Me and my fur baby love this place!! They know what they’re doing. I get really nervous when it comes to my fur baby but this place is very trustworthy. Lucky is our fav groomer but everyone else is good here. Also they do this cute little photo shoot post grooming and message it when he is ready to be picked up which is my favorite part..

Great communication with the people here. Texting me updates and photos. I was able to get a last minute booking and I asked them if I wasnt able to pick up our buddy right away could they take care of him. Just then I thought to ask if they knew of a pet taxi service to have them dropped off. Which they did! So grateful and happy with the service they provided!

Petness world was a wonderful experience! I took my cat to get groomed here and they did a full service of hair and nail trimming, full wash, and even gave us a sweet little collar. They made me feel very comfortable with leaving my cat amongst all the other dogs and kept me updated through texts and pictures. Highly recommend!

Like the before and after is insane! I’mLike is this my baby. They did such an amazing job he smells so amazing, looks amazing, the tail is so cute. He was super happy after and it’s a no chains so the puppies can hang out with each other until you pick them up. Absolutely great service super happy!

I’m just done with this place. I went to Petness world twice when I first moved here and was disappointed both times. Then I found someone who groomed from home and she was great and my dog always looked great, but she stopped her business. So out of desperation I went back to this place because they are nearby and open on Sundays. The place is cramped and chaotic with too many dogs and people. They always up charge me for “being difficult and aggressive” which is frustrating because in the 12 years I’ve had my dog this is the ONLY place that says he’s aggressive. I don’t think they are lying. I think the place is not managed well enough and the dogs are handled in a way that causes anxiety which leads to my dogs bad behavior. But the main reason I’m finally leaving the review they deserve is this time he had so much razor burn that I am beyond livid. I’d rather spend twice as much for quality care and go halfway across town then ever go back to this dump.EDIT: I just picked up my dog from Paws Country Club and am blown away. There was no issue with biting, the place is clean and quiet and so well run and worth the extra commute and cost. It’s confirmed that everything wrong with my experience with Petness World is because of how they are run and not my dog.

Amazing pet friendly grooming. Very few like this one. There fast but dedicated to their work. My dog always comes home happy after being groomed there. All the services are offered at a fair price and the pictures are amazing. If you dogs goes home smiling you know its the right places, they give you updates while grooming and its does details that make the difference.

What more can I say I took my Lucy baby to get groom they are fabulous here, not only are they friendly they made room for my friends dog meaning they accommodated Lucy and her buddy Lacey last minute. They are awesome. Havent gotten my baby groomed elsewhere since I been coming here. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Great staff, great service.....Was introduced by the location via Groupon, and so glad I did. The establishment is clean, and the open concept is great to see when dogs are all feeling their best after a grooming session and playing with each other. I was in and out within an hour, and after my Zuma got her grooming on, she even had a photo shoot.....amazing people, and amazing service...do take your furry family members here, you will not be disappointed...Thanks Petness, till the next cut...

Meldrin always so professional- everyone in this Team is so wonderful- Melissa when she picks up and drops off Thor is so sweet and loving, the Team all text me with updates and progress- Thor is treated like royalty 😂(Thor always had bad experiences at any groomers. OMGGGGG best grooming place in NYC! I have a 1 y/o Yorkie and I’ve been trying to find a place to take her for grooming and nail trim. I first took her to a PetSmart in 96th st just for a shower and nail trim and while the people there were nice, my poor baby couldn’t walk! And her nails were bleeding!! I felt so sorry for her they clearly didn’t know what they were doing.Next time I took her to a place uptown and they had they had to give her something to sleep to be able to cut her hair cuz she was very nervous! I didn’t like the idea of giving some anesthesia she didn’t need for a hair cut so I kept searching for place and thats how I found PETNESS in Google maps.I am a big review reader and after going over everything here I decided to take her and I am not going anywhere else!!This people treated my baby with the same love I treat her

If I can give 10 stars, I would, My dog Johnny met his groomer at a vet, he loved this groomer and we loved the haircut he gave him.I asked my friend for a recommended groomer and he recommended me here and his groomer had just started here. They pick your dog up and drop him off if you like. The photos of the dogs say EVERYTHING!I also have 3 cousins who take their dog here as well and we would never change our groomer.

I called and spoke with a female twice at length make an appointment gave my name as well as my dogs when I arrived the man working had no knowledge of my appointment I was also given a quote for a nail grinding for my dog the choke collar that the man put around my dogs neck was unnecessary he then went about grinding my dogs nails but traumatizing her completely in the process he then overcharged me and tell me the next time I came it would be even more it literally took him less than 3 minutes I literally said I would never be back if your pet is like family I do not recommend that you bring them here

Found this place on Yelp and definitely do not regret making an appointment! They saw me the next day, Monday, following my call and didn’t keep my dog all day to be groomed. Reasonably priced, with packages including everything I needed plus they gave my buddy such a cute cut. My grandparents are very picky and they loved it!Meldrin was so sweet and very informative. He even recommended a new clinic for all-round pet wellness. Kendrick was also very kind and followed up with calls/grooming updates.Great first time experience. I definitely will be coming back!

This people are vulgar and disrespectful and They don’t follow clients instructions and choices.I sent my cat Hugo for grooming with my sister and because she told them NOT to cut the cat mustache because the cat get disoriented and sad,He got hysterical, talked dirty language, he Kik Out her and tell my sister Crazy Old lady! And he cut the Whiskers anyway, for the second time! And my Kitty is very sad.They are Very expensive too! He is my cat and I will do anything to sue this place! Crazy people!Whiskers should never be cut or trimmedWhiskers are two to three times thicker than the cats hair.Whiskers are rooted very deep in the cats face, in an area rich in nerves and blood vessels.Whiskers help the cat feel his way around. Whiskers are so sensitive that they can detect the slightest directional change in a breeze. At night, for example, this helps a cat slink its way through a room and not bump into anything. How? The air currents in the room change depending on where pieces of furniture are located. As the cat walks through the room and approaches the couch, hell know which direction to turn based on the change in air current around the couch.In addition to having sensory properties, a cats whiskers are also a good indicator of his mood. When a cat is angry or feels defensive, the whiskers will be pulled back. Otherwise, when the cat is happy, curious or content, the whiskers will be more relaxed and pushed forward… Don’t go there!

They did a fantastic job with my 12-year-old dog who struggles with haircuts. After washing, they took pictures to showcase the haircut, making the experience feel incredible.

If you have an “aggressive breed” they won’t do service I brang in my pitbull and I never have problems with nail trimming and they didn’t even try to trim my puppies nail they literally put her on the table for 1 minute and said they can’t do it and she hurt her face in their table because they didn’t know how to hold her than insisted I get out while my poor puppy was so out of breath

During my visit, I observed dogs on the floor, on tables, and some chained up, with no kennels or separation for dogs of different sizes. This environment appears unsanitary and potentially unsafe for both humans and dogs. As a dog parent, I would advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative facilities that prioritize the well-being and safety of canine guests.

Petness world is amazing, awesome crew, very welcoming and loving facility for pets. You’ll feel at home the second you walk through the door. Their work and pet handling is 1 of 1! Definitely returning and highly recommend them.

I was quoted $90 on the phone for a full cat grooming and was told $180 when I got there. That price is outrageous and I wasted my time commuting there.

We could not be happier with the service we received!! Finally our pups looked so adorable with the proper haircut for their breed. The staff here really knows what theyre doing and put so much effort into each pet. My dogs look so incredibly cute and polished. The end product was amazing and will definitely be coming back to them for future grooming. They went beyond their job description of grooming and truly styled and cleaned up my dogs. Would definitely recommend to friend, because it was recommended to us. We got a little photoshoot of the pups, too!! I could tell the moods of my dogs got better after this refreshing cut. Had an okay first experience but a horrible second experience! I asked them not to use the razor on my dog and when I came to pick her up her behind was shaved off and so was her belly! I got yelled at by the groomer for expressing not liking their work! Horrible experience I do not recommend!

I’ve been working with them for over 4 years! My dog HATES being groomed but I felt like I could trust her with them. Yesterday I had them pick up my dog for grooming and she was perfectly fine there was NOTHING wrong with her. When I checked her I noticed she was limping and crying in pain when I touched her paw I called them and they immediately started telling it’s because she’s older. I explained to them that she was fine before seeing them but they continued to try to gaslight me. Today they continued to call and text me saying that she was limping because of her age. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS!!!!!

Today was my second time coming to this place for my 7th month old puppy and unfortunately it wasnt a good experience unlike how pleasant the first time was. The females at the front desk didnt seem very welcoming which is fine, it is what it is. The person that kept sending me phone updates was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, Very rude and there is just no reason for all of that, trying to argue with me .Today was definitely my last time bringing my puppy to this place.

I have been holding off writing this review because I was scared that I would be harassed similarly to the other reviewers who gave this place one star on Yelp, but I would hate for what happened to my dog happen to another customer. I have been a loyal customer to Petness world for a year and a half and I always raved about them and their services to people that would stop me and ask where I took my dog to get groomed. They do an amazing job on the dogs they groom but unfortunately, my view on them has changed after realizing that my dog got PREGNANT the last time I took her in for a haircut.After she gave birth, I quickly went to the store to inform them of what had happened and the male receptionist that wears glasses tried to make it seem like it was our fault for what had happened mentioning that we should have informed them that my dog was not spayed. As a responsible business, they should be the ones asking and also keeping an eye on the dogs that they groom. I understand that it is a no-cage zone, but there should be someone watching them at all times so accidents like this one dont happen. All I wanted from them was a list of the dog breeds that were there the day I took my dog because I wanted to be aware of possible mixes and future health issues. After going back and forth and him going in circles for two weeks, I realized he was never going to give me that information so I informed him that I will be writing a review and he goes on to end the conversation by telling me to go ahead and write it.They are extremely quick to call you about charges but are unable to take accountability for their negligence or even help you with a simple question. The male receptionist seems nice at first, but he is useless. I was very calm and understanding about the whole situation because mistakes do happen, but enough is enough. I spent two weeks going back and forth with him when it could have been resolved the first time I had gone if they had been transparent and taken accountability!

I love this place! I’ve took my dog several times and i always get 5 stars service for my baby🥰 they make sure to explain everything before hand, call and send pictures throughout so that you’re aware of everything that is going on with your pet. They also call to ask what style would you like for your dog and even do a little photo-shot lol some might say that it’s a little pricey, however, you get what you pay for and I personally rather pay a little more and know my baby is in great hands!

I won’t recommend this place for cats; they couldn’t cut my cat nails properly; they make her nervous and also hurt her, i use to cut her nails monthly back in Miami and she loves it but now she’s hella scared; there’s no way I’ll be coming back ever again; btw why do you have dogs all over the office? Don’t you know cats don’t usually likes dogs? So unprofessional and 32 dollars for cutting nails? Don’t really worth it; IF YOU HAVE A CAT DONT BRING IT HERE. So disappointed of the service

This is the most absolute worst place you could ever take your beloved pets. I have been a client of this establishment for more than three years, not even living in the area. I still chose to conduct my business with them, and to not be accommodated by any means, is absolutely absurd to me, even after my last visit of paying almost $500 for both of my boys, their nails were not even fully cut! I will continue to post more reviews on every platform and social media platform I have beginning with my Instagram at 41,000 followers as I am a celebrity wardrobe stylist here in New York City. The service that I was provided it over the phone is absolutely unacceptable.

Went to this groomer since it had good reviews and I wanted to support local business around my neighborhood. Glad that I did! They groomed my dog so nice and you can definitely tell that they are professional and the price was right. They also did a good job cleaning my dogs teeth. Will definitely go back again!

Brought my dog in at 9AM (opening hour) Just to be first in line and There were already five other dogs pending. Then they give me a two hour wait time and still my dog had not been groomed. Then they said Come back in an hour. An hour later... Come back in 45 min, Then 30 min Then 20 min and so on.Eventually, I got my dog back at 2:pm. (A five hour wait that I had no problem waiting out, had they told me from the start).The lies. THE LIES! is what really hurt here. Will not return.

My husband and I were immediately drawn to Petness World because of its positive Google reviews. We dropped off our bearded dragon on Thursday evening and were supposed to pick him up on Sunday afternoon. However, we received a call at 8:30 am on Friday ( less than 24 hours) informing us that our pet had died. When we asked questions, we were told that he had escaped the tank and was found in front of it. We wondered if the tank had been mistakenly left open, but we were told it was impossible. The tank was very big, and Spike was a tiny baby bearded dragon that could fit in a small childs hand. When we picked up Spike, we noticed bite marks on him, and we could tell there was more to the story than Petness World cared to share. Although we were refunded our money, we are still grieving the loss of our pet that we left in their care and cant believe how irresponsible they are.

I took my pup here once and was happy with the service. Two months later, I go for my second visit and never again. I have never seen my dog more sad or anxious to leave a place. He started crying when he saw me. When I asked if everything was okay, no one answered me. I asked if everything was fine and was completely ignored again. No one had the decency to tell me they nipped my dog in his most sensitive area (the testicles). I had to find out three days later because he cried as he peed. The wound was so bad and irritated and prone to infection. NO ONE SAID A WORD. They proceeded to charge me $120.00 for practically cutting my dog not only in his private areas but also his eye. This place is awful. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE.

Amazing service! So attentive and caring. Kept me posted of the whole process which made me feel that my dog was in good hands. My dog felt welcomed and pampered. I noticed the other dogs where very relaxed and interacting with one another in peace. Love the energy! So happy to have found Petness World. They really take the time to listen and ask question to get to know your pet. Thank you for the photoshoot! They are so beautiful and creative. My dog looks like he was having fun 😂. I certainly recommend Petness World without any doubt. Definitely, will be coming back 😀

I took my dog Simba for a full service. And was completely blown away by the professionalism, care and kindness. They update you every step of the way which was very nice and made me feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby in their hands. Needless to say, I was very satisfied and will be returning.

I had to edit my review. Initially it was positive because the first time i took my fur baby to get groomed here there was no problem, I actually loved it and i can tell he seemed happy too. But the second time and third time which was the last, they did an awful grooming job on my baby and even cut his ear. He was so down and depressed for a while. He seemed traumatized and that made me traumatized to see my baby like that. I will stick to petco, where I can see him through the process and know hes okay. Cant trust anyone now adays.

This place is amazing! I was looking for a new place to bring my dog to get groomed because the last place cut my dog. I found Petness on google and decided to give it a try. They go above and beyond to make sure you have great service. My dog wolfgang looks so cute and he knows it!! On top of being great to my dog I came with my son who is in a wheelchair but his wheelchair didn’t fit pass the doggy gate so they helped my boyfriend carry my son in his wheelchair over the gate. They are literally amazing. I will definitely continue to bring my dog to this place every time he needs grooming!

Bad experience. First of all, the place is a mess, unleashed dogs everywhere. Second, it took almost 4 hours to do a haircut that wasnt even close to what Ive asked. I had to asked them to fix it and I still need to fix it at home. No details at all, everything uneven. Very unprofessional. Third, they charged extra for everything, so I ended up paying a ton for an awful work. Take your doggie somewhere else.

I am going over these positive reviews and I have to say do not be fool! This place is extremely ruthless, they really dont care about the wellbeing of your fur baby, just money. If I can give them 0 stars I would, but cant.I happen to go here when its my last option unfortunately, and every time I arrive I see how my fur baby is petrified of the place. We all know already how some of our pets hate the nail trimming process, so why would they make your dog feel uncomfortable throughout it.So today the guy who works up front has the audacity to inform me that when 2 have to trim your fur babys nails it will be $25 new policy. Excuse me? This is b/s, not once have I seen one person cut my babys nail and the price would always be $17 (Including tax). Also if youre literally man-handling my fur baby wouldnt you think hes not going to be calm? You can obviously tell those who work their were trained by idiots! It is not the first issue Ive had to face with them but this time the last!They literally are trying to find anyway to take money out of you, Im glad Ive given my review to other friends and they will not be coming here.

I went through many grooming places but this one so far is the best one ! They did a really god job with my dog, very friendly staff. They communicated with me , asked what I’d like for her, and did exactly what I asked. We will be back for sure, it’s our favorite spot now :)

Ive gotten my aussiedoodle cut here twice already. You cannot beat Petness Worlds work and professionalism. They stay in contact with you throughout the process and they even offer transportation services. Very happy with my dogs cut and will be coming back to them in the next few months.

It was my Yorkie’s first grooming session ever. I’m really happy that they were super friendly with him and he felt comfortable, which mattered the most to me. Absolutely love this place. The first time I took Bob to get groomed, he looked stunning. He smelled so good, and his coat just looked amazing. And the cute bow was just the cherry on top. Last minute called and asked if they could babysit the whole day, and they answered back so fast and did not hesitate to say yes. Super reliable! Bob didnt want to leave Vangie and that to me is a great sign. Definitely will be taking Bob back. He loves it, and I love it! Thank you guys!

I love this place so much when dropping off my German shepherd to get groom I always know he be in good hands not only are they friendly, but they care about our pets. Sending updates when dropping him off like pictures and video that I love so much because I get to see what’s going on. What’s even better is they do pick ups and drop offs while you get to do your errands :) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This place did a great job. My dog is a shihtzu and her whole face was matted up. They cleared every single knot and she doesnt have not 1 accidental cut or bruise on her. She smells amazing and looks even better. The environment is clean and definitely worth the $$

The way they try and find any little thing to charge you extra is sick, they don’t even care to get the job you requested done correctly, let alone they don’t care if your dog is uncomfortable. All they care about is trying to charge you more!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, all these positive reviews haven’t really experienced the truth of this place. BEWARE!!!

This was my first time coming to this place and let me tell you… it did not disappoint me. Both of my cats, Boo Boo and Rosie were picked up and given great service today. I had contacted several grooming companies. Some responded, and some didnt. I almost didnt recognize my fur babies when they returned home. I will definitely use Petness World again. I appreciate their prompt response to my request for service, and they answered all of my questions concerning deshedding. Melissa was very polite and professional.

I called to see if I can bring my dog in to get his nails trimmed, and they refused to give me a price and stated that it depends on size and how the dog acts. They said it could cost $30 which is ridiculous. Cutting nails takes five minutes at most. They are overpriced and scammers. Go somewhere else.

OMG ! Seriously one of the upmost best services we have ever experienced. First off they send me videos and picture of Isabella update. Top notch service. The staff are extremely friendly. Petness World is by far one of the best pet grooming services that my two cats have had while in NYC. I couldnt believe that the groomers Margy, Carlos & Lucky came to my apartment and not only cleaned the bathroom after finishing the grooming but gave my cats a much-needed lion cut. The groomers are very talented, extremely professional, and are very gentle and understanding to pets who can get distressed while being groomed. If you need grooming for your cat this is a must if you can get Margy, Carlos & Lucky you will be very pleased with their work.

Best spot to take your dog for grooming. I still remember the first day. The worker saw my Shiba & he half in love with her. That was cute lol. Since that day I haven’t miss a month going there. That is my favorite spot to take Susi a bath & not only a bath they do everything you want them to do. They are very professional & lovely. I recommend you to take your dog there!!!! You won’t regret it. Trust me.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this grooming establishment. This was my very first time here, as I recently moved into the neighborhood, and there was a miscommunication regarding how much hair I wanted them to take off. I was slightly unhappy, but was too afraid to say anything in the moment. Later, I called them and we sorted everything out. They have a 7 day free adjustment policy to ensure the customers are happy. I brought him back the next day and they did EXACTLY what I wanted. Perki looks amazing in his new do!! They took great care of him, which is important to me because he is naturally anxious when I leave him. At the end of the session, they take the cutest pictures and give the dogs a tie/hair clips depending on gender. These groomers were understanding, helpful, kind, and professional. I will be sure to bring Perki back, as well as recommend them to others.

I simply love PETNESS world. After getting my dogs groomed at a local Petco and leaving with my dogs looking like two little rats. I had to find a new groomer and landed at a place where Ive been going for the last two years. They groom your pet exactly to your liking and will recommend whats best for your furry loved one/s. This place is excellent. I took my teacup Maltese there for the first time and they cut her hair exactly how I wanted and they cleaned her up so well. I definitely recommend this place! The groomer is very knowledgeable and his staff is so nice.

I left my dog for one night, next time i wanted him to stay for the whole weekend and get him use to it little by little, so i can travel with no problem. But very disappointed i was told that i cant bring my dog for boarding anymore just because my dog was sad and waiting for me by the door.. Well i knew that was going to happend on the first day since my dog is very close to me. So i am not allow to bring him there anymore. I took my puppy on his birthday to get groom. Called to confirm what was on the packages because no proper description of what was included was on the website. I still booked to come home and later find out that certain things that were promised, not done to my dog. Paid so much for just a bath, haircut and just nails cut. Review what is being done before making your decision.

This is the best service I’ve ever had for my dog Drogo! He always comes back home smelling amazing! No other groomers that I’ve tried are as good as them. We moved further away and I rather take the train ride then take him anywhere else!

They will nickel and dime you so make sure you are very clear on what is included. A regular brushing is $15 extra. The groomer wants to be able to run a fine tooth comb through and if not, they charge extra so groom your dog first before coming to them.

This was hands down the best grooming of my cats Ive ever had done. My four Persian cats need grooming semi regularly. Two of the cats could be groomed by anybody, theyre gentle as lambs, but two of my cats are so bad (kicking, scratching, biting, hissing, struggling) that multiple groomers have said they refuse to groom them after one time. So it is crucial to find a good groomer. I also wanted a groomer who would pick up and drop off my cats or do mobile grooming. With Meldrin Montano and Petness World, I got attentive, timely service, positive responses to all four of my cats (even the bad ones), great looking shaves, and even a cowboy themed photo shoot after! Meldrin picked up my cats promptly at 9.30am, and dropped all four off promptly at 1pm. This was very fast, other shavers have taken all day for only two of my cats. Also, Meldrin shut down the whole grooming facility for my cats so they wouldnt be stressed by dogs, which other grooming facilities havent done. He also sent me maybe 20 videos of my cats as they were being groomed, which was so comforting, accountable, and amusing. Also the price was lower than other groomers who didnt pick up my cats! Then at the end, Meldrin sent me over 20 photos from the cowboy photo shoot he did with each cat. This was the best experience getting my cats groomed Ive ever experienced! I cant wait to use Meldrin at Petness World again!!!

Meldrin, Alex, and the rest of their team are amazing! theres a reason I come all the way from white plains in the bronx to bring my dog to them in washington heighs. They make sure my dog is comfortable at all times during his visit, and they keep me updated every step of the way.I came in today with the fear my baby had fleas, because I found one the night before and I was freaking out. I texted Meldrin and he immediately accomodated me and said it was ok to come in in the morning the next day. Although it was late and I felt horrible texting him at that time, he still responded and made me feel much better. When I came in today, Alex the groomer who was assigned to take care of my dog, answered all of my questions and was very thorough. He was awesome in every way and was so kind and reassuring.

Meldrin Montano is well known for putting customers information online after they leave him a well-deserved bad review. He argues w customers, stalks customers, lies about pricing, and physically hurts dogs. DO NOT trust him w your dog or w your information. Petness World is unprofessional, aggressive, and rude. He runs a grooming business but will outright shame customers for wanting to get their pups groomed. Meldrin Montano needs to be put out of business, any person who has a complete diregard for life should not be handling dogs.

My dog Google is eleven years old and he had the best haircut he has ever had at Petness World. He came home happy and looked terrific. It was very reasonable and a wonderful experience.

Honestly this is probably the 3rd time I go and take my dog to cut his nails he is small/medium everytime I go my dog is not bitting nor attacking them. The price to cut nails is $15. Why am I always being charge $28. I even sent my boyfriend with my dog and they charge him $16 Complete rip off and I’m so disappointed.

They groomed my two dogs, Petness World did an excellent job even though one of my dogs give the groomer a hard time. Job well done I will return back to get my dogs groom

This place is amazing. The staff is so sweet. Left my dog with them while I was on vacation, they sent several photos and videos each day updating us. I can always tell my dog was treated with love and compassion there because she is happy to be dropped off and happy when she is picked up. They cater to any specific care instructions your dog needs and they are so friendly and accommodating. We asked them at the last minute if they could board her for a last minute vacation we took and they were extremely accommodating. I will continue to take my dog here for grooming as well as boarding. Best place we have come across in NYC.

I took my grandmas cat Menchy who hasn’t been groomed in 10 years and she had a lot of matting and came back so adorable and soft and beautifully groomed! The people in Petness World are kind, very communicative, and talented! They even did an amazing and accommodating pick up and drop off for Menchy that exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank you all enough we will definitely be coming back !!!

I absolutely loved how they groomed my baby. The fact that they don’t put your dog in a cage is a plus! My baby is usually scared and shivering when I pick her up from the groomers. That was not the case this time. I will DEFINITELY bring her back. The staff was really nice and professional too.

Ive been here once before and had a great experience, however, today will be my last visit. First, let me say that the groomer does an excellent job. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. While everyone is friendly, they overbooked reservations, which resulted in a THREE HOUR WAIT for my 25lb Cairn Terrier. They did not clean his eyes, and charged full price even though there wasnt the attention that was given the first visit. Disappointing.

Been here quite a few times.Pros: Photos afterwards, convenient to my home, the grooming is decent.Cons: Owner is notoriously confrontational, the place is a mess, the grooming is inconsistent, 4hrs or more for grooming, pet is terrified of the place, nickel and dime you.Overall theyre okay. Will only return if in a pinch.

I have been taking Oddie to them since he was about 6 months and I have to say that we both love petness world so much! The price is very much worth it for the service that you get. Many times Ive had people reffer me to cheaper places however, its just not the same. This picture is the proof of it. They care so much that they even do a cute photo shoot at the end of the grooming every single time!! Oddie has pics for every holiday because of them 😂 and a collection of ties and bandanas too!! GO TO THEM!!!

I’ve been to Petness World twice to get my puppy groomed. I found this place on Groupon but received a better deal when I arrived. The second time I paid cash also. The prices are fair especially in comparison to the local pet stores. My puppy Davion is a Yorkie/A Shih Tzu mix and he is a little playful/aggressive (I think its because I spoiled him rotten) but the groomer always handles him with care and love and my puppy always comes out smelling great and looking good. I love whatever shampoo and conditioner they use, my puppies fur always feels soft and smells amazing for days after coming here. The puppies get little treat while waiting to be groomed and or picked up and the also get a cute little free bandana or bow tie after each grooming. This place has great customer service. I travel from the Bronx to Manhattanfor their services and will continue to Be a a loyal customer due to their great service. After each visit I’m happy and my puppy is happy. So far I am a very satisfied customer.
