off with Ralph I feel confident that Jasper is in good hands and will come back happy and healthy with a very cute haircut.On several occasions, Ralph has alerted me about any nervous behaviors my dog has exhibited which I really appreciated because it showed me that he cares about the animals.Highly recommend!!

Guy has cut Lesters hair for almost 10 years...his service and his prices couldnt be any better. Hes treated our family like his family, thats the kind of treatment your dog is going to get.

Ralph has been grooming my two poodles for years. He is kind, attentive, affordable and accommodating. I cant recommend him highly enough. Hes great!

Dog Grooming in NYC can be a major pain, but Rafaels setup takes a lot of that pain away. He uses a solid online booking system, communicates often, accepts credit cards and paypal, and is very punctual. He even sent me before/after pics of my dog, nice touch. The grooming job itself was spot on. My dog was returned to me squeaky clean, and I could tell he had not been stressed out. If you are willing to trade a storefront for an LES apartment, Grooming4Less is an excellent option for $65.

I’ve had dogs all my life. Therefore I’ve had many groomers. I’ve never had a groomer who was as caring as Rafael.My dog Antonio was abused when he was a puppy so he’s very nervous around people. As soon as I mention Rafael he gets very excited. He does a good job grooming him, and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have been going to Ralph for a couple of months now and he is the best. Our dogs come back so happy and confident after each visit, which is very different from when they get groomed at other places. I appreciate that Ralph sends real time updates during the grooming session with photos or videos. 10/10 Ralph is the best neighborhood groomer we could’ve ever asked for!

Just had my first experience with Grooming4less. My Pomeranian looks perfect and smells delicious. Not to mention that they conveniently picked her up and dropped her back within a couple hour window! Ralph was very attentive and explained how to care for PomPom’s undercoat. So thrilled to have found such a skilled and caring groomer for my little one. Grooming4less is now my #1 choice groomer in the city!!

I absolutely love sending my dog to get groomed with Raphael. Not only is he patient and kind to my dog, but he also takes his time grooming and is by far the best groomer my dog has seen. Louie has made a best friend with Ralph. After a bad incident at Petco, Louie found his groomer and never went anywhere else. It has been 10 great years for Louie with Ralph and he loves his haircuts.. He comes home a new man!!!

My boyfriend, brought our Havanese, Oliver, to Grooming 4 Less about a month ago and they did an amazing job! Weve gone through several highly rated groomers in NYC but have been constantly disappointed in the service (Ex. razer burns; rough treatment). Grooming 4 Less knew exactly what style we wanted and Ive never seen Oliver so happy coming out of a grooming session. We will be coming back for as long as we can! Thank you!!

We came to Rafael for our puppy’s first grooming and he was absolutely amazing! During the session, he provided us updates with a video and was so kind and thorough throughout the entire process. He gave our puppy such a handsome cut! I highly recommend!

Rafael is the best. Not only am I a repeat customer for 2 years now but Ive seen other pets and their owners coming and going for appointments at his place. He is very gentle and in-tune with the animals and they respond to that. Highly recommended!

Rafael was super nice with my anxious dog. He was good at responding to text updates and even clarified how to get to the door when I was confused. He’s groomed my dog twice and I have no complaints. He seems like he really cares about the dogs.

Ralph is a wonderful groomer. I was running late to my original appointment and he was backed up with other clients but offered to take my yorkie in the next day for an earlier appointment. No late fee or missed appointment. Maxs summer cut looks great!!

Raphael did such an amazing job! I have a nervous little chihuahua mix but he was very communicative. The haircut is PERFECT it’s smooth all over with no ridges, great shaping on his face and tail and paws, I couldn’t be happier with it. I also love that pip gets individual attention. My dog has arthritis which means he needs a little more love and attention & Ralph has never delivered anything less. I have been going to grooming 4 less for about 14 years and i am going to tell you that ralph the groomer is a professional groomer will treat your pet like his own, ralph is a very respectful gentlemen and he will care for your pet 100% . Never have had any issue with him and he will advise you of any concern with your dog. I DO recomend grooming 4 less. Fluffy my dog Loves Ralph so much he comes out looking awesome after each groom.Give ralph a try you wont regret it and has reasonable in his prices.
